On the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People (29th of November), the undersigned Communist and Workers parties affirm that the key to peace and stability in the Middle East is the end of the Israeli occupation, and the implementation of the Palestinian people's right to self-determination and the establishment of the independent Palestinian state within the borders of June 4, 1967 with East Jerusalem as its capital, and the resolution of the refugee issue in accordance with UN Resolution 194.

The undersigned parties condemn the policy of the United States of America, led by the Trump administration, which is based on its absolute support for Israel's annexation and settlement policies, a denial of the rights of the Palestinian people, and a total disregard for the international treaties and foundations of a just peace based on UN resolutions adopted by most of the countries of the world and the overwhelming majority of its peoples.

This US policy, which comes amidst the resounding failure of imperialist plans in Syria and Yemen, seeks to give Israel an international umbrella and political compensation for America's strategic withdrawal from the region. This is a policy bound to fail due the insistence of the Palestinian people to be liberated from the Israeli occupation, to achieve their national independence and to exercise their historical rights, supported by the positions and struggles of revolutionary and progressive forces in the region and throughout the world.

The signatory parties call for the promotion of international solidarity with the Palestinian people and their legitimate rights by all legitimate means, and for a just and comprehensive peace in the region based on respect for the right of peoples to freedom and independence.

نداء مشترك من حزب الشعب الفلسطيني والحزب الشيوعي الإسرائيلي للأحزاب الشيوعية والعمّالية

في اليوم العالمي للتضامن مع الشعب العربي الفلسطيني (29 تشرين الثاني-نوفمبر) تؤكد الأحزاب الشيوعية والعمّالية الموقّعة أدناه على أنّ مفتاح السلام والاستقرار في الشرق الأوسط هو إنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي وبممارسة الشعب الفلسطيني حقه في تقرير مصيره، وإقامة دولته المستقلة في حدود الرابع من حزيران عام 1967 وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية، وحل قضية اللاجئين حسب القرار الأممي 194.

تدين الأحزاب الموقّعة سياسة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية - ممثلةً بإدارة ترامب - القائمة على الدعم المطلق لسياسات الضمّ والاستيطان الإسرائيلية، والتنكّر لحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني، وضرب عرض الحائط بالمعاهدات الدولية وبأسس السلام العادل حسب قرارات الأمم المتحدة والتي تتبنّاها معظم دول العالم والأكثرية الساحقة من شعوب الأرض.

إنّ هذه السياسة الأمريكية التي تأتي في ظل الفشل المدوّي للمخططات الإمبريالية في سوريا واليمن، تسعى لمنح إسرائيل مظلّة دولية وتعويضًا سياسيًا عن الانسحاب الاستراتيجي من المنطقة. إنّها سياسة مكتوب لها الفشل أمام إصرار الشعب الفلسطيني على الانعتاق من الاحتلال وإحقاق استقلاله الوطني وممارسة حقوقه التاريخية، مدعومًا بمواقف ونضالات القوى الثورية والتقدّمية في المنطقة والعالم.

وتدعو الأحزاب الموقّعة إلى تعزيز التضامن الأممي مع الشعب الفلسطيني وحقوقه المشروعة بكل الوسائل المشروعة، ومن أجل السلام العادل والشامل في المنطقة، والقائم على احترام حق الشعوب في الحرية والاستقلال.

En el Día Internacional de Solidaridad con el pueblo árabe palestino (29 de noviembre), los  partidos abajo firmantes, afirman que la clave para la paz y la estabilidad en el Medio Oriente es el fin de la ocupación israelí, el ejercicio por parte del pueblo palestino de su derecho a la autodeterminación y el establecimiento de un estado independiente dentro de las fronteras del 4 de junio de 1967. Aceptar que la capital del Estado Palestino sea  Jerusalén Oriental, y determinar que  el problema de los refugiados se resuelve de conformidad con la Resolución 194 de la ONU.

Las partes abajo firmantes, condenan la política de los Estados Unidos de América, dirigida por la administración Trump, que se basa en el apoyo absoluto a las políticas de anexión del Estado de Israel, que niegan totalmente los derechos del pueblo palestino e ignoran los acuerdos y tratados internacionales y los fundamentos de una paz justa, de acuerdo con las resoluciones de la ONU adoptadas por la mayoría del mundo y la gran mayoría de los pueblos de la tierra.

Esta política estadounidense, que se produce en medio del rotundo fracaso de los planes imperialistas en Siria y Yemen, busca dar a Israel un respaldo internacional como compensación política por la retirada estratégica de los Estados Unidos de la región. Es una política que actúa deliberadamente en contra de la intereses del pueblo palestino de emanciparse de la ocupación israelí y lograr su independencia nacional para poder ejercer sus derechos históricos, apoyados por las posiciones y luchas de las fuerzas revolucionarias y progresistas en la región y el mundo.

Las partes firmantes piden la promoción de la solidaridad internacional con el pueblo palestino y sus derechos legítimos por todos los medios legítimos, y una paz justa e integral para todos los pueblos de la región basada en el respeto del derecho de los pueblos a la libertad y la independencia.
