SPEECH BY THE LEADER OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF AZERBAIJAN

T. B. NURULLAYEVA AT THE INTERNATIONAL MEETING OF COMMUNISTS AND WORKERS PARTIES IN İZMIR

 Dear comrades!

     Let me first express my gratitude to the organizer of the 23rd International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties, in the beautiful place of Cesme. The word “Cheshme” in our opinion is a source! I hope that on this beautiful ember of Turkey, the decisions and resolutions adopted will become the starting point for the further development of the communist and workers' parties in the struggle for the revolutionary transformation of capitalist society into socialist society!

     Comrades!

  I think it is not appropriate to talk a lot about the communist movement in Azerbaijan, because I have informed many times at our International Meetings about the political situation in our country. Let me just briefly note locally that the political situation in our region in general and in our republic in particular differs from other regions that did not enjoy socialist relations. Since in the socialist state of the USSR the political leadership was in the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and after, not without the participation of the West, the deliberate destruction of the socialist foundation in all post-Soviet spaces, the West tirelessly conducts “active” work among the population.

     In this “active” work, basically, all non-arc and negative cases are associated with the Communist Parties. Of course, while in power, no one is immune to mistakes, especially since there were no analogues in the world that after the First World War and the devastation associated with the intervention, to govern such a multinational country as the then Russia! But mistakes are different! Well, of course, during the leadership of the Communist Party for 70 years, there were some mistakes. But as Deng Xiaoping said regarding STALIN’s mistakes: maybe STALIN had some mistakes, but this was about 20%, and STALIN had much more positive deeds. This is not a reason to throw mud at His activities!

     And the West, based on the Khrushchev approach to STALTN, takes only negative factors into the activities of the Communist Party. All shortcomings in all spheres of society are associated with the Communist Party.

     In such a situation it is very difficult to conduct counter-propaganda. Because the West has all the arsenals to influence young people! And it’s difficult for us to work with meager funds.       

Now, in Azerbaijan, after the liberation of the occupied territories, restoration work is being carried out in the republic and people are quietly returning to their native lands. For now, it is difficult for us to conduct communist propaganda among the population due to many circumstances. But this does not mean that we are sitting still. Our communists are tirelessly working among the population of Karabakh!

                  Comrades!

     One of the fundamental principles of the activities of communists and the Communist Party is proletarian internationalism, which was proclaimed and justified by K. MARX and F. ENGELS.

     And proletarian internationalism provides for international solidarity, mutual assistance, unity of action of the working class, the working people of all countries in their struggle for common goals!

     At International Meetings of Communist and Workers' Parties, they always adhere to international solidarity and the final documents reflect the solidarity of the struggling peoples and parties in the struggle for liberation from the yoke of imperialism (globalism), and also express concern about the conflicts of one or another part of the globe. This is a very correct approach, because in the victory of socialism in Russia in 1917, the international solidarity of left parties around the world played an important role. But we are surprised that for more than 30 years (since 1987), under the direct influence of the West, a conflict began between two peoples who were once on friendly terms, between Armenia and Azerbaijan, for some reason the left parties remained silent. By the way, this conflict, on an interethnic basis, became the cornerstone of the collapse of the USSR! But, unfortunately, until 2018, not a single document at the International Meetings mentioned this fratricidal conflict!? Although four UN resolutions clearly indicated that 20% of the occupied Azerbaijani territory must be released unconditionally! Only in 2018 in Athens did we achieve, in the final documents, a reflection of the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

     Despite this, not a single state that voted for these resolutions was in a hurry to act for a peaceful resolution of this conflict. This is called the “double standard”, which is inherent in bourgeois states. This is logical - the capitalist West can handle it! But when the principle of “double standards” penetrates the international trade movement, this is what we should be wary of. This violates proletarian internationalism, which provided for international solidarity!

