Solidarity with the working people and the CP of Venezuela (PCV) against the attack on its political and electoral rights

Our Parties once again express their solidarity with the people of Venezuela, who have been hit hard by the illegal and coercive imperialist measures as well as the capitalist crisis that brings about the dismantling of achievements and rights of the working class and the popular strata.

The dialogue between the Nicolás Maduro government and forces of the reactionary opposition, which until recently sought his toppling through a coup d’état and an imperialist intervention, does not intend to secure people’s interests. This dialogue, on the one hand has direct results in favour of the interests of the reactionary opposition and the business groups; on the other hand, it precipitates the loss of labour, trade union, and political rights of the workers and the revolutionary organizations. Typical examples are the intensification of the criminalization of workers’ struggles, which has led to the unfair detention of a significant number of trade unionists, and the recent attacks against the political and electoral rights of the CP of Venezuela and the “Popular Revolutionary Alternative (APR)”, in the framework of the proclamation of the candidates for the forthcoming local elections on 21^st November.

We denounce these unacceptable acts that aim at hindering the PCV candidates and preventing the people from widely supporting them in the forthcoming local elections.

We express our support and solidarity with all the PCV and APR candidates. The recent decisions of the National Electoral Council (CNE) of Venezuela to block the PCV and APR candidates in the Municipality of Caracas, the Guaira State, and the Municipality of Macanao are completely objectionable and unjustifiable. At the same time that guarantees are provided for the participation of the reactionary forces in the election, it is unacceptable that PCV candidates are blocked, in violation of fundamental political and democratic rights. Moreover, we reiterate our denunciation of the media blackout of PCV, which has gone to extremes when the PCV and APR MP was repeatedly banned from taking the floor in parliament. 

We also denounce the recent attacks against the General Secretary of the PCV, comrade Óscar Figuera, unleashed by an MP of the governing party, who once again attempted to link PCV with the plans of the imperialists and the US State Department  against Venezuela.

We demand that all anti-communist attacks against PCV stop and that its violated political and electoral rights are immediately restored.

The PCV has a long tradition of anti-imperialist struggle in the service of the working class and the popular strata, in defence of the sovereignty of its country for the past 90 years. Its reinforcement will always be a guarantee of anti-imperialist, democratic, and revolutionary struggles in Venezuela.

Солидарность с трудящимся народом и Коммунистической партией Венесуэлы (PCV), против нападок на ее политические и избирательные права

Наши партии еще раз выражают свою солидарность с народом Венесуэлы, который подвергается суровому испытанию в связи с незаконными и принудительными империалистическими мерами, а также капиталистическим кризисом, ведущим к упразднению достижений и прав рабочего класса и народных слоев.

Диалог между правительством Николаса Мадуро и силами реакционной оппозиции, которая до недавнего времени стремилась к его свержению и империалистическому вмешательству во внутренние дела страны, не может гарантировать интересы народа. С одной стороны, этот диалог ведется в интересах реакционной оппозиции и предпринимательских групп, а с другой - ускоряет упразднение трудовых, профсоюзных и политических прав трудящихся и революционных организаций. Таким примером является рост криминализации борьбы трудящихся, которая привела к несправедливому задержанию значительного числа профсоюзных деятелей, а также недавние нападки на политические и избирательные права Коммунистической партии Венесуэлы и "Народно-революционной альтернативы" (APR) в ходе представления кандидатов на предстоящие 21 ноября местные выборы.

Мы осуждаем эти неприемлемые действия, направленные на то, чтобы блокировать регистрацию кандидатов от PCV, а также помешать народу выразить широкую поддержку своим кандидатам на предстоящих местных выборах.

Мы выражаем нашу поддержку и солидарность со всеми кандидатами от PCV и APR. Неприемлемым и совершенно необоснованным является недавнее решение Национальной избирательной комиссии (CNE) Венесуэлы заблокировать регистрацию кандидатов от PCV и APR в муниципалитете Каракас, в регионе Гуайра и муниципалитете Маканао.

