At the large rally of the KNE in Volos, the following also addressed the gathering:  Astor Garcia - General Secretary of the CC of the Communist Party of the Workers of Spain, Pavel Blanco - First Secretary of the CC of the Communist Party Mexico and Kemal Okuyan - General Secretary of the CC of the Turkish Communist Party. The keynote speaker of the rally was Nikos Abatiellos, Secretary of the Central Council of the KNE.

 

Dimitris Koutsoumbas in his speech said: 

“Dear comrades, 

Good evening! 

From here, the working-class city of Volos, the city where the “Communist Manifesto” was printed for the first time in Greek in 1908 in the newspaper “Ergatis” (Worker), the city of the three popular uprisings of the Volos proletariat in 1909, February 1921 and June 1936, but also of other great struggles of our people that followed, we are sending a strong message across Greece! 

A message of struggle, counter-attack, and at the same time a message of peace and internationalist solidarity with the struggling peoples. 

We are sending this message together with our comrades from the Communist Parties from Turkey, Spain, and Mexico, who are here with us today. 

We welcome them to this red sea of young people who have flooded the beach of Volos.

 

Dear friends and comrades, 

The recent decisions of the NATO Summit in Madrid, to which the government of New Democracy (ND) has put its signature, backed by the opposition of SYRIZA - PASOK, further add fuel to the fire of the imperialist war in Ukraine. 

They are opening a “Pandora’s box” for new imperialist interventions and wars against other peoples in many regions of the world. 

For example, in the Pacific region, where a major confrontation is taking place between the Euro-Atlantic forces and the rising power of capitalism, China. 

The peoples are already paying dearly for their policies. Sometimes with their blood and sometimes with the unbearable high prices. They are paying for their new wars over raw materials, energy, mineral wealth, commodity transport routes, market shares, and the redivision of the world. 

The fierce competition between the world’s greatest powers, the economic giants, the bourgeois classes and the imperialist powers is still going on. Every day that passes, it gives rise to war and bloodshed, unemployment, high prices, and the impoverishment of the people. 

And tonight from here, Volos, we demand an end to be put to the transformation of our country into a hornet’s nest of the US-NATO criminal plans! 

We demand that the US bases located in Thessaly, in nearby Stefanovikio in Volos, in Larissa but also in other regions of our country such as Alexandroupolis, Crete, Araxos, and elsewhere should immediately be closed down.

At a time when the nuclear briefcases fill the TV screens, when both NATO and the rival capitalist powers, such as Russia, are flaunting their nuclear arsenal again. 

We must not allow Greece or any other country to become a shooting range. 

We will not allow a holocaust of entire cities and peoples for the capitalists to measure their power, as in the case of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. 

Now is the time for every patriot, every internationalist, every conscious worker, and every young person dreaming of their future to take action. 

Now is the time that we all demand the disengagement of our country from the imperialist war! 

That the bases of death be closed down! 

That the Greek military forces outside the borders, such as the ones in Saudi Arabia, the Balkan countries, and elsewhere return home. 

No to the excessive military spending for NATO’s needs.

 

Comrades, 

The peoples have the power! 

The youth can and must be at the forefront to overturn the negative correlation of forces. 

The wheel of history turns with the class struggle! 

This is demonstrated today by the courier workers, the construction workers, the dockers, the doctors and nurses in the hospitals, and the delegates of hundreds of trade unions who participated in the Congress of PAME (All-Workers Militant Front) and discussed and organized their new struggles. 

It is also demonstrated by the recent, great victory of “Panspoudastiki”, of KNE, in the  university students’ elections, which took first place for the first time after 36 years! 

Through the struggle, the youth and the people can change the negative correlation of forces, prevent worse measures to come, and find some relief. 

But also to shape the preconditions to send this unjust, decayed, and barbaric system of wars and exploitation to its rightful place once and for all: to the dustbin of history! 

We must turn our backs not only on ND but also on those, such as SYRIZA and PASOK, who claim that our lives will be improved with an anti-people’s government of a different hue. 

