We, representatives of the Communist and Working Class Parties worldwide, who are gathered in Johannesburg (South Africa) between the 3^rd and the 5^th of December, would like to forcefully express our support to the Lebanese People and its Forces of Resistance and Struggle Movements, at the lead of which is the Lebanese Communist Party. We fully support these forces who are currently confronting the new Israeli conspiracy, backed by international capitalism forces, which is manifesting itself through the politicization of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) which is probing the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri and a number of other Lebanese officials.

The United States, together with Israel, is attempting through the ‘indictment’, leaked by the German Newspaper Der Spiegel, to cause sectarian strife and internal wars within Lebanon as a prelude to tear it apart and immerse it in the evils of Civil War yet again. The underlying objective of the leaked indictment is neither justice nor the truth; but rather the weakening of the national resistance in order to rush to the aid of the Israel. Indeed the true objective of the indictment is to aid Israel to deal a new blow to Lebanon and to help Israel avenge the defeats it has been suffering as a result of the resistance of the Lebanese people since 1982, the date of the second Israeli invasion of Lebanon.

In this context, we declare our condemnation to the unlimited and unconditional American military support to Israel, including the latest armament shipment of advanced weapons. We also condemn the facilities that both the NATO Alliance and the EU continue to provide to Israel, which is still violating Lebanese territory on a daily basis, under the watchful eye of the United Nations forces. We also condemn Israel for continuing to insolently refuse to submit any maps on the location of the mines and the cluster bombs which it planted on Lebanese ground and which its military war planes scattered on Lebanese soil thereby leading to the daily deaths and maiming of innocent children in the South of Lebanon.

We call upon the people of the world to rally to a worldwide campaign of solidarity with the Lebanese people and its national resistance in order to complete the liberation of the Chebaa farms and the Hills of Kfarshouba, and in order to confront the meddling and interventions of Israel, and in order to resist the upcoming American-Israeli scenarios for aggression against Lebanon and the region. We would also like to forcefully express our support to the struggle of the Lebanese Communist Party and other progressive forces within Lebanon to build a country for all the Lebanese that is democratic, secular, resistant and independent.

Nosotros, los representantes de los Partidos Comunistas y de la clase Obrera a escala mundial, que nos reunimos en Johannesburgo (Sudáfrica) entre el 3 y el 5 de diciembre, queremos expresar nuestro fuerte apoyo al pueblo libanés y a sus fuerzas de resistencia y movimientos de lucha, al frente de los cuales se halla el Partido Comunista Libanés. Apoyamos completamente estas fuerzas que confrontan actualmente la nueva conspiración israelí, respaldada por las fuerzas internacionales del capitalismo, que se manifiesta con la politización del Tribunal Especial para Líbano (TEL) que sondea el asesinato del primer Ministro anterior Rafik Hariri y varios otros funcionarios libaneses.

Estados Unidos, junto con Israel, procura mediante la "acusación", filtrada por el Periódico alemán Der Spiegel, causar disensión sectaria y guerras internas en Líbano como preludio para despedazarlo y sumergirlo en los males de una guerra civil una vez más. El objetivo fundamental de la acusación filtrada no es ni la justicia ni la verdad; sino el debilitamiento de la resistencia nacional para apresurar el apoyo a Israel. El verdadero objetivo de la acusación es ayudar a Israel a intentar un nuevo golpe a Líbano y ayudar a Israel a vengar las derrotas que ha estado sufriendo a consecuencia de la resistencia del pueblo libanés desde 1982, la fecha de la segunda invasión israelí a Líbano.

En este contexto, declaramos nuestra condena al ilimitado e incondicional apoyo militar norteamericano a Israel, inclusive el último embarque de armas avanzadas. También condenamos las facilidades que tanto la OTAN como la UE continúan proporcionando a Israel, que todavía viola el territorio libanés diariamente, bajo la atenta mirada de las fuerzas de las Naciones Unidas. Condenamos así mismo a Israel que continúa negándose insolentemente a remitir cualquier mapa sobre la ubicación de las minas y las bombas de dispersión que plantó en suelo libanés y que sus aviones militares esparcieron en tierra libanesa con lo cual han llevando a muertes y mutilación diarias de niños inocentes en el Sur de Líbano.

Llamamos a los pueblos del mundo a levantar una campaña mundial de solidaridad con el pueblo libanés y su resistencia nacional para completar la liberación de las granjas de Chebaa y las Colinas de Kfarshouba, y para confrontar la intromisión y las intervenciones de Israel, y para resistir los próximos escenarios de agresión norteamericano-israelíes contra Líbano y la región. También queremos expresar fuertemente nuestro apoyo a la lucha del Partido Comunista Libanés y otras fuerzas progresistas dentro de Líbano para construir un país para todos los libaneses que sea democrático, secular, resistente e independiente.

