Contribution of the Communist Party of Macedonia

Comrades and camarades, at the beginning 1 would like to
thank the CPP for its invitation to participate in this
interesting international meeting of communist and workers
parties. 1 would like to express warm fraternal greetings
from the Macedonian people to all of you and your people.
Also greetings on behalf of our appreciated president Dr.
Todor Pelivanov and from our small delegation, the comrade
Odzaklieski Pero, the general secretary of CPM.

There are a several subjects at this meeting and we will
give a small contribution to this, for the end to take into
consideration the position of our communist party at the
present moment.

The international situation or the politics of the 2lth
century we will divide into 3 problematical is parts and
those are:

1 the political consequence from the fall of the euro
communists' states

II the everyday announces for the worm - cold wars and,

III the crisis in the structures of the national's states.

The political consequence from the fail of the communists
states headed by SSSR which from the beginning of the 18th
century ruled from the Pacific Ocean till middle Europe,
are terrifying. Here we are talking about extremely
dangerous and terrifying situation in Europe and
everywhere. The negative fall of the SSSR contribute for
reducing the international order (system).

If we talk about wars we know that there are world wars,
local (public) wars and wars for and in the name of state
frontiers.

For the first time we could say that there is no risk from
the world war, but that doesn't mean that we are safe on
the opposite more and more for this global economic
interests some of the countries lay hands of the other
parts in the world and they accomplish their purpose.

We must not forget the armed activities of the formal SFRJ
support by the imperialistic forces and their fall into
nationalistics countries.

But it is important to conclude that that badly things that
are happening in those unhappy countries are not so far
away from us as we believe in that. For not coming to
forming this kind of nationalistics countries, all
left-oriented forces must be united into struggle against
that kind of appearances The nationalistics countries
encircle their success at the end of the 20v' century
support from the tree sides, from above are pressed by the
global world economy, from below are pressed by the
"artificially EU" and from the side, the possible negative
situation, insecure, dark and dangers even from the cold
war.

This kind of countries are losing the confidence in front
of their people in the new century, and therefore the
communist parties need to form a block (front for mutual
activity) with purpose for repeated affirmation and
strengthening the acquisitions from the communist ideology.

About the second subject, the imperialist strategy and the
energy issue, our opinion is that, the imperialist strategy
is seeking all the time and in every places for her economy
to be dominant above the national. Adapting every inch
where there is energy is dominant purpose of USA and her
satellites. If we choose the leninistic access for the
analyses we would get the picture that we are in front of
the face of "super imperialism", in front of two
imperialistic blocks, the "german-european" and "american"
block. A lot of countries, rich with the energy potential,
fall under the influence of the NATO block. Under this
influence we put the "Balcan", Kafkaz and the countries,
which at this moment can not exist without the help from
the NATO, EU or USA.

At the very end a few words for informing all ours comrades
the host and the guests about the Communist Party of
Macedonia and her way of working.

CPM since 1990 belong in the union of the communist parties
together with the CPJ, the political vanguard of the
workingman how in Yugoslavia so in the R. Macedonia.
Unfortunately as everywhere in the post communist
countries, the propagation from the world imperialism and
the capitalism made its own. CPM after the fall of the SFRJ
on the political scene, found her self on the margins.

We stayed with small number of honest, determinate and
ideological members on the communist track. Our members are
struggling to popularise the party for ruining the legend
of the capitalism that the same one is going to give a
better day to the workingman. But besides all of this, the
CPM is making efforts to be present in political life of
the R. Macedonia.

Participating in all local and parliamentary election till
now, we got the real results, watching all the subjective
and objective situations. We must say that our party is not
in good situation and our work is very hard because we
don't have offices as in the capital, the same in the
inland of the country. But our spirit never dies. We, the
communists, are born to fight and we will continue to do
that for the interest of our worker and for the future of
his children.

Once more we salute this conference and we hope that from
here we go out with united strategy in the struggle against
imperialism and capitalism.

Camarades, pour commencer je voudrais remercier le PCP pour
son invitation � participer � cette int�ressante rencontre
internationale des partis communistes et ouvriers. Je
voudrais exprimer les salutations fraternelles du peuple
mac�donien � vous tous et � vos peuples. Les salutations
aussi de la part de notre pr�sident Dr Todor Pelivanov et
de notre petite d�l�gation, le camarade Odzaklieski Pero,
le secr�taire g�n�ral du PCM.

Cette rencontre porte sur plusieurs sujets et nous y
donnerons une petite contribution, afin de prendre en
consid�ration la position de notre parti communiste �
l'heure actuelle.

