DIMITRIS KOUTSOUMBAS IN THRACE

Instead of wasting money on weapons for Zelenskiy, the government should strengthen the Fire Brigade

The KKE delegation headed by the General Secretary of the CC of the KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, pays a visit to Western Thrace, where blazes have been raging for six days, causing deaths and unimaginable destruction.

Dimitris Koutsoumbas was initially informed by the Deputy Fire Chief, head of the Fire Service coordination for the forest fire in the specific area and talked with the firefighters about the situation at the fire fronts. Right after, he met with the Regional Governor of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, as well as with the Vice Regional Governor of Evros. After their meeting, he made the following statement:

“Today we are in Alexandroupolis so as to be informed directly, in person, about the situation and at the same time to express our solidarity with the population of the region for the great disasters; to demand, to struggle all together, so that compensations are given to the citizens after the fire has been extinguished, as it destroyed people’s property, caused the death of fellow human beings and a great destruction of the environment, the natural wealth of the region”.

The GS of the CC of the KKE also stressed: “These days the entire country is burning, human lives are being lost, property is being destroyed and the government has huge political responsibilities not only for not taking the necessary measures in the previous period but also because in these days, while Greece is burning, Mr Mitsotakis and his government are wasting public money that the Greek people pay with their sweat and sacrifices through heavy taxation, so as to send weapon systems to Zelenskiy, to the Nazis of Azov battalion; they are training Ukrainian pilots to fly F-16s, which means that there is a great waste of public money; theyare participating in NATO missions and using the port of Alexandroupolis as a base for military missions in the region at great cost.  All the above do not mean development, but insecurity for the Greek people and especially for the people of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace.

So instead of wasting this money, they should give it to strengthen the Fire Brigade with firefighters, fire engines and water-bombing planes; to build proper infrastructure that protects against wildfires in the summer and against floods and snowfalls in the autumn and winter. The forestry service must be strengthened, the forestry agencies, which have been virtually abandoned, must be reestablished, and new staff must be recruited to the fire service and the forestry service. This is where the state money should go, this is where the funding should be allocated, this is where it should be given as compensation to the Greek people and especially to the people of Thrace, who are being seriously affected these days."

ДИМИТРИС КУЦУМБАС ВО ФРАКИИ

Вместо того, чтобы тратить деньги на оружие Зеленскому, правительство должно усилить пожарную службу

Делегация Компартии Греции во главе с Генсеком ЦК КПГ Димитрисом Куцумбасом находится в Западной Фракии, где уже шестой день полыхает пожар, приводя к гибели людей и причиняя неисчислимые бедствия.

Димитриса Куцумбаса первоначально проинформировал заместитель начальника пожарной охраны, который отвечает за координацию деятельности при тушении пожара в этом регионе, а затем он побеседовал с пожарными о ситуации на огненных фронтах. Сразу после этого Генсек ЦК КПГ встретился с губернатором региона Восточной Македонии-Фракии, а также с вице-губернатором региона Эврос и вице-губернатором, отвечающим за туризм. После встречи с ними он сделал следующее заявление, в котором отметил:

«Мы находимся сегодня здесь, в Александруполисе, чтобы напрямую получать информацию о ситуации с пожарами, а также, чтобы выразить нашу солидарность с населением региона,  в связи с огромным ущербом, нанесенным стихией. Чтобы вместе бороться за то, чтобы были выплачены компенсации гражданам после того, как этот катастрофический пожар будет потушен, так как был нанесен огромный ущерб имуществу, сгорели дома, погибли люди и, конечно же, был нанесен огромный ущерб окружающей среде, лесам региона».