They deceive the people when they say or imply that they will supposedly reduce poverty, unemployment, and high prices; that these supposedly are policies only of the neoliberal model of ND and not of their own social democratic management. 

They want to make the people forget what they did when in government as they proved to be more neoliberal than the neoliberals themselves! 

If they really wanted to relieve the people from poverty, they would have all supported the proposals of the KKE:

 

- For substantial relief measures and price reductions; 

- For the immediate and full reopening of lignite plants; 

- For the abolition of energy and pollution exchanges; 

- For the lift of sanctions against Russia;

 

And so much more, such as proposals for laws and amendments that we have submitted to the Parliament. 

However, they are not concerned about providing true relief to the people but about getting their vote once again in the elections that are coming up soon, as everything suggests that they will take place in September.

They are concerned about the continuation of the same anti-labour course, with the close collaboration of right-wing, left-wing, and centre-left mouthpieces, with whatever scenario emerges from what they cook up. 

They must understand once and for all that the KKE will not show indulgence in the old and new crimes planned against the people! 

We will continue our struggle for the information and organization of the people, who are the only ones who can corner them today and open the way to chart another course for the country, with the people at the forefront of the developments. 

Every time that the communists put forward their political proposal, when they warn the people and call a spade a spade, the various bourgeois staffs play the intimidation card such as the Turkish danger. 

However, reality shows that now that power is in their hands, in the hands of the robbers - capitalists, the danger of war is growing stronger and stronger for the peoples. 

The NATO Summit in Madrid and its decisions have exacerbated these dangers with the clash between the two international camps that are being formed: the Euro-Atlantic camp led by the USA–the EU and the Euro-Asian camp led by Russia–China. 

Trillions of dollars in military armaments, interventions across the globe, 300,000 NATO battle-ready troops for missions abroad, and so much more are already on the agenda.

 

Dear friends and comrades, 

Greece and Turkey have been NATO members since 1952 but this provides no security.

Year after year, the threats to the peoples of both countries grow stronger and stronger.

Threats that also arise from NATO, which does not recognize borders in the Aegean.

Threats that manifest themselves through the competition of the bourgeois classes over geopolitical pillars, market shares, and energy wealth. 

Today that we are EU and NATO members and within the framework of capitalism, the peoples and the youth are being turned into cannon fodders; the workers in the two neighbouring countries, Greece and Turkey, are being put in danger, both by the sharpening of military conflicts and military adventurism and by the looting of natural resources and the destruction of the environment caused by the monopolies due to the notorious “co-exploitation” of the Aegean. This situation is not a one-way street for the peoples! 

The peoples of Greece and Turkey can shape a peaceful future of cooperation and friendship, of equal and mutually beneficial relations; without foreign “protectors” and “arbitrators”; without NATO, the EU, or any imperialist alliance; with respect for the borders and the international treaties that define them; without heated incidents and military confrontations! 

We are walking together on this path of peace and joint struggle of the peoples against NATO, capitalism, and all those that undermine the future of the youth and the peoples! 

We, the communists of Greece, together with the communists of Turkey, Spain, and Mexico; together with the communists and the peoples across Europe, on all continents, throughout the world. 

That is the path of proletarian internationalism, social overthrow, and the true emancipation of the peoples! 

It is the path of the new society, socialism–communism! 

We wish strength to all of you!”

“Camaradas:

¡Buenas tardes!

 

Desde la ciudad obrera de Volos, la ciudad donde se imprimió por primera vez en griego el “Manifiesto del Partido Comunista” en 1908, en el periódico “Ergatis” (Obrero), la ciudad de los tres levantamientos populares del proletariado de Volos, en 1909, en febrero de 1921 y en junio de 1936, y luego las grandes luchas de nuestro pueblo, enviamos un fuerte mensaje a toda Grecia.

Un mensaje de lucha, de contraataque, y a la vez un mensaje de paz y de solidaridad internacionalista con los pueblos en lucha.

Enviamos este mensaje junto con nuestros camaradas de los Partidos Comunistas de Turquía, España y México que están hoy aquí con nosotros.

