Organized working class-people’s struggle against the intensification of the repression, authoritarianism and the judicial persecutions

The KKE wants to inform the communist parties, the working class and the popular forces as a whole that in the recent period in Greece the state, governmental and employer offensive has escalated against the class-oriented trade union movement, the forces of the All-workers’ Militant Front (PAME), against the struggling farmers and the All-farmers’ Militant Rally (PASY), and even against struggling school students.

Along with the labeling of strikes as illegal and abusive, the intensification of the intervention of the police against mobilization and the rapid rise of repression and the intensification of anti-communism, a plan of judicial persecutions against cadres of PAME and the KKE, leading farmers and school students is underway.

This is a total offensive against the workers who are struggling for the satisfaction of the people’s demands in conflict with the forces of capital, the imperialist European Union and the anti-people political line of the coalition of government which is based on the liberal party of ND and the social-democratic PASOK.

The prosecutions and guilty verdicts of the bourgeois courts do not have their main target only the cadres of PAME and other militant rallies, who of course are not bowed by these verdicts, as thousands of militants of the movement were not bowed in more difficult conditions and to whom all the gains of the workers are owed, the gains that are now being torn down.

Their main goal is to intimidate every worker, so they do not participate in their trade union, so that they do not organize, so that they do not protest, so that they do not go on strike, so that they do not struggle. All this when a new wave of anti-people measures is on the way which can cause more mass popular mobilizations with the orientation of questioning the power of capital, the exploitative capitalist system. This is precisely what they are seeking to prevent through the escalation of authoritarianism and the judicial persecutions.

Specifically:

On 18/12/2013 a guilty verdict was issued against the communist trade unionist Sotiris Zarianopoulos, member of the Executive Secretariat of the All-workers’ Militant Front (PAME) and of Anna Anianadou, cadre of PAME in the sector of the mass media and journalist of the newspaper of the CC of the KKE, “Rizospastis”, to 6 months in prison for the symbolic intervention of PAME in the news programme of ET3 on the 17^th of December 2009, a day of a general strike.

The trial of the 35 trade unionists of PAME has been scheduled to take place in the next few days merely because they tried to protest at the office of the Minister of Labour and Social Security on 30/1/2013. The trial of cadres of the class-oriented seamen’s union is also pending, who four years ago were picketing to protect their strike in the port of Piraeus.

Now there is hardly any significant mobilization of sectors of workers or other popular strata, for the just demands they are defending and even their own survival, against which the mechanisms of the attorneys and the judiciary do not attack.

The criminalization of the heroic months-long struggle of the workers of Hellenic Steel, because they defended their jobs is a characteristic example. 24 strikers are in the dock as defendants.

There have been repeated guilty verdicts at the expense of the trade-unionists and members of the unions of the ship-building zone of Perama. Hundreds of identical law suits have been made against these unions, with baseless and fabricated accusations made by the labour contractors. This is the group of contractors who called on the Nazi “Golden Dawn” to remove PAME from the zone.

On 17/10/2013, the unprecedented guilty verdict against the President of the tourist-restaurant workers’ union of Larisa and another worker by the three member magistrates court of Larisa to 1 year in prison and the deprival of political rights.

On 23/10/2013 the guilty verdict of 10 farmers of Elassona by the 3 member magistrates court of Larisa to 7 months in prison, because they participated in farmers’ demonstrations in 2009.

On 4/11 86 of the 92 accused farmers were condemned to 5 months in prison for the demonstrations of 2009. On 2/12 5 farmers were condemned to 4 months in prison by the permanent magistrates court of Kozani for mobilizations in January 2010.

In Thessaly, as well as in other areas of Greece, a new cycle of prosecutions has begun, with dozens of preliminary procedures and trial briefs underway, at the expense of leading farmers who participated in the mobilizations last winter.

On 8/10/2013 6 school students from the 1^st Technical High School of Lamia were condemned with very rapid procedures, on 16/10 10 school-students from the Technical High School of Igoumenitsa were arrested and sent to trial. In addition, the attorneys and police are invading schools all over the country, where school-students are struggling. Threats and summons are being made by the attorneys and police against parents’ associations.