Генсек ЦК КПГ также подчеркнул: «В эти дни вся Греция горит, гибнут люди, уничтожается имущество, и правительство несет огромную политическую ответственность за то, что не приняло необходимых мер в течение всего предыдущего периода. Но главным образом за то, что сегодня, в эти дни, когда Греция горит, г-н Мицотакис и его правительство тратит государственные деньги, т.е. деньги греческого народа, заработанные потом, тяжелым трудом и жертвами, доход которого облагается высоким налогом, на отправку систем вооружений Зеленскому, нацистам Азова, на обучение украинских пилотов на F-16, на участие в миссиях НАТО, использует порт Александруполиса в качестве плацдарма для боевых военных миссий в регионе и платит за это большой ценой. Так что речь идет не о развитии, а об отсутствии безопасности для греческого народа и в частности для народов Восточной Македонии и Фракии.

Таким образом, вместо того, чтобы тратить эти деньги на все вышеперечисленное, их надо дать на комплектование пожарных частей личным составом, пожарными машинами, пожарными самолетами, на строительство инфраструктуры, защищающей летом от пожаров, осенью от наводнений,  а зимой от снегопадов. Усилить лесную службу, восстановить фактически заброшенные лесничества, пополнить пожарную и лесную службы новыми кадрами. Вот куда должны были пойти государственные деньги, вот куда должно было быть выделено финансирование, а позже они должны пойти на выплату компенсаций греческому народу и в частности народу Фракии, который в эти дни испытывает огромные трудности».

El gobierno en vez de gastar dinero en armas para Zelenski, debería reforzar el Cuerpo de Bomberos 

La delegación del KKE encabezada por el Secretario General del Comité Central del KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, está realizando una visita en Tracia Occidental que en los últimos seis días se está ardiendo, con muertos y dañosincalculables.

Dimitris Koutsoumbas inicialmente fue informado por el Jefe Adjunto del Cuerpo de Bomberos, que es el responsable de la coordinación del Cuerposobre el incendio en la región y habló con los bomberos sobre la situación en los frentes de incendios. Luego se encontró con el Prefecto de Macedonia Oriental-Tracia, así como con elSubprefecto de Evros. Después del encuentro hizo el siguiente anuncio y destacó lo siguiente:

“Nos encontramos hoy aquí en Alexandrúpolis para informarnos directamente, en persona, sobre la situación y al mismo tiempo para expresar nuestra solidaridad con la población de la región por las grandes catástrofes. Para reivindicar y luchar todos juntos para que se den las indemnizaciones -por supuesto después de extinguir este incendio catastrófico-, para que se indemnicen los ciudadanos por las grandes destrucciones en sus propiedades, en casas, incluso se perdieron vidas, y por supuesto ha tenido un gran impacto, ha causado una gran destrucción del medio ambiente, de la riqueza forestal de la región”.

El Secretario General del CC del KKE destacó además que: En estos días está ardiendo toda Grecia, personas han muerto, se han destruido propiedades y el gobierno tiene enormes responsabilidades políticas por no haber tomado las medidas necesarias durante todo el período anterior. Sobre todo hoy, en estos días que Grecia está en llamas, el Sr. Mitsotakis y su gobierno tienen responsabilidad porque gastan dinero público pagado con el trabajo, el esfuerzo y los sacrificios del pueblo griego a través de fuertes impuestos, para enviar sistemas de armamento a Zelenski, a los nazis de Azov, para el entrenamiento de pilotos ucranianos en F-16, lo cual supone un despilfarro de dinero público, para participar en misiones de la OTAN y utilizar el puerto de Alexandrúpolis como cabeza de puente para misiones militares de guerra en la región con un gran coste, lo cual no significa ningún desarrollo sino inseguridad para el pueblo griego y sobre todo para el pueblo de Macedonia Oriental y Tracia.

Así pues, en vez de gastar este dinero, debería destinarlo a reforzar el Cuerpo de Bomberos con personal, camiones de bomberos, aviones de bomberos, para construir infraestructura contra los incendios en verano y contra las inundaciones y las nevadas en otoño e invierno. Para reforzar el servicio forestal, restablecer las Direcciones Forestales que en esencia han sido abandonadas, para poner nuevo personal entre en el servicio de Bomberos y en los servicios forestales. A ellos debería destinar el dinero estatal, a ellos debería dar la financiación, comocompensación al pueblo griego y especialmente al pueblo de Tracia que está sufriendo brutalmente en estos días.”

