On October 7, 2020, after five and half years, the trial of the fascist, criminal organization "Golden Dawn" was completed, which was delayed under the responsibility of SYRIZA and ND governments.

The huge amount of evidence that emerged during the hearing, left no doubt that the criminal neo-Nazi organization "Golden Dawn" is responsible for the murder of the anti-fascist musician Pavlos Fyssas, the murderous attack on the Egyptian fishermen, the attack against communists and trade unionists of PAME, and dozens of other attacks.

The court characterized the "Golden Dawn" as a "criminal organization" and convicted its leadership. A total of 68 neo-Nazi senior party members were accused. The specific sentences are expected to be announced in the coming days.

Tens of thousands of workers and young people gathered outside the court early Wednesday morning, following the call of trade unions, students and pupils’ associations, demanding the exemplary punishment of the Nazi criminals. Particularly massive and militant was the presence of the All Workers Militant Front (PAME) forces. Similar mass demonstrations took place in all major cities of Greece, observing the necessary  measures against the pandemic.

The General Secretary of the CC of the KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, attended the demonstration and the announcement of the court ruling in the courtroom, and made the following statement:  

"The court, guided by the truth and with a multitude of evidence, today convicted the Golden-Dawn murderers. This conviction must be accompanied by the exemplary punishment of the offenders, namely the imposition of maximum sentences and of course imprisonment. The trial also revealed the "tentacles" and connections of the Nazis, which make them even more dangerous. No complacency is allowed. The most important is that the people deal with the root of this evil, by overthrowing the system that hatches the snake's egg, i.e. Nazism, fascism. That is why the words of the poet are very timely: "You have to deeply understand fascism; it will not die alone, you have to crush it".

The KKE, which has been at the forefront of the people's struggle to condemn the Nazi organization and its crimes, greeted the thousands of protesters across the country that demonstrated with the demand "Nazis in prison". It denounced, at the same time, the pursuit of the government and the police to disperse the massive popular demonstration in Athens, on the pretext of the actions of a small provocative group. In spite of those disturbed by the outcome of the court ruling and the mass demonstration, this plan has come to nothing, as the demonstration continued and thousands of protesters marched, conveying a message of optimism and uplift across Athens. The demonstration ended outside the parliament, in the center of the Greek capital, where a minute of silence was observed in honour of the victims of fascism.

The protesters demanded that the maximum sentences be imposed on Nazi criminals and that they are sent to prison, stressing that they will oppose any attempt of fascist poisonous perceptions and actions to resurface.

7 октября 2020 года, спустя 5,5 лет, завершился судебный процесс над фашистской преступной организацией «Золотая заря», за затягивание  которого ответственны правительства СИРИЗА и НД.

Огромный доказательственный материал, который был рассмотрен в ходе слушаний, не оставил никаких сомнений в том, что преступная неонацистская организация «Золотая заря» несет ответственность за убийство музыканта-антифашиста Павлоса Фиссаса, преступное нападение на египетских рыбаков, на членов ПАМЕ и за десятки других нападений.

Суд признал партию «Золотая заря» преступной организацией, было признано виновным ее руководство. Обвинения были предъявлены 68 ​​руководящим деятелям этой неонацистской организации. В ближайшие дни ожидается оглашение приговоров в отношении конкретных лиц.

Десятки тысяч трудящихся и молодых людей собрались утром в среду у здания суда по призыву профсоюзов, студенческих и школьных организаций, требуя показательного наказания нацистских преступников. Особенно массовым и решительным было присутствие сил Всерабочего боевого фронта (ПАМЕ). Аналогичные крупные митинги состоялись во всех крупных городах Греции при соблюдении необходимых санитарно-эпидемиологических мер.

На митинге и в зале суда при оглашении приговора присутствовал Генсек ЦК КПГ Димитрис Куцумбас, который после вынесения приговора сделал следующее заявление: «Суд, руководствуясь правдой, о чем свидетельствует множество доказательств, сегодня осудил убийц этой организации. Этот приговор должен сопровождаться показательным наказанием виновных, то есть должен быть назначен максимальный срок наказания и, конечно же, тюремное заключение. Безусловно, на суде, виднелись щупальца и связи нацистов, что делает их еще более опасными. Никакого самоуспокоения быть не должно. Главное, чтобы народ пресек зло на корню, сверг капиталистическую систему, высиживающую это змеиное яйцо, нацизм, фашизм. Поэтому очень актуальны слова поэта: «Фашизм глубоко пойми, он не умрет сам, раздави его».