Les damos la bienvenida en este mar rojo de jóvenes que inundó la playa de Volos.

 

Amigos y camaradas:

Las decisiones recientes de la Cumbre de la OTAN en Madrid, suscritas por el gobierno de la ND con el respaldo de los partidos de la oposición SYRIZA y PASOK, echan leña al fuego de la guerra imperialista en Ucrania.

Abren la “caja de Pandora” para nuevas intervenciones y guerras imperialistas a expensas de otros pueblos en muchos rincones del mundo. Esto vale también para la región del Pacífico, en la gran confrontación de las potencias del euroatlanticismo, contra la potencia capitalista emergente, China.

Los pueblos ya están pagando un lato precio por sus políticas. Algunas veces con su sangre y otras veces con la dura carestía. Están pagando las nuevas guerras por las materias primas, la energía, los recursos naturales, las rutas de transporte de mercancías, las cuotas de mercado, la redistribución del mundo.

La competencia implacable entre los poderosos del mundo, los gigantes económicos, las clases burguesas y las potencias imperialistas sigue siendo fuerte.

Cada día que pasa se aumenta el derramamiento de sangre, el desempleo, la carestía y el empobrecimiento del pueblo.

Aprovechamos esta ocasión,y reclamamos desde Volos, que dejen de convertir nuestro país en avispero de los planes criminales de EE.UU y de la OTAN.

Que se cierren ya las bases de EE.UU en la región de Tesalia, en Stefanovikio que está aquí cerca, así como en Lárisa, y en otras lugares en nuestro país, como en Alexandrúpoli, Creta, Áraxos, etc.

A la hora que vemos en la tele los maletines nucleares, que la OTAN y las potencias capitalistas rivales, como Rusia, muestran de nuevo su arsenal nuclear, no podemos permitir que Grecia se convierta en un “campo de tiro”.

No debemos permitir que ciudades enteras y pueblos se conviertan en “holocausto” para que los capitalistas midan su poder, como sucedió en Hiroshima y Nagasaki.

Ya es la hora de acción para todos los patriotas, todos los internacionalistas, todos los trabajadores conscientes, todos los jóvenes que tienen sueños para su vida.

Hay que exigir ya la desvinculación del país de la guerra imperialista.

¡Que se cierren ya las bases de muerte!

¡Qué regresen a Grecia las fuerzas armadas griegas que están en el extranjero, como en Arabia Saudita, en los Balcanes, y otros lugares!

¡No al desorbitado gasto militar para las necesidades de la OTAN!

 

Camaradas:

¡Los pueblos tienen fuerza!

Los jóvenes pueden y deben estar a la vanguardia de la lucha para que cambie la correlación de fuerzas negativa.

La lucha de clases “hace girar la rueda de la Historia”.

Nos lo muestran hoy los mensajeros, los trabajadores en las construcciones, los trabajadores de muelle, los médicos y los enfermeros en los hospitales, los representantes de cientos de sindicatos que participaron en el Congreso del PAME discutiendo y organizando las nuevas luchas.

Nos lo muestra también la reciente gran victoria de “Panspoudastiki”, de la KNE, en las elecciones en las asociaciones estudiantiles que surgió como primera fuerza por primera vez después de 36 años.

A través de la lucha, los jóvenes y el pueblo pueden cambiar la correlación negativa, impedir medidas peores, lograr respiro de alivio.

Pero además pueden formar las condiciones previas para enviar este sistema injusto, podrido y bárbaro de guerras y explotación una vez por todas allí donde se le merece: ¡al basurero de la Historia!

Hay que dar la espalda no solo a la ND sino además a los que, como SYRIZA y PASOK, sostienen que con un gobierno antipopular de otro “color” nuestra vida se mejorará.

Le están tomando el pelo al pueblo cuando le dicen o insinúan que ellos supuestamente reducirán la pobreza, el desempleo, la carestía. Que supuestamente éstas son políticas del modelo neoliberal de la ND y no de su propia gestión socialdemócrata.

Quieren hacer que el pueblo olvide su administración como gobierno, que han sido más neoliberales que los neoliberales.