Avec le peuple libanais face au complot américano-israélien

Nous, représentantes et représentants des partis communistes et ouvriers dans le monde, réunis à Johannesburg les 3-5 décembre 2010, affirmons notre appui au peuple libanais et à ses forces militantes, en particulier le Parti Communiste libanais, dans leur lutte contre le nouveau complot israélien, soutenu par les forces capitalistes, qui vise à politiser le Tribunal international spécial pour le Liban (TSL) formé pour rendre compte de l’assassinat de l‘ex Président du Conseil, Rafic Hariri, ainsi que d’autres responsables libanais.

Les Etats-Unis et Israël visent par l’acte d’accusation, divulgué, il y a plus d’un an déjà par le journal allemand «Der Spiegel», de propager l’esprit de sédition confessionnelle dans le but de morceler le Liban en l’exposant, une fois de plus, aux dangers de la guerre civile, mais aussi d’affaiblir la Résistance nationale libanaise, ce qui faciliterait à Israël de porter un nouveau coup à cette Résistance et de se venger de toutes les défaites subies depuis 1982.

C’est pourquoi nous condamnons l’aide militaire inconditionnelle et les nouvelles armes acheminées par Washington vers Israël. Nous condamnons aussi les facilités consenties par les directions de l’OTAN et de l’Union européenne à cet État qui viole quotidiennement le territoire libanais, au vu et au su des troupes de la FINUL et qui refuse toujours de livrer la carte des mines et des bombes à fragmentation éparpillées sur le sol libanais, semant ainsi la mort parmi la population civile, en particulier les enfants, au Liban sud.

Nous appelons les peuples de la Planète à organiser une large campagne de solidarité avec le peuple libanais et sa Résistance nationale; et, ce, afin de libérer les territoires occupés toujours par Israël dans les fermes de Chebaa et les hauteurs de Kfarchouba, mais aussi de contrecarrer les scénarios impérialistes-israéliens de guerre mis au point pour déstabiliser le Liban et toute la région.

Nous affirmons, enfin, notre appui à la lutte du Parti Communiste libanais et des forces progressistes libanaises pour un Liban démocratique, laïque, résistant et indépendant.

دعماًً للشعب اللبناني في مواجهة التآمر الأميركي- الإسرائيلي

نحن، ممثلات وممثلي الأحزاب الشيوعية والعمالية العالمية، المجتمعين في جوهانسبورغ ( جنوب أفريقيا) ما بين 3 و 5 كانون الأول /ديسمبر/ 2010 ، نؤكد على دعمنا للشعب اللبناني وقواه المناضلة، وفي مقدمتها الحزب الشيوعي اللبناني، في تصديهم للمؤامرة الإسرائيلية الجديدة، المدعومة من القوى الرأسمالية العالمية، والمتمظهرة في تسييس المحكمة الدولية التي تشكلت للنظر في جريمة إغتيال رئيس الوزراء السابق رفيق الحريري وعدد من المسؤولين اللبنانيين.

فالولايات المتحدة، ومعها إسرائيل، تسعى، عبر القرار الظني الذي سربته صحيفة “دير شبيغل" الألمانية إلى إثارة النعرات المذهبية في لبنان تمهيداًً لتفتيته وزجه في أتون الحرب الأهلية مجدداًً. لأن الهدف الذي تتوخاه من وراء ذلك ليس الحقيقة أو العدالة، بل إضعاف المقاومة الوطنية، الأمر الذي يسهّّّل لإسرائيل توجيه ضربة جديدة إلى لبنان والثأر للهزائم التي لحقت بها منذ العام 1982، نتيجة مقاومة شعبه.

وفي هذا المجال، نعلن عن شجبنا للدعم العسكري غير المحدود وللأسلحة المتطورة الجديدة التي قدمتها واشنطن مؤخراًً إلى إسرائيل. كما نستنكر التسهيلات التي يقدمها الحلف الأطلسي وقيادة الإتحاد الأوروبي لهذه الدولة المعتدية التي لا تزال تنتهك يومياً الأراضي اللبنانية، على مسمع ومرأى قوات الأمم المتحدة ، والتي تصر على رفضها تقديم خارطة كاملة للألغام التي زرعتها في لبنان وللقنابل العنقودية التي وزعتها طائراتها الحربية والتي تحصد يومياً الأطفال الأبرياء في الجنوب اللبناني.

إننا ندعو شعوب العالم إلى أوسع حملة تضامن مع الشعب اللبناني ومقاومته الوطنية لاستكمال تحرير مزارع شبعا وتلال كفرشوبا وفي مواجهة التدخلات الإسرائيلية، وسيناريوهات الحرب الامبريالية – الإسرائيلية الجديدة على لبنان والمنطقة. كما يؤكد المشاركون على دعم نضال الحزب الشيوعي اللبناني والقوى التقدمية اللبنانية من أجل وطن –ديمقراطي علماني مقاوم ومستقل.
