The KKE voted against the new large armament programme

On 15/2/22, the Plenary Session of the Greek Parliament approved the bill submitted by the Ministry of National Defence regarding the purchase of three French “Belharra” frigates and six “Rafale” jets (in addition to the already acquired eighteen ones). Right-wing ND, social-democratic KINAL/PASOK, and right-wing Elliniki Lysi (Greek Solution) voted in favour of the bill while social-democratic SYRIZA voted “present”.

This is another large armament programme integrated into the criminal USA–NATO–EU plans in which the local bourgeoisie is actively participating to enhance its role and business in the wider area while ND, SYRIZA, and the other bourgeois parties, despite their remarks on specific points, support its interests.

The people will be once again called upon to pay these procurements both in terms of money, as they cost more than four billion euros, and in terms of their deeper involvement —with incalculable risks— in the ongoing competition which causes havoc to the wider area.

The KKE voted against and denounced the procurements. Its MPs highlighted that the exorbitant armaments that the people are burdened with are linked with NATO needs and not the protection of the borders and the sovereign rights of the country.

In response to the developments in Ukraine, the MPs of the KKE warned about the possibility of even a generalized war sooner or later, stressing the heavy responsibilities of all governments so far, which have turned the country into a US–NATO base and a magnet for attacks.

They called upon the people to clash with the policy of involvement in military plans leading them to the slaughterhouse of war, demanding that Greece should not be involved in the Ukraine front, that no Greek soldiers and officers should be found outside the country’s borders, that the US bases in Greece should be immediately closed, and that the country should be disengaged from all imperialist unions.

During his speech in Parliament, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, GS of the CC of the KKE, decried the involvement of the Greek ND government in NATO–US imperialist plans with the encirclement of Russia with military bases and the deployment of sections of the Greek armed forces to missions abroad. He also criticized SYRIZA, which stated that it agrees with the deployment of Greek armed forces abroad if the missions are carried out by the international unions in which the country participates. “What does this mean? That, for example, Greek soldiers can be deployed to the Sahel region if the mission is carried out by the European Army. Or that Greek soldiers can be deployed to Ukraine if the mission is carried out by NATO. Besides, this is what you were doing when in government. Now you confess it while in opposition”, stressed the GS of the CC of the KKE.

Referring to the confrontation between the USA–NATO–EU and Russia focusing on the developments in Ukraine, he noted that “interests foreign to the people's interests” are in conflict and added that “Under these circumstances, where there is a serious risk of the generalization of an imperialist war, the orientation of the workers’–people’s struggle in our country is of particular importance. The people must strengthen their faith in the power of class struggle, of the conflict with the policy of involvement in military actions and the plans of the bourgeoisie to lure the workers into the trap of supporting Greece’s participation in an imperialist war, either in the name of “obligations to our allies” or the need to defend the “sovereignty” of Ukraine or “democracy” against “authoritarian Putin”.

The working class, the Greek people must reject the dilemma of having to choose between one or the other side of an imperialist conflict, even if it is camouflaged with the religious doctrine of Orthodoxy or with “anti-fascism”, which, in this case, is nothing but a smokescreen.

We must chart an independent line, away from bourgeois–imperialist plans and based on the interests of the working class and the other popular strata of the country, which have nothing to do with the interests of all the above.

This is what the KKE has been doing, defending the interests of the Greek people and intensifying the struggle for the disengagement of Greece from NATO–EU imperialist plans, wars, and alliances, from the strategic alliance with the USA and France.

This is the line of conflict with those who lead the people to the slaughterhouse of war in the name of enhancing the interests of the bourgeoisie.”

Concluding his speech, D. Koutsoumbas stressed that “The position of the KKE to vote against the new armaments is a position in line with the needs of the Greek people, including their needs for the safeguarding of their borders, of their sovereign rights, of peace and security, of friendship and cooperation with all peoples of the region and the world.

We are voting against the “Rafale” jets and the “Belharra” frigates. We do not vote against the purchase of torpedoes.

The position of the KKE is a position that goes hand in hand with the struggle:

- For the disentanglement of the country from imperialist plans, for non-participation in NATO aggressive military exercises and the encirclement of Russia.

- Against the ratification of the new Greece–USA Agreement and any agreement that binds the people and the country to dangerous imperialist plans.

