The Palestinian Communist Party in the meeting of the communist and workers parties held in the Cuban capital Havana (27-29/2022)

Dear Comrades, Revolutionary Bolshevik Salute,

A comradely salute is sent by our party, the party of the Palestinian working class, the Palestinian Communist Party, for this meeting with us, hoping for success. We also salute the participants in this international meeting.

We must also thank our Cuban comrades for the warm reception, for we are now in the land of revolution and heroism for which we sang popular songs, some a few meters away from the nests of colonialism, the free Cuban people rose and built socialism.

Yes, comrades, through the leadership of a group of revolutionaries, led by comrade Fidel Castro, and with the support of friends, the Cuban Revolution was able to achieve victory, and took giant steps on the path of building socialism. This road was bumpy and full of thorns, from the failed Bay of Pigs invasion to the siege and boycott that the great Cuban people faced with great steadfastness and heroism.

The attack of the bourgeoisie on the Cuban revolution is fierce. The attempt to strike at the socialist achievements is shattered on the rock of the steadfastness of the Cuban people. We, comrades, despite the tragedies that our people are going through, stand in solidarity with the Cuban people because any victory, no matter its size, is a victory for all the peoples of the world, including our Arab Palestinian people. Which is subjected to the worst forms of ethnic cleansing; hence our party demands the participation of all international institutions in order to coordinate the common struggle.

Dear comrades,

This meeting of ours takes place in difficult and complex circumstances. The crisis of the bourgeoisie is deepening, the crisis of overproduction, and this crisis appears with the rise in prices, inflation, increased unemployment and a low level of income and living which has led and leads to a slippage in the standard of living of social strata to reach some of them below the poverty line, and the bourgeoisie is trying to get out of its crises through major wars such as the two world wars, and small wars, such as the Korean and Vietnamese wars in the last century and the wars on Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Yemen and the global war on Syria in the current century.

The struggle of the poles of the world bourgeoisie to control the sources of raw materials, influence, and markets has led and leads to wars. The conflict that exists between the Russian bourgeoisie and the Eurasian bourgeoisie today on the Ukrainian lands is the biggest proof of that, which is not only paid by the Russian and Ukrainian peoples, but by all the peoples of the world through gouging in energy prices and scarcity of food. From here, our party demands the cessation of the war and the imposition of a peaceful solution that preserves the interests of the two peoples. As we express our solidarity with the two peoples, we demand an immediate cessation of the war, and from here it must be remembered that the cause of this crisis was the result of the coup against socialism in the Soviet Union in the nineties of the last century, which achieved brotherhood between the peoples of the countries of the former Soviet Union that achieved the great victory over Nazism and Fascism in the world.

The greed of the bourgeoisie has no limits, so it tries to impose its economic model represented by the policy of the Fund and the World Bank in any way, by exploiting the need of poor and developing countries for financial resources for developing itself. And it is also no secret to anyone that the role of the Soviet Union in financing the High Dam in Egypt and many development projects in Iraq, Syria, Algeria and other third world countries, where with the collapse of the socialist system collapsed the bond of oppressed peoples and the global working class, so we must close ranks to confront all schemes targeting oppressed peoples, as we see today in Libya, Syria and West Africa. Hence, we declare our solidarity with all peoples struggling for freedom, progress and getting rid of all forms of slavery and colonialism.

Dear comrades,

Our region is going through difficult conditions, from the use of political Islam with direct support from NATO in the global war on Syria and the aggression of the international coalition against Yemen on the one hand, to the devastating war in Libya and the attempt to steal the natural resources of Lebanon after its looting and impoverishment on the other.

We in occupied Palestine are subjected to continuous barbaric aggression as a form of bourgeois attack. We are subjected to a racist settler attack that takes the form of ethnic cleansing, from the displacement of villages such as Al-Araqib and Masafer Yatta, and the demolition of homes to arbitrary and administrative detention and field executions, deportation and the policy of apartheid through building the separation wall and siege the Gaza Strip for more than 15 years on the other hand. And whenever the Zionist government enters into a crisis, it intensifies the attack on the prisoners on the one hand, and the bombing of the Gaza Strip or the attack on Palestinian cities in the West Bank on the other, all under the eyes of the “international community” and the leadership of the Palestinian Authority. Which considers security coordination "that is, collaboration" sacred. We, comrades, live under the cheapest occupation in the world, because through security coordination we defend the security of the occupiers of our land, the displacement of our people, and the murderer of our children in an unprecedented tragedy in history.

