Solidarity with the workers' movement, people of Venezuela and the PCV

The undersigned Communist and Workers' Parties, gathered in Havana, Cuba, October 27-29, 2022, in the framework of the XXII International Meeting of Communist and Workers Parties (IMCWP), express our solidarity with the people of Venezuela in the face of the aggression and sanctions illegally imposed by U.S. and European imperialism, which fundamentally affect the living conditions of the Venezuelan working class and popular strata. We reiterate our demand for the immediate lifting of the illegal coercive measures and the return of the assets owned by Venezuela, which have been usurped by imperialist powers. 

Likewise, we express our solidarity with the struggles of the Venezuelan class-conscious labor and trade union movement, which is mobilizing in broad unity of action for just demands; such as the right to a living wage equal to the basic food basket, the reestablishment of collective bargaining agreements, the right to union organization and to strike, and against the processes of deregulation and flexibilization of labor relations. We condemn all attempts to persecute and criminalize these legitimate struggles of the Venezuelan labor and union movement. In this sense, we reiterate our demand for the immediate release of the workers who remain unjustly detained for fighting for their rights. 

Likewise, we express our concern over the systematic campaigns of slander and attacks that have been directed against the Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV); such as the infamous accusations of receiving financing from U.S. imperialism, as well as the media censorship to which they are subjected, the illegal blocking of the exercise of the right to speak by the PCV deputy in parliament and the impediments to present candidacies in past electoral processes. 

We exhort the different instances of the Venezuelan state and government to cease the attacks against the PCV, as well as cease any attempt to advance in the building of scenarios aimed at justifying the criminalization and prohibition of the political activity of the PCV. The full exercise of the political and democratic rights of the Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV) and of the Venezuelan working class must be guaranteed.

XXII Encuentro Internacional de Partido Comunista y Obreros (EIPCO)

Solidaridad con el movimiento obrero, el pueblo de venezuela y el PCV

Los Partidos Comunistas y Obreros abajo firmantes, reunidos en La Habana, Cuba, del 27 al 29 de octubre del 2022, en el marco del XXII Encuentro Internacional de Partidos Comunistas y Obrero (EIPCO), expresamos nuestra solidaridad con el pueblo de venezuela frente a la agresión y sanciones ilegalmente impuestas por el imperialismo estadounidense y europeo, que afecta fundamentalmente las condiciones de vida de la clase trabajadora y capas populares venezolanas. Reiteramos nuestra demanda por el inmediato levantamiento de las ilegales medidas coercitivas y el retorno de los activos propiedad de Venezuela, que han sido usurpados por las potencias imperialistas. 

Así mismo,  manifestamos nuestra solidaridad con las luchas del movimiento obrero y sindical clasista venezolano, que se moviliza en amplia unidad de acción por justas demandas; como el derecho a un salario dignos igual a la canasta básica, el restablecimiento de las convenciones colectivas, el derechos a la organización sindical y a la huelga, y contra los procesos de desregulación y flexibilización de las relaciones laborales. Condenamos todo intento de judicializar y criminalizar estás legítimas luchas del movimiento obrero y sindical venezolano. En este sentido, reiteramos nuestra exigencia por la liberación inmediata de las y los trabajadores que permanecen injustamente detenidos, a causa de luchar por sus derechos. 

De igual forma, expresamos nuestra preocupación por las sistemáticas campañas de calumnias y ataques que hoy se dirigen contra el Partido Comunista de Venezuela (PCV); como los infames señalamientos de recibir financiamiento del imperialismo estadounidense, la censura comunicacional de que son objeto, el ilegal bloqueo al ejercicio del derecho de palabra por el diputado del PCV en el parlamento y los impedimentos para presentar candidaturas en pasados procesos electorales. 

Exhortamos a las distintas instancias del Estado y gobierno de Venezuela, a cesar los ataques contra el PCV, así como todo intento de avanzar en el montaje de escenarios dirigidos a justificar la criminalización e ilegalización de l acción política del PCV. Debe garantizarse el pleno ejercicio de los derechos políticos y democráticos del Partido Comunista de Venezuela (PCV) y de la clase trabajadora venezolana.

SOLIDARITÉ AVEC LE MOUVEMENT OUVRIER LE PEUPLE VÉNÉZUÉLIEN ET LE PCV

Les partis communistes et ouvriers ayant signés, réunis   à La Havane, Cuba, à l occasion de la XXII rencontre internationale de partis communistes et ouvriers (EIPCO) exprimons nôtre solidarité avec le peuple vénézuélien face à l agression et aux sanctions illégalement imposées par les impérialismes états uniens et européen, qui affectent fondamentalement  les conditions de vie la classe des travailleurs et les couches populaires vénézuéliennes. Nous réitérons notre demande pour lever immédiate des mesures coercitives et le retour des actifs propriétés du Venezuela usurpés par les puissances impérialistes

Nous exprimons notre solidarité avec les luttes des  mouvements ouvriers et syndicaux vénézuéliens qui  se mobilisent dans l unité et dans l action pour nos justes revendications ; comme le droit à un salaire digne, à une alimentation accessible,  le rétablissement des conventions collectives, le droit à s organiser en syndicat et au droit de grève et contre la dérégulation et flexibilisation des relations laborales. Nous condamnons toute tentative de pénalisation et criminalisation des luttes du mouvement ouvrier et syndicale Vénézuélien .nous réitérons notre exigence la libération immédiate des travailleurs injustement détenus pour avoir lutté pour leurs droits.

Nous exprimons notre inquiétude pour les campagnes de calomnies et attaques contre le parti communiste vénézuélien ( PCV) comme les accusations infames de recevoir des financements de l empire états unien, la censure communicationnelle contre le droit de parole du député du PCV au parlement ainsi que l interdiction de présenter des candidatures pour les élections passées.

Nous exhortons les instances de l état et du gouvernement vénézuélien, a cesser les attaques contre le PCV, ainsi que de comploter pour justifier la criminalisation et rendre illégale l action politique du PCV on doit garantir le pleine exercice des droits politiques du parti communiste vénézuélien et de la classe des travailleurs vénézuéliens