- For the immediate closure of the bases of death. For the disengagement from imperialist unions, with the people masters in our country. ”

Димитрис Куцумбас: Народ должен выступить против тех, кто гонит его на бойню войны

КПГ проголосовала против новой крупной программы военных вооружений

Вечером 15 февраля на пленарном заседании парламента Греции был одобрен законопроект, внесенный Министерством обороны, предусматривающий покупку у Франции 3-х фрегатов (типа «Belhara») и еще 6-ти истребителей «Rafale» (в дополнение к 18). За данный законопроект проголосовали депутаты правой партии НД, социал-демократической партии КИНАЛ/ПАСОК и правой партии «Эллиники Лиси», в то время как социал-демократическая СИРИЗА воздержалась.

Речь идет о еще одной крупной программе вооружения, являющейся частью преступных планов США-НАТО-ЕС, в которых активно участвует местная буржуазия, стремящаяся повысить свою роль и укрепить свой бизнес в более широком регионе. НД, СИРИЗА и другие буржуазные партии, несмотря на отдельные разногласия между ними, поддерживают эти буржуазные интересы.

Как всегда, народу придётся расплачиваться за эти планы все большим втягиванием в разгорающуюся конкуренцию в полыхающем широком регионе, которая влечёт неисчислимые риски, а также погашением дополнительного долга в размере 4 миллиардов евро.

КПГ проголосовала против законопроекта и осудила контракты на поставку вооружения, а депутаты от КПГ с трибуны парламента подчёркивали, что огромное количество вооружения связано с нуждами НАТО, а не с защитой границ и суверенных прав страны.

Затрагивая события на Украине, они предупредили об опасности широкомасштабной империалистической войны, которая рано или поздно может быть развязана, подчёркивая, что огромную ответственность за это несут все предыдущие правительства, превратившие страну в американо-натовский плацдарм и магнит для военных нападок.

Они призвали народ бороться против политики участия в военных операциях, которая ведёт его на бойню войны, требуя не вмешиваться Греции в украинский конфликт, не отправлять греческих солдат и офицеров за границу, немедленно закрыть американские военные базы в Греции, выйти из всех империалистических организаций.

Выступая с трибуны парламента, Генсек ЦК КПГ Димитрис Куцумбас подверг резкой критике участие греческого правительства НД в империалистических планах НАТО и США по окружению России, которое размещает военные базы в стране, отправляет подразделения греческих вооружённых сил за границу. Он также раскритиковал СИРИЗА, которая заявила, что согласна направить вооружённые силы Греции за границу, если на то есть печать международных организаций, в которых участвует страна. "Что это значит? Это значит, что греческие солдаты отправятся в Сахель, если, например, у них будет печать европейской армии. Это значит, что греческие солдаты поедут на Украину, если у них будет печать НАТО. Впрочем, это то, что вы делали, когда находились в правительстве. Теперь как оппозиция вы также признаете это", - отметил Генсек ЦК КПГ.

Касаясь конфронтации между США, НАТО, ЕС и Россией, в эпицентре которой находится Украина, он отметил, что сталкиваются «интересы, чуждые интересам народов», и добавил:

“В этих условиях реального риска развязывания широкомасштабной империалистической войны большое значение имеет направленность рабочей народной борьбы в нашей стране. Не должно быть никакого доверия правительству и другим буржуазным партиям. Необходимо укреплять веру в силу классовой борьбы, столкновения с политикой участия в военных операциях и планами буржуазии по убеждению трудящихся поддержать участие Греции в империалистической войне во имя союзных обязательств в рамках ЕС и НАТО или якобы необходимость защиты суверенитета Украины или Устава ООН, либо защиты «демократии» от «авторитарного Путина».

Рабочее народное движение должно отказаться от дилеммы выбора между двумя сторонами империалистического конфликта. Даже если предлагаемый выбор иногда замаскирован религиозной доктриной Православия или «антифашизмом», который в данном случае является дымовой завесой.

Мы должны повсюду проводить самостоятельную линию, вдали от буржуазно-империалистических планов и исходя из интересов рабочего класса и других народных слоёв, которые  не имеют абсолютно никакой пользы от поддержки тех или иных интересов буржуазии.

Именно это делает КПГ, отстаивая интересы рабочего класса и народных слоёв и усиливая борьбу за выход Греции из империалистических планов, войн и союзов - НАТО и ЕС, из стратегического союза с США и Францией.

Она проводит линию борьбы с теми, кто ведёт народ на военную бойню во имя обеспечения повышенных интересов буржуазии”.

В завершение своего выступления Д.Куцумбас отметил: «КПГ проголосовала против нового вооружения, и эта позиция соответствует интересам греческого народа, в том числе его интересам в защите своих границ, суверенных прав, мира и безопасности, дружбы и сотрудничества со всеми народами региона и мира.