КПГ, находившаяся все это время на переднем крае борьбы народа за осуждение нацистской организации и ее преступлений, приветствовала участников митингов, которые по всей стране выступили с требованием «нацисты в тюрьму». В то же время она осудила попытку правительства и полиции разогнать многолюдную демонстрацию в Афинах под предлогом действия небольшой провокационной группы. Вопреки тем, кто был недоволен судебным решением и крупной демонстрацией, этот план был сорван, митинг продолжился, и тысячи протестующих прошли маршем, посылая сигнал оптимизма и подъема во все уголки Афин, который завершился у стен парламента, в центре греческой столицы, где собравшиеся минутой молчания почтили память жертв фашизма.

Демонстранты потребовали, чтобы нацистским преступникам был назначен максимальный срок наказания и их посадили в тюрьму, а также подчеркнули, что они будут бороться против любой попытки фашистов поднять голову, против распространения яда фашизма и деятельности фашистов.

الشعب يطالب بوضع النازيين في السجن!

اكتملت يوم 7 تشرين اﻷول\أكتوبر 2020 ، بعد استمرارها مدة 5.5 سنوات محاكمة منظمة "الفجر الذهبي" الإجرامية الفاشية، والتي تأخر اكتمالها بمسؤولية من حكومتي سيريزا الجمهورية الجديدة.

هذا و كان الكم الهائل من الأدلة التي ظهرت خلال جلسات الاستماع لم يترك مجالاً للشك في أن منظمة النازيين الجدد الإجرامية، "الفجر الذهبي" هي المسؤولة عن مقتل الموسيقي المناهض للفاشية، بافلوس فيساس و عن الهجمة القاتلة على صيادي السمك  المصريين و الهجمة على النقابيين الشيوعيين، و عن عشرات الهجمات الأخرى.

هذا و وصَّفت المحكمة منظمة "الفجر الذهبي" ﻛ"منظمة إجرامية" وأدانت قيادتها. و كان مجموع كوادر النازيين الجدد المتهمين  68. حيث من المنتظر الإعلان عن العقوبات المحددة في الأيام المقبلة.

و كان عشرات الآلاف من العمال والشباب قد احتشدوا خارج المحكمة في وقت مبكر من صباح الأربعاء، بعد دعوة وجهتها  نقابات عمالية وجمعيات طلاب الجامعات و المدارس، مطالبين بإنزال عقاب نموذجي بحق المجرمين النازيين. حيث كان نموذجياً في جماهيريته و كفاحيته بنحو خاص، حضور قوى جبهة النضال العمالي "بامِه". هذا و أقيمت تجمعات كبيرة مماثلة في جميع مدن اليونان الرئيسية، مع الحفاظ على التدابير اللازمة للوقاية من الوباء.

و كان اﻷمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، ذيميتريس كوتسوباس قد حضر التجمُّع وإعلان القرار في قاعة المحكمة، و أدلى بالتصريح التالي بعد صدور قرار المحكمة: "لقد أدانت المحكمة جنائياً اليوم القَتَلة أعضاء الفجر الذهبي، مسترشدة بالحقيقة التي تبدَّت من خلال الكثير من الأدلة. يجب أن تُرفَقَ هذه اﻹدانة بعقوبة نموذجية بحق المذنبين، وهي فرض أقصى العقوبات و بالطبع إرسالهم إلى السجن. و بالتأكيد فقد كشفت المحاكمة عن أذرع النازيين اﻷخطبوطية و ارتباطاتهم  التي تجعل منهم أكثر خطورة. لا سماح لأي شعور بالطمأنينة. إن الأمر الرئيسي هو أن يواجه الشعب الشر من جذوره، عبر إسقاط النظام الذي يحتضن بيضة الأفعى هذه، أي النازية، الفاشية. لذا فإن كلمات الشاعر هي راهنية للغاية: "إفهم الفاشية بعمق، إنها لن تموت من ذاتها، اسحقها".