Как можно, с одной стороны, предоставлять гарантии для участия реакционных сил в выборах, а с другой - блокировать регистрацию кандидатов от PCV, нарушая элементарные политические и демократические права. Кроме того, мы вновь заявляем о нашем осуждении блокировки PCV в СМИ, которая сегодня доходит до крайностей, когда например, депутату от PCV и APR неоднократно отказывают выступить в парламенте.

Мы также осуждаем недавние нападки в адрес Генерального секретаря PCV, товарища Оскара Фигера, со стороны депутата от правящей партии, который в очередной раз попытался связать PCV с планами империализма и Госдепа США против Венесуэлы.

Мы требуем прекращения антикоммунистических нападок на PCV и немедленного восстановления нарушенных политических и избирательных прав.

PCV имеет давнюю традицию антиимпериалистической борьбы, она стоит на службе рабочего класса, народных слоев и защищает суверенитет своей страны на протяжении 90 лет. Ее укрепление всегда будет гарантией антиимпериалистической, демократической и революционной борьбы в Венесуэле.

Solidaridad con la clase trabajadora y el Partido Comunista de Venezuela (PCV) frente a la arremetida contra sus derechos políticos y electorales

Nuestros partidos expresan una vez más su solidaridad con el pueblo de Venezuela, que está siendo severamente golpeado por medidas coercitivas ilegales imperialistas, pero también por la crisis capitalista, que está provocando el desmontaje de conquistas y derechos de la clase obrera y las capas populares.

El dialogo entre el gobierno de Nicolás Maduro con las fuerzas de la oposición reaccionaria, que hasta hace poco buscaban derrocarlo mediante un golpe de Estado y la intervención imperialista, no tiene como finalidad garantizar los intereses del pueblo. Este diálogo, mientras por un lado genera resultados inmediatos en favor de los intereses de la  oposición reaccionaria y los grupos empresariales, por otro lado, acelera el derrocamiento de los derechos laborales, sindicales y políticos de los trabajadores y las organizaciones revolucionarias. Un ejemplo es la tendencia a la criminalización de las luchas obreras que mantienen a un número considerables de trabajadores injustamente detenidos, así como los recientes ataques contra los derechos políticos y electorales del Partido Comunista de Venezuela y la Alternativa Popular Revolucionaria en el marco de inscripciones de candidaturas para las próximas elecciones regionales del 21 de noviembre. 

Expresamos nuestra condena de estas inaceptables acciones que se vienen usando para objetar candidaturas del PCV, e impedir que el pueblo exprese un amplio apoyo a sus candidatos en las próximas elecciones locales.

Manifestamos nuestro apoyo y solidaridad con todos los candidatos del PCV, la JCV y la Alternativa Revolucionaria Popular (APR). Las decisiones del Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) de Venezuela, de bloquear las candidaturas del PCV y APR en el Municipio Libertador de la ciudad de Caracas, el Estado la Guaira y el Municipio Macanao del Estado Nueva Esparta, son inaceptables y completamente injustificadas. No es posible, que al mismo tiempo que se dan garantías para la participación a las fuerzas reaccionarias en las elecciones, bloquean las candidaturas del PCV vulnerando derechos políticos y democráticos fundamentales.  Así mismo, reiteramos nuestro rechazo al bloqueo comunicacional que se aplica contra el PCV  y que hoy llega al extremo de pretender negar recurrentemente el derecho al uso de la palabra al Diputado del  PCV y la APR en los debates del parlamento. 

Expresamos también nuestro repudio a los recientes ataques contra el Secretario General del PCV, el camarada Oscar Figuera, por parte de un diputado de la bancada del partido de gobierno, que intentan nuevamente vincular al PCV a los planes del imperialismo y el Departamento de Estado de los Estados Unidos de América contra Venezuela.

Llamamos a parar los ataques anticomunistas contra el PCV y al inmediato restablecimiento de los derechos políticos y electorales vulnerados.