In light of these tragic circumstances and in view of the demographic change taking place on our land, our party decided in its 2016 conference that the interim task is to struggle all possible forms of struggle for the restoration of the legitimate national rights of the Palestinian Arab people represented by the right of return and self-determination and the establishment of its free and independent state on its entire national soil, and Jerusalem its capital.

In conclusion, we greet you once again and we reiterate our thanks to the Communist Party and the heroic Cuban people for the warm welcome.

مداخلة الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني في لقاء الاحزاب الشيوعية والعمالية المنعقد في العاصمة الكوبية هافانا (27-29/2022)

الرفاق الأعزاء، تحية ثورية بولشفية،

تحية رفاقية يرسلها حزبنا، حزب الطبقة العاملة الفلسطينية، الحزب االشيوعي الفلسطيني للقائنا هذا آملين له النجاح، كما نحي المشاركين في هذا اللقاء الأممي .

كما لابد لنا أن نشكر رفاقنا الكوبيين لحفاوة الاستقبال، فنحن الآن في أرض الثورة والبطولة التي أنشدنا لها الأهازيج الشعبية، ومنها

عن بعد عدة امتار من أوكار الاستعمار  قام الشعب الكوبي الحر وبنى الاشتراكية.

نعم أيها الرفاق من خلال قيادة ثلة من الثوريين وعلى رأسهم الرفيق فيدل كاسترو وبدعم من الأصدقاء استطاعت الثورة الكوبية تحقيق النصر، وخطت خطوات جبارة على طريق بناء الاشتراكية. هذه الطريق كانت وعرة مليئة بالأشواك فمن غزوة خليج الخنازير الفاشلة إلى الحصار والمقاطعة الذي واجهها ويواجهها الشعب الكوبي العظيم  ببصمود وبطولة فائقتين.

إن هجمة البرجوازية على الثورة الكوبية شرسة، فمحاولة ضرب المنجزات الاشتراكية تتحطم على صخرة صمود الشعب الكوبي، نحن أيها الرفاق، ورغم المآسي التي يمر فيها شعبنا نتضامن مع الشعب الكوبي لأن أي نصر ومهما كان حجمه هو نصر لكل شعوب العالم، ومن بينها شعبنا العربي الفلسطيني الذي يتعرض لأبشع  أشكال التطهير العرقي، من هنا يطالب حزبنا المشاركة بكافة المؤسسات الأممية  من أجل تنسيق النضال المشترك.

رفاقنا الاعزاء،

ينعقد لقائنا هذا في ظروف صعبة ومعقدة،  فأزمة البرجوازية تزداد عمقاً، أزمة فائض الإنتاج وتظهر هذه الازمة  بارتفاع الأسعار، التضخم، زيادة البطالة وتدني مستوى الدخل والمعيشة الذي أدى ويؤدي لانزلاق مستوى المعيشة لشرائح اجتماعية ليصل بعضها تحت مستوى خط الفقر، وتحاول البرجوازية الخروج من أزماتها من خلال الحروب الكبيرة كالحربين العالميتين، والحروب الصغيرة، كالحرب الكورية والفيتنامية في القرن الماضي والحرب على افغانستان، العراق، ليبيا، اليمن والحرب الكونية على سورية في القرن الحالي.