و كان الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني الذي تصدَّر صراع الشعب لإدانة المنظمة النازية وجرائمها، قد حيَّا آلاف المتظاهرين الذين تحركوا في جميع أنحاء البلاد بمطلب "النازيون في السجن". واستنكر، في الوقت نفسه سعي الحكومة والشرطة إلى تفريق التظاهرة الشعبية المهيبة في أثينا، بذريعة تصرفات زمرة استفزازية ضئيلة العديد. و في عنادٍ ضد من انزعجوا من نتيجة حكم المحكمة و من المظاهرة المهيبة، فقد سقط كِلا سعي الحكومة و خطتها في الفراغ، واستمر التجمع عبر مسيرة حملت رسالة تفاؤل و نهضة في جميع أنحاء أثينا، و انتهت خارج مقر البرلمان، في مركز العاصمة اليونانية، حيث نُفِّذ وقوف لدقيقةِ صمتٍ حداداً على ضحايا الفاشية.

وطالب المتظاهرون بفرض أقصى عقوبة على المجرمين النازيين و إيداعهم السجن، وأكدوا أنهم سيجابهون أية محاولة لاستنهاض رؤى الفاشيين السامة وأفعالهم.

El pueblo exige que los nazis se lleven a la carcel!

El 7de octubre de 2020, después de cinco años y medio, se concluyó el juicio de la organización fascista criminal “Amanecer Dorado”, retrasado por responsabilidad de los gobiernos de SYRIZA y de la ND.

La enorme cantidad de pruebas que surgió durante el procedimiento de las audiencias no dejó lugar a dudas de que la organización criminal neonazi “Amanecer Dorado” es responsable del asesinato del músico antifascista Pavlos Fyssas, el ataque asesino contra los pescadores egipcios, el ataque contra los comunistas y sindicalistas del PAME y decenas de otros ataques.

El tribunal caracterizó el “Amanecer Dorado” como una “organización criminal” y condenó su liderazgo. En total, los acusado fueron 68 militantes neonazi. En los próximos días se espera que se anuncian la sentencias individuales.

El miércoles, decenas de miles de trabajadores y jóvenes, desde muy temprano se concentraron detrás de los tribunales, tras el llamamiento de sindicatos, de asociaciones de estudiantes y alumnos, exigiendo el castigo ejemplar de los criminales nazis. La presencia de las fuerzas del Frente Militante de Todos los Trabajadores (PAME) fue particularmente masiva y combativa. Concentraciones masivas tuvieron lugar en todas las grandes ciudades de Grecia, cumpliendo con las medidas necesarias contra la pandemia.

En la concentración y en el anuncio de la sentencia, en el aula del tribunal estaba el Secretario General del CC del KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumpas. Después del anuncio de la sentencia hizo la siguiente declaración: “El Tribunal, guiado por la verdad, como surgió de una multitud de pruebas, condenó los asesinos del Amanecer Dorado. Esta condena debe ir acompañada de un castigo ejemplar de los culpables, es decir que se les impongan las penas máximas y, por supuesto, que se lleven a la cárcel. Por supuesto, en el juicio se revelaron también los tentáculos y los vínculos de los nazis, que los hacen aún más peligrosos. No debe haber complacencia. Lo fundamental es que el pueblo enfrente el mal de raíz, derrocando el sistema que incuba el huevo de la serpiente, el nazismo, el fascismo. Por eso cabe recordar las palabras del poeta: “Entienda bien el fascismo. No morirá solo, aplástalo!”.

El KKE, que durante todo este período jugó un papel principal en la lucha del pueblo para la condena de la organización nazi y de sus crímenes, saludó a los miles de manifestantes en el país que exigían “que se lleven los nazis a la cárcel”. Al mismo tiempo, denunció el intento del gobierno y de la policía de dispersar la gran manifestación popular en Atenas, con la coartada de las acciones de un pequeño grupo de provocadores. Aunque algunos se molestaron por la sentencia judicial y la grandiosa movilización, este plan fracasó, la movilización continuó y miles de manifestantes marcharon transmitiendo un mensaje de optimismo y aliento en toda la ciudad de Atenas, llegando delante del parlamento, en el centro de la capital griega, donde se guardó un minuto de silencio por las víctimas del fascismo.

