Immediate release of all refugees and immigrants from Lesvos! Close the RIC of Moria, do not open any other RIC!

The Press Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Greece issued the following statement on the fire that broke out in the Reception and Identification Center (RIC) of Moria and the tragic and explosive situation on the island of Lesvos:

"Immediate release of all refugees and immigrants from Lesvos. Close Moria and do not open any other RIC.

The government has heavy responsibilities for the tragic and dangerous situation that has arisen in Lesvos for the thousands of refugees and the inhabitants, after the disastrous fire in the RIC of Moria. It must immediately provide a substantial solution, ensuring the health and the rights of inhabitants, refugees and immigrants.

The government, which has long been aware that the situation in the RIC of Moria was explosive due to the large number of people entrapped in miserable conditions and the great dangers that the transmission of the pandemic would create to the RIC due to the overcrowding, turned a deaf ear to the demand to close the RIC, release all refugees and immigrants and take substantial protection measures until their relocation is completed.

It still has great responsibilities because, in order to satisfy the demands of big businessmen in tourism and transport, it violated the health protocols and allowed the pandemic to spread first to the residents of Lesvos and eventually to the RIC of Moria.

The government has great responsibilities, because with its policy and with a permanent goal to create a closed hot spot (either with the expansion of Moria or in another part of the island), it allowed situations of humanitarian - health risks to emerge and paved the way for events that favor the further implementation of the EU reactionary plans, for the transformation of the Aegean islands into permanent concentration camps for immigrants by creating closed RICs.

The KKE demands the immediate release of all refugees and immigrants from Lesvos. Moria must be closed and no other RIC, closed or open, must be created.

The government must charter ships today and arrange for the transport of refugees and immigrants to the mainland, in compliance with all sanitary protocols, ensuring places with humane conditions of safety and hygiene for their temporary accommodation, until they are given the documents needed to go to the countries of their destination.

It must carry out diagnostic tests on all refugees and immigrants so that the corona-virus patients can be quarantined in the isolation area of hotels before leaving the island.

Special care and priority must be given to the organized transport of families with children as well as the hundreds of unaccompanied minors. Any kind of delay is not justified.

In conditions of pandemic, but also escalating tension in the Aegean due to the aggression of the Turkish government, promoted by NATO, USA and the EU, in order to proceed with the planning for the co-exploitation of the Aegean, the operation of closed or open concentration camps for refugees and immigrants in the Aegean islands proves to be even more dangerous.

The government is taking on huge new responsibilities, to the extent that it will take advantage of this explosive situation to proceed with the planning for the establishment of refugee confinement camps on Lesvos and other islands. The people of Lesvos have the knowledge and power to prevent this".

Немедленно эвакуировать беженцев и мигрантов! Закрыть лагерь Мориа, не открывать ни одного центра по приему беженцев и мигрантов!

Пресс-служба ЦК КПГ опубликовала следующее заявление о пожаре в лагере беженцев Мориа и о трагической и взрывоопасной ситуации, сложившейся на острове Лесбос:

«Немедленно начать эвакуацию беженцев и мигрантов. Закрыть лагерь Мориа, не открывать ни одного центра по приему беженцев и мигрантов.

Правительство несет огромную ответственность за трагическую и опасную ситуацию, сложившуюся на Лесбосе, для тысяч беженцев и жителей после катастрофического пожара в лагере Мория, и должно немедленно принять действенные меры, гарантирующее здоровье и права жителей, беженцев и мигрантов.

Правительство, зная давно, что в лагере для беженцев Мориа складывается взрывоопасная ситуация из-за скопления большого количества людей, живущих в ужасных условиях, зная, об огромном риске распространения пандемии из-за переполненности лагеря, закрыло глаза на требование закрыть центры приема эмигрантов, эвакуировать всех беженцев и мигрантов и принять эффективные меры по их защите до завершения их переселения.

Кроме того, оно несет огромную ответственность за то, что удовлетворяя потребности крупных предпринимателей в сфере туризма и транспорта, нарушило санитарные нормы и широко распахнуло двери перед пандемией, которая сначала начала распространяться среди жителей Лесбоса, а затем и среди беженцев лагеря Мориа.

Правительство несет огромную ответственность за то, что проводя свою политику, постоянной целью которой было создание закрытых hot spot (либо расширение территории Мориа, либо открытие в другой части острова), оно позволило создать опасную гуманитарную и санитарную ситуацию и подготовило почву для событий, способствующих дальнейшей реализации реакционных планов ЕС по превращению островов Эгейского моря в постоянные концентрационные лагеря для мигрантов, для создания лагерей закрытого типа.