Si realmente quisieran aliviar al pueblo de la pobreza, hubieran respaldado todos las propuestas del KKE:

• para medidas esenciales de alivio y reducción de los precios
• para el funcionamiento inmediato y completo de las unidades de lignito
• para la abolición de las bolsas de energía y de emisión de CO2
• para la retirada de las sanciones contra Rusia.

Y mucho más: propuestas de ley, enmiendas que hemos presentado en el Parlamento.

Sin embargo, ellos no se interesan en aliviar realmente al pueblo, sino intentar una vez más robarlos el voto en las elecciones que se están aproximando, y que según parece tendrán lugar el septiembre.

De este modo, continuará el mismo curso político, con los portavoces de “derecha”, de “izquierda” y de “centro-derecha” en plena cooperación, en cualquiera de los escenarios que están preparando.

Que sepan una cosa:

El KKE no concede indulgencias ni a los viejos ni a los nuevos crímenes que  están planeando contra el pueblo.

Continuaremos nuestra lucha para informar y organizar al pueblo, que es el único que puede obstaculizarlos y allanar el camino y trazar una diferente dirección para el país, con el pueblo como protagonista de los desarrollos.

Cada vez que los comunistas presentan su propuesta política, cuando advierten y llaman a las cosas por su nombre, los mecanismos burgueses sacan la carta de la intimidación, como es el peligro de Turquía.

No obstante, la realidad muestra que ahora que el poder está en manos de los ladrones capitalistas, el peligro de guerra es cada vez más fuerte para los pueblos.

La Cumbre de la OTAN en Madrid con sus decisiones incrementó el riesgo de  confrontación entre los dos campos mundiales que se están formando: el euroatlanticismo encabezado por EE.UU y la UE, y el euroasiático encabezado por Rusia y China.

Equipo militar de billones de dólares, operaciones en todo el mundo, 300.000 soldados de la OTAN listos para misiones, y mucho más, ya están en la agenda.

 

Amigas y amigos:

Desde 1952, Grecia y Turquía han estado juntos en la alianza depredadora de la OTAN; pero esto no ha ofrecido ninguna seguridad.

Año tras año, se están creciendo las amenazas para los pueblos de los dos países.

Estas amenazas surgen también dentro de la OTAN, que no reconoce fronteras en el mar Egeo.

Estas amenazas se manifiestan a través de las rivalidades de las clases burguesas por los apoyos geopolíticos, las cuotas de mercado, los recursos energéticos.

Hoy día, siendo miembros de la UE y de la OTAN, en el contexto de capitalismo, los pueblos y los jóvenes se convierten en “carne de cañón”, los trabajadores en los dos países vecinos, Grecia y Turquía, corren riesgos tanto a causa de la agudización de los conflictos militares y el aventurismo militar como del saqueo de los recursos naturales, la destrucción del medio ambiente por los monopolios, a causa de la infame “explotación conjunta” del Egeo.

Esta situación no es un camino de sentido único para los pueblos.

Los pueblos de Grecia y de Turquía pueden trazar un futuro en paz, cooperación y amistad, con relaciones mutuamente equitativas, más allá de “protectores” y “arbitraje”, más allá de la OTAN, de la UE, de toda alianza imperialista, con respeto a las fronteras, a los tratados internacionales que los determinan, sin “actos hostiles” y enfrentamientos militares.

Este camino, de la paz, de la lucha común de los pueblos contra la OTAN, contra el capitalismo y todos aquellos que socavan el futuro de los jóvenes y de los pueblos, lo emprendemos juntos.

Los comunistas de Grecia, junto con los comunistas de Turquía, de España, de México, con los comunistas y los pueblos de toda Europa, en todos los continentes, en todo el mundo.

Es el camino del internacionalismo proletario, del derrocamiento social y de la verdadera resurrección de los pueblos.

¡Es el camino de la nueva sociedad, del socialismo-comunismo!