فلتعزِّز الحكومة جسم خدمات اﻹطفاء بدلاً من إهدارها الأموال على أسلحة زيلينسكي

 يزور وفد للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني برئاسة الأمين العام للجنته المركزية، ذيميتريس كوتسوباس منطقة تراقيا الغربية التي تحترق منذ ستة أيام مع وقوع قتلى و كوارث لا تحصى.

في بداية الزيارة تلقى ذيميتريس كوتسوباس إحاطة إعلامية من نائب رئيس جسم الإطفاء، المترئس لتنسيق خدمة إطفاء الحرائق في المنطقة، و تحدث إلى رجال الإطفاء حول الوضع على جبهات الحرائق. وبعد ذلك مباشرة، التقى رئيس مقاطعة مقدونيا الشرقية - تراقيا، وكذلك، التقى نواب رئيس مقاطعة إيفروس. حيث أكَّد في تصريح له بعد لقائهم على ما يلي:

«إننا متواجدون هنا اليوم في ألكسندروبوليس لنطَّلع بنحو مباشر على الوضع و لِنُعرِب في الوقت نفسه عن تضامننا مع سكان المنطقة أمام الدمار الكبير. و لكي نطالب و نكافح جميعاً معاً، لكي تُمنح  تعويضات – و ذلك بالتأكيد بعد إطفاء هذا الحريق المدمر أولا - أي ليتم تعويض المواطنين، لأن هناك خراباً كبيراً أصاب المملوكات و المنازل و فقدت حياة بشر، وبالطبع كان هناك عبئ كبير ودمار كبير في البيئة والثروة الحراجية في المنطقة».

كما و أكد الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني: «في هذه الأيام تحترق اليونان بأكملها، و يفقد بشرٌ حياتهم، وتدمر ممتلكاتهم. هناك مسؤوليات سياسية هائلة للحكومة نظراً لعدم اتخاذها التدابير اللازمة طوال الفترة المنقضية. ولكن هذه المسؤوليات تقع عليها بنحو رئيسي في هذه الأيام التي تحترق فيها اليونان، لأن السيد ميتسوتاكيس وحكومته، بدلاً من إهدارهم المال العام الذي يدفعه الشعب اليوناني بعرقه و كدحه و تضحياته من خلال الضرائب المرتفعة، و بدلاً من إرسالهم منظومات تسليح إلى زيلينسكي و نازيي آزوف، و بدلاً من تدريب الطيارين الأوكرانيين على طائرات إف 16 -الذي يعني هدراً كبيراً للمال العام - و بدلاً من المشاركة في بعثات الناتو واستخدام ميناء ألكسندروبوليس ليصبح قاعدة انقضاضية لبعثات عسكرية حربية في المنطقة بتكلفة كبيرة، حيث ليس كل هذا تنمية، بل انعداماً لأمن الشعب اليوناني وخاصة لأهالي مقدونيا الشرقية وتراقيا.

لذا،  بدلاً من إهدار هذه الأموال، ينبغي منحها لتعزيز جسم خدمات الإطفاء بالأفراد و عربات وطائرات الإطفاء و من أجل تشييد بنى تحتية، من أجل مواجهة الحرائق في الصيف و مواجهة الفيضانات و الثلوج في فصلي الخريف والشتاء. و من أجل تعزيز مصلحة الحراج، وإعادة تشكيل دوائر الحراج التي تم التخلي عنها بنحو جوهري، و من أجل توظيف طواقم جديدة في جسم خدمة الإطفاء و مصلحة الحراج. إلى هناك ينبغي أن يذهب تمويل الدولة، هناك ينبغي منح التعويضات للشعب اليوناني وخاصة لأهالي  منطقة تراقيا التي تتضرر بقسوة خلال أيامنا هذه».