КПГ требует, чтобы началась немедленная эвакуация всех беженцев и мигрантов с острова Лесбос. Она требует закрыть лагерь Мориа и не открывать ни одного центра по приему беженцев и мигрантов (ни закрытого, ни открытого).

Правительство должно немедленно зафрахтовать суда и организовать транспортировку беженцев и мигрантов на материк в соответствии со всеми санитарными протоколами, обеспечивая их проживание в местах временного размещения, создавая человеческие и санитарно-гигиенические условия до тех пор, пока им не выдадут соответствующие документы для переезда в страны назначения.

Оно должно сделать всем беженцам и мигрантам тесты на коронавирус, чтобы носители коронавируса были помещены на карантин в специально отведенные для этого гостиницы перед отъездом с острова.

Особую заботу и приоритет необходимо уделить организованному перемещению семей с детьми, а также сотен несопровождаемых несовершеннолетних. Нет никакого оправдания задержке.

В условиях пандемии, а также нарастающей напряженности в Эгейском море вследствие агрессивных действий правительства Турции, поощряемых НАТО, США и ЕС, для продвижения плана по совместной эксплуатации Эгейского моря, еще более опасным является функционирование на островах Эгейского моря закрытых или открытых концлагерей для беженцев и мигрантов.

Правительство несет огромную ответственность в той мере, в какой оно будет использовать эту взрывоопасную ситуацию для осуществления плана по созданию лагерей для беженцев на Лесбосе, на других островах. У народа Лесбоса есть знания и сила, и он может предотвратить это ".

¡Liberación inmediata de todos los refugiados e inmigrantes de Lesbos! ¡Que se cierre ya el centro de recepción e identificación en Moria y que no se abra otro!

La Oficina de Prensa del CC del KKE emitió el siguiente comunicado con respecto al incendio en el centro de recepción e identificación (CRI) en Moria y la trágica y explosiva situación que se ha creado en la isla de Lesbos:  

“Liberación inmediata de todos los refugiados e inmigrantes que están en Lesbos. Que se cierre el CRI en Moria y que no abra ningún otro CRI. 

El gobierno tiene graves responsabilidades sobre la trágica y peligrosa situación que se ha creado en Lesbos para los miles de refugiados y habitantes, después del incendio catastrófico en el CRI en Moria y debe proporcionar de inmediato una solución sustancial, asegurando la salud y los derechos de los habitantes, de los refugiados y de los inmigrantes.

El gobierno conocía desde hace tiempo que la situación en el centro de recepción e identificación en Moria era explosiva a causa del gran número de gente atrapada en condiciones miserables, así como los grandes peligros de la transmisión de la pandemia en el centro de recepción e identificación a causa también del hacinamiento. Sin embargo, volvió oídos sordos a la demanda de cerrar el centro liberando a todos los refugiados e inmigrantes y tomar medidas sustanciales hasta la finalización de su traslado.

Además, tiene grandes responsabilidades porque con el fin de satisfacer las demandas de los grandes empresarios en el turismo y los transportes, violó los protocolos sanitarios y permitió la expansión de la pandemia inicialmente a residentes de Lesbos y luego al centro de recepción e identificación de Moria.

El gobierno tiene grandes responsabilidades porque con su política y con el objetivo constante de crear un hot spot cerrado (ya sea con la expansión del centro en Moria ya sea en otro lugar en la isla), permitió que se crearan situaciones de riesgos humanitarios-sanitarios y allanó el camino para eventos que favorecen la mayor implementación de los planes reaccionarios de la UE, para la transformación de las islas del Egeo en campos permanentes de concentración de inmigrantes mediante la creación de centros de recepción e identificación cerrados.

El KKE exige la liberación inmediata de todos los refugiados e inmigrantes de Lesbos. Moria se debe cerrar y no debe crearse otro centro ni cerrado ni abierto.

El gobierno debe fletar hoy barcos y organizar el transporte de los refugiados y de los inmigrantes, cumpliendo con todos los protocolos sanitarios con dirección al país continental, garantizando lugares con condiciones de seguridad e higiene humanas para su alojamiento temporal hasta que se les entreguen los documentos adecuados para ir los países de su destino.

Debe realizar pruebas de diagnóstico a todos los refugiados e inmigrantes para que los pacientes del coronavirus se pongan en cuarentena en zonas de aislamiento de hoteles antes de salir de la isla.

Hay que prestar atención especial al transporte organizado de familias con niños así como a los cientos de menores no acompañados. Ningún tipo de retraso está justificado.

