Ongoing Mass Killing with War Ammunition and Comprehensive Starvation

We urgently appeal for your immediate intervention to stop the Israeli-American war and to save our Palestinian people.

The Palestinian People’s Party, in the name of our people, political forces, civil actors, and all segments of our society, addresses you—and through you, all those concerned—calling for immediate intervention and the exertion of maximum pressure through all available means to halt the genocidal war being waged against our people, especially in the Gaza Strip, by the fascist Israeli government and occupation forces, with explicit American support and cover, alongside European inaction and disgraceful international silence. 

Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip, in particular, have been subjected for over 20 consecutive months to a brutal, comprehensive genocide. This has resulted in the killing of more than 59,479 men and women, and no fewer than 140,355 injuries since October 7, 2023—not to mention the thousands of people missing under the rubble, detained, or forcibly disappeared by the occupation forces. 

The situation in the Gaza Strip—home to more than two million Palestinians—has become completely unfit for human life, due to a deepening and expanding catastrophe caused by ongoing mass killings and the widespread, total destruction of everything. This devastation is being carried out with various forms of American, Israeli, and European weaponry. Additionally, systematic starvation is being imposed, alongside the tightening of the comprehensive siege on the Strip, preventing the entry of essential supplies needed by its residents and their medical and service institutions. 

As a result of the widespread policy of collective starvation among the population—which has led to the emergence of diseases related to severe malnutrition, especially among children, women, and the elderly—more than 90% of Gaza’s population now suffers from food insecurity. Around 596,000 people have entered a state of full-scale famine, and 259 patients and 69 children have died due to hunger and acute malnutrition. This has led to the complete severing of their basic lifelines, in blatant violation of all principles and provisions of international humanitarian law, particularly the Geneva Conventions of 1948, as well as all human rights instruments and laws. 

We appeal to you—and through you to your governments, parliaments, and peoples, as well as to all political parties, social movements, and solidarity groups in your countries—to act swiftly and intensively, using your influence and capacities at all levels to urgently and firmly demand, and exert all possible pressure on governments around the world and on all international bodies and organizations, in order to: 

1. Immediately stop the Israeli genocide being carried out against the Palestinian people and end all forms of aggression against them.
2. Lift the blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip, both externally and internally, and put an immediate end to the systematic starvation policy targeting its residents. Open all land crossings and establish safe and permanent humanitarian corridors, while ensuring the delivery of essential, life-saving, and humanitarian supplies to the population.
3. Compel the Israeli government to withdraw all its forces and end all forms of occupation in the Gaza Strip.
4. Ensure the operation of international and local humanitarian organizations, and provide protection for aid convoys, hospitals, and medical teams within the Strip.
5. Guarantee that all aid and essential supplies for Gaza’s residents are delivered exclusively through international bodies—particularly United Nations agencies, first and foremost the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA)—and other recognized humanitarian organizations.
6. Call on the UN Security Council and the United Nations to provide immediate international protection for Palestinian civilians in the occupied Palestinian territories.

استمرار الإبادة الجماعية بالنيران الحربية والتجويع الشامل

نناشدكم بالتدخل العاجل لوقف الحرب الاسرائيلية – الأمريكية وإنقاذ شعبنا الفلسطيني

إن حزب الشعب الفلسطيني وباسم شعبنا وقواه السياسية وفعالياته المدنية ومكوناته الاجتماعية كافة، يتوجه لكم ومن خلالكم إلى كل من يهمه الأمر، من أجل التدخل الفوري وممارسة أقصى الضغوط عبر كل الوسائل، لوقف حرب الإبادة الجماعية التي يتعرض لها شعبنا وخاصة في قطاع غزة، على يد حكومة وقوات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي الفاشية، وبدعم وغطاء أمريكي صريح، وتخاذل أوروبي وصمت دولي فاضح.

إن المدنيين الفلسطينيين في قطاع غزة على وجه الخصوص، يتعرضون منذ أكثر من 20 شهراَ متواصلة، لحرب إبادة جماعية، همجية وشاملة، أدت لقتل أكثر من (59,479) مواطن و\مواطنة، وما لا يقل عن (و140,355) مصاباَ، منذ 7 تشرين الأول/ أكتوبر 2023، عدا عن آلاف المفقودين تحت الأنقاض والمعتقلين والمختفين قسراَ على يد قوات الاحتلال.

لقد أصبحت الأوضاع في قطاع غزة الذي يعيش فيه أكثر من مليوني إنسان فلسطيني، غير صالحة كلياَ للحياة الآدمية، بسبب الكارثة التي تتسع وتتعمق نتيجة لاستمرار القتل الجماعي والدمار الواسع والشامل لكل شيء، بمختلف أنواع الأسلحة الحربية الأمريكية والاسرائيلية والأوروبية، وكذلك جراء التجويع الممنهج الذي يتزامن مع تشديد الحصار الشامل على القطاع، ومنع إدخال الاحتياجات الحيوية لسكانه ومؤسساتهم الطبية والخدمية.

ونتيجة لسياسة التجويع الجماعي التي تفشت على نطاق واسع بين السكان وأدت لظهور أمراض مرتبطة بسوء التغذية الحاد، خاصة بين الأطفال والنساء وكبار السن، أصبح أكثر من 90% من سكان قطاع غزة يعانون من انعدام في الأمن الغذائي، في حين دخل نحو 596,000 شخص في مرحلة المجاعة الكاملة، وتوفي 259 مريضاً و 69 طفلاً جراء الجوع وسوء التغذية الحاد، وهو ما أدى لإنقطاع تام لشرايين الحياة الأساسية لهم، في انتهاك صارخ لكل مبادئ وأحكام القانون الدولي الإنساني وخاصة اتفاقيات جنيف لعام 1948، ولمواثيق وقوانين حقوق الإنسان كافة.

إننا نتوجه اليكم ومن خلالكم إلى حكوماتكم وبرلماناتكم وشعوبكم، وإلى جميع الأحزاب والحركات السياسية والاجتماعية والتضامنية في بلدانكم، بسرعة التحرك المكثف واستخدام مكانتكم وإمكانياتكم على جميع الصعد، للمطالبة الحازمة والواضحة، وممارسة كل الضغوط على حكومات العالم والهيئات والمنظمات الدولية كافة، من أجل:

• الوقف الفوري لحرب الإبادة الجماعية الاسرائيلية التي يتعرض لها شعبنا الفلسطيني وكل أشكال العدوان عليه.
• فك الحصار المفروض على قطاع غزة خارجياَ وداخلياَ، ووقف سياسة التجويع الممنهجة ضد سكانه، فوراَ، وفتح جميع معابره البرية وإقامة ممرات إنسانية آمنة ودائمة له، وتأمين الاحتياجات الأساسية والحيوية والإنسانية له.
• الزام حكومة "اسرائيل" بسحب جميع قواتها وكل مظاهر الاحتلال من قطاع غزة.
• ضمان عمل المنظمات الإنسانية الدولية والمحلية، وتوفير الحماية لقوافل الإغاثة والمستشفيات والأطقم الطبية داخل القطاع.
• تأمين أي مساعدات واحتياجات لسكان قطاع غزة، يكون فقط من خلال الهيئات الدولية وخاصة تلك التابعة للأمم المتحدة وفي مقدمتها وكالة غوث وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين (الأونروا) UNRWA، وعبر المنظمات الإنسانية الأخرى، فقط.
• دعوة مجلس الأمن والأمم المتحدة إلى توفير الحماية الدولية الفورية للمدنيين الفلسطينيين في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة.