These facts are only a sample of the escalation of the anti-worker anti-people offensive and reveal in a characteristic way the class character of bourgeois parliamentary “democracy”, as the dictatorship of the monopolies and underline the class character of bourgeois “justice”. They reveal the combined goals of anti-communism and the persecutions against the people’s struggle and demonstrate once again the role of the EU and the “democracy” promises. It demonstrates how dangerous the positions are of the bourgeois and opportunist apologists who talk about the humanization of capitalism and the management-improvement of bourgeois democracy.

In these conditions the position of the KKE and PAME that stresses that the workers, the poor popular strata, must reject and fight against the authoritarianism and the anti-people political line and raise their militancy in order to satisfy their own needs acquires special importance. They must not bow their heads. They have nothing to lose if they struggle. They will only lose if they are afraid and tolerant. If the workers are determined, no government, no judiciary, no police, no employer and no state can resist these struggles.

Организованная борьба рабочих и народа против усиления репрессий, авторитаризма и судебного преследования

КПГ сообщает Коммунистическим партиям, рабочему классу и народным силам в целом, что в последний период в Греции усилилось наступление государства, правительства и работодателей против классового профсоюзного движения, против сил ВСЕРАБОЧЕГО БОЕВОГО ФРОНТА (ПАМЕ), против борющихся крестьян и ВСЕКРЕСТЬЯНСКОГО БОЕВОГО СПЛОЧЕНИЯ (ПАСИ), и даже против борющихся учеников.

Помимо признания забастовок “нелегальными и наносящими вред”, роста вмешательства полиции в манифестации и роста подавления, наряду с ростом антикоммунизма, разворачивается план судебного преследования кадров ПАМЕ и КПГ, передовых крестьян и учеников.

Речь идёт о полномасштабном наступлении на трудящихся, борющихся за удовлетворение народных требований против сил капитала, империалистического ЕС и антинародной политики коалиционного правительства, которое поддерживает либеральная партия НД и социал-демократическая – ПАСОК.

Гонения и приговоры буржуазных судов не только нацелены против кадров ПАМЕ, но и против других боевых сплочений, которых, конечно, не могут сломить подобные решения, как они не сломили и тысячи борцов движения в намного более трудных условиях и которым мы обязаны всеми завоеваниями трудящихся, которые сейчас разрушаются.

Их основная цель – запугать всех трудящихся, чтобы они не участвовали в профсоюзах, не организовывались, не боролись, не бастовали и не требовали несмотря на то, что надвигается новая волна антинародных мер, которые могут вызвать более массовые народные манифестации, оспаривающие власть капитала и эксплуататорскую капиталистическую систему. Именно это пытается предотвратить рост авторитаризма и судебное преследование.

Конкретно:

18/12/13 было издано судебное решение против коммуниста профсоюзного деятеля Сотириса Зарианопулоса, члена Исполнительного секретариата ПАМЕ и Анны Ананиаду, кадра ПАМЕ в отрасли СМИ и журналистки газеты ЦК КПГ “Ризоспастис”, осуждающее их на 6 месяцев тюремного заключения за символическое выступление ПАМЕ в новостном выпуске телеканала ЕТ3 17 декабря 2009 г. в день всегреческой забастовки.

В последующие дни состоится суд над 35 профсоюзными деятелями ПАМЕ, за то, что они попытались устроить протест в офисе Министра труда и социального страхования 30/1/2013. Предстоит суд над кадрами классовых профсоюзов моряков, которые охраняли забастовку на протяжении четырех лет в порте Пирей.

Практически нет значительных мобилизаций трудящихся или других народных слоев со справедливыми требованиями, защищающими собственное существования, против которых не выступают прокуроры и судьи.

Характерный пример тому – криминализация многомесячной героической борьбы трудящихся Греческого сталелитейного завода в защиту своих рабочих мест. На скамью подсудимых вызваны 24 бастующих.

Продолжается череда приговоров деятелей и членов профсоюза Судустроительных верфей Перама. Против них были изданы сотни типовых исков, с явно необоснованными и надуманными обвинениями со стороны прорабов. Речь идёт о группе прорабов, которые призывали Золотую зарю “очистить зону” от ПАМЕ.

