SOCIALISM IS THE FUTURE!

The international situation and the experience of the communists 20 years after the counterrevolution in the USSR. The tasks for the development of the class struggle in conditions of capitalist crisis, imperialist wars, of the current popular struggles and uprisings, for working class-popular rights, the strengthening of proletarian internationalism and the anti-imperialist front, for the overthrow of capitalism and the construction of socialism.

Dear comrades,

Five days ago Russia went to the polls to elect a new parliament. The official results will be announced within a few days. However, it can already be said that the CPRF has substantially improved its results compared with the 2007 elections. Our party will hold 92 seats in parliament (it had 57 seats in the previous parliament). I would like to tell you that the campaign was fierce and riddled with gross violations of the law by the authorities, anti-Communist pronouncements and numerous cases of vote-rigging. We were confronted by the state machine of Russia, its bureaucratic apparatus, and not the political party that calls itself the United Russia.

Simultaneously elections were held for the legislatures in 27 regions of the Russian Federation, including such major ones as the Volgograd, Leningrad, Moscow, Novgorod Regions and some other cities. There too we have improved our results.

We will shortly provide a detailed report on the final results.

We are grateful to all those who have supported us during this difficult period.

Ninety-four years ago an era of the transformation of social relations based on the principles of reason and justice began on our planet. The achievements of socialist construction in our country set an example to the whole world and they remain significant to this day. However, apologists for the bourgeoisie have for twenty years been denigrating our past. The same people who destroyed the Soviet system now say that it was not viable and utopian and are deriding the dreams of the Soviet people about a bright future. At the same time they maintain that there can be no alternative to capitalism.

In order to justify the grim current realities, those who manipulate public opinion in our country often claim that the ills of the current system are temporary and even attribute them to the “consequences of 70 years of life under the Soviets”. They try to conceal the deep-seated flaws of the capitalist system which has outlived its historical relevance. Simultaneously they hush up the fact that world capitalism has become a heavy brake on development and, having wasted the immense potential of science and technology, has led the world into a dead end.

The young people who now have to shoulder the crippling burden of social problems were not there to witness how the destruction of the country had begun. They do not even know the rosy promises of the “capitalist paradise” with which the new elite deceived the people as it went about the business of destroying the USSR. It misled the people knowing in advance that all this would end up in the cheating of millions of people and illegal enrichment of a few individuals. The massive swindles that were triggered by perestroika and swept the ruins of the Soviet country are not a historical episode consigned to the past, to the “wild 1990s”, as the official media would have us believe. We are offered today the same kind of cheating, even more fraud on a global scale, except that the “packaging” has been renewed, but behind it we still see the ideology of “savage” capitalism which has entrenched itself over the past 20 years and is being preached by the ruling elite.

The main method of destroying the country is privatization of public property.

The key task of instant change of the form of ownership and the entire social and economic system was accomplished. Privatization did not only become a key method of destroying the national economy. It gave rise to entire clans of owners who are incapable of effectively running the enterprises that they bought for a song. All that they can do is to exploit, to ruin and rob people. This is the most tragic result of the “reform” of Russia.

Assessing the country’s development one can safely claim that the neo-liberal policy the authorities continue to impose upon Russia leads the country to the loss of its independence. The country cannot be rescued from its current situation without implementing the measures on which the CPRF insists. These measures are set forth in our “Anti-Crisis Programme”. Chief of them is nationalization of raw materials production as well as the main manufacturing industries. It will bring back to the Treasury and to the people the incomes that today settle in the accounts of the oligarchs and financial speculators scattered all over the world.

Unless nationalization is carried out Russia will remain without the key financial resource for restoring its economy, developing the social sphere and reviving the country.

Two decades ago the criminal activities of external and internal forces undermined the security of our country, the Soviet Union. Conditions were created for the government coup which was carried out in two stages in August and December 1991. The USSR was destroyed and its people faced severe trials.

These events changed the world map. The situation on the planet became more dangerous and volatile.

