NOVEMBER 29: INTERNATIONAL DAY OF SOLIDARITY WITH THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE 

FOR THE IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OF ALL INSTITUTIONAL AGREEMENTS WITH THE STATE OF ISRAEL!

Political Note from the Brazilian Communist Party

On November 29, 1947, through Resolution 181, the Partition Plan for Palestine was established by the United Nations General Assembly, dividing the area covered by the British Mandate of Palestine into two states: a Jewish state and an Arab state. This episode, which was discussed and deliberated without consulting local inhabitants at the time, is remembered worldwide as the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, which saw their lands being shared and occupied by Jewish settlers. 

This process began the NAKBA, which in Arabic means catastrophe, as from 1948, with the intensification of conflicts in the region, more than 800,000 Palestinians were expelled from around 500 villages, causing an unprecedented exodus. 

Unlike the UN, which celebrates this date as a milestone in the conquest of the Jewish people's right to a sovereign State, throughout the world this date must be remembered as a milestone in the arbitrary partition, imposition and escalation of violence to which the State of Israel has been subjecting the Palestinian population ever since. Over more than 75 years, social segregation expanded and apartheid was made official as a State policy against the Palestinian people, depriving them of basic rights and essential humanitarian conditions. The Gaza Strip was transformed into the largest open-air concentration camp in the world, with the support of US imperialism and the complicity of the Arab bourgeoisie in the region. 

The intensification of conflicts is an expression of this historical process of colonialism and oppression to which the Palestinian people are subjected and which has taken on an extremely barbaric nature with the criminal and disproportionate massacre carried out by the Israel Defense Forces against the civilian population in the Strip. Gaza and the West Bank. Such attacks cannot be characterized as an anti-terror war, but must be classified and denounced as genocide! 

Faced with this humanitarian catastrophe and the ethnocide promoted against the Palestinian population, especially women and children, dozens of countries suspended diplomatic relations with the State of Israel, as a form of protest and international pressure against the crimes against humanity carried out by Benjamin's Zionist government. Netanyahu and the coalition of far-right parties that supports him. 

The PCB defends the immediate suspension of all commercial, scientific and military agreements and diplomatic relations with Israel, as a way of increasing international pressure against the genocidal and terrorist machine of the Israeli State, which has already claimed more than 13 thousand lives of Palestinian civilians , especially women and children, and left more than 600,000 homeless, destroying schools, daycare centers and hospitals indiscriminately, imposing a true holocaust on the population of the Gaza Strip. 

These agreements, especially military agreements, feed the Zionist destruction machine and provide revenue to Israeli companies that finance reactionary entities, big techs and think tanks (institutions dedicated to producing knowledge on political, economic or scientific topics). These companies spread far-right lies and ideologies as a way of fostering institutional support for Zionism and the various manifestations and political structures that fuel neo-fascism around the world. 

We call on all Solidarity Committees with the Palestinian People to include this flag of struggle in their agendas, so that we can increase this pressure on the streets, forcing the Brazilian Government and its State institutions to suspend all forms of institutional relations with the Zionist State of Israel, thus joining the international mobilization to end the massacre and humanitarian tragedy experienced by the Palestinian people.

PELA SUSPENSÃO IMEDIATA DE TODOS OS ACORDOS INSTITUCIONAIS COM O ESTADO DE ISRAEL!

Em 29 de novembro de 1947, através da Resolução 181, foi instituído pela Assembleia Geral das Nações Unidas o Plano de Partição da Palestina, dividindo a área compreendida pelo Mandato Britânico da Palestina em dois estados: um estado judeu e outro árabe. Esse episódio, que foi discutido e deliberado sem a consulta aos habitantes locais à época, é lembrando mundialmente como o Dia Internacional da Solidariedade ao Povo Palestino, que viu suas terras serem partilhadas e ocupadas por colonos judeus.

Esse processo deu início à NAKBA, que em árabe significa catástrofe, pois a partir de 1948, com a intensificação dos conflitos na região, mais de 800 mil palestinos foram expulsos de cerca de 500 vilarejos, provocando um êxodo sem precedentes.

