في اللقاءالأمميال 20 للأحزابالشيوعيةوالعمالية

استهل كلمتي بتوجيه خالص التحيات الرفاقية الى مندوبي الأحزاب الشيوعية والعمالية المتواجدة في هذا المؤتمر الهام. وأخص بالتحية قيادة وكوادر وأعضاء الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني الشقيق على جهودهم المخلصة في تأمين سبل النجاح لهذا اللقاء، مقرونة بالتهنئة لهم بانقضاء مئة عام على تأسيس حزبهم المجيد الذي خاض ولا زال يخوض نضالاً عنيداً وجسوراً من أجل المصالح الحيوية لكادحي اليونان وسائر شغيلة اليد والفكر في مواجهة سياسات الاحتكارات الرأسمالية العالمية وضغوط المؤسسات المالية والنقدية الدولية، وخاصة صندوق النقد والبنك الدوليين.

إن لقاءات الأحزاب الشيوعية والعمالية التي أصبحت دورية ومنتظمة والتي تستند في تحليلها للواقع وسعيها الدؤوب للتغيير الى منظومة فكرية جامعة قوامها النظرية الماركسية اللينينية الخلاقة ومنهجها المادي الجدلي التي تغتني على الدوام بمنجزات العلم والتقانية الحديثة وكذلك بالتجارب والخبرات الثورية للأحزاب والحركات والقوى الشيوعية واليسارية والتقدمية على الصعيد العالمي.  إن هذه اللقاءات توفر فرصة ثمينة لتبادل الآراء والتعرف على حقيقة الأوضاع القائمة في العالم بالاستناد الى تقييمات الأحزاب الشيوعية والعمالية الشقيقة المشتبكة بشكل مباشر وعملي مع هذه الأوضاع.

ولا يسعني في هذا السياق الاّ أن أعبر باسم حزبنا الشيوعي الأردني عن التضامن الكفاحي مع نضال الشيوعيين في سائر بقاع المعمورة ضد الامبريالية وفي مواجهة تنامي الميول والنزعات الفاشية والشعبوية اليمينية المتطرفة في عدد من دول العالم، متمنياً لهم انتزاع المزيد من النجاحات والمكتسبات لصالح الطبقة العاملة وسائر الطبقات والفئات الاجتماعية الكادحة والفقيرة والمهمشة في بلدانهم.

الرفيقات والرفاق الأعزاء

يخوض حزبنا، الحزب الشيوعي الأردني، الذي تأسس في العام 1952، نضالاً متعدد الجبهات. فعلى الصعيد السياسي يرى حزبنا أن إشاعة الديمقراطية في الحياة السياسية والعامة، وكسر هيمنة القوى المحافظة على مقاليد السلطة في البلاد يتصدران المهام السياسية المطروحة امام حزبنا وشركائه من الأحزاب والقوى التقدمية والديمقراطية.

تحت هذا الشعار يواصل حزبنا نضاله من أجل تخليص الحياة السياسية من مخلفات حقبة الاحكام العرفية التي استمرت منذ عام 1958 ولغاية عام 1989. ويتجلى ذلك على وجه الخصوص في ممارسة أوسع ضغط شعبي وسياسي ممكن على التحالف الطبقي الحاكم المشكل من ممثلي البرجوازية الكومبرادورية والشرائح العليا من البورجوازية البيروقراطية لتغيير منظومة القوانين الناظمة للحياة السياسية، وخاصة قوانين الانتخابات النيابية والأحزاب السياسية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والصحافة والاجتماعات العامة، بما يكسبها مضموناً ديمقراطياً حقيقياً يؤمن المتطلبات الضرورية لبناء مجتمع مدني ديمقراطي يكفل لجميع المواطنين دون تمييز بسبب المنشأ الطبقي والاجتماعي، أو الجنس أو الانتماء السياسي الحريات الديمقراطية العامة، بما في ذلك احترام التعددية السياسية والحزبية والفكرية، وتعدد الآراء ويطلق حرية التعبير عن المواقف المنتقدة والمعارضة لنهج ولسياسات الحكومة.

وفي المجال الاقتصادي، حيث يلتزم النظام الحاكم بنهج الليبرالية الاقتصادية وبالسياسات التي تمليها قوى ومؤسسات الرأسمالية العالمية المتوحشة، ممثلة بصندوق النقد والبنك الدوليين ومنظمة التجارة العالمية، يخوض حزبنا ومعه طيف واسع من الأحزاب والقوى والشخصيات الوطنية والديمقراطية والتقدمية مواجهة حادة مع السياسات الاقتصادية التي تطبقها الحكومة ومع تداعياتها الاجتماعية السلبية على الطبقة الوسطى والشرائح والفئات الاجتماعية الكادحة والفقيرة والمهمشة، حيث تتسع في العديد من مناطق البلاد بؤر الفقر وترتفع معدلات البطالة.