Мы голосуем против "Belhara" и "Rafale". Мы не голосуем просто против покупки торпед.

Эта позиция КПГ сочетается с борьбой:

- За выход страны из империалистических планов, за неучастие в агрессивных военных учениях НАТО и в окружении России.

- Против ратифицирования нового греко-американского соглашения и любого соглашения, связывающего народ и страну с опасными империалистическими планами.

- За немедленное закрытие военных баз смерти. Усилить борьбу за выход из империалистических союзов, чтобы народ стал хозяином своей страны.”

Dimitris Koutsoumpas: El pueblo debe enfrentarse a los que le llevan al matadero de guerra

El KKE votó en contra del nuevo gran programa de armamento militar

Con los votos de la ND derecha, del KINAL/PASOK socialdemócrata y de Eliniki Lisi derecha y el “presente” del partido socialdemócrata SYRIZA fueron aprobados el 15 de febrero de 22 en el pleno del Parlamento los contratos relativos a la compra de tres fragatas francesas (de tipo “Belhara”) y otros 6 aviones “Rafale” (que vienen a sumarse a los 18) que habían sido presentados como proyecto de ley por el Ministerio de Defensa.

Es otro gran programa armamentista que forma parte en los planes criminales de EE.UU, la OTAN y la UE, en los que participa activamente la burguesía nacional para mejorar su papel y sus negocios en la región más amplia, mientras que la ND, SYRIZA y los demás partidos burgueses, aparte de comentarios en temas secundarios, apoyan sus intereses.

La factura de estos contratos será enviada, como siempre, al pueblo, que será llamado a pagar por estos planes tanto con su implicación más profunda, con riesgos incalculables, en estos antagonismos que están en curso y llevan a la conflagración de la región más amplia, así como con más de 4.000 millones de euros.

El KKE votó en contra y denunció los contratos, y sus diputados señalaron que los gastos exorbitantes de armamentos que se cargan al pueblo tienen que ver con las necesidades de la OTAN y no con la protección de las fronteras y los derechos soberanos del país.

Con motivo de los acontecimientos en Ucrania advirtieron del peligro de una guerra imperialista aún más generalizada tarde o temprano, destacando las enormes responsabilidades de todos los gobiernos hasta la fecha que han convertido el país en una cabeza de puente de EE.UU y la OTAN y en un imán de ataques.

Han llamado al pueblo a enfrentarse a la política de implicación en planes bélicos que le llevan al matadero de guerra, exigiendo que Grecia no se implique en el frente ucraniano, que ningún soldado u oficial griego no vaya al extranjero, que se cierren ya las bases estadounidenses en Grecia, que se retire Grecia de todas las organizaciones imperialistas.

Desde el estrado del parlamento, el Secretario General del CC del KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, reprobó la implicación del gobierno griego de la ND en los planes imperialistas de la OTAN y EE.UU que condujeron al cerco de Rusia con bases militares, al envío de tropas de las fuerzas armadas griegas al extranjero. Además, reprobó SYRIZA que afirmó que acepta el envío de fuerzas armadas griegas fuera de las fronteras en el marco de las organizaciones internacionales en las que participa nuestro país. “¿Qué significa esto? ¿Deberían ir, por ejemplo, los soldados griegos al Sahel en una misión del Euroejército? ¿Deberían ir los soldados griegos a Ucrania en una misión de la OTAN? Después de todo, esto es lo que hicisteis como gobierno. Ahora lo admitís como oposición”, destacó el Secretario General del CC del KKE.

Refiriéndose a los desarrollos en la confrontación entre EE.UU, la OTAN, la UE y Rusia, que se centra en los desarrollos en Ucrania, subrayó que están en choque “intereses ajenos a los intereses de los pueblos” y agregó que: “En estas condiciones en las que existe el riesgo de una guerra imperialista generalizada, es de suma importancia la orientación de la lucha obrera y popular en nuestro país. Hay que fortalecer la fe en la fuerza de la lucha, de la confrontación con la política de implicación en acciones bélicas y en los planes de la burguesía a empujar a los trabajadores a la trampa de apoyar la participación de Grecia en una guerra imperialista, en el nombre de las “obligaciones a nuestros aliados” o supuestamente la necesidad de defensa de la “soberanía” de Ucrania o de la “democracia” del “autoritario Putin”.

La clase obrera, el pueblo griego deben rechazar el dilema de elegir entre las dos partes del conflicto imperialista. Incluso si éste está camuflado, como en Rusia, con la doctrina religiosa de la ortodoxia o con el “antifascismo”, que en dicho caso es simplemente una cortina de humo.

