No anti-popular government is omnipotent when faced with a stronger KKE

 

On 29/5, the GS of the CC of the KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, spoke at a meeting attended by all the KKE candidates in Attica, Party cadres and other militants who joined forces with the Party in the elections. He called for a further strengthening of the KKE in the new parliamentary elections to be held on 25 June.  

“The optimistic message of these elections —without, of course, overlooking the overall negative correlation of forces— is the significant strengthening of the KKE, which won 7.23%, 427,000 votes, and 26 MPs, taking third place in Attica again, this time achieving  double-digit percentages in the working class–popular neighborhoods and an increase in all regions nationwide”, noted the GS of the CC of KKE.

D. Koutsoumbas referred to the anti-popular government agenda of New Democracy, which, based on the new electoral law that will be in force in the June elections, can secure a government majority in parliament with a smaller electoral percentage. He raised the question of who will truly be in opposition against the anti-popular policy of New Democracy, since SYRIZA and PASOK “agree on the strategic choices of capital and the EU”. “People should have no illusions. Besides, experience now confirms that social democracy in all its versions, whether in the form of PASOK or in the form of SYRIZA, not only cannot provide an answer from the point of view of the people’s interests, but is constantly an important mainstay for anti-popular policies”, stated D. Koutsoumbas.

“This has also been proven by the course of their government: When they passed memoranda one after the other; when they put forward new anti-popular measures; when they formed a coalition government with the right —PASOK did so twice with ND and SYRIZA with ANEL; when prominent figures of the right-wing joined their lists; when they supported all directions of the EU, NATO and so much more. This was proven by their compatible programmes presented during the pre-election period, which serve the same strategic goals and their common choices.

After all, that is why the discussion that took place before 21 May revolved around the potential composition and coalitions of the next government and of course not around what it would implement and for whom.

That is why PASOK was open to form a coalition government either with ND or SYRIZA. And today it is again making itself available, based on its cadres’ statements, in the case that ND fails to form a single-party government.

It is this policy that leads to disappointment and to the conservative turn of a part of the people, to the conviction that there is no alternative. It is this policy that, eventually painted the map blue (TN: the party colour of New Democracy) in the recent elections.

SYRIZA and PASOK will in fact take over the “ministries of the opposition” in the next anti-popular government of New Democracy.

Now they are asking for the people’s support so that the New Democracy government  is not omnipotent.

We respond that no bourgeois government, no matter how many MPs it has, is  omnipotent when faced with a labour–popular movement, with a strong communist party!

And in this country there is the Communist Party of Greece, which received 7.23% in the May elections and can emerge stronger in the next ones.

A strong KKE means a strong labour movement and strong people to put obstacles and delay anti-popular plans, even to achieve some gains.”

 

On the “fall of the left”

The GS of the CC of the KKE referred to the post-election analyses, which, while acknowledging the significant electoral rise of the KKE, refer to the “great fall of the left”.

“We respond in the same way as the leftists, the progressive people who turned their backs on them and supported the KKE. The KKE struggled in practice against the policies of Mitsotakis’ government and its forces do not add up to those who voted for dozens of its anti-popular laws.

You cannot add up those who broke the bans placed under the pretext of the pandemic with those who backed them and said that they would supposedly “settle accounts later”.

You cannot add up those who voted against the dangerous NATO enlargement  with those who voted for it and applauded Zelenksiy and the Nazis of the Azov Battalion in the Greek Parliament.

You cannot add up those who fought to prevent workplaces from being turned into “special economic zones” with no rights for workers with those who voted for the laws of A.  Georgiades, resulting today in one dead and two crippled workers in the Perama Ship Repair Zone. That is the real content of the growth promised by New Democracy and supported by the other parties. Once again, profits are drenched in the workers’ blood!

It is telling that a large part of the Collective Labour Agreement of workers in the Perama Ship Repair Zone concerns health and safety measures. Neither the SYRIZA government nor the ND government put this collective agreement into effect.

You cannot add up those who struggled against fascism and Golden Dawn with those who claim that the voters of Golden Dawn are misled people, aiming to lure their votes, like Tsipras, Konstantopoulou [TN: former SYRIZA MP and Speaker of the Parliament, now head of the party called Plefsi Eleftherias (2.89%)] and Varoufakis [TN: former SYRIZA minister and now head of the MeRA25 party (2.63%)].”

 

The only vote that matters is the one casted in favour of the KKE

D. Koutsoumbas stressed that “the main issue on 25 June will be the strengthening of the KKE; the only party that with consistency, stability and militancy can be a real militant opposition to the New Democracy government and the strategy it will implement.

This has been confirmed all the past years by its action in parliament and, above all, by its struggle on the side of the people and the youth.

That is why the KKE must now be further strengthened.

Even by workers who previously did not take the step to vote for it but may now change their minds.