Ao contrário da ONU, que comemora essa data como marco da conquista do direito do povo judeu a um Estado soberano, em todo o mundo essa data deve ser lembrada como o marco da partilha arbitrária, da imposição e da escalada de violência a que o Estado de Israel submete a população palestina desde então. Ao longo de mais de 75 anos, ampliou-se a segregação social e o apartheid foi oficializado como política de Estado contra o povo palestino, privando-o de direitos básicos e de condições humanitárias essenciais. A Faixa de Gaza foi transformada no maior campo de concentração a céu aberto do mundo, com o apoio do imperialismo estadunidense e a cumplicidade das burguesias árabes na região.

A intensificação dos conflitos é a expressão desse processo histórico de colonialismo e opressão a que o povo palestino é submetido e que tem assumido um contorno de extrema barbárie com o massacre criminoso e desproporcional promovido pelas Forças de Defesa de Israel contra a população civil na Faixa de Gaza e na Cisjordânia. Tais ataques não podem ser caracterizados como uma guerra antiterror, mas devem ser classificados e denunciados como genocídio!

Diante dessa catástrofe humanitária e do etnocídio promovido contra a população palestina, sobretudo mulheres e crianças, dezenas de países suspenderam relações diplomáticas com o Estado de Israel, como forma de protesto e pressão internacional contra os crimes de lesa-humanidade praticados pelo governo sionista de Benjamin Netanyahu e a coligação de partidos de extrema-direita que o sustenta.

O PCB defende a suspensão imediata de todos os acordos comerciais, científicos e militares e das relações diplomáticas com Israel, como forma de aumentar essa pressão internacional contra a máquina genocida e terrorista do Estado israelense, que já ceifou mais de 13 mil vidas de civis palestinos, sobretudo mulheres e crianças, e deixou mais de 600 mil desabrigados, destruindo escolas, creches e hospitais indiscriminadamente, impondo à população da Faixa de Gaza um verdadeiro holocausto.

Esses acordos, sobretudo os acordos militares, alimentam a máquina de destruição sionista e proporcionam receitas a empresas israelenses que financiam entidades reacionárias, big techs e think tanks (instituições que se dedicam a produzir conhecimento sobre temas políticos, econômicos ou científicos). Estas empresas divulgam mentiras e ideologias da extrema direita como forma de fomentar o apoio institucional ao sionismo e às diversas manifestações e estruturas políticas que alimentam o neofascismo mundo afora.

Conclamamos todos os Comitês de Solidariedade ao Povo Palestino que incluam essa bandeira de luta em suas pautas, para que possamos ampliar essa pressão nas ruas, forçando que o Governo brasileiro e suas instituições de Estado suspendam todas as formas de relações institucionais com o Estado sionista de Israel, somando-se assim à mobilização internacional pelo fim do massacre e da tragédia humanitária vivenciada pelo povo palestino.

مذكرة سياسية من الحزب الشيوعي البرازيلي

في 29 نوفمبر 1947، ومن خلال القرار 181، وضعت الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة خطة تقسيم فلسطين، التي قسمت المنطقة التي يغطيها الانتداب البريطاني على فلسطين إلى دولتين: دولة يهودية ودولة عربية. هذه الحادثة، التي تمت مناقشتها والتداول فيها دون استشارة السكان المحليين في ذلك الوقت، يتم تذكرها في جميع أنحاء العالم باعتبارها اليوم العالمي للتضامن مع الشعب الفلسطيني، الذي شهد تقاسم أراضيهم واحتلالها من قبل المستوطنين اليهود.

بدأت هذه العملية بالنكبة، والتي تعني بالعربية الكارثة، اعتبارًا من عام 1948، ومع اشتداد الصراعات في المنطقة، تم طرد أكثر من 800 ألف فلسطيني من حوالي 500 قرية، مما تسبب في نزوح جماعي غير مسبوق.