Our country was forcibly “built into” the so-called global world with all its vices and threats. The present Russian authorities are demonstrating more and more their inability to uphold national security. During the latest G8 Summit in the French town of Deauville the Russian delegation proved helpless in the face of the deployment of the American ballistic missile defense in Europe and joined the aggressive Western policy with regard to Libya and other countries.

We Communists have an absolutely clear idea of the causes of what is happening in the world: capitalism is failing to address the outstanding problems and is seeking to derive maximum profits from them.

All that has happened in our country is the crimes of the authorities with regard to the people.

Crime one. The loss of huge territories, destruction of the historically established community of peoples, and Russia’s loss of great power status.

Crime two. The destruction of industry and agriculture that turned our country into an appendage providing the world with raw materials.

Crime three. Deliberate destruction of the country’s defense capability under the guise of a “military reform”.

Crime four. Conscious destruction of the world’s best education system, renunciation of a great cultural tradition. Plunging the country in the mire of spiritual surrogates, vulgarity and immorality.

Crime five. Liquidation of unique social gains, state plunder of the low-income social strata, and the imposition of one of the most backward, inefficient and cruel social systems of our time.

Crime six. The extinction of the Russian population, the loss of 15 million people, creating a situation when the number of seven-year-old children is half of that of eighteen-year-olds.

These crimes have no parallel in the history of mankind. The signs of a national catastrophe are becoming ever more tangible.

The conclusion is obvious: the preservation of the ruling regime is destructive for the country. Change of regime is the main way towards reviving Russia and liquidating external threats. The question of power becomes the key problem in ensuring our national security and the social progress of society.

After they come to power the patriotic forces will transform the country and change the destiny of Russia in the interests of the popular masses. The policy of the CPRF will be geared to solving three main tasks:

1. Ensuring the country’s security.

2. Transition from economic decline to accelerated development.

3. Overcoming poverty and social degradation. The CPRF will prove that the problems facing the country cannot be solved by just increasing budget spending on economic and social policy. They can only be solved through a drastic change of the state approach and the goals of development.

In our struggle we will rely on the working class. The Russian working class is alive and demonstrating more and more that it is a serious political force. The lack of a mature class consciousness among the Russian proletariat is a temporary phenomenon. Capitalism with its merciless exploitation is forced to contribute to the development of the working class struggles. That is reflected in the way that work collectives are upholding their rights and in the activities of independent trade unions.

We see our main task in promoting class consciousness among the workers. The Communists will support all the sprouts of proletarian solidarity, workers’ struggle for improving their social position against arbitrary exploiters. The working people must have a firm knowledge that the implementation of the CPRF programme will ensure a revision of the Labour Code in their interests, guarantee an eight-hour day and occupational safety, higher wages and social benefits. Our organization and propaganda work must address the concrete needs of the proletariat. Promoting the activity of workers in upholding their economic and social rights are key conditions for their inclusion in political activities, in the struggle for the victory of the left-wing forces. The peoples of Russia have no party other than the CPRF that is capable of defending the interests of the working people, of diverse social strata and multimillion masses of the people. The implementation of the CPRF programme fully meets their interests. It will ensure domestic and foreign policies that meet the interests of the country’s national security. Herein lies the popular character of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. The Communists are ready for the political battles that lie ahead. For Russia again, like in the early 20 ^th century, has turned out to be the weakest link in the chain of leading capitalist states. No matter how hard the current leaders try to put a brave face on it they will no longer be able to secure their position by petrodollars. The people will not permit themselves to be led by the nose and will not tolerate empty promises.

Dear comrades, we set great store by the solidarity and support that you are extending to our party.

Under the current conditions proletarian solidarity and joint actions of the Communists of all countries are more necessary than ever before. During the past two decades a new form of international and bilateral cooperation has evolved. International meetings have emerged as the genuine heritage of our movement. We declare that the CPRF is ready for joint actions and all-round cooperation in the fight against imperialism, anti-Communism, for the rights of the working people, for socialism.

Дорогие товарищи.