     A logical question arises: why do left-wing political parties that support Marxism-Leninism treat such “small” countries of the Caucasus this way? We must not forget the contribution of the left parties of the Caucasus, who raised many revolutionaries of the Leninist guard, and played an important role in the victory of the Great October Socialist

Revolutions Bolsheviks of the Caucasus! I would like to note the historical fact that Baku was one of the revolutionary centers of Russia at the end of the 20th and early 20th centuries. And some communist parties of the Eastern countries were created in Baku!

     I do not want and cannot reproach the international communist movement, under any circumstances, but I want to note that violation of one of the basic principles of Marxism-Leninism will lead to dangerous devils of the left political parties and the people will not understand this!

                     Comrades!

     Briefly about the Euro Communist Initiative. Despite the fact that we are not a member of the EKI, I think that no one should be indifferent to the ongoing processes in the international communist movement. It should be especially noted that the Communist Party of Greece plays a huge role in the international communist movement. It seems that the revolutionary center is moving towards Greece and we are all following the events in Greece and supporting the Greek communists in their tireless struggle for the happiness of the working people.

     When the EKI was created, we were happy that in the future the Comintern would be created on the basis of the EKI. And it would be advisable to create an Analytical Center on the basis of the EKI to study the situation in the world and develop recommendations for left-wing parties.

     But unfortunately this did not happen - the activities of the EKI are “frozen”. Can't you see what's happening in the world? Here are three conditions where the contradictions of imperialism are off the charts. We are late and are always on the tail of the bourgeoisie. Isn't it time to take drastic measures?

     In conclusion, I would like to believe that the communists of all countries, united into one fist, will show imperialism - “Kuzkin’s mother”!

              Дорогие товарищи!

    Первым долгом разрешите выразит благодарность организатором 23-й Международной Встрече коммунистических и рабочих партии, в прекрасном местечке – Чешме. Слово «Чешме» по нашему – источник! Надеюсь на этой прекрасной угольке Турции принятые решении и резолюции станут отправной точкой дальнейшего развития коммунистических и рабочих партии в борьбе за революционного преобразования капиталистического общества в социалистическое!

    Товарищи!

 Считаю говорит много о комдвижение в Азербайджане не уместно, ибо я много раз информировал на наших Международных Встречах о политической ситуации у нас. Только, коротко у местно отметит , что политическая ситуация в нашем регионе в общем и в частности нашей республике отличается  от других регионах, которые не состоялись в социалистических отношениях. Поскольку в социалистическом государстве СССР политическая руководства находился у Компартии Советского Союза и после, не без участия Запада, преднамеренного разрушения социалистического устоя во всех постсоветских пространствах Запад неустанно, ведет «активную» работу среди населения.

    В этой «активной» работе, в основном, все не дуги и отрицательные дела связывают с Компартиями. Конечно, находясь у власти ни кто не застрахован ошибок, тем паче не было аналогов в мире, что после первой мировой войны и разрухи связанной с интервенции, управлять такой много национальной стране как тогдашняя Россия! Но ошибки ошибок рознь! Ну конечно, во времена  руководства в течении 70-ти лет у компартии были какие то ошибки. Но как говорил Дэн Сяопин по поводу ошибки СТАЛИНА: может быт  у СТАЛИНА были какие то ошибки, но это составлял около 20%, а положительных дел у СТАЛИНА были горазда больше. Это не повод обливании грязью Его деятельности!

    И Запад исходя Хрущщовского подхода к СТАЛТНУ, в деятельности компартии берут только отрицательных факторов. Все недостатки во всех сферах общества связывают с компартии.

    В такой обстановке очень трудно вести контрпропаганду. Потому, что у Запада ест все арсеналы воздействовать на молодежь! И нам с мизерными средствами трудно работать.

    Сейчас, в Азербайджане, после освобождения захваченных территориях республике ведутся  восстановительные работы и люди по тихонько возвращаются родные края. Пока нам трудно вести коммунистическую пропаганду в среди населения в связи с многими обстоятельствами. Но это не означает, что мы сидим на месте. Наши коммунисты не устанно ведут работу в среди населения Карабаха!