وخلافا للأمم المتحدة التي تحتفل بهذا التاريخ باعتباره علامة فارقة في نيل حق الشعب اليهودي في دولة ذات سيادة، فإن هذا التاريخ في جميع أنحاء العالم يجب أن نتذكره باعتباره علامة فارقة في التقسيم التعسفي وفرض وتصعيد العنف الذي تعرضت له دولة إسرائيل. وتقوم إسرائيل بإخضاع السكان الفلسطينيين منذ ذلك الحين. وعلى مدار أكثر من 75 عامًا، اتسع نطاق الفصل الاجتماعي، وأصبح الفصل العنصري رسميًا كسياسة دولة ضد الشعب الفلسطيني، مما أدى إلى حرمانه من الحقوق الأساسية والظروف الإنسانية الأساسية. لقد تحول قطاع غزة إلى أكبر معسكر اعتقال في الهواء الطلق في العالم، بدعم من الإمبريالية الأمريكية وتواطؤ البرجوازية العربية في المنطقة.

إن تصاعد الصراعات هو تعبير عن هذه العملية التاريخية للاستعمار والقمع التي يتعرض لها الشعب الفلسطيني والتي اتخذت طابعا همجيا للغاية مع المذبحة الإجرامية وغير المتناسبة التي ارتكبها جيش الدفاع الإسرائيلي ضد السكان المدنيين في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية. ولا يمكن وصف مثل هذه الهجمات بأنها حرب ضد الإرهاب، بل يجب تصنيفها وإدانتها على أنها إبادة جماعية!

وأمام هذه الكارثة الإنسانية والإبادة العرقية التي يتعرض لها السكان الفلسطينيون، وخاصة النساء والأطفال، علقت عشرات الدول علاقاتها الدبلوماسية مع دولة إسرائيل، كشكل من أشكال الاحتجاج والضغط الدولي ضد الجرائم ضد الإنسانية التي ترتكبها حكومة بنيامين الصهيونية. نتنياهو وائتلاف أحزاب اليمين المتطرف الذي يدعمه.

ويدافع مجلس التنسيق عن التعليق الفوري لجميع الاتفاقيات التجارية والعلمية والعسكرية والعلاقات الدبلوماسية مع إسرائيل، كوسيلة لزيادة الضغط الدولي ضد آلة الإبادة الجماعية والإرهاب التابعة للدولة الإسرائيلية، والتي أودت بحياة أكثر من 13 ألف مدني فلسطيني. وخاصة النساء والأطفال، وتركت أكثر من 600 ألف شخص بلا مأوى، ودمرت المدارس ومراكز الرعاية النهارية والمستشفيات بشكل عشوائي، مما فرض محرقة حقيقية على سكان قطاع غزة.

هذه الاتفاقيات، وخاصة الاتفاقيات العسكرية، تغذي آلة التدمير الصهيونية وتوفر إيرادات للشركات الإسرائيلية التي تمول الكيانات الرجعية والتكنولوجيا الكبرى ومراكز الفكر (المؤسسات المخصصة لإنتاج المعرفة في مواضيع سياسية أو اقتصادية أو علمية). تنشر هذه الشركات الأكاذيب والإيديولوجيات اليمينية المتطرفة كوسيلة لتعزيز الدعم المؤسسي للصهيونية ومختلف المظاهر والهياكل السياسية التي تغذي الفاشية الجديدة في جميع أنحاء العالم.

وإننا ندعو جميع لجان التضامن مع الشعب الفلسطيني إلى إدراج راية النضال هذه في جداول أعمالها، حتى نتمكن من زيادة هذا الضغط في الشوارع، مما يجبر الحكومة البرازيلية ومؤسسات الدولة التابعة لها على تعليق جميع أشكال العلاقات المؤسسية مع الدولة الصهيونية. إسرائيل، وبذلك تنضم إلى التعبئة الدولية لإنهاء المذبحة والمأساة الإنسانية التي يعيشها الشعب الفلسطيني.

عاشت مقاومة الشعب الفلسطيني البطولية!