Los manifestantes exigieron la imposición de las penas máximas a los nazis criminales y que se lleven a la cárcel, y destacaron que se enfrentarán a cualquier surgimiento de las percepciones venenosas y de la actividad de los fascistas.

Le peuple demande que les nazis soient emprisonnés!

Le 7 octobre 2020, après cinq ans et demi, le procès de l'organisation criminelle fasciste "Aube dorée" s'est achevé, retardé sous la responsabilité des gouvernements de SYRIZA et de la ND.

L'énorme quantité de preuves qui ont émergé lors de l’audience, ne laisse aucun doute sur le fait que l'organisation criminelle néonazie "Aube dorée" est responsable du meurtre du musicien antifasciste Pavlos Fyssas, de l'attaque meurtrière contre les pêcheurs égyptiens, de l'attaque contre des communistes et syndicalistes du PAME, et des dizaines d'autres attaques.

Le tribunal a qualifié l’ "Aube dorée" d'organisation criminelle et a condamné ses dirigeants. Au total, 68 dirigeants néonazis ont été trouvés coupables. Les peines spécifiques devraient être annoncées dans les prochains jours.

Des dizaines de milliers de travailleurs et de jeunes se sont rassemblés devant le tribunal tôt mercredi matin, à l’appel des syndicats, des associations d’élèves et d’étudiants, réclamant la punition exemplaire des criminels nazis. La présence des forces du Front Militant de tous les Travailleurs (PAME) a ​​été particulièrement massive et militante. Des manifestations de masse similaires ont eu lieu dans toutes les grandes villes de Grèce, observant les mesures nécessaires contre la pandémie.

Le SG du CC du KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumpas, a assisté à la manifestation et à l'annonce de la décision de justice dans la salle d'audience, et a fait la déclaration suivante:

Le tribunal, guidé par la vérité et avec une multitude de preuves, a condamné aujourd'hui les meurtriers de l'Aube dorée. Cette condamnation doit s'accompagner de la punition exemplaire des criminels, à savoir l'imposition de peines maximales et bien sûr l'emprisonnement. Le procès aussi a révélé les «tentacules» et les connexions des nazis, qui les rendent encore plus dangereux. Il n’y a aucune place pour une quelconque complaisance. Le plus important est que le peuple s'attaque aux racines de ce mal, en renversant le système qui fait éclore l'œuf du serpent, à savoir du nazisme, du fascisme. C'est pourquoi les paroles du poète sont très opportunes: «Il faut comprendre profondément le fascisme; il ne mourra pas seul, il faut l'écraser ».

Le KKE, qui a été à l'avant-garde de la lutte populaire pour condamner l'organisation nazie et ses crimes, a salué les milliers de manifestants à travers le pays qui ont manifesté avec la demande que "les nazis soient emprisonnés". Il dénonçait, en même temps, la poursuite du gouvernement et de la police pour disperser la manifestation populaire massive à Athènes, sous prétexte des actions d'un petit groupe provocateur. En dépit de ceux qui sont perturbés par le résultat de la décision de justice et de la manifestation de masse, ce plan n’a pas abouti, alors que la manifestation se poursuivait et que des milliers de manifestants défilaient, transmettant un message d’optimisme et de soulagement à travers Athènes. La manifestation s'est terminée devant le parlement, au centre de la capitale grecque, où une minute de silence a été observée en l'honneur des victimes du fascisme.

Les manifestants ont exigé que les peines maximales soient imposées aux criminels nazis et qu'ils soient envoyés en prison, soulignant qu'ils s'opposeront à toute tentative de faire resurgir de perceptions et d'actions empoisonnées fascistes.

Populli kërkon nazistët në burg!