En condiciones de pandemia así como de intensificación creciente en el Egeo a causa de la agresión del gobierno turco, promovida por la OTAN, EE.UU y la UE, con el fin de proceder a la planificación para la explotación conjunta del Egeo, resulta aun más peligroso que funcionen en las islas del Egeo campos cerrados o abiertos de concentración de refugiados e inmigrantes.

El gobierno asume nuevas grandes responsabilidades, en la medida que utiliza esta situación explosiva para proceder con la planificación de establecimiento de campos de concentración de inmigrantes en Lesbos, y en otras islas. El pueblo de Lesbos lo conoce y puede impedirlo.”

Libération immédiate de tous les réfugiés et immigrants de Lesbos! Le Centre d'Accueil et d'Identification de Moria doit être fermé, non à l’ouverture d’aucun autre CAI!
   

Le bureau de presse du CC du KKE a publié la déclaration suivante sur l'incendie qui a éclaté dans le centre d'accueil et d'identification (CAI) de Moria et la situation tragique et explosive sur l'île de Lesbos:

"Libération immédiate de tous les réfugiés et immigrants de Lesbos.  Le CAI de Moria doit être fermé, non à l’ouverture d’aucun autre CAI. 

Le gouvernement a de lourdes responsabilités dans la situation tragique et dangereuse qui s'est produite à Lesbos pour les milliers de réfugiés et d'habitants, après l'incendie désastreux dans le CAI de Moria. Il doit trouver immédiatement une solution substantielle, garantissant la santé et les droits des habitants, des réfugiés et des immigrants. 

Le gouvernement, qui savait depuis longtemps que la situation dans le CAI de Moria était explosive à cause du grand nombre de personnes piégées dans des conditions misérables, et des grands dangers que la transmission de la pandémie créerait pour le CAI en raison de la surpopulation, afait la sourde oreille  à la demande de fermer le CAI, de libérer tous les réfugiés et immigrants et de prendre des mesures de protection substantielles jusqu'à ce que leur réinstallation soit effectuée. 

Il a encore de grandes responsabilités car, pour satisfaire les demandes de grandes entreprises dans le tourisme et les transports, il a violé les protocoles sanitaires et a permis à la pandémie de se propager d'abord chez les habitants de Lesbos et finalement au CAI de Moria. 

Le gouvernement a de grandes responsabilités, parce qu’en poursuivant sa politique et en ayant un objectif permanent de créer un point chaud fermé (soit par l'expansion de Moria, soit dans une autre partie de l'île), il a permis l'émergence de situations de risques humanitaires – sanitaires, et a ouvert la voie à des événements qui favorisent la poursuite de la mise en œuvre des plans réactionnaires de l'UE, pour la transformation des îles de la mer Égée en camps de concentration permanents pour les immigrants en créant des CAI fermés. 

Le KKE exige la libération immédiate de tous les réfugiés et immigrants de Lesbos. Moria doit être fermée et aucun autre CAI, fermé ou ouvert, ne doit être créé. 

Le gouvernement doit aujourd'hui affréter des navires et organiser le transport des réfugiés et des immigrants vers le continent, conformément à tous les protocoles sanitaires, en garantissant des lieux avec des conditions humaines de sécurité et d'hygiène pour leur hébergement temporaire, jusqu'à ce qu'ils reçoivent les documents nécessaires pour se rendre aux pays de leur destination. 

Il doit réaliser des tests diagnostiques sur tous les réfugiés et immigrants afin que les patients qui sont testés positifs puissent être mis en quarantaine dans la zone d'isolement des hôtels avant de quitter l'île. 

Il faut donner la priorité et une attention particulière au transport organisé des familles avec enfants, ainsi que des centaines de mineurs non accompagnés. Tout type de retard n'est pas justifié. 

Dans des conditions de pandémie, mais aussi de tension croissante dans la mer Égée en raison de l'agression du gouvernement turc, promue par l'OTAN, les États-Unis et l'UE, afin de procéder à la planification de la co-exploitation de la mer Égée, l'opération des camps de concentration fermés ou ouverts pour les réfugiés et les immigrants dans les îles de la mer Égée se révèle encore plus dangereuse. 

Le gouvernement assume d'énormes nouvelles responsabilités, dans la mesure où il profitera de cette situation explosive pour procéder à la planification de la création de camps de confinement de réfugiés à Lesbos et dans d'autres îles. Les habitants de Lesbos ont la connaissance et le pouvoir d'empêcher cela".

فليُفك حصار العالقين فوراً! فلتغلق موريا، لا لفتح أي مركز استقبال و تسجيل آخر!

