Invoking of "international law" to hide more active involvement is hypocritical

The Press Office of the CC of the KKE issued the following statement on the joint declaration of Mitsotakis and Zelenskiy:

"Even if Mr. Mitsotakis hypocritically invokes "international law", he cannot hide the real goal of his government, which is the deeper and more active  involvement of our country in the imperialist war in Ukraine and more generally in the NATO plans in the region. In fact, the New Democracy government has fueled those factors that led both to the NATO-Russia conflict in Ukraine and to the aggravation of the problems in the Balkan countries. 

These dangerous goals are also served by the joint declaration of Mitsotakis and Zelenskiy, which, on the basis of NATO directions, provides for the further sending of materiel to the reactionary Zelenskiy government, the provision of "security guarantees", the accession and integration of Ukraine into NATO, the transformation of Alexandroupolis and other parts of our country into military-war bases, involving the people in risky adventures. 

The Prime Minister hypocritically invokes "international law", as we can also deduce from the fact that the meeting he organized in Athens was attended by the representative of  Kosovo, which is a protectorate and a product of the flagrant violation of "international law". This confirms that the imperialist alliances, as well as all Greek governments, are tailoring "international law" to their own interests. 

The prime minister himself revealed who will benefit from the government's agreements, speaking essentially as a "dealer" of those sections of Greek capital that he intends that they participate in the "reconstruction" of Ukraine and in the future energy business, in a fierce competition with other sections of big business interests of states of the Euro-Atlantic camp."

Лицемерная апелляция к «международному праву» с целью скрыть более активное втягивание страны в войну

В заявлении пресс-службы ЦК КПГ по поводу совместного заявления, подписанного Мицотакисом и Зеленским, отмечается:

 «Как бы г-н Мицотакис лицемерно ни апеллировал к «международному праву», он не может скрыть истинные цели своего правительства,   которые заключаются в более активном и глубоком втягивании нашей страны в империалистическую войну на Украине и в целом в натовские планы в регионе. То есть, по сути,  правительство НД подпитывает  факторы, приведшие к конфликту между НАТО и Россией на Украине, а также  к обострению проблем в балканских странах.

Этим опасным целям служит и совместное заявление Мицотакиса-Зеленского, предусматривающее на основе натовских директив дальнейшую отправку военной техники реакционному правительству Зеленского, предоставление «гарантий безопасности», вступление и интеграцию Украины в НАТО, превращение Александруполиса и других регионов страны в военные базы, втягивающее народ в опасную авантюру.

О лицемерии, с которым премьер-министр апеллирует к «международному праву» свидетельствует и тот факт, что на встрече, организованной в Афинах, присутствовал представитель Косово, государства-протектората, являющегося результатом вопиющего нарушения международного права. Факт, подтверждающий, что империалистические союзы, а также все греческие правительства перекраивают международное право в соответствии со своими интересами.

Кто получит выгоду от соглашений правительства, раскрыл сам премьер-министр, выступая, по сути, в качестве дилера части греческого капитала, которая намерена участвовать в «реконструкции» Украины и в завтрашнем энергетическом бизнесе в жесткой конкуренции с другими интересами крупных предпринимательских объединений государств евроатлантической дуги».

L'invocation du "droit international" pour cacher une participation plus active est hypocrite

Le Bureau de Presse du CC du KKE a publié le communiqué suivant sur la déclaration conjointe de Mitsotakis et Zelensky:

"Même si M. Mitsotakis invoque hypocritement le "droit international", il ne peut pas cacher le véritable objectif de son gouvernement, qui est l'implication plus profonde et plus active de notre pays dans la guerre impérialiste en Ukraine et plus généralement dans les plans de l'OTAN dans la région. En fait, le gouvernement de la Nouvelle Démocratie a alimenté les facteurs qui ont conduit à la fois au conflit OTAN-Russie en Ukraine et à l'aggravation des problèmes dans les pays des Balkans. 