                 Товарищи!

    Одной из основополагающих принцип деятельности коммунистов и компартии является  пролетарский интернационализм, который был провозглашен и обоснован К. МАРКСОМ и Ф, ЭНГЕЛЬСОМ.

    А пролетарский интернационализм предусматривает международный солидарность, взаимопомощь, единство действий рабочего класса, трудящихся всех стран в их борьбе за общие цели!

    На Международных Встречах коммунистических и рабочих партии всегда придерживаются международный солидарность и в итоговых  документах отражается солидарность борющихся народов и партии в борьбе за освобождения от ига империализма (глобализма), а также  выражают обеспокоенность конфликтов той или другой части Земного шара. Это очень правильный подход, ибо в победе социализма в России 1917 году немаловажный роль сыграл международный солидарность левых партии всего мира. Но нас удивляет то, что более 30-ти лет (начиная с 1987 года), под непосредственным влиянием Запада, начался конфликт между двумя, когда-то находясь дружескими отношениями народов, между Арменией и Азербайджаном левые партии почему то молчали. К стати, этот конфликт, на межнациональной основе, стал краеугольным камнем развала СССР! Но к большому сожалению, до 2018 года не на одном документе на Международных Встречах не упоминался  этот братоубийственный конфликт!? Хотя четыре резолюции ООН четко указывал, что 20%  захваченная азербайджанская территория должны освободится безоговорочно! Только в  2018 году в Афинах мы ели-ели добились, в итоговых документах, отражение конфликт между Арменией и Азербайджаном.

    Не смотря на это ни одно государство, проголосивших за эти резолюции, не спешили воздействовать для мирного решения этого конфликта. Это называется «двойной стандарт», который присущи буржуазным государствам. Это логично – капиталистическому Западу это по рукам! Но когда принцип «двойных стандартов» проникает среди международной комдвижении – вот этого надо опасаться. Это нарушает пролетарский интернационализм предусматривавшие международный солидарность!

    Возникает логический вопрос: почему левые политические партии придержавшие марксизм-ленинизм так относятся к таким «маленьким» странам Кавказа? Не надо забывать вклад левых партии Кавказа воспитавши много революционеров ленинской гвардии, немаловажную роль играли в победе Великой Октябрьской Социалистической

Революции  большевики Кавказа! Хочу отметит исторический факт, что Баку являлся одним из революционных центров России в конце Х!Х и в начале ХХ века. И некоторые компартии страны Востока создавались именно в Баку!

    Я не хочу и не могу упрекать международную комдвижению, ни в коем случаю, но хочу отметит, что нарушение один из основных принципов марксизма-ленинизма приведет к опасным чертям левых политических партии и народы не поймут этого!

                    Товарищи!

    Коротко об Евро Коммунистический Инициативе. Не смотря на то, что мы не являемся членом ЕКИ, думаю, что ни кто не должен безразлично относился  происходящими процессами  в международном комдвижении. Надо, особенно отмечать, что в международном комдвижении огромную роль играет Компартия Греции. Думается революционный центр продвигается к Греции и мы все следим за событиями в Греции и поддерживаем коммунистов Греции в их неутомимой борьбе за счастье  трудящихся.

    Когда был создан ЕКИ мы радовались, что в дальнейшем на базе ЕКИ создадут Коминтерн. И было бы целесообразно на базе ЕКИ создать Аналитический Центр для изучения ситуация в мире и разработать рекомендации для левым партиям.

    Но к сожалению этого не случилось - -деятельность ЕКИ «заморожен». Разве не видно, что происходит в мире? Здесь уже три условии противоречии империализма зашкаливает. Мы опаздываем и всегда находимся на хвосте буржуазии. Ни пора ли принимать кардинальные меры!

    В заключении хотелось верит в том, что коммунисты всех стран объединившись в один кулак покажут империализму – «кузькин мать» !