 أصدر المكتب الإعلامي للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني البيان التالي حول حريق مركز موريا لاستقبال و تسجيل اللاجئين والوضع المأساوي والمتفجر الذي نشأ في جزيرة لِسفوس:

"فليُفك الآن حصار جميع اللاجئين والمهاجرين العالقين في جزيرة لِسفوس. فليغلق مركز موريا مع عدم فتح أي مركز استقبال و تسجيل آخر.

تتحمل الحكومة مسؤوليات جسيمة عن الوضع المأساوي والخطير الذي نشأ في لِسفوس لآلاف اللاجئين والسكان، بعد الحريق المدمر الذي اندلع في مركز موريا لاستقبال و تسجيل اللاجئين، و هي مَدينة الآن بتقديم حل جوهري، يضمن صحة وحقوق السكان، و اللاجئين والمهاجرين.

و في حين كانت الحكومة، مطَّلعة و لفترة طويلة حتى الآن على حال مركز موريا المتفجر، نظراً للعدد الكبير للعالقين في ظروف بائسة، و كانت على علم بالمخاطر الكبيرة التي قد يخلقها انتقال الوباء إلى المركز بسبب اكتظاظه، فقد أغلقت آذانها في وجه المطالبة بإغلاق المركز و بفك حصار جميع اللاجئين والمهاجرين واتخاذ تدابير حماية جوهرية حتى اكتمال إعادة توطينهم.

حتى أنها تتحمل مسؤوليات أكبر لأنها و من أجل تلبية مطالب كبار رجال الأعمال في مجالي السياحة والنقل، انتهكت البروتوكولات الصحية وفتحت الأبواب على مصراعيها لانتشار الوباء أولاً ضمن سكان لِسفوس و مؤخراً في مركز موريا.

هذا و تقع على عاتق الحكومة مسؤوليات كبيرة، لأنها من خلال سياستها وهدفها الدائم المتمثل في إنشاء نقاط ساخنة مغلقة (إما عبر توسيع موريا أو في مكان آخر على الجزيرة)، سمحت بخلق حالات من المخاطر الإنسانية والصحية ومهدت الطريق لوقائع  مؤاتية بنحو أبعد لتنفيذ الخطط الرجعية للاتحاد الأوروبي، من أجل تحويل جزر بحر إيجه إلى معسكرات اعتقال دائمة للمهاجرين  عبر إنشاء مراكز استقبال و تسجيل مغلقة.

يُطالب الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني ببدء فك حصار اللاجئين والمهاجرين من لِسفوس الآن. و إغلاق موريا وعدم فتح أي مركز استقبال و تسجيل آخر مغلق أو مفتوح.

يجب على الحكومة استئجار السفن اليوم و ترتيب نقل اللاجئين والمهاجرين، إلى البر الرئيسي للبلاد بما يتوافق مع جميع البروتوكولات الصحية، مع ضمان أماكن ذات شروط سلامة ونظافة تليق بالبشر لإقامتهم المؤقتة، حتى يتم منحهم الوثائق المناسبة للإنتقال إلى بلدان وجهتهم.

و هي مدينة بإجراء اختبارات تشخيصية على جميع اللاجئين والمهاجرين حتى يمكن وضع حاملي الفيروس التاجي في العزل الضروري في الفنادق قبل مغادرتهم الجزيرة.

يجب إعطاء رعاية خاصة وأولوية للتنقل المنظم للعائلات التي لديها أطفال بالإضافة إلى مئات القصر غير المصحوبين بذويهم. و لا يوجد أي مبرر للتأخير.

و في ظروف الوباء، و التوتر المتصاعد أيضاً في بحر إيجه بسبب عدوانية الحكومة التركية، التي يكافؤها حلف الناتو والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والاتحاد الأوروبي، من أجل تحريك مخططات الاستغلال المشترك لبحر إيجه، فقد ثبت بنحو أكبر مدى خطورة  تشغيل معسكرات اعتقال مفتوحة أو مغلقة للاجئين والمهاجرين على جزر بحر إيجه.

تتولى الحكومة مسؤوليات جديدة ضخمة، بقدر قيامها باستغلال هذا الوضع المتفجر للمضي قدماً في تخطيطها لإقامة مخيمات اعتقال للاجئين في لِسفوس، و على الجزر الأخرى. إن أهل لِسفوس يمتلكون المعرفة والقوة و باستطاعتهم منع ذلك".

Të lërohen tani! Të mbyllet Moria, të mos hapet asnjë Qendër tjetër Pritjeje dhe Identifikimi (KYT)!