Пять дней тому назад в России завершились парламентские выборы. Официальные итоги будут объявлены в ближайшие дни. Однако уже сегодня можно сказать, что КПРФ значительно улучшила свои результаты по сравнению с выборами 2007г. Нашу партию в парламенте будут представлять 92 депутатов (было 57). Хотел бы проинформировать вас о том, что предвыборная борьба была жесткой и изобиловала грубейшими нарушениями властями действующего законодательства, антикоммунистическими высказываниями и многочисленными случаями фальсификации итогов голосования. Нам противостояла государственная машина России, ее бюрократический аппарат, а не политическая партия, которая называет себя «Единая Россия».

Одновременно проходили выборы в законодательные органы государственной власти в 27 субъектах Российской Федерации, в том числе в таких крупных регионах, как Волгоградская, Ленинградская, Московская, Новгородская областях, а также ряде других городов. И здесь мы улучшили свои результаты.

В ближайшее время мы более подробно проинформируем вас об окончательных итогах.

Мы благодарим всех, кто поддерживал нас в этот сложный период.

94 года назад на планете началась эра преобразования общественных отношений на принципах разума и справедливости. Достижения социалистического строительства в нашей стране стали примером для всего мира, и их значение сохраняется и поныне. Однако, апологеты буржуазии уже двадцать лет очерняют наше прошлое. Те же люди, которые разрушали советский строй, теперь говорят о его нежизнеспособности, утопичности и издеваются над мечтами советских людей о светлом будущем. Одновременно они стремятся доказать, что найти замену капитализму невозможно.

Чтобы оправдать нынешнюю мрачную действительность, манипуляторы общественного сознания в нашей стране часто ссылаются на преходящий характер язв нынешнего строя и даже объясняют их "последствиями 70 лет советской жизни". Они стараются скрыть коренные пороки исторически отжившего капиталистического строя. Одновременно они умалчивают о том, что мировой капитализм стал мощным тормозом развития и, растратив впустую огромный потенциал науки и техники, завел мир в тупик.

Молодые люди, на плечи которых сегодня неподъемной тяжестью ложатся социальные проблемы, не были свидетелями того, как начиналось разрушение страны. Они даже не знают, какими радужными обещаниями «капиталистического рая» морочила народу голову новая «элита», разрушая СССР. Морочила, заранее зная, что всё это обернется обманом для миллионов и беззаконным обогащением для единиц. Эти масштабные аферы, начатые «перестройкой» и в полной мере развернувшиеся на руинах Советской страны, - не исторический эпизод, оставшийся в прошлом, в «лихих 90-х», как убеждают нас официозные СМИ. Всё тот же обман, и ещё больше мошенничества глобального масштаба предлагается нам и сегодня, разве что в подновленной «упаковке», за которой кроется заматеревшая за 20 лет идеология «дикого» капитализма, исповедуемая правящей верхушкой.

Главный метод разрушения страны это – приватизация общенародной собственности.

Была решена ключевая задача для молниеносного изменения формы собственности и всей социально-экономической системы.

Приватизация не только стала одним из ключевых методов разрушения отечественной экономики. Она породила целые кланы собственников, не способных эффективно управлять доставшимися им за бесценок предприятиями. Они умеют только эксплуатировать, разорять и грабить. Это и есть самый трагический результат «реформирования» России.

Оценивая развитие страны, можно с уверенностью утверждать, что неолиберальная политика, которую власть продолжает навязывать России, ведет страну к утрате независимости. Без реализации тех мер, на которых настаивает КПРФ, вывести страну из сложившейся ситуации невозможно. Эти меры изложены в нашей Антикризисной программе. Главная из них – это национализация сырьевых, а также основных перерабатывающих отраслей, производства. Она позволит вернуть казне и народу те доходы, которые сегодня оседают на счетах олигархов и разбросанных по всему миру финансовых спекулянтов.

Если не провести национализацию, Россия так и останется без важнейшего финансового источника для восстановления экономики, для развития социальной сферы, для возрождения страны.