Au sujet de la situation internationale et la politique
pour le 21�me si�cle, nous les aborderons en trois parties
qui sont :

1- Les cons�quences politiques de la chute des �tats
euro-communistes
2- Les annonces quotidiennes au sujet des guerre chaudes ou
froides et
3- Les crises dans les structures des �tats nationaux.

Les cons�quences politiques de l'�chec des �tats
communistes dirig�s par l'URSS qui depuis le d�but du 18�me
si�cle r�gnait du Pacifique jusqu'au centre de l'Europe,
sont terrifiantes. Ici nous parlons de la situation
extr�mement dangereuse et terrifiante en Europe et partout.
La chute de l'URSS contribue � diminuer l'ordre
international.

Si nous parlons des guerres, nous savons qu'il y a des
guerres mondiales, locales, et celles qui concernent les
fronti�res des �tats.

Pour la premi�re fois nous pourrions dire qu'il n'y a pas
de risque de guerre mondiale, mais cela ne veut pas dire
que nous sommes sauv�s. Au contraire de plus en plus
d'int�r�ts de cette �conomie globale sont entre les mains
de pays qui en disposent pour leurs objectifs.

Nous ne devons pas oublier les activit�s arm�es de
l'ancienne SFRJ soutenue par les forces imp�rialistes et
leur d�gradation en pays nationalistes.

Mais il est important de conclure que ces choses
d�sagr�ables qui surviennent dans ces malheureux pays ne
sont pas si �loign�es de nous que nous le croyons. Pour
�viter de former ce type de pays nationalistes, toutes les
forces de gauche doivent s'unir dans la lutte contre ces
ph�nom�nes. Les pays nationalistes assurent leur succ�s �
la fin du 20�me si�cle par un triple soutien : la pression
de l'�conomie mondiale globalis�e, la pression de l'UE
artificielle, et les possibilit�s d'�volution n�gative �
cause de la guerre froide.

Ces types de pays perdent leur confiance face � leur peuple
dans le nouveau si�cle, et par cons�quent les partis
communistes doivent former un bloc (un front pour des
activit�s communes) ayant pour but l'affirmation r�p�t�e
et le renforcement des acquisitions de l'id�ologie
communiste.

A propos du second sujet, la strat�gie imp�rialiste et la
question de l'�nergie, notre opinion est que la strat�gie
imp�rialiste cherche tout le temps et partout � assurer la
domination de son �conomie sur les �conomie nationales.
Accaparer chaque pouce o� il y a de l'�nergie est un
objectif dominant pour les USA et ses satellites. Si nous
choisissons la m�thode l�niniste d'analyse, nous
obtiendrons l'image qu'il y a face � nous un � super
imp�rialisme �, compos� de deux blocs, un �
germano-europ�en � et un � am�ricain �. De nombreux pays
riches d'un potentiel �nerg�tique tombent sous l'influence
de l'OTAN. Sous cette influence nous mettons les Balkans,
le Caucase et les pays qui, en ce moment, ne peuvent pas
exister sans l'aide de l'OTAN, l'UE ou les USA.

A la fin, quelques mots d'information � tous nos camarades
sur le PCM et sa fa�on de travailler.

Depuis 1990 le PCM appartient � une union de PC avec le
PCY, l'avant-garde politique des travailleurs en
Yougoslavie donc aussi en Mac�doine. Malheureusement comme
partout dans les pays post-communistes, la propagande de
l'imp�rialisme mondial et le capitalisme a fait son effet.
Le PCM apr�s la chute de la F�d�ration Yougoslave, s'est
trouv� marginalis�.

Nous sommes rest�s avec un petit nombre de membres honn�tes
et d�termin�s en phase avec l'id�ologie communiste. Nos
membres luttent pour populariser le parti et pour d�truire
la l�gende selon laquelle le capitalisme va donner une vie
meilleure aux travailleurs. Mais en outre, le PCM s'efforce
d'�tre pr�sent dans la vie politique mac�donienne.

En participant � toutes les �lections locales et
parlementaires, nous avons obtenu des r�sultats conformes �
la situation subjective et objective. Nous devons dire que
notre parti n'est pas dans une bonne situation et notre
travail est tr�s dur car nous n'avons pas de locaux, que ce
soit dans la capitale ou � l'int�rieur du pays. Mais notre
esprit ne mourra jamais. Nous, les communistes, sommes n�s
pour lutter et nous continuerons � le faire pour l'int�r�t
des travailleurs et pour l'avenir de nos enfants.

Une fois de plus, nous saluons cette conf�rence et nous
esp�rons que nous en sortirons avec une strat�gie unifi�e
dans la lutte contre l'imp�rialisme et le capitalisme.