والتزاماً بمصالح الطبقة العاملة وسائر الكادحين في المدن والأرياف ومناطق الفقر، ينفذ حزبنا أشكالاً متعددة من النشاطات في مواجهة السياسات الحكومية الجائرة، سواء باصدار البيانات السياسية التحريضية و/أو توجيه المذكرات الى مجلس النواب التي تطالبهم وتحثهم على الانحياز لمصالح الشعب والوطن وعدم الانصياع لمشيئة وإرادة التحالف الطبقي الحاكم وضغوطه وتدخلاته في شؤون السلطة التشريعية، وصولاً الى تنظيم فعاليات جماهيرية حاشدة في الساحات العامة. وقد كانت آخر هذه المواجهات مع الحكومة في أوائل حزيران الماضي عندما شهدت العاصمة عمان والعديد من المدن الأردنية على مدى أسبوع وقفات جماهيرية حاشدة أسفرت عن اجبار الحكومة التي أصرت على إقرار قانون ضريبة دخل مجحف ويفتقر للعدالة على الاستقالة.

الرفيقات والرفاق الأعزاء

بموازاة التحديات السياسية والاقتصادية – الاجتماعية الماثلة أمام الحركة الوطنية الأردنية، هناك تحد من نوع آخر وطبيعة أخرى. وهذا التحدي يتثمل في ظاهرة الإرهاب والتطرف الديني. ومع أن الأردن، تمكن من أن يتجنب الحريق الواسع الذي أشعلته الجماعات الإرهابيةالمتطرفة وغذته الدوائر الامبريالية والرجعية في الإقليم والعالم في دول الجوار، سوريا والعراق، الا أن بعض الشرر المتطاير من هذا الحريق وصل اليه، وتولدت عنه عدة عمليات إرهابية نفذتها خلايا نائمة تابعة أو متأثرة بفكر تنظيم داعش الإرهابي، أسفرت عن سقوط ضحايا بين رجال الأمن والجيش والمدنيين.

إن حزبنا إذ يندد بالمعتقدات والأفكار التي تتبناها جماعات ومنظمات الإرهابوالتطرف افكري والسياسي والديني التي ترجع في جذورها ومنبتها الى ثقافة وفكر العصر الوسيط الذي سادت فيه أبشع أشكال الاستبداد الفكري والسياسي، وشاع فيه قتل المخالفين في الرأي والاعتقاد بأحط الأساليبوأكثرها وحشية، يدعو الى قيام أوسع جبهة تضم جميع القوى المستنيرة التي تنبذ العنف بجميع أشكاله ومظاهره، وتؤمن بالحوار العقلاني المنفتح، وبالتعددية السياسية والفكرية، وتحترم الرأي والرأي الآخر.

ويؤكد حزبنا على الدوام بأن المواجهة مع قوى الإرهاب والتطرف والعنف بجميع مظاهره يجب أن لا تنحصر في بعدها الأمني فقط، بل يجب أن تشتمل أيضاً على الأبعاد الفكرية – الثقافية، والتربوية – التعليمية والإعلامية، وعلى إعادة صياغة منظومة القيم الروحية والسياسية والأخلاقية على هدي من الديمقراطية والتفكير النقدي والتسامح مع الرأي الآخر والانفتاح عليه والحوار معه.

أيتها الرفيقات، أيها الرفاق

ختاماً أوكد لكم باسم حزبنا الشيوعي الأردني حرصنا على توطيد عرى العلاقات الكفاحية مع أحزابكم الشقيقة، وعلى التضامن مع نضالكم الجسور من أجل انتصار قضيتنا المشتركة قضية الديمقراطية الشعبية والكرامة الإنسانية والعدالة الاجتماعية وبما يضع شعوبنا من جديد على الدرب المفضي الى الاشتراكية التي وضع قواعدها ومعالمها الرئيسة المفكرون العظام ماركس وانجلز ولينين ويعكف على تطويرها في ظل الظروف الجديدة متفقون كبار ملتزمون بنهجهم ومنهجهم.

 Speech at the 20^th International Meeting of the Communist and Workers Parties

Comrade NidalMedieh; Jordanian Communist Party (JCP)

I’d like to start by extending comradely greetings to all the participating delegates of the communist and workers parties in this important meeting. Special greetings and salutes to the leadership and cadres of the fraternal Greek Communist Party for convening this conference and for the centenary of the Greek Communist Party. This Party has always been at the front lines bravely struggling for the vital interests of the working class to face the capitalist monopolist policies and that of the international financial institutions, especially the World Bank and the IFM. 