Два десятилетия назад преступная деятельность внешних и внутренних сил привела к подрыву безопасности нашей Родины – Советского Союза. Были созданы условия для государственного переворота, совершенного в два этапа в августе и декабре 1991 года. СССР был разрушен, а его народы ввергнуты в тяжелейшие испытания.

Эти события изменили карту мира. Ситуация на планете стала более опасной и хрупкой.

Нашу страну насильно «вмонтировали» в так называемый глобальный мир, со всеми его пороками и угрозами. Нынешняя власть России всё отчётливее демонстрирует неспособность отстаивать национальную безопасность. В ходе последнего саммита «большой восьмерки» во французском Довиле российская делегация расписалась в своей беспомощности перед размещением американской ПРО в Европе, последовала в фарватере агрессивной политики Запада в отношении Ливии и других стран.

Нам, коммунистам, причины происходящего в мире абсолютно ясны: капитализм не решает назревших проблем, а ищет способы извлекать из них максимальную прибыль.

Всё, что произошло в нашей стране – это преступления власти перед народом.

Преступление первое. Потеря огромных территорий, разрушение исторически сложившегося сообщества народов, утрата Россией статуса великой мировой державы.

Преступление второе. Уничтожение промышленности и сельского хозяйства, превращение страны в сырьевой придаток.

Преступление третье. Целенаправленное разрушение обороноспособности державы под видом «военной реформы».

Преступление четвертое. Сознательное уничтожение лучшей в мире системы образования, отказ от великих культурных традиций. Погружение страны в трясину духовного ширпотреба, примитивизма и аморальности.

Преступление пятое. Ликвидация уникальных социальных завоеваний, ограбление государством малоимущего населения, насаждение одной из самых отсталых, неэффективных и жестоких социальных систем современности.

Преступление шестое. Вымирание России, потеря 15 миллионов человек, порождение ситуации, когда детей семи лет в два раза меньше, чем восемнадцатилетних.

Эти преступления не знают равных в истории человечества. Признаки национальной катастрофы имеют всё более осязаемый характер.

Вывод очевиден: сохранение правящего режима губительно для страны.

Смена власти – главный способ возрождения России и ликвидации внешних угроз. Решение вопроса о власти становится ключевой проблемой обеспечения нашей национальной безопасности и социального прогресса общества.

После прихода к власти патриотические силы преобразуют страну, изменят судьбу России в интересах народных масс.

Курс КПРФ будет подчинен решению трех главных задач:

КПРФ докажет, что стоящие перед страной проблемы решаются далеко не только увеличением бюджетных расходов на экономическую и социальную политику. Они решаются путем кардинальной смены государственных подходов и целей развития.

В своей борьбе мы будем опираться на рабочий класс. Рабочий класс России жив, и он всё чаще заявляет о себе как серьезная политическая сила. Отсутствие у нынешнего российского пролетариата классовой зрелости – явление временное. Капитализм с его нещадной эксплуатацией вынужденно содействует развитию борьбы рабочих. Это находит отражение в отстаивании трудовыми коллективами своих прав, проявляется в деятельности независимых профсоюзов.

Мы видим свою главную задачу в том, чтобы развивать классовое сознание в рабочей среде. Коммунисты будут поддерживать любые ростки пролетарской солидарности, борьбы рабочих за улучшение своего социального положения, против произвола эксплуататоров. Трудящиеся должны твердо знать, что воплощение в жизнь программы КПРФ обеспечит пересмотр Трудового кодекса в их интересах, гарантирует восьмичасовой рабочий день и безопасность труда, повышение заработной платы и социальные гарантии. Наша организаторская и пропагандистская работа должна исходить из конкретных нужд пролетариата. Наращивание активности рабочих в отстаивании своих экономических и социальных прав – важнейшие условия их включения в политическую деятельность, в борьбу за победу левых сил.