Ces objectifs dangereux sont également servis par la déclaration conjointe de Mitsotakis et Zelensky qui, sur la base des orientations de l'OTAN, prévoit la poursuite de l'envoi de matériel de guerre au gouvernement réactionnaire de Zelensky, la fourniture de "garanties de sécurité", l'adhésion et l'intégration de l'Ukraine à l'OTAN, la transformation d'Alexandroupolis et d'autres régions de notre pays en bases militaires de guerre, impliquant le peuple dans des aventures hasardeuses. 

Le Premier ministre invoque hypocritement le "droit international", comme nous pouvons également le constater du fait que le représentant du Kosovo, qui est un protectorat et un produit de la violation flagrante du "droit international", a assisté à la réunion que le Premier ministre a organisée à Athènes. Cela confirme que les alliances impérialistes, ainsi que tous les gouvernements grecs, taillent le "droit international" à la mesure de leurs propres intérêts. 

Le Premier ministre lui-même a révélé qui bénéficiera des accords du gouvernement, parlant essentiellement en tant que "dealer" de ces sections du capital grec qu'il entend faire participer à la "reconstruction" de l'Ukraine et au futur business de l'énergie, dans une compétition féroce avec d'autres sections des grands intérêts industriels des États du camp euro-atlantique."

منافقٌ هو استحضار "القانون الدولي" لإخفاء التورط الأكثر فاعلية

سجَّل المكتب الإعلامي للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني في بيان له حول البيان المشترك الصادر عن ميتسوتاكيس  و زيلينسكي، ما يلي:

"مهما كان قدر استحضار السيد ميتسوتاكيس ﻠ"القانون الدولي" بنحو منافق، فهو لا يستطيع إخفاء الأهداف الفعلية لحكومته، و هي التي تتمثَّل في التوريط اﻷعمق و اﻷكثر نشاطاً لبلدنا في الحرب الإمبريالية في أوكرانيا و بنحو أشمل في خطط الناتو في المنطقة. أي أن حكومة حزب الجمهورية الجديدة تغذي في جوهر اﻷمر، تلك العوامل التي أدت على حد السواء إلى الصدام بين الناتو وروسيا في أوكرانيا، كما وإلى تفاقم المشاكل في بلدان البلقان.

إن بيان ميتسوتاكيس و زيلينسكي المشترك يخدم أيضاً هذه الأهداف الخطيرة، و هو الذي ينصُّ - على أساس توجهات حلف شمال الأطلسي – على إرسال مزيد من العِتادِ الحربي إلى حكومة زيلينسكي الرجعية، و توفير "ضمانات أمنية" و على ضم أوكرانيا ودمجها في الناتو، و تحويل مدينة ألكسندروبوليس ومناطق أخرى من البلاد إلى قواعد عسكرية، مما يورِّط الشعب في مغامرات خطيرة.

هذا و يتجلى أيضاً نفاق استحضار رئيس الوزراء ﻠ"القانون الدولي" في واقعة حضور ممثل كوسوفو في اللقاء المنظم في أثينا، و هو ممثل دولة - محمية كانت نتاجاً لانتهاك صارخ "للقانون الدولي". مؤكداً أن التحالفات الإمبريالية وجميع الحكومات اليونانية الرديفة لها تقوم "بخياطة و تفصيل القانون الدولي" على مقاس مصالحها الخاصة.

و متحدثاً بنحو جوهري ﻛ "وكيلٍ" لقطاعات من الرأسمال اليوناني، كشف رئيس الوزراء نفسه عن ماهية من سيستفيد من اتفاقيات الحكومة، و هي التي كان قد حددها مُسبقاً للمشاركة في "إعادة إعمار" أوكرانيا و في مشاريع الطاقة خلال الفترة القادمة، ضمن مزاحمة شديدة لها مع قطاعات أخرى من المصالح التجارية الكبيرة لدول القوس الأوروأطلسي.