Më 7 tetor 2020, pas 5,5 vjetësh, përfundoi gjyqi i organizatës fashiste, kriminale "Agimi i Artë", që ishte vonuar me përgjegjësi të qeverive SYRIZA dhe ND.

Sasia shumë e madhe e provave që dolën gjatë seancave gjyqësore nuk lanë asnjë dyshim se organizata kriminale neonaziste "Agimi i Artë" është përgjegjëse për vrasjen e muzikantit antifashist Pavlo Fisas, për sulmin vrastar ndaj peshkatarëve egjiptianë, për sulmin ndaj sindikalistëve komunistë të Frontit Militant Mbar-punëtorë (PAME) dhe për dhjetëra sulme të tjera.

Gjykata e karakterizoi "Agimin e Artë" organizatë kriminale dhe dënoi udhëheqjen e saj. Një total prej 68 kuadrove neonazistë u akuzuan. Ndëshkimet specifike pritet të shpallen ditët në vijim.

Dhjetëra mijëra punëtorë dhe të rinj, që herët në mëngjesin e të mërkurës, u mblodhën jashtë gjykatës, pas thirrjes së bërë nga sindikatat, shoqatat e nxënësve dhe studentëve, duke kërkuar me këmbëngulje ndëshkimin shembullor të kriminelëve nazistë. Veçanërisht masiv dhe militant ishte prania e forcave të Frontit Militant Mbar-Punëtorë (PAME). Mobilizime të ngjashme masive u realizuan në të gjitha qytetet kryesore të Greqisë, duke mbajtur masat e nevojshme epidemiologjike.

Në tubimin, si dhe në shpalljen e vendimit gjyqësor, brenda në sallën e gjyqit, u gjend Sekretari i Përgjithshëm i Komitetit Qendror të Partisë Komuniste të Greqisë (KKE), Dhimitri Kucubas, i cili, pas dhënies së vendimit gjyqësor, bëri deklaratën vijuese:

“Gjykata, e udhëhequr nga e vërteta, siç doli nga provat e shumta, dënoi sot penalisht vrasësit e Agimit të Artë. Ky dënim duhet të shoqërohet me ndëshkim shembullor të fajtorëve, që është dhënia e masës maksimale të ndëshkimit dhe natyrisht të futen në burg. Në gjyq, natyrisht, dolën gjithashtu lidhjet dhe ndërlidhjet e nazistëve, të cilat i bëjnë ata edhe më të rrezikshëm. Nuk lejohet asnjë vetëkënaqësi. Gjëja kryesore është që populli ta përballojë të keqen në rrënjë, duke përmbysur sistemin që e “ngroh” dhe e mirëmban këtë vezë të gjarprit, nazizmin, fashizmin. Kjo është arsyeja pse fjalët e poetit janë shumë koherente: «Fashizmin thellë kuptoje, ai nuk vdesë vetë, shkatërroje»”.

Partia Komuniste e Greqisë (KKE), e cila ka qenë në ballë të luftës së popullit për të dënuar organizatën naziste dhe krimet e saj, ka përshëndetur mijërat e protestuesve në të gjithë Greqinë me kërkesën «Nazistët në Burg». Ajo denoncoi, në të njëjtën kohë, synimin e qeverisë dhe policisë për të shpërndarë demonstratën madhështore popullore para gjykatës në Athinë, me alibi veprimet e një numri të vogël të një grupi provokator. Në kundërshtim me ata që u shqetësuan nga rezultati i vendimit të gjykatës dhe demonstratat madhështore, ky plan ra, dhe tubimi vazhdoi me mijëra protestues të cilët marshuan në rrugët e Athinës duke përcjellë mesazhin e optimizmit dhe rezistencës, dhe arriti jashtë Parlamentit të Greqisë, në qendër të kryeqytetit grek, ku u mbajt dhe një minutë heshtje për viktimat e fashizmit.

Protestuesit kërkuan që të vendosen ndëshkime maksimale për kriminelët nazistë dhe të futen në burg, si dhe theksuan se do të gjenden kundër çdo përpjekje që synon të ndihmojë që perceptimet helmuese dhe aktiviteti i fashistëve të çojë kokë.