كلمة اﻷمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني في تحية التظاهرة اﻠ31 لمخيم الشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية المناهض للإمبريالية - فولوس السبت 9 تموز\يوليو

 

خلال التظاهرة الكبيرة للشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية التي أقيمت في مدينة فولوس، وجه كلمات تحية أيضاً كلٌّ من الرفاق: آستور كارسيِّا - الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي لعمال إسبانيا، و بافِل بلانكو - السكرتير الأول للجنة المركزية للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي المكسيكي، و كمال أوكويان – اﻷمين العام للجنة المركزية للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي التركي. وكان الكلمة المركزية قد ألقيت من قبل  نيكوس أباتييّلوس، سكرتير المجلس المركزي للشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية.

سجَّل ذيميتريس كوتسوباس في كلمته ما يلي:

"الرفيقات والرفاق،

مساء الخير!

من هنا، من مدينة فولوس العمالية، من المدينة التي أُصدِر فيها "البيان الشيوعي" لأول مرة باللغة اليونانية عام 1908، في جريدة "إرغاتيس"، من مدينة الانتفاضات الشعبية الثلاث لبروليتاريا فولوس، في عام 1909، و شباط\فبراير 1921 و حزيران\يونيو 1936، ولكن أيضاً مدينة النضالات الكبرى الأخرى اللاحقة لشعبنا، نبعث رسالة قوية إلى كل اليونان!

رسالة صراع وهجوم مضاد وفي نفس الوقت رسالة سلام وتضامن أممي مع الشعوب المناضلة ...

نبعثُ بهذه الرسالة مع رفاقنا الحاضرين معنا اليوم من الأحزاب الشيوعية من تركيا وإسبانيا والمكسيك ...

و نرحب بهم في هذا البحر الأحمر الشبابي الذي غمر شاطئ مدينة فولوس.

الصديقات و الأصدقاء،

الرفيقات والرفاق،

إن القرارات الأخيرة لقمة الناتو في مدريد، والتي وضعت عليها حكومة حزب الجمهورية الجديدة "توقيعها بالخط العريض"، بدعم من حزبي سيريزا و الباسوك المتواجدين في المعارضة، هي قرارات تضيف "وقوداً" جديداً لنار الحرب الإمبريالية في أوكرانيا.

إنها تفتح "كيس عولس" لقيام لتدخلات إمبريالية جديدة و حروب على حساب شعوب أخرى في "أصقاع" كثيرة من كوكبنا.

كما هو حال منطقة المحيط الهادئ ضمن "المواجهة" الكبيرة للقوى الأورو-أطلسية مع القوة الصاعدة للرأسمالية، الصين.

إن الشعوب تدفع سلفاً و بنحو باهظ ثمن سياساتهم. تارة بدمائها و طوراً عبر الغلاء الذي "يكسر العظام" ... تدفع ثمنها عبر حروبهم الجديدة الجارية من أجل المواد الأولية والطاقة والثروة الباطنية وطرق شحن البضائع وحصص الأسواق وإعادة اقتسام العالم.

مستمرة و بقوة هي "شبكة" المزاحمة الشرسة لعتاة العالم، والوحوش الاقتصادية الضخمة، والطبقات البرجوازية والقوى الإمبريالية ...

و مع انقضاء كل يوم "تتمخض" عن سفك الدماء بالحرب و عن بطالة و غلاء وإفقار للشعب.

إننا و من هذا المنبر في فولوس، نطالب بإيقاف تحويل بلدنا إلى "عش دبابير" للمخططات الإجرامية للولايات المتحدة و الناتو!

فلتُغلق فوراً القواعد الأمريكية الموجودة في ثِساليِّا، المتواجدة في ستيفانوفيكيو فولوس، ولكن أيضًا في لاريسا، وكذلك في مناطق أخرى من بلدنا، في ألكسندروبوليس وكريت وأراكسوس و غيرها.

و ذلك في الوقت الذي تجول "حقائب" الأسلحة النووية على شاشات التلفزيون، في الوقت الذي "يستعرض" فيه على حد السواء الناتو والقوى الرأسمالية المزاحِمة له، مثل روسيا، ترسانتهما النووية مرة أخرى ...