Hay que trazar una línea independiente, más allá de los planes burgueses-imperialistas, en primer lugar en base a los intereses de la clase obrera y de las demás capas populares del país, que no tienen absolutamente nada que ver con los intereses de todos los anteriormente mencionados.

Esto es lo que hace el KKE; está defendiendo los intereses del pueblo griego y está fortaleciendo la lucha por la desvinculación de Grecia de los planes, guerras y alianzas imperialistas de la OTAN y de la UE, de la estrategia de alianza con EE.UU y Francia.

Es la linea de conflicto con todos los que llevan al pueblo al matadero de guerra en el nombre de fortalecer los intereses de la burguesía griega.”

Dimitris Koutsoumbas al final de su discurso destacó que: “La posición del KKE de votar en contra de los nuevos armamentos es una posición acorde con las necesidades del pueblo griego, incluyendo en ello las necesidades para el blindaje de sus fronteras, sus derechos soberanos, la paz y seguridad, la amistad y cooperación con todos los pueblos de la región y del mundo.

Votamos en contra de los “Rafal” y “Belhara”. No votamos en contra de la compra de misiles.

Esta posición del KKE va de mano con la lucha:

- Por la retirada del país de los planes imperialistas, la no participación en ejercicios militares agresivos de la OTAN y el cerco a Rusia.

- Por la no ratificación del nuevo Acuerdo entre Grecia y EE.UU y cualquier acuerdo que vincule al pueblo y el país a planes imperialistas peligrosos.

- Por el cierre inmediato de las bases de muerte. Por el fortalecimiento de la lucha por la retirada de las alianzas imperialistas, con el pueblo siendo el dueño de su país.”

ذيميتريس كوتسوباس: فليصطدم الشعب مع جميع الذين يقودونه إلى مسلخ الحرب

صوَّت الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني ضد برنامج تسلح حربي كبير جديد

عِبر التصويت الإيجابي لحزب الجمهورية الجديدة اليميني و حزب حركة التغيير\الباسوك الاشتراكي الديمقراطي و حزب الحل اليوناني اليميني و "حضور" حزب سيريزا الاشتراكي الديمقراطي، أُقرت مساء 15\2\2022 في الجلسة العامة للبرلمان عقود متعلقة بشراء 3 فرقاطات فرنسية ( طراز "Belhara") و 6 مقاتلات إضافية من طراز "رافال" (تضاف إلى 18 سبق شرائها)، هي عقود قُدمت بصيغة مشروع قانون من قبل وزارة الدفاع.

إننا بصدد برنامج تسليح كبير آخر مدمَّج في الخطط الإجرامية للولايات المتحدة والناتو والاتحاد الأوروبي، التي تشارك بها الطبقة البرجوازية المحلية بنحو فاعل من أجل تحسين دورها وأعمالها في المنطقة الأوسع، مع دعم يقدمه حزبا الجمهورية الجديدة و سيريزا و باقي الأحزاب البرجوازية، بمعزل عن الملاحظات الجانبية الصادرة عنها.

و كما هو الحال دائماً، ستُرسل فاتورة هذه العقود إلى الشعب الذي يُدعى لدفع ثمن هذه الخطط، على حد السواء عبر توريطه بنحو أعمق في المزاحمات "الجارية" و التي تشعل النار في المنطقة الأوسع مع مخاطر لا تُحصى، كما و عِبر تحمُّله كلفتها التي تتجاوز 4 مليارات يورو.

هذا و صوَّت الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني ضد هذه الاتفاقيات واستنكرها، وأشار نوابه إلى أن عمليات التسلُّح الهائلة التي يتم تحميلها على كاهل الشعب، هي مرتبطة بحاجات الناتو لا بحاجات حماية حدود البلاد وحقوقها السيادية.

و بمناسبة التطورات الجارية في أوكرانيا، حذر نوابه من خطر اندلاع حرب إمبريالية معممة أخرى عاجلاً أم آجلاً، مسلطين الضوء على المسؤوليات الهائلة لجميع الحكومات السابقة، التي حولت البلاد إلى قاعدة انقضاضية للولايات المتحدة والناتو و إلى مغنطيس للهجمات.

و وجهوا دعوة نحو الشعب إلى الصدام مع سياسة التوريط التي تقوده إلى مسلخ الحرب، وطالبوا بعدم وجود أي تورط لليونان في الجبهة الأوكرانية، وعدم وجود جنود وضباط يونانيين خارج الحدود، وبإغلاق القواعد الأمريكية في اليونان فوراً، وفك الارتباط عن جميع المنظمات الإمبريالية.