17/10/2013 мировой суд города Лариса издал беспрецедентный приговор против председателя Профсоюза питания и туризма города Лариса и ещё одного трудящегося на 1 год тюремного заключения и лишение политических прав.

23/10/2013, 10 крестьян из Элассоны были осуждены мировым судом города Лариса на семимесячное тюремное заключение из-за участия в крестьянской манифестации в 2009 году.

4/11 86 из 92 подсудимых крестьян были осуждены на тюремное заключение на 5 месяцев за участие в манифестациях в 2009 году. 2/12 5 крестьян были осуждены мировым судом города Козани на четырехмесячное тюремное заключение за манифестации в Январе 2010 года.

В Фессалии, но и в других регионах Греции, начался новый раунд гонений, имеют место десятки предварительных расследований и судебных дел против передовых крестьян, которые участвовали в акциях прошлой зимой.

8/10/2013 6 учеников из 1го профессионального училища (ЕПАЛ) города Ламиа были осуждены на месте преступления. 16/10 были арестованы и отправлены в суд 10 учеников ЕПАЛ города Игуменица. К тому же, производятся налеты прокуроров и полиции в школы, где борются ученики, по всей стране. Звучат угрозы и подаются иски в прокуратуры и полицию против родительских советов.

Эти факты – пример роста наступления на рабочих и народ, они разоблачают классовый характер буржуазной парламентской “демократии”, то что она является диктатурой монополий и выявляют классовый характер буржуазного “правосудия”. Они также указывают на антикоммунистическую направленность и на преследование народной борьбы со стороны ЕС, которая взывает к “демократии”. Показывают, насколько опасными являются позиции буржуа и оппортунистов апологетов, которые говорят о гуманизации капитализма, управлении и улучшении буржуазной демократии.

В этих условиях особенное значение обретает позиция КПГ и ПАМЕ о том, что трудящиеся и бедные народные слои должны побороть авторитаризм и антинародную политику в целом и подняться на борьбу за удовлетворение собственных потребностей. Они не должны быть сломленными. Им нечего терять в борьбе. Потери связаны со страхом и примирением. Если они решатся на борьбу, тогда никакое правительство и правосудие, никакая полиция, ни один работодатель, ни одно государство не смогут им воспротивится.

Lucha obrera y popular organizada contra la intensificación de la represión, el autoritarismo y las persecuciones judiciales

El KKE quiere informar a los Partidos Comunistas, a la clase obrera y a las fueras populares en general que últimamente en Grecia se ha intensificado la ofensiva estatal, gubernamental y patronal contra el movimiento sindical de clase, contra las fuerzas del Frente Militante de Todos los Trabajadores (PAME), contra el campesinado militante y el Frente Militante de Todos los Campesinos (PASY), incluso contra alumnos militantes.

Junto con la calificación de las huelgas como ilegales y abusivas, la intensificación de la intervención de fuerzas policiales en movilizaciones y el aumento de la represión junto con la intensificación del anticomunismo, está en desarrollo un plan de persecución judicial contra cuadros del PAME y del KKE, de campesinos y estudiantes luchadores.

Se trata de una ofensiva general contra los trabajadores que luchan por la satisfacción de las demandas populares en conflicto con las fuerzas del capital, la Unión Europea imperialista y la línea política antipopular del gobierno de coalición integrado por el partido liberal de la ND y el partido socialdemócrata del PASOK.

Las persecuciones y las sentencias condenatorias de los tribunales burgueses no tienen como objetivo solamente a los dirigentes del PAME y de las demás agrupaciones militantes que por supuesto no se inclinaban ante tales decisiones, igual que no se inclinaron miles de militantes del movimiento en condiciones aun más difíciles y a los que se deben las conquistas de los trabajadores que hoy están siendo derribadas.

Su objetivo principal es intimidar a los trabajadores para que no participen en su sindicato, par que no se organicen, no protesten, no hagan huelga, no reclamen. Mientras tanto, viene una nueva ola de medidas antipopulares que puede provocar movilizaciones populares masivas orientadas a cuestionar el poder del capital, del sistema capitalista de explotación. Esto es precisamente lo que están tratando de impedir mediante la escalada del autoritarismo y las persecuciones judiciales.