Кроме КПРФ у народов России нет другой партии, способной защитить интересы трудящихся, самых разных социальных слоёв, многомиллионных народных масс. Реализация программы КПРФ соответствует их интересам в полной мере. Она обеспечит проведение внутренней и внешней политики, отвечающей интересам национальной безопасности страны. В этом и заключается народный характер Коммунистической партии Российской Федерации. Коммунисты готовы к неизбежным политическим битвам. Ибо Россия вновь, как и в начале XX века, оказалась самым слабым звеном в цепи ведущих капиталистических государств. И как бы ни строили её сегодняшние «первые лица» хорошую мину при плохой игре, им больше не удастся купить себе спокойствие за нефтедоллары. Народ не позволит водить себя за нос и дальше, не даст кормить страну пустыми посулами.

Дорогие товарищи!

Мы высоко ценим солидарность и поддержку, которую вы оказываете нашей партии.

В нынешних условиях пролетарская солидарность и совместные действия коммунистов всех стран необходимы как никогда ранее. За прошедшие два десятилетия у нас сложилась новая форма международного и двустороннего сотрудничества. Международные встречи стали подлинным достоянием нашего движения. Мы заявляем о готовности КПРФ к совместным действиям, всестороннему сотрудничеству в борьбе против империализма, антикоммунизма, за права трудящихся, за социализм.

Cari compagni,

Cinque giorni fa [04/12/2011 ndt] i russi si sono recati alle urne per eleggere un nuovo parlamento. I risultati ufficiali saranno resi noti entro pochi giorni. Tuttavia, si può già dire che il PCFR ha sostanzialmente migliorato i propri risultati rispetto alle elezioni del 2007. Il nostro partito otterrà 92 seggi in parlamento - ne aveva 57 nel precedente [*]. Vorrei ricordarvi che la campagna è stata feroce e piena di gravi violazioni della legge da parte delle autorità, di dichiarazioni anticomuniste e con numerosi casi di brogli elettorali. Ci siamo confrontati con la macchina statale della Russia, il suo apparato burocratico, e non con il partito politico che si definisce Russia Unita.

Contemporaneamente si sono svolte le elezioniin 27 regioni della Federazione Russa, tra queste le più importanti come quelle di Volgograd, Leningrado, Mosca, Novgorod e di altre città. Anche lì abbiamo migliorato i nostri risultati.

A breve forniremo una relazione dettagliata sui risultati finali.

Siamo grati a tutti coloro che ci hanno sostenuto in questo periodo difficile.

Compagni,

Novantaquattro anni fa, sul nostro pianeta iniziava un'era di trasformazione dei rapporti sociali basata sui principi della ragione e della giustizia. I risultati della costruzione del socialismo nel nostro paese furono un esempio per tutto il mondo e restano ricchi di significato anche oggi. Tuttavia, per venti anni gli apologeti della borghesia hanno denigrato il nostro passato. Le stesse persone che hanno distrutto il sistema sovietico ora dicono che era irrealizzabile e utopico e deridono i sogni di un futuro luminoso del popolo sovietico. Allo stesso tempo, sostengono che non ci possa essere alcuna alternativa al capitalismo.

Per giustificare l'attuale e triste realtà, quelli che manipolano l'opinione pubblica nel nostro paese spesso sostengono che i mali del presente sistema sono temporanei e li attribuiscono alle "conseguenze di 70 anni di vita sotto i sovietici". Cercano di nascondere le profonde falle del sistema capitalistico che ha esaurito la sua rilevanza storica. Allo stesso tempo passano sotto silenzio che il capitalismo mondiale è divenuto un pesante freno allo sviluppo e, dopo aver sprecato l'immenso potenziale di scienza e tecnologia, ha portato il mondo in un vicolo cieco.

Le giovani generazioni, che devono ora assumersi l'onere paralizzante dei problemi sociali, non sono stati testimoni di com'è iniziata la distruzione del paese. Essi non conoscono nemmeno le rosee promesse del "paradiso capitalista" con cui la nuova élite ha ingannato il popolo, di come hanno distrutto l'URSS per farsi i propri affari. Hanno indotto il popolo all'errore sapendo in anticipo che tutto questo sarebbe finito nella truffa di milioni di persone e nell'arricchimento illegale di alcuni individui. Le frodi imponenti compiute dalla perestroika e che hanno rovinato il paese dei Soviet, non sono un episodio storico da relegare nel passato dei "selvaggi" anni '90, come i media ufficiali vorrebbero farci credere. Oggi ci viene presentato lo stesso tipo di truffa, una frode ancor più su scala globale, salvo che "l'immagine" è stata rinnovata, ma dietro vediamo ancora l'ideologia del capitalismo "feroce" che si è radicata nel corso degli ultimi 20 anni e viene predicata dalla classe dirigente.