يجب ألا ندع اليونان وكل بلاد لتغدو "حقل رماية" لهم...

لن ندع مدناً بأكملها و شعوباً لتغدو "محرقة" لكي يقيس الرأسماليون مدى قوتهم، كما حدث في هيروشيما وناغازاكي.

إن ساعة النشاط حاضرة الآن لكل وطني، ولكل أممي، ولكل عامل واعٍ، ولكل شاب وشابة ممن يحلمون بالحياة.

فلنطالب الآن جميعاً بفكاك بلادنا عن الحرب الإمبريالية!

فلتُغلق قواعد الموت!

و لترجع إلى اليونان قطاعات القوى اليونانية الموجودة خارج الحدود، كتلك الموجودة في السعودية و بلدان البلقان وغيرها.

لا للإنفاق العسكري الهائل من أجل حاجات الناتو.

الرفيقات والرفاق،

إن الشعوب تمتلك القوة!

يمكن للشبيبة و ينبغي أن تكون في صدارة العمل على قَلبِ التناسب السلبي للقوى.

إن الصراع الطبقي "يُحرِّك عجلة التاريخ"!

هذا ما يُظهره لنا اليوم نشاط عمال البريد السريع و عمال البناء وعمال الموانئ والأطباء والممرضون في المستشفيات وممثلو مئات النقابات الذين شاركوا في مؤتمر جبهة النضال العمالي "بامِه" الذين يتحادثون وينظمون نضالاتهم الجديدة.

و يتبدَّى ذلك أيضاً في الانتصار الكبير الأخير لقائمة "بانسبوذاستيكي و الشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية، في الانتخابات الطلابية حيث تبوئت المرتبة الأولى مرة أخرى بعد مرور 36 عاماً!

من خلال الصراع يمكن للشباب والشعب تغيير تناسب القوى السلبي، و إعاقة تطبيق التدابير الأسوأ و تنفُّس الصعداء...

كما و لكي يصوغ أيضاً المقدمات ليرسل نظام الحروب والاستغلال هذا، الجائر والعفن والهمجي و بنحو جيد و إلى اﻷبد نحو مكانه الصحيح: إلى "مزبلة التاريخ"!

و عدا إدارة ظهورنا لحزب الجمهورية الجديدة، ينبغي أن ندير ظهورنا لأولئك في حزبي سيريزا و الباسوك الذين يروجون لجعل حياتنا أكثر إنسانية عبر حكومة ذات "تلوين" آخر مناهض للشعب....

إنهم يخدعون الشعب بنحو فج عند قولهم أو تلميحهم الزاعم بأنهم سيقللون من الفقر والبطالة والغلاء. زاعمين أن هذه الظواهر  هي مجرد سياسات للنموذج النيوليبرالي لحزب الجمهورية الجديدة، لا لسياسات إدارتهم الاشتراكية الديمقراطية...

إنهم يريدون جعل الشعب ينسى أفعال حكومتهم، والتي تبيَّنَ أنها أكثر نيولليبرالية من النيوليبراليين ذاتهم!

لو كانوا يريدون فعلاً التخفيف من فقر الشعب، لكانوا جميعاً قد دعموا مقترحات الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني:

• من أجل تدابير إغاثة جوهرية و خفض للأسعار،
• من أجل إعادة التشغيل الفوري والكامل لوحدات الليغنيت،
• من أجل إلغاء سوق أسهم الطاقة والتلوث،
• من أجل الانسحاب من العقوبات المفروضة على روسيا ...

وغيرها الكثير من مقترحات القوانين والتعديلات التي قدمناها إلى مجلس النواب.

و مع ذلك، فإن همَّهم ليس تحقيق إغاثة فعلية للشعب، بل هو محاولة سرقة أصواته مرة أخرى في الانتخابات المزمع إجرائها والتي يشير كل شيء حالياً إلى أنها ستجرى في شهر أيلول\سبتمبر.

و ذلك من أجل مواصلة "إنشادهم" المناهض للشعب مع جوقة "يمينية" و "يسارية" و "يسارية وسطية" في تعاون عجيب، ضمن أي سيناريو ينشأ عما يقومون بطبخه.

