COMRADE AYMAN ODEH REMAINS IN THE KNESSET! FASCISM SHALL NOT PASS! 

The Brazilian Communist Party – PCB – joyfully greets, with revolutionary enthusiasm and internationalist comradeship, the failure of the fascist attempt to revoke the mandate of Comrade Deputy Ayman Odeh of Hadash by the far-right government of Benjamin Netanyahu. 

The fascist far-right secured only 73 of the 90 votes required to approve the revocation. The boycott of the vote by the center-right parties Yesh Atid, Blue and White, and United Torah Judaism was significant. 

Undoubtedly, this victory against the far-right is due to the strong wave of solidarity with the comrades of Hadash/Maki and the growing repudiation that Netanyahu’s fascist and genocidal government has been provoking in Israel and worldwide. Street protests demanding Netanyahu’s resignation and an end to the massacre of the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank are increasing in Israel. 

Here in Brazil, the PCB immediately expressed its unrestricted solidarity with the comrades and successfully passed solidarity motions in support of Comrade Ayman Odeh at various mass organization events. 

The rejection of the revocation of Comrade Odeh’s parliamentary mandate spread globally and gained traction across the political spectrum. Even U.S. senators, particularly Bernie Sanders, Peter Welch and Chris Van Hollen, spoke out against the revocation, as did Germany’s Bundestag Vice President Bodo Ramelow and 20 members of Die Linke’s parliamentary group. 

As Comrade Ayman Odeh stated after the Knesset vote: "The despicable and fascist movement against me has failed." "We will remain steadfast against fascism and fight for democracy, equality, and peace. From here, we must liberate both peoples from the yoke of occupation. Because we were all born free!" 

The PCB reiterates its bonds of unrestricted solidarity with the comrades of the Communist Party of Israel and reaffirms its commitment to unconditional support for peace in the Middle East, the immediate end of the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories, and the guarantee of respect for the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people.

الرفيق أيمن عودة يبقى في الكنيست! لن يمر الفاشيون!

يحيي الحزب الشيوعي البرازيلي - PCB - بحماس ثوري وأخوية أممية، فشل المحاولة الفاشية لإسقاط عضوية النائب الرفيق أيمن عودة من حزب حداش/مقي، من قبل حكومة بنيامين نتنياهو اليمينية المتطرفة.

لم يتمكن اليمين الفاشي المتطرف إلا من الحصول على 73 صوتاً من أصل 90 صوتاً مطلوباً للموافقة على الإسقاط. وكان لمقاطعة الأحزاب اليمين الوسط (ييش عتيد، أزرق أبيض، يهودوت هتوراة المتحدة) للتصويت دوراً هاماً.

لا شك أن هذا الانتصار على اليمين المتطرف يعود إلى موجة التضامن الكبيرة مع رفاق حداش/مقي، والرفض المتزايد الذي تثيره حكومة نتنياهو الفاشية والإبادة الجماعية في إسرائيل وحول العالم. كما تتزايد المظاهرات في الشوارع المطالبة باستقالة نتنياهو وإنهاء مجزرة الشعب الفلسطيني في غزة والضفة الغربية.

هنا في البرازيل، عبر الحزب الشيوعي البرازيلي على الفور عن تضامنه غير المشروط مع الرفاق، وتمكن من تمرير قرارات تضامنية داعمة للرفيق أيمن عودة في العديد من فعاليات المنظمات الجماهيرية.

لقد انتشر رفض إسقاط العضوية النيابية للرفيق عودة عالمياً وحظي بتأييد عبر الطيف السياسي. حتى أن أعضاء مجلس الشيوخ الأمريكي، خاصة بيرني ساندرز وبيتر ويلش وكريس فان هولين، أدلوا ببيانات ضد الإسقاط، وكذلك فعل نائب رئيس البوندستاغ الألماني بودو راميلو و20 عضواً من كتلة حزب اليسار البرلمانية.

كما قال الرفيق أيمن عودة بعد تصويت الكنيست: "لقد فشلت الحركة الحقيرة والفاشية ضدّي"، "سنبقى صامدين في وجه الفاشية ونناضل من أجل الديمقراطية والمساواة والسلام. من هنا، يجب أن نحرر الشعبين من نير الاحتلال. لأننا ولدنا جميعاً أحراراً!"

يؤكد الحزب الشيوعي البرازيلي مجدداً روابط التضامن غير المشروط مع رفاق الحزب الشيوعي الإسرائيلي، ويجدد التزامه بدعم السلام في الشرق الأوسط دون قيد أو شرط، وإنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي الفوري للأراضي الفلسطينية، وضمان احترام الحقوق غير القابلة للتصرف للشعب الفلسطيني.

CAMARADA AYMAN ODEH SE MANTÉM NO KNESSET! O FASCISMO NÃO PASSARÁ! 

O Partido Comunista Brasileiro – PCB – saúda com júbilo revolucionário e camaradagem internacionalista o fracasso da tentativa fascista de cassação do mandato do camarada deputado Auman Odeh, do Hadash, pela extrema-direita do governo de Benjamin Nethanyahu. 

A extrema-direita fascista obteve apenas 73 dos 90 votos necessários para aprovar a cassação. Foi significativo o boicote à votação por parte dos partidos de centro-direita Yesh Atid, Azul e Branco e Judaísmo Unido da Torah. 

Com certeza esta vitória contra a extrema-direita se deve à grande corrente de solidariedade aos camaradas do Hadash/Maki e ao crescente repúdio que o governo fascista e genocida de Nethanyahu vem despertando em Israel e em todo o mundo. Crescem em Israel as manifestações de rua exigindo a saída de Nethanyahu e o fim do massacre do povo palestino em Gaza e na Cisjordânia. 

Aqui no Brasil, o PCB se manifestou no primeiro momento em irrestrita solidariedade aos camaradas, e conseguimos aprovar moções de solidariedade ao camarada Ayman Odeh em vários eventos de entidades de massa.  

O repúdio à cassação do mandato parlamentar do camarada Odeh correu o mundo e ampliou-se no espectro político. Até senadores estadunidenses, em especial Bernie Sanders, Peter Welch e Chris Van Hollen, se manifestaram contra a cassação do mandato parlamentar do camarada Odeh, assim como na Alemanha o vice-presidente do Bundestag, Bodo Ramelow, e 20 membros da bancada parlamentar do Die Linke. 

Como disse o camarada Ayman Odeh após o resultado da votação no Knesset, "o movimento desprezível e fascista contra mim fracassou". "Permaneceremos firmes contra o fascismo e lutaremos pela democracia, pela igualdade e pela paz. A partir daqui, devemos libertar ambos os povos do jugo da ocupação. Porque todos nascemos livres!" 

O PCB reitera seus laços de irrestrita solidariedade com os camaradas do Partido Comunista de Israel e reafirma seu compromisso de apoio incondicional à paz no Oriente Médio, ao imediato fim da ocupação israelense nos territórios palestinos e à garantia do respeito aos direitos inalienáveis do povo palestino.