Il principale metodo di distruzione del paese è la privatizzazione della proprietà pubblica.

Il compito principale del cambio istantaneo della forma di proprietà e dell'intero sistema sociale ed economico è stato realizzato. Le privatizzazioni, non soltanto sono diventane un criterio fondamentale per distruggere l'economia nazionale, ma hanno dato origine a interi clan di proprietari incapaci di dirigere in modo efficace le imprese acquistate per quattro soldi. Tutto quello che possono fare è sfruttare, rovinare e derubare il popolo. Questo è il risultato più tragico della "riforma" della Russia.

Nel valutare lo sviluppo del paese si può tranquillamente affermare che le politiche neoliberali che le autorità continuano a imporre alla Russia portano il paese alla perdita della sua indipendenza. Il paese non può essere salvato dalla sua situazione attuale senza l'attuazione delle misure su cui insiste il PCFR. Queste misure sono esposte nel nostro "Programma Anti-Crisi". In testa vi è la nazionalizzazione della produzione di materie prime, nonché delle principali industrie manifatturiere, che restituiranno al Tesoro e al popolo i redditi che oggi sono nei conti degli oligarchi e degli speculatori finanziari sparsi in tutto il mondo.

Se questa nazionalizzazione non sarà effettuata, la Russia rimarrà senza la risorsa finanziaria decisiva per riattivare la sua economia, lo sviluppo della sfera sociale e rilanciare il paese.

Due decenni fa, le attività criminali delle forze esterne ed interne minarono la sicurezza del nostro paese, l'Unione Sovietica. Furono create le condizioni per il colpo di stato del governo effettuato in due fasi nel mese di agosto e dicembre 1991. L'Unione Sovietica venne distrutta e il suo popolo dovette affrontare dure prove.

Questi eventi hanno cambiato la mappa del mondo. La situazione del pianeta è diventata più pericolosa e imprevedibile.

Il nostro paese è stato forzatamente "incorporato" nel cosiddetto mondo globale, con tutti i suoi vizi e minacce. Le attuali autorità russe si stanno dimostrando sempre più incapaci di difendere la sicurezza nazionale. Durante l'ultimo vertice del G8 nella città francese di Deauville, la delegazione russa si è dimostrata impotente di fronte al dispiegamento del sistema difensivo di missili balistici in Europa e si è unita all'aggressiva politica occidentale verso la Libia e altri paesi.

Noi comunisti abbiamo un'idea assolutamente chiara delle cause di quanto sta accadendo nel mondo: il capitalismo non riesce a risolvere i problemi in sospeso e sta cercando di trarre da loro il massimo profitto.

Tutto ciò che è accaduto nel nostro paese rappresenta un crimine delle autorità verso il popolo.

Crimine uno. La perdita di enormi territori, la distruzione della comunità di popoli fondata storicamente e la perdita per la Russia dello status di grande potenza.

Crimine due. La distruzione dell'industria e dell'agricoltura che ha trasformato il nostro paese in un'appendice che rifornisce il mondo di materie prime.

Crimine tre. La deliberata distruzione delle capacità di difesa del paese con il pretesto di una "riforma militare".

Crimine quattro. La consapevole distruzione del sistema educativo migliore al mondo e la rinuncia ad una grande tradizione culturale, facendo precipitare il paese nel fango dei surrogati spirituali, delle volgarità e immoralità.

Crimine cinque. La liquidazione di conquiste sociali uniche, il saccheggio di stato degli strati sociali a basso reddito e l'imposizione di uno dei sistemi sociali più arretrati, inefficienti e crudeli del nostro tempo.