En concreto:

El 18 de diciembre de 2013 fue emitido un veredicto de culpabilidad contra el sindicalista comunista Sotiris Zaraniopoulos, miembro del Secretariado Ejecutivo del Frente Militante de Todos los Trabajadores (PAME), y de Anna Ananiadou, cuadro del PAME en el sector de los medios de comunicación y periodista del diario del CC del KKE, “Rizospastis”, a 6 meses de prisión por la intervención simbólica del PAME en el programa de noticias del canal de televisión ET3, el 17 de diciembre de 2009, que fue día de huelga general.

Los días siguientes se ha programado el juicio de los 35 sindicalistas del PAME que trataron de llevar a cabo una protesta a la oficina del Ministro de Trabajo y de Seguridad Social el 30/1/2013. Además, está pendiente el juicio de cuadros del sindicato clasista de marineros, que hace 4 años estaba protegiendo su huelga en el puerto del Pireo.

No existe casi ninguna movilización importante de un sector de trabajadores o de otros sectores populares por las demandas justas que están defendiendo hasta incluso su propia sobrevivencia, que los mecanismos de las autoridades no se pongan en su contra.

Un ejemplo característico es la criminalización de la larga lucha heroica de los trabajadores en la Acería Griega que defendían su trabajo. Veinticuatro huelguistas se sientan en el banquillo como acusados.

Ha habido numerosos veredictos de culpabilidad a expensas de los sindicalistas y de miembros de los sindicatos en la zona de Construcción y Reparación de Barcos en Perama. Contra estos sindicatos se han emitido cientαs de demandas idénticas, con acusaciones claramente infundadas y fabricadas por los contratistas. Se trata de un grupo de contratistas que llamaban al Amanecer Dorado nazi para “limpiar” la zona del PAME.

El 17 de octubre de 2013, el presidente del sindicato de Turismo y Restauración en Larissa y un trabajador más recibieron una condena sin precedentes por el tribunal de tres magistrados de un año de prisión y privación de los derechos políticos.

El 23 de octubre de 2013, 10 campesinos de Elassona fueron condenados por el tribunal de tres magistrados a 7 meses de prisión por participar en una manifestación de campesinos en 2009.

El 4 de noviembre, 86 de los 92 campesinos acusados fueron condenados a 5 meses de prisión por las movilizaciones de 2009. El 2 de diciembre, 5 campesinos fueron condenados por el tribunal de segundo grado de Kozani a 4 meses de prisión por las movilizaciones en enero de 2010.

En Tesalia, así como en otras regiones de Grecia, ha comenzado un nuevo ciclo de persecuciones, con decenas de procedimientos preliminares e informes de juicio en curso, a expensas de líderes campesinos que participaron en las movilizaciones el invierno pasado.

El 8 de octubre de 2013, 6 alumnos de la 1era Escuela Secundaria Técnica de Lamia fueron condenados mediante procedimientos rápidos, el 16 de octubre 10 alumnos de la Escuela Secundaria Técnica de Igoumenitsa fueron detenidos y llevados al tribunal. Además, han tomado lugar invasiones de la policía y de fiscales en escuelas en todo el país donde los alumnos están luchando, mientras que los abogados y la policía amenazan y hacen citaciones contra las asociaciones de padres.

Estos acontecimientos, que son solamente una muestra de la escalada de la ofensiva antiobrera y antipopular, revelan de manera ilustrativa el carácter clasista de la “democracia” parlamentaria burguesa, como dictadura de los monopolios y destacan el carácter clasista de la “justicia” burguesa. Revelan los objetivos combinados del anticomunismo y de las persecuciones contra la lucha popular, destacan una vez más el papel de la UE y de las promesas de “democracia”. Demuestran lo peligrosos que son las posiciones de los apologistas oportunistas y burgueses que están hablando de humanización del capitalismo y una gestión-mejora de la democracia burguesa.