El Partido Comunista de Venezuela es una organización con una tradición de lucha  antiimperialista al servicio de la clase trabajadora, las capas populares y la defensa de la soberanía de su país durante 90 años. Su existencia y fortalecimiento será siempre garantía para el avance de las luchas antiimperialistas, democráticas y revolucionarias en Venezuela.

متضامنون مع شعب فنزويلا العامل و مع حزبها الشيوعي ضد الاعتداء على حقوقهما السياسية و الانتخابية

تعرب أحزابنا مرة أخرى عن تضامنها مع شعب فنزويلا، المجرَّب و بقسوة من شدائد التدابير الإمبريالية غير القانونية والقسرية، كما و من الأزمة الرأسمالية التي تسبب تفكيك مكاسب وحقوق الطبقة العاملة والشرائح الشعبية.

إن الحوار بين حكومة نيكولاس مادورو وقوى المعارضة الرجعية، التي سعت حتى وقت قريب نحو الإطاحة به و قيام تدخل إمبريالي، لا يهدف إلى ضمان مصالح الشعب. إن لهذا الحوار، من ناحية، نتائج مباشرة لصالح مصالح المعارضة الرجعية ومجموعات الأعمال، بينما يُسرِّع من ناحية أخرى بإسقاط حقوق العمل و النشاط النقابي و السياسي للعمال والمنظمات الثورية. ومن الأمثلة على ذلك تشديد تجريم النضالات العمالية الذي أدى إلى الاعتقال الجائر لعدد كبير من العمال النقابيين، فضلاً عن الهجمات الأخيرة على الحقوق السياسية والانتخابية للحزب الشيوعي الفنزويلي و قائمة "البديل الثوري الشعبي" (APR) في إطار إعلان مرشحيها للانتخابات المحلية المقبلة في 21 تشرين الثاني\نوفمبر.

إننا نعرب عن إدانتنا لهذه الأعمال المرفوضة التي تهدف إلى إعاقة ترشيحات الحزب الشيوعي الفنزويلي، و إعاقة الشعب من التعبير عن دعمه الواسع لمرشحيه في الانتخابات المحلية المقبلة.

و نعرب عن دعمنا وتضامننا مع جميع مرشحي الحزب الشيوعي الفنزويلي و  قائمة "البديل الثوري الشعبي". حيث مرفوضة هي القرارات الأخيرة التي اتخذتها الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات في فنزويلا بمنع ترشيحات الحزب و القائمة في بلدية كاراكاس، و في مقاطعة غوايرا وبلدية ماكاناو هي غير مبررة على الإطلاق. حيث لا يمكن في نفس وقت تأمين ضمانات لمشاركة القوى الرجعية في الانتخابات قيام عرقلة ترشيحات الحزب الشيوعي الفنزويلي في انتهاك للحقوق السياسية والديمقراطية الأساسية. و بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإننا نكرر إدانتنا للحصار الدعائي المفروض على الحزب الشيوعي الفنزويلي والذي يصل اليوم إلى أقصى الحدود مع الرفض المتكرر لمنح عضو البرلمان عن الحزب الشيوعي والقائمة المذكورة حق التحدث في البرلمان.

كما ندين الهجمات الأخيرة على الأمين العام للحزب الشيوعي الفنزويلي، أوسكار فيغيرا من جانب نائب عن الحزب الحاكم حاول مرة أخرى ربط الحزب الشيوعي الفنزويلي بمخططات الإمبريالية الأمريكية و وزير الخارجية الأمريكية ضد فنزويلا.

و نطالب بوقف الهجمات المناهضة للشيوعية الموجهة ضد الحزب الشيوعي الفنزويلي و بإعادة اﻹعتبار الفوري لحقوقه السياسية و الانتخابية الجاري انتهاكها.

إن الحزب الشيوعي الفنزويلي يمتلك تقليداً مديداً من النضالات ضد الإمبريالية في خدمة الطبقة العاملة والشرائح الشعبية والدفاع عن سيادة بلده لمدة 90 عاماً. إن تعزيز الحزب يشكل دائماً ضماناً للنضالات الديمقراطية والثورية و المناهِضة للإمبريالية في فنزويلا.
