Criminal state - government responsibilities for the lack of prevention and inadequate firefighting means

Volunteer groups of the KKE and KNE are fighting the dozens of disastrous wildfires that have broken out around the country together with firefighters and local residents. KKE MPs are also present in the fire-stricken areas.

The criminal policy of all governments over time has been demonstrated once again: on the one hand uncleared forests, non-existent forest roads and firebreaks, and fire hydrants that do not work. On the other hand, understaffing and underfunding of the Fire Brigade, which faces shortages of more than 4,500 firefighters.

In a statement on the disastrous fires, the GS of the CC of the KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, noted the following:

“The forces of the KKE, its cadres, organizations and MPs, have been at the fire fronts from the first moment, fighting blazes together with the residents of East and West Attica,  Loutraki, Boeotia, everywhere where large wildfires are raging, destroying homes, people’s property and forested areas.

The government and state apparatus must immediately do whatever is necessary to save lives, people’s property and natural wealth.

The KKE timely submitted Questions to the government, before the beginning of the fire season, as well as just a few days ago, asking for the emergency adoption of a series of necessary measures to strengthen the fire protection of our country. Despite the fact that we are almost in the middle of the fire season, the government is once again implementing the same failed and destructive planning for forests and the environment.”

Преступная вина за отсутствие профилактических мер и недостаточность средств пожаротушения лежит на государстве и правительствах

Добровольческие отряды КПГ и КМГ вместе с пожарными и жителями районов борются с десятками разрушительных пожаров, вспыхнувших в стране. Депутаты от КПГ также находятся в пострадавших от пожаров районах.

В очередной раз была продемонстрирована неизменная преступная политика, проводимая всеми правительствами и буржуазным государством: неочищенные лесосеки, несуществующие лесные дороги и противопожарные зоны, неисправные пожарные гидранты, с одной стороны, и недоукомплектованность персоналом, когда нехватка кадров достигает 4.500 человек, и недофинансирование пожарных частей, с другой стороны.

 В своем заявлении о разрушительных пожарах Генсек ЦК КПГ Димитрис Куцумбас отмечает:

 «КПГ, ее руководящие деятели, парторганизации и депутаты с самого начала находятся на фронтах борьбы с огнем вместе с жителями  Восточной и Западной Аттики, Лутраки, Беотии, везде, где бушуют крупные пожары, уничтожая дома, имущество и лесные массивы.

Правительство и государственный аппарат должны незамедлительно сделать все необходимое для спасения жизней людей, имущества и природных богатств.

КПГ заблаговременно, до начала пожароопасного сезона, как и несколько дней назад, обратилась к правительству с призывом безотлагательно принять ряд необходимых мер по укреплению противопожарной защиты нашей страны. Хотя мы находимся почти в середине противопожарного сезона, правительство и в этом году продолжает осуществлять все тот же провальный план по разрушению  лесов и окружающей среды».

Otra vez el país desprotegido en los frentes de incendios

El estado y el gobierno tienen responsabilidades criminales respecto a la falta de medidas de prevención y medios insuficientes de extinción de incendios

Grupos de voluntarios del KKE y de la KNE están librando una lucha contra  decenas de incendios devastadores que se han declarado en todo el país junto con los bomberos y los residentes de dichas regiones. En las zonasafectadas por los incendios han acudido también diputados del KKE.

La política criminal duradera de todos los gobiernos ha quedado clarauna vez más: por un lado, bosques que no se han limpiado, caminos forestales y áreas cortafuegos inexistentes, bocas de incendio que no funcionan,  y, por otro lado, falta de personal y de financiación del Cuerpo de Bomberos, con 4.500 vacantes.

En su declaración sobre los incendios devastadores, el Secretario General del CC del KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, destacó que:

“Las fuerzas del KKE, sus cuadros, sus organizaciones y sus diputados han estado desde el primer momento en los frentes de los incendios, luchando junto a los residentes de Ática oriental y occidental, en Lutraki, Beocia, en todas partes dondese han declarado grandes incendios destruyendo casas, propiedades y zonas boscosas.

Ahora mismo el gobierno y el aparato estatal deben hacer todo lo que es necesario para salvar vidas, propiedades y la riqueza natural.

El KKE con suficiente antelación, antes del comienzo de la temporada de incendios, así como hace unos días, ha presentado al gobierno Preguntaspidiendo que se tomen urgentemente medidas necesarias para reforzar la protección de nuestro país contra los incendios. Aunque estamos casi en medio de la temporada de incendios, un año más el gobierno aplica la misma planificación fracasada y destructiva para los bosques y el medio ambiente.”

إجرامية هي مسؤوليات الحكومة و الدولة تجاه غياب الوقاية و النقص في وسائط مكافحة الحرائق

 تخوض مجموعات تطوعية من الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني والشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية معركة إطفاء الحرائق مع رجال الإطفاء وسكان المناطق في عشرات الحرائق المدمرة التي اندلعت في البلاد. هذا و تواجد أيضاً نوابٌ للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني  في المناطق المنكوبة بالحرائق.

و لمرة أخرى تبدَّت السياسة الإجرامية المطبقة من جميع الحكومات على مر الزمن: أحراج غير منظفة، غياب الطرق الحرجية  و أحزمة الحماية من الحرائق، صنابير إطفاء لا تعمل، من ناحية، و من ناحية أخرى نقص في طواقم مصلحة اﻹطفاء و تمويلها، و هي المصلحة التي تحصي وجود أكثر من 4500 شاغر على لوائحها، و هو ما يُثبتُ أيضاً لهذا العام الطابع اﻹجرامي  لسياسة الدولة البرجوازية.

هذا و سجَّل  الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، ذيميتريس كوتسوباس ضمن تصريح له بشأن الحرائق المدمرة، ما يلي:

«تتواجد قوى الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني وكوادره و منظماته ونوابه و منذ اللحظة الأولى على جبهات الحرائق، و يخوضون المعركة إلى جانب السكان في شرق وغرب محافظة أتيكي و في لوتراكي و فيوتيِّا، و في كل مكان تستعرُّ فيه حرائق كبيرة مدمرة للمنازل والممتلكات و مناطق حرجية.

فليُنجز هنا والآن ما هو ضروري من قبل الحكومة و جهاز الدولة، من أجل إنقاذ حياة البشر والممتلكات والثروة الطبيعية.

لقد أودع الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني قبل بضعة أيام مُسائلات موجهة للحكومة بنحو ناجز، قبل بدء موسم الحرائق  مطالباً باتخاذ سلسلة من التدابير اللازمة الطارئة لتعزيز حماية بلادنا من الحرائق. و على الرغم من أننا في منتصف موسم الوقاية من الحرائق تقريباً، إلا أن الحكومة تنفذ و لعامٍ آخر ذات التخطيط الفاشل والمدمر للغابات والبيئة».
