Press Statement by the General Secretary of the Palestinian Communist Party, Comrade Dr. Mahmoud Saadeh:

The current emphasis by many countries and some Palestinian organizations on the possibility of imposing a two-state solution on historic Palestine has become, dialectically speaking, a colonial and replacement slogan under a European cover with a detestable colonial and reactionary Arab history. It cannot be realized on the ground given the rapidly evolving circumstances in Gaza and the West Bank, influenced by the fierce battles currently taking place locally, regionally, and globally. This is an attempt to maintain a foothold on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea as a colonial base on Palestinian land, represented by the Zionist racist colonial entity, which is the second part of the two-state solution being discussed globally these days. 

Thus, the flame of conflict remains continuous, and the tragedies and deadly wars persist through generations, offering no final solution to the dilemma that future generations will continue to suffer from. It serves as a pivotal framework to preserve the colonial and imperialistic interests of the bloody American and European powers in the Middle East and the Arab region in particular. When the two-state solution was proposed in the early 1970s, there was no terrifying settlement, theft, and rape as is happening these days by Nazi and fascist murder gangs. They engage in daily killings of true Palestinian  farmers and landowners. In those past years, there was only one settlement in the north of the West Bank and another in its south. Hence, it became imperative for our Palestinian Communist Party to adopt the slogan of a single democratic and secular state across the entire historic Palestinian territory, a "state for all its sons," because the global circumstances and the objective reality resulting from our national, class, and national struggle against the Anglo-Saxon colonialist racist fascist forces require the unity of all enlightened communist, leftist, national, and Islamic forces in the Arab region, as well as their supporters from anti-imperialist forces worldwide, in a global front against the aggressive rogue states that defy international laws and disrespect the national sovereignty of the world's peoples. 

As for the Palestine Liberation Organization, we see that under the current composition and leadership appointed by a faction that does not represent the aspirations of our Arab Palestinian people, this is clear from the practices of these leaders. The optimal solution is to restructure the Palestine Liberation Organization on revolutionary national foundations, and it should be the umbrella for all Palestinian organizations from the far left to the far right. This means that no one should be excluded in order for it to truly represent our people in all its segments and categories. 

Comrade Saadeh also warned against the suspicious conferences being talked about in the media, such as the "Geneva Conference," which aim to bypass Palestinian resistance and the aspirations of our people for freedom and independence. He considered any Palestinian figures or Arab parties participating in such conferences as dubious entities that do not represent our Arab Palestinian people, neither closely nor remotely. 

Comrade Saadeh considered that the conspiracy of displacement and resettlement was thwarted by the steadfastness of our proud people in Gaza despite the ferocity of the onslaught and the magnitude of the conspiracy. The General Secretary of the Palestinian Communist Party extended his heartfelt condolences to the children of our people in the West Bank, Gaza, and wherever they may be. He believed that these sacrifices will be the fire that will burn the occupier and lead us towards freedom and independence.

تصريح صحفي  صادر عن الأمين العام للحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني "الرفيق الدكتور محمود سعادة" 

إن ما يطرح هذه الأيام والتركيز عليه من قبل غالبية الدول وبعض التنظيمات الفلسطينية من إمكانية فرض حل الدولتين على أرض فلسطين التاريخيه،  فمن ناحية جدلية أضحى هذ الشعار استعماري إحلالي بغطاء أوروبي ذا تاريخ استعماري بغيض وعربي رجعي لا يمكن تحقيقه على أرض الواقع في المعطيات المتسارعه على أرض  قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية، والآخذه في التطور والتدحرج نتيجة المعارك الشرسة التي تحدث حاليا محليا واقليميا وعالميا، في محاولة للحفاظ على موطئ قدم على شواطئ البحر الأبيض المتوسط بمثابة قاعدة استعمارية على الأرض الفلسطينية والمتمثلة بالكيان الصهيوني الاستعماري العنصري على الجزء الثاني من حل الدولتين المطروح عالميا في هذه الأيام.

 وبذلك تبقى شعلة الصراع مستمرة وديمومة المآسي والحروب القاتلة على مر الاجيال، ولا تشكل حلا نهائيا لمعضلة ستعاني منها أجيال تلو أجيال لانها تشكل اطارا محوريا للحفاظ على المصالح الاستعمارية والامبريالية الدموية الأمريكية والاوروبية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط والمنطقة العربية خصوصا، اذ عندما طرح حل الدولتين في بداية سنوات السبعينات من القرن الماضي لم يكن هناك استيطان وسلب واغتصاب مرعب كما يحدث هذه الأيام من قبل عصابات قتل نازية وفاشية، من قتل يومي للمزارعين وأصحاب الأرض الفلسطينيه الحقيقيين ، ولم يكن في تلك السنوات الماضية من احتلال الضفة الغربية والقدس سوى مستوطنه واحدة في شمال الضفه الغربيه وأخرى في جنوبها.. من هنا كان لزاماً على حزبنا الشيوعي الفلسطيني تبني شعار حل الدولة الديموقراطية العلمانية الواحدة على كامل التراب الوطني الفلسطيني التاريخي "دولة لكافة ابنائها"،  لأن الظروف العالمية والواقع الموضوعي الناتج عن صراعنا الوطني والطبقي والقومي مع قوي الاستعمار الاستيطاني العنصري الفاشي الانجلو ساكسوني يتطلب وحدة كل القوى الشيوعية واليسارية والوطنية والقومية والإسلامية المتنورة المقاومة في المنطقه العربية، ومناصريها من قوى عالمية مناهضة للامبرياليه والاستعمار في جبهة عالمية لمناهضة العدوانية المتوحشة لتلك الدول المارقة على القوانين الدولية والإحترام للسيادة الوطنيه لشعوب العالم.

أما بالنسبة لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية فإننا نرى أنها في ظل التشكيلة الحالية والقيادة المعينة من قبل فئة لا تمثل طموحات شعبنا العربي الفلسطيني، وهذا واضح وجلي من خلال ممارسات هذه القيادات، إن الحل الأمثل هو اعادة هيكلة منظمة التحرير على أسس وطنية ثورية، وان تكون هي المظلة لكل التنظيمات الفلسطينية من اقصى اليسار الى اقصى اليمن ، بمعنى انه لا يجب استثناء أحد من أجل أن تكون فعلا هي ممثل حقيقي لشعبنا بكل شرائحه وفئاته.

كما حذر سعادة من المؤتمرات المشبوهة التي يتم الحديث عنها في وسائل الاعلام " مؤتمر جنيف" والتي تهدف للالتفاف على المقاومة الفلسطينية وطموحات شعبنا بالحرية والاستقلال، وأعتبر أن أي شخصيات فلسطينية او أطراف عربية تشارك في مثل هكذا مؤتمرات هي جهات مشبوهة ولا تمثل شعبنا العربي الفلسطيني لا من قريب ولا من بعيد.

واعتبر سعادة أن مؤامرة التهجير والتوطين أفشلها صمود شعبنا الابي في قطاع غزة رغم شراسة الهجمة و عظمة المؤامرة ، وتوجه الامين العام للحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني بتعازيه القلبية الحارة لأبناء شعبنا في الضفة والقطاع وفي كل أماكن تواجده، واعتبر أن هذه التضحيات ستكون النار الذي ستحرق المحتل وتسير بنا نحو الحرية والاستقلال.