فليضع هؤلاء في أذهانهم اﻷمر التالي مرة واحدة وإلى الأبد ...

إن الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني لن يمنحهم "صك غفران" عن جرائمهم القديمة والجديدة المخطط إنجازها بحق الشعب!

سنواصل صراعنا من أجل إعلام وتنظيم الشعب، الذي هو الوحيد القادر على حصارهم اليوم و على شق طريق "إبحار" آخر للبلاد مع الشعب بَطلاً للتطورات.

في كل مرة، عندما يقدم الشيوعيون اقتراحهم السياسي و يحذرون ويقولون اﻷمور بمسمياتها دون مواربة، تقوم مختلف الأركان البرجوازية بإخراج مختلف "الفزاعات" من "دروجهم" مثل خطر تركيا.

و على الرغم من ذلك، فإن الواقع يظهر أن خطر الحرب يزداد قوة باضطراد بالنسبة للشعب، عند تواجد السلطة في أيديهم، في أيدي الرأسماليين اللصوص.

لقد عاظمت قمة حلف شمال الأطلسي في مدريد بقراراتها هذه المخاطر عبر صدام المعسكرين العالميين المتشكِّلين: المعسكر الأطلسي بقيادة الولايات المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي والأورآسيوي بقيادة روسيا والصين.

هذا و موضوعة سلفاً على جدول أعمالهم، هي برامج تسلُّحٍ بقيمة تريليونات الدولارات، و تدخلات عسكرية في جميع أنحاء العالم، و جهوزية 300 ألف جندي من قوى الناتو الجاهزين للحرب و غير ذلك الكثير.

الصديقات و الأصدقاء،

تتواجد اليونان و تركيا معاً منذ عام 1952 في "زريبة" حلف شمال الأطلسي، لكن ذلك لا يوفر لهما أي أمان.

و تتعزز عاماً بعد عام التهديدات التي يتعرض لها شعبا البلدين.

هي تهديدات تنشأ أيضاً من الناتو، الذي لا يعترف بالحدود في بحر إيجه...

هي تهديدات تتمظهر عبر مزاحمات الطبقات البرجوازية من أجل حيازة ركائز جيوسياسية وحصص الأسوق، وثروة الطاقة. هي قائمة اليوم ونحن متواجدون في الاتحاد الأوروبي وحلف شمال الأطلسي وعلى "سكة مسار" الرأسمالية، حيث يتحول الشعب والشباب إلى "وقود للمدافع" و يتواجد عمال البلدين الجارين، اليونان وتركيا في خطر محدق، سواء من تفاقم الصدامات العسكرية ومغامرات الحرب، كما و من نهب الموارد الطبيعية وتدمير البيئة من قبل الاحتكارات "الكامن" في عملية "الاستغلال المشترك" الشائنة لبحر إيجه.

إن هذا الوضع ليس طريقا باتجاه واحد للشعوب!

يمكن لشعبي اليونان وتركيا رسم مستقبل سلمي، مع تعاون و صداقة، مع علاقات متبادلة متكافئة، بعيداً عن "حُماة" و "وسطاء" أجانب، بعيداً عن الناتو والاتحاد الأوروبي و كل تحالف إمبريالي، مع احترام الحدود و المعاهدات الدولية التي تحددها، من دون "حلقات ساخنة" ومواجهات حربية!

سنسير معاً على هذا الطريق، على طريق السلام و صراع الشعوب المشترك ضد الناتو، ضد الرأسمالية وضد كل من "يُفسد" مستقبل الشباب والشعوب ...

سنسيره معاً نحن شيوعيو اليونان مع شيوعيي تركيا و إسبانيا و المكسيك و  مع شيوعيي و شعوب سائر أوروبا و جميع القارات، في جميع أنحاء العالم.

إنه طريق الأممية البروليتارية و اﻹنقلاب الاجتماعي والقيامة الفعلية للشعوب!

هو طريق المجتمع الجديد، الاشتراكية - الشيوعية!