Zyra e Shtypit e KQ të Partisë Komuniste të Greqisë (KKE) lëshoi njoftimin e mëposhtëm në lidhje me zjarrin në Qendrën e Pritjes dhe Identifikimit (KYT) në Moria të ishullit Lesvos dhe situatën tragjike e shpërthyese që është krijuar aty:

«Të filloni menjëherë lirimi i të gjithë refugjatëve dhe emigrantëve nga ishulli Lesvos. Të mbyllet Moria dhe të mos hapet asnjë Qendër Pritjeje dhe Identifikimi (KYT) tjetër.

Qeveria ka përgjegjësi të mëdha për situatën tragjike dhe të rrezikshme që është krijuar në ishullin e Lesvos për mijëra refugjatët dhe banorët e këtij ishulli, pas zjarrit shkatërrues në KYT të Morias dhe tani duhet të ofrojë një zgjidhje thelbësore, duke siguruar shëndetin dhe të drejtat e banorëve, të refugjatëve dhe emigrantëve.

Qeveria, edhe pse e njihte, shumë kohë më parë, se situata në KYT të Morias ishte shpërthyese për shkak të numrit të madh të njerëzve të bllokuar në kushte të mjerueshme, ndërsa i dinte rreziqet e mëdha që do të krijonte transmetimi i pandemisë në KYT për shkak të grumbullimit të madh, bënte shurdhin ndaj insistimeve që kërkonin mbylljen e kësaj qendre KYT dhe lirimin e të gjithë refugjatëve dhe emigrantët, si dhe për të marrë masa thelbësore të mbrojtjes derisa të përfundojë transportimi i tyre.

Qeveria gjithashtu, ka përgjegjësi të mëdha sepse, për të përmbushur kërkesat e biznesmenëve të mëdhenj në turizëm dhe transport, shkeli protokollet shëndetësore dhe hapi dyert e përhapjes së pandemisë së pari tek banorët e ishullit të Lesvos dhe së fundmi në KYT-in e Morias.

Qeveria ka përgjegjësi të mëdha, sepse me politikën dhe synimin e saj të përhershëm për të krijuar hot-spot të mbyllur (ose me zgjerimin e Morias ose në një pjesë tjetër të ishullit), lejoi krijimin e situatave të rrezikshme shëndetësore-humanitare dhe hapi rrugën për ngjarje që favorizojnë zbatimin e mëtejshëm të planeve reaksionare të BE-së, për transformimin e ishujve të Egjeut në kampe të përhershme përqendrimi për emigrantët me krijimin e KYT-ve të mbyllura.

Partia Komuniste e Greqisë (KKE) kërkon lirimin e menjëhershëm të së gjithë refugjatëve dhe emigrantëve nga ishulli i Lesvos. Të mbyllet Moria dhe të mos hapet asnjë KYT tjetër i mbyllur apo i hapur.

Qeveria duhet që menjëherë të çojë aty anije dhe të organizojë transportin e refugjatëve dhe emigrantëve, duke zbatuar të gjitha protokollet higjienike, dhe t’i sjellë ata në territorin e brendshëm të Greqisë, duke siguruar vende me siguri dhe higjienë humane për akomodimin e tyre të përkohshëm, derisa t'u jepen dokumentet e duhura për të shkuar në shtetet e destinacionit të tyre.

Qeveria duhet të kryejë teste diagnostikuese tek të gjithë refugjatët dhe emigrantët në mënyrë që transportuesit e koronavirusit të kalojnë karantinën e nevojshme në hapësira të hoteleve përpara se të largohen nga ishulli.

Kujdes dhe përparësi të veçantë duhet t'i kushtohet lëvizjes së organizuar të familjeve me fëmijë, si dhe qindra të miturve që janë të pashoqëruar. Asnjë vonesë nuk mundet të justifikohet.

Në kushtet e pandemisë, por edhe të tensionit të përshkallëzuar në detin Egje për shkak të agresionit të qeverisë turke, të cilën e mbështesin dhe nxitin NATO, SHBA dhe BE, në mënyrë që të avancohet plani për bashkë-shfrytëzimin e detit Egje, rezulton edhe më e rrezikshme të ekzistojnë në ishujt e Egjeut kampe të mbyllura ose të hapura përqendrimi për refugjatët dhe emigrantët.

Qeveria po merr përgjegjësi të reja e të mëdha, në atë masë që do të shfrytëzojë këtë situatë shpërthyese për të avancuar planin për krijimin e kampeve të izolimit të emigrantëve në Lesvos, si dhe në ishujt e tjerë. Populli i Lesvosit ka njohuri dhe fuqi dhe mundet që ta parandalojë këtë gjë».