Crimine sei. L'estinzione della popolazione russa, con la perdita di 15 milioni di persone, creando una situazione in cui il numero di bambini di sette anni è la metà di quello dei diciottenni.

Questi crimini non hanno paragoni nella storia dell'umanità. I segni di una catastrofe nazionale stanno diventando sempre più tangibili.

La conclusione è ovvia: la conservazione del regime al potere è distruttiva per il paese. Il cambiamento di regime è il principale modo per rivitalizzare la Russia e liquidare le minacce esterne. La questione del potere diventa il problema chiave per garantire la nostra sicurezza nazionale e il progresso della società.

Dopo aver preso il potere, le forze patriottiche trasformeranno il paese e cambieranno il destino della Russia negli interessi delle masse popolari. La politica del PCFR sarà orientata alla soluzione dei tre compiti principali:

1. Garantire la sicurezza del paese.

2. La transizione dal declino economico allo sviluppo accelerato.

3. Superare la povertà e il degrado sociale. Il CPRF dimostrerà che i problemi del paese non possono essere risolti semplicemente aumentando la spesa di bilancio sulla politica economica e sociale, ma solo attraverso un drastico cambiamento dell'approccio dello Stato e degli obiettivi di sviluppo.

Nella nostra lotta ci si affiderà alla classe operaia. La classe operaia russa è viva e si sta dimostrando sempre più una forza politica seria. La mancanza di una matura coscienza di classe tra il proletariato russo è un fenomeno temporaneo. Il capitalismo, con il suo sfruttamento spietato, è forzato a contribuire allo sviluppo delle lotte della classe operaia, cosa che si riflette nel modo in cui i collettivi di lavoro stanno difendendo i loro diritti e nelle attività dei sindacati indipendenti.

Il nostro compito principale di promuovere la coscienza di classe tra i lavoratori. I comunisti sosterranno tutti i germogli di solidarietà proletaria, la lotta dei lavoratori per migliorare la loro posizione sociale contro sfruttatori arbitrari. I lavoratori devono avere una solida consapevolezza che l'attuazione del programma del PCFR garantirà una revisione del codice del lavoro nel loro interesse, garantirà una giornata di otto ore e la sicurezza sul lavoro, un aumento dei salari e dei benefici sociali. La nostra organizzazione e il lavoro di propaganda devono occuparsi dei bisogni concreti del proletariato. Promuovere l'attività dei lavoratori nel sostenere i loro diritti economici e sociali sono condizioni fondamentali per la loro inclusione in attività politiche, nella lotta per la vittoria delle forze di sinistra. I popoli della Russia non hanno alcun soggetto diverso dal PCFR che sia in grado di difendere gli interessi dei lavoratori, dei diversi strati sociali e dei milioni di masse popolari. L'attuazione del programma PCFR soddisfa pienamente i loro interessi. Esso assicurerà una politica interna ed estera negli interessi della sicurezza nazionale del paese. Qui sta il carattere popolare del Partito Comunista della Federazione Russa. I comunisti sono pronti per le battaglie politiche che ci attendono. La Russia, di nuovo come nel XX secolo, si è rivelata essere l'anello più debole della catena dei principali stati capitalisti. Non importa quanto duramente i dirigenti attuali cerchino di fare buon viso a cattivo gioco, poiché non saranno più in grado di garantire la loro posizione a causa dei petrodollari. Il popolo non si lascia menare per il naso e non tollera vuote promesse.

Cari compagni, poniamo grande importanza nella solidarietà e sostegno che viene esteso al nostro partito.

Nelle condizioni attuali, la solidarietà proletaria e le azioni congiunte dei comunisti di tutti i paesi sono più necessari che mai. Nel corso degli ultimi due decenni, una nuova forma di cooperazione internazionale e bilaterale si è evoluta. Incontri internazionali sono emersi come vera e propria eredità del nostro movimento. Noi dichiariamo che il PCFR è pronto per azioni congiunte e di cooperazione a tutto campo nella lotta contro l'imperialismo, l'anti-comunismo, per i diritti dei lavoratori, per il socialismo.