En estas condiciones es de particular importancia la posición del KKE y del PAME que destacan que los trabajadores, los sectores populares pobres deben rechazar y combatir el autoritarismo y en general la política antipopular y levantar su militancia con el fin de satisfacer sus propias necesidades. No deben bajar la cabeza. No tienen nada de perder si luchan. Solamente van a perder si tienen miedo y muestran tolerancia. si lo deciden los trabajadores, ningún gobierno, ninguna justicia, ninguna policía, ningún patrón, ningún estado podrá resistir ante estas luchas.

كفاح عمالي شعبي منظم ضد احتدام القمع و الإستبداد والملاحقات القضائية

يَود الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني إعلام الأحزاب الشيوعية و الطبقة العاملة و مجمل القوى الشعبية، بتصاعد هجمة الدولة والحكومة و أرباب العمل في اليونان، ضد الحركة النقابية ذات التوجه الطبقي، أي ضد قوى جبهة النضال العمالي "بامِه" و التجمع الكفاحي للمزارعين "باسي"، وحتى ضد التلاميذ المناضلين.

فجنبا إلى جنب مع توصيف الإضرابات بأنها غير قانونية و تعسفية، و تشديد تدخل قوى الشرطة في التحركات و تفاقم القمع و احتدام العداء للشيوعية، هناك تطور لمشروع ملاحقات قضائية موجهة ضد كوادر "بامِه" و الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني و طليعيي المزارعين والتلاميذ.

إننا بصدد هجمة شاملة تجري ضد العمال المكافحين من أجل تلبية المطالب الشعبية في صدام مع قوى رأس المال و الاتحاد الأوروبي الإمبريالي و مع السياسة الضد شعبية المطبقة من قبل حكومة حزبي الجمهورية الجديدة الليبرالي و الباسوك الاشتراكي الديمقراطي، الإئتلافية.

هذا و لا تستهدف الملاحقات القضائية وإدانات المحاكم البرجوازية، حصراً كوادر "بامِه" و غيرها من التجمعات الكفاحية، الذين بطبيعة الحال، لا ينحنون أمام من مثل هذه القرارات على غرار ما فعل الآلاف من مناضلي الحركة في ظروف أصعب بكثير للغاية، و هم الذين كانوا قد حققوا حينها كافة المكاسب العمالية التي يجري هدمها حالياً.

بل يكمن هدفها الرئيسي في ترهيب كل عامل، ليمتنع عن المشاركة و الإنتظام في نقابته و عن المشاركة في الإضرابات و الإستحقاقات. و ذلك كله في حينِ قدوم موجة جديدة من التدابير الضد شعبية التي من المحتمل أن تسبب تحركات أكثر جماهيرية مُتَّجهة نحو التشكيك بسلطة رأس المال و النظام الرأسمالي الاستغلالي. و هو بالضبط ما تسعى لتداركه كل من لمنع تصعيد الإستبداد و الملاحقات القضائية .

فعلى وجه التحديد :

صدر حكم إدانة بتاريخ 18/12/2013 ضد النقابي الشيوعي سوتيريس زاريانوبولوس، عضو الأمانة التنفيذية لجبهة النضال العمالي "بامِه" و ضد آنا آنانيذو الكادر في "بامِه" في قطاع العاملين في وسائل الإعلام والصحفية في جريدة اللجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني"ريزوسباستيس" بالسجن لستة أشهر بسبب مداخلتهم الرمزية خلال نشرة أخبار تلفزيونET3 في يوم الإضراب العام في 17 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009.

ومن المقرر خلال الأيام القليلة المقبلة محاكمة 35 من نقابيي "بامِه" الذين حاولوا القيام بوقفة احتجاجية في مكتب وزير العمل والضمان الاجتماعي بتاريخ 30/1/2013. في حين معلقة هي محاكمة كوادر نقابات عمال النقل البحري ذات التوجه الطبقي، الذين قاموا قبل أربع سنوات بحراسة إضرابهم في ميناء بيرياس .

و ليس هناك تقريبا أي من التحركات المهمة لعمال مختلف القطاعات أو غيرها من الشرائح الشعبية، التي تجري من أجل مطالب العادلة للدفاع عن بقاء العمال ذاتهم، دون أن تلقى توجه أجهزة النيابة العامة و السلطات القضائية ضدها.