The successive and periodic meetings of the Communist and Workers Parties are essential to follow up on the analysis of the real situation and bring forth a unified intellectual front based on the creative Marxist Leninist theory and its dialectical materialistic approach enriched with the new scientific and technical progress. The precious revolutionary experiences of the global communist and leftist movements are here to help. These meetings provide an opportunity to exchange opinions over the current developments worldwide based on the evaluation of the fraternal communist and workers parties involved in these developments.   

On behalf of the Jordanian Communist Party (JCP), allow me to express solidarity with the struggle of the communists worldwide against imperialism and the growing fascist and populist extremism in several countries. JCP appreciates what the Parties have done and wishes for more successes and achievements that benefit the working class and the other toiling classes to assist the vulnerable and the poor in their countries.

Dear Comrades,

Our Party, which was established in 1952, is leading a continuous and multi-level struggle. At the political level, JCPadopts the priority to call for the democratization of the political and the public life and ending the rule of the conservative forces. This priority is also in the political agenda as well as in the agenda of our partners from among the progressive and democratic parties.   For the implementation of this priority, our party marches on to get rid of the aftermath of the “Marshal Law” period that dominated our country from 1957 till 1989. JCP puts the widest popular and political pressure on the ruling coalition, which is formed by representatives of the comprador bourgeoisie as well as by the high level Beaurocratic Bourgeoisie, in order to change laws & regulations that overrule political life in Jordan.  This includes changing the laws that overrule the political life including the Election Law, Political Parties Law, Civil Society Law, Media Law and the General Gatherings Law. A new democratic perspectiveis needed to build a civil and democratic State. There is an immediate need for a State trustworthy to provide freedoms to all regardless of origin, class, sex or political views and which respects the diversity of intellectuals and political parties and those who express different opinions to the government’sdirectives.

At the economic level, the Jordanian ruling coalition is committed to the Neo-Liberal economic approach and to the policies and instructions imposed by the capitalist financial institutions like the World Bank, IMF and WTO. JCP is leading a sever confrontation, side by side with a wide range of other parties, democratic forces and progressive social figures, against the implemented economic policies that negatively affect the middle class and the lower strata of toiling groups, the vulnerable and the poor. Presently, such an economic policy is widening and deepening poverty and unemployment. JCP is organizing diversified activities to confront the Neo-Liberal oppressive economic policies out of commitment to the interests of the working class and the workers in the cities and in the countryside. Continuously,JCP leads confronting activities by issuing general statements and petitions, addressing the Parliament and the Cabinet to stand up to the interests of the people not to the interests of the ruling coalition and its dictate. Massive confrontations were organized in the first week of last June, when Amman and several other cities revolted against the new anti-middle class Income Tax Law. Consequently, the government had to leave and the new law had temporarily being stopped.

Dear Comrades,

Alongside the political, economic and social challenges facing the Jordanian liberation movement, there is a new challenge of a different type and different nature. It is the challenge of terrorism and extreme religious violence. Jordan was able to avoid the big fire extinguished by the terrorist and extremist groups fed by the imperialist and reactionary circles in the region, in Syria & Iraq. Sparks of this fire came to Jordan in the form of terrorist operations executed by the dormant cells affected by the ideas of ISIS, which resulted in causalities among the security forces, the army and among civilians.

JCP keeps denouncing the beliefs and ideas exposed by the terrorist and extremist groups as well as the political and religious terrorism which return, in its roots, culture and ideology, to the medieval era, which had witnessed the ugliest forms of intellectual and political despotism, whereby terrorists commonly kill who differ in opinion in the most brutal methods.

Here and now, JCP is calling for a broad front encompassing all enlightened forces that reject violence in all its forms and manifestations to open up a rational dialogue to support political and intellectual pluralism based on respect of the other opinions. JCP emphasizes that the confrontation with the forces of terrorism, extremism and violence in all its manifestations should not be confined to the security dimension, but must also include the intellectual dimension. Through the cultural and educational debate, Jordan needs to redraft the spiritual values and ethics to be guided by democracy, critical thinking and tolerance.

I take this opportunity to declareour solidarity with the fraternal Communist Parties in the Arab countries struggling against authoritarian regimes and undemocratic policies that follow the imperialist powers, especially the US imperialism.

I also take this opportunity, to express JCPs willingness to strengthen relationships with your Parties and to assure you of our solidarity with your brave struggle for the triumph of our common cause of popular democracy, dignity and social justice.

Salute to the peoples who are struggling to be back on the path to socialism declared by Marx and Engels and Lenin and to the new thinkers, who adhere to Marx, Engels and Lenin while developing new approaches according to the new conditions.