إن صراع أقطاب البرجوازية العالمية للسيطرة على مصادر المواد الأولية، النفوذ، والأسواق أدت وتؤدي إلى الحروب، فالصراع القائم بين البرجوازية الروسية والبرجوازية الاورأطلسية اليوم على الأراضي الأكرانية هو أكبر دليل على ذلك، والذي لا يدفع ثمنه الشعبين الروسي والاكراني فقط بل كل شعوب العالم من خلال التغول في أسعار الطاقة وشح المواد الغذائية. من هنا يطالب حزبنا بوقف الحرب وفرض حل سلمي يحافظ على مصالح الشعبين، نحن إذ نعبر عن تضامننا مع الشعبين نطالب بوقف الحرب فورا، ومن هنا يجب التذكير أن سبب حدوث هذه الأزمة كان نتيجة للإنقلاب على الاشتراكية في الاتحاد السوفيتي في تسعنيات القرن الماضي الذي آخا بين شعوب دول الاتحاد السوفيتي السابق التي حققت  النصر الكبير على النازية والفاشية في العالم.

إن جشع البرجوازية لا حدود له، لذلك تحاول فرض نموذجها الاقتصادي المتمثلة بسياسة الصندق والبنك الدوليين بأي شكل من الأشكال، وذلك من خلال استغلال حاجة الدول الفقيرة والنامية للموارد المالية من أجل التنمية وهنا أيضا يبرز بوضوح دور الاتحاد السوفيتي والمنظومة الاشتراكية في دعم الدول النامية من أجل تطوير ذاتها، ولا يخفى على أحد أيضا دور الاتحاد السوفيتي في تمويل السد العالي في مصر والعديد من المشاريع التنموية في كل من العراق وسوريا والجزائر وغيرها من دول العالم الثالث حيث بانهيار المنظومة الاشتراكية إنهار السند للشعوب المقهورة وللطبقة العاملة العالمية، لذلك يجب علينا رص الصفوف لمواجهة كافة المخططات التي تستهدف الشعوب المقهورة كالتى نراها اليوم في ليبيا، سوريا وغرب افريقيا. من هنا نعلن عن تضامننا مع كل الشعوب المناضلة من أجل الحرية والتقدم والتخلص من كافة أشكال العبودية والاستعمار.

رفاقنا الاعزاء،

تمر منطقتنا في ظروف صعبة فمن استخدام الإسلام السياسي بدعم مباشر من حلف الناتو في الحرب الكونية على سورية وعدوان التحالف الدولي على اليمن من جهة إلى الحرب الطاحنة في ليبيا ومحاولة سرقة المصادر الطبيعية للبنان بعد نهبه وافقاره من جهة أخرى.

نحن في فلسطين المحتلة نتعرض لعدوان همجي مستمر كشكل من أشكال الهجمة البرجوازية، فنحن نتعرض لهجمة استيطانية إحلالية عنصرية تأخذ شكل التطهير العرقي فمن تهجير القرى كالعراقيب ومسافر يطا، وهدم المنازل إلى الاعتقال التعسفي والاداري والإعدامات الميدانية، الإبعاد وسياسة الفصل العنصري من خلال بناء الجدار الفاصل وحصار قطاع غزة لأكثر من 15 عاما من جهة اخرى، وكلما دخلت الحكومة الصهيونية  في أزمة تقوم بتشديد الهجمة على الأسرى من جهة وقصف قطاع غزة أو الهجوم على المدن الفلسطينية في الضفة الغربية من جهة أخرى، كل ذلك تحت سمع وبصر "المجتمع الدولي"  وقيادة السلطة الفلسطينية التي تعتبر التنسيق الامني "أي العمالة" مقدس، نحن أيها الرفاق نعيش في ظل  أرخص احتلال في العالم لأننا ومن خلال التنسيق الأمني ندافع عن أمن محتل أرضنا ومهجر شعبنا وقاتل أطفالنا في تراجيديا غير مسبوقة في التاريخ.

في ظل هذه الظروف المأساوية ونظراً  للتغير الديمغرافي الحاصل على أرضنا قرر حزبنا في مؤتمره الذي عقد عام 2016 أن المهمة المرحلية هي النضال كافة أشكال النضال الممكنة من أجل استعادة الحقوق الوطنية المشروعة للشعب العربي الفلسطيني المتمثلة بحق العودة وتقرير المصير وانشاء دولته الحرة المستقلة على كامل ترابه الوطني وعاصمتها القدس.

في الختام نحييكم مجدداً كما نكرر شكرنا للحزب الشيوعي والشعب الكوبي البطل لحفاوة الاستقبال.