و في حديثه من منبر البرلمان، انتقد الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، ذيميتريس كوتسوباس، تورط الحكومة اليونانية لحزب الجمهورية الجديدة في الخطط الإمبريالية لحلف شمال الأطلسي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، لتطويق روسيا بقواعد عسكرية، و إرسال قطعات من القوات المسلحة اليونانية إلى الخارج. كما و انتقد حزب سيريزا، الذي ذكر أنه يوافق على إرسال القوات المسلحة اليونانية إلى الخارج، إذا ما حازت على ختم المنظمات الدولية التي تشارك بها البلاد. و سجَّل اﻷمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني:"ماذا يعني هذا؟ فليذهب إذن الجنود اليونانيون إلى منطقة الساحل، إذا ما حازوا على ختم الجيش الأوروبي، مثلاً. فليذهب الجنود اليونانيون إذا، إلى أوكرانيا، في حال حيازتهم لقرار الناتو، على سبيل المثال. و في كل حال، فإنكم تعترفون الآن من موقع المعارضة بما فعلتموه من موقع الحكم".

و في تطرقه إلى التطورات الجارية في مواجهة الولايات المتحدة وحلف شمال الأطلسي والاتحاد الأوروبي مع روسيا، و هي المتركِّزة في تطورات أوكرانيا، أشار إلى أن هناك تصادماًَ "لمصالح غريبة عن مصالح الشعوب" وأضاف: «هناك أهمية كبيرة لتوجه الصراع العمالي الشعبي في بلدنا في ظروف الخطر الحقيقي المتمثل في تعميم الحرب الإمبريالية.

يجب تقوية الإيمان بقوة الصراع، و الصدام مع سياسات التورط وخطط الطبقة البرجوازية التي تدفع العمال إلى فخ دعم مشاركة اليونان في الحرب الإمبريالية، إما باسم "الإلتزامات التحالفية" أو الحاجة المزعومة للدفاع عن "سيادة" أوكرانيا، أو الدفاع عن"الديمقراطية" من "بوتين الاستبدادي".

 يجب على الطبقة العاملة و الشعب اليوناني أن يرفضا معضلة الاختيار بين طرفي الصدام الإمبريالي. و ذلك حتى لو تم تمويهها تارة بالعقيدة الدينية للأرثوذكسية، و طوراً ﺑ"معاداة الفاشية" التي تشكِّل في هذه الحالة ستاراً دخانياً.

إننا مدينون برسم خط مستقل في كل مكان، بعيداً عن الخطط البرجوازية، وفق معيار أولي متمثل في مصالح الطبقة العاملة والشرائح الشعبية الأخرى لبلدنا، و هي التي لا تمت بصلة للمصالح المذكورة أعلاه.

هذا ما يفعله الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، إنه يدافع عن مصالح الشعب اليوناني و يعزز الصراع من أجل فك ارتباط اليونان عن الخطط الإمبريالية والحروب وتحالفات الناتو والاتحاد الأوروبي و عن التحالف الاستراتيجي مع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وفرنسا.

إنه خط الصدام مع جميع أولئك الذين يقودون الشعب إلى "مسلخ" الحرب باسم ترقية مصالح الطبقة البرجوازية».

و في ختام كلمته، سجَّل ذيميتريس كوتسوباس:«إن موقف الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني بالتصويت ضد برامج التسلح الجديدة هو موقف متوافق مع حاجات الشعب اليوناني، بما في ذلك حاجاته لتحصين حدوده وحقوقه السيادية وسلامه وأمنه و صداقته و تعاونه مع جميع شعوب المنطقة والعالم.

إننا  نصوت ضد "رافال" و "بيلارا". و لا نصوت فقط ضد شراء الطوربيدات.

هذا هو موقف الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني المترافق مع الصراع:

• - من أجل فك ارتباط البلاد عن الخطط الإمبريالية، وعدم المشاركة في التدريبات العسكرية العدوانية لحلف شمال الأطلسي و في تطويق روسيا.
• - من أجل عدم المصادقة على الاتفاقية اليونانية الأمريكية الجديدة وأي اتفاقية تلزم الشعب والبلاد بمخططات إمبريالية خطرة.
• - من أجل إغلاق قواعد الموت هنا والآن. و تعزيز الصراع من أجل فك الارتباط عن الاتحادات الإمبريالية، مع الشعب سيداً في بلادنا».