ومن الأمثلة النموذجية على ذلك هو تجريم النضال البطولي الممتد لأشهر طويلة لعمال شركة الصلب اليونانية، أثناء دفاعهم عن عملهم. حيث يمثل 24 من المضربين في قفص الاتهام.

و هناك تكرار لإدانات نقابيين وأعضاء في نقابات حوض صناعة السفن في بيراما. حيث أودعت مئات من الدعاوى القضائية المتطابقة المستنسخة، المحتوية على تلفيق واضح لتهم مصنعة من قبل المقاولين. حيث نحن بصدد مجموعة من المقاولين الذين كانوا قد دعوا منظمة الفجر الذهبي النازية إلى "تطهير" المنطقة من وجود "بامِه".

هذا و كانت هناك إدانة غير مسبوقة تجاه رئيس نقابة عمال الإطعام و السياحة، من قبل محكمة جنح مدينة لاريسا و ضد عامل آخر، بالسجن لعام واحد و الحرمان من الحقوق السياسية.

كما و أدانت محكمة جنح مدينة لاريسا بتاريخ 17/10/2013 وحكمت على 10 مزارعين من مدينة إلاسونا بالسجن لسبعة أشهر لمشاركتهم في تحرك احتجاجي للمزارعين عام 2009.

و بتاريخ 4/11 أدين 86 مزارعاً من أصل 92 بالسجن لخمسة أشهر لمشاركتهم في تحركات احتجاجية عام 2009. و حُكم بتاريخ 2/12 على خمسة مزارعين من محكمة جنح مدينة كوزاني بالسجن لمدة أربعة أشهر لمشاركتهم في احتجاجات كانون الثاني/يناير عام 2010.

و في ثِساليِّا و غيرها من مناطق أخرى في اليونان، أُطلق العنان لجولة جديدة من الملاحقات القضائية، مع مسائلات أولية وعشرات من ملخصات الدعاوي، ضد طليعيي المزارعين الذين شاركوا في تحركات الشتاء الماضي الإحتجاجية .

كما و حُكم على ستة من تلاميذ الثانوية المهنية الأولى في مدينة لاميِّا عبر إجراء مذكرة الجلب بتاريخ 8/10/2013، كما و اعتقل 10 تلاميذ ثانوية مماثلة في إيغومنيتسا. علاوة على ذلك، داهم المدعون العامون و الشرطة مدارس جميع أنحاء البلاد حيث يكافح التلاميذ، مع ممارسة التهديد و توجيه إستدعاءات لجمعيات أهالي التلاميذ للحضور نحو مكاتب المدعين العامين و أقسام الشرطة .

و ليست الوقائع المذكورة أعلاه سوى عيِّنة من تصعيد الهجمة الضد عمالية و الضد شعبية، و هي تكشف بشكل نموذجي، عن الطابع الطبقي ﻠ"الديمقراطية" البرلمانية باعتبارها ديكتاتورية للاحتكارات و تُبرز الطابع الطبقي ﻠ"العدالة" البرجوازية. و هي تكشف ارتباط استهدافات العداء للشيوعية و الملاحقات الجارية ضد النضال الشعبي، و تُظهر و لمرة أخرى دور الاتحاد الأوروبي و "ديمقراطيته" المُمارَسة. و يظهر مدى خطورة مواقف البرجوازيين و الانتهازيين المدافعين عن الرأسمالية و يتحدثون عن أنسنتها و عن إدارة و تحسين الديمقراطية البرجوازية.

حيث يكتسب في ظل هذه الظروف أهمية خاصة موقف الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني المؤكد على توجُّب رفض العمال و الشرائح الشعبية الفقيرة، للإستبداد و محاربة السياسة الضد شعبية عموماً، و أن يرفعوا قامتهم الكفاحية الخاصة من أجل تلبية حاجاتهم. و ألا يطأطئوا رؤوسهم فليس لديهم من شيئ ليخسرونه من نضالهم. فإن ما عليهم خسارته هو خوفهم و تسامحهم. فإذا ما قرر العمال خوض هذه النضالات، فما من حكومة ولا عدالة و لا شرطة ولا رب عمل أو دولته، قادر على مقاومتهم.