Because the KKE:

- Is the only party that is a consistent opponent of this policy, because faced with the dilemma “the profits of the few or the lives of the many?” clearly answers “the lives of the many against the profits of the few”.

- Is the only party that is in conflict with the system, the EU, the business groups that the other parties serve.

- Is the only party that is not bound by the system and is, therefore, the only choice against it.

- Is the only party that struggles to change the negative correlation of forces, that has a programme of power–governance which declares that the people must take their fate in their own hands and that they must not pin their hopes on would-be saviours.

Today, everyone needs to think and find the answer to the following questions:

- Who will struggle for collective labour agreements at workplaces, factories, offices and companies when the employers are asking the workers to make more sacrifices?

- Who will struggle in the neighbourhoods when popular families risk losing their homes to the vultures of funds and banks?

- Who will confront the government when it asks for new sacrifices to shift the burdens of a possible new crisis onto the people in order to save the business groups and the banks once again?

- Who will confront the new wave of austerity and further cuts in social spending in the field of education, health and welfare in the name of primary surpluses?

- Who will struggle at the roadblocks at the side of the toiling farmers and the self-employed tradesmen fighting for their survival?

- Who will struggle at the side of artists and intellectuals, i.e. art workers struggling for the cultural uplift of the country, for the great steps forward?

- Who will prevent the reactionary plans of New Democracy, for example the constitutional revision concerning Article 16, when even during the pre-election period SYRIZA and PASOK are open to such a possibility?

- Who will be at the forefront of the struggle against the establishment of private universities and the further commercialization of health care etc.?

- Who will oppose the imperialist involvement in Ukraine at the side of NATO that is taking on new and dangerous dimensions, with the victims being once again our people and the youth?

- Who will oppose the new dangerous developments that are being cooked up concerning Greek-Turkish relations, under the umbrella of the USA and NATO and at the expense of our sovereign rights?

- Who will be at the forefront of the struggle to pave the way for the people to become the protagonists of the developments, to take power, with a crystal clear pro-workers and pro-people programme based on central scientific planning of the economy and services, and the direct participation and workers’–people’s control, in a new society that will overthrow the current decay and barbarity?

The answer to all the above is obvious: the KKE and its MPs.

The more KKE MPs, the stronger the struggles that we all have to fight together.

We have taken a step forward, think what will happen if we take a leap forward.

Let’s go for it. We can do it!  

We continue in a dynamic way. We are not complacent with what we have achieved so far.

We know that many more people are now turning their attention to and put their trust in the KKE. We must live up to their expectations.

Let’s fight this battle with realism and optimism so that on 26 June the KKE and the people will emerge even stronger.

Hope lies in a strong KKE!”

Только при сильной КПГ никакое антинародное правительство не является всесильным

 

29 мая Генсек ЦК КПГ Димитрис Куцумбас выступил на мероприятии, на котором присутствовали все кандидаты в депутаты от КПГ в Аттике, руководящие деятели партии и другие активные борцы, участвующие вместе с КПГ в предвыборной борьбе, призвав снова поддержать КПГ на новых досрочных парламентских выборах, которые состоятся 25 июня, оказать еще большую электоральную поддержку партии.

Генсек ЦК КПГ отметил, что «значительное усиление позиций КПГ, получившей 7,23% или 427.000 голосов, избравшей 26 депутатов, занявшей вновь третье место в Аттике, на этот раз получив в процентах двузначный результат в рабочих кварталах, а также улучшив результаты во всех регионах страны, является оптимистичным сигналом этих выборов, но, безусловно, нельзя не учитывать отрицательный расклад сил в целом».

Д. Куцумбас коснулся антинародной повестки правительства НД, которое на основе нового избирательного закона, вступающего в силу со дня проведения июньских выборов, может сформировать правительственное большинство в парламенте при более низкой электоральной поддержке. Он задался вопросом о том, кто может быть оппозицией антинародной политике НД, ведь СИРИЗА и ПАСОК «сходятся по вопросам стратегических решений капитала и ЕС». А также добавил: «Не питайте никаких иллюзий. Ибо опыт показывает нам, что социал-демократия во всех ее вариантах, будь то в форме ПАСОК или СИРИЗА, не только не может защитить интересы народа, но и постоянно является важной опорой антинародной политики. Ведь период их правления  - тому подтверждение.  Они голосовали за меморандумы, принимали новые антинародные меры, входили в коалиционное правительство с правыми: ПАСОК дважды с НД, СИРИЗА с АНЭЛ. Они с лёгкостью включали в свои бюллетени известных «правых». Поддерживали все направления ЕС, НАТО и многое другое.    

      Подтверждением тому является «состыковка» их предвыборных программ, которые   служили одним и тем же стратегическим целям и общим интересам.

      Именно поэтому все разговоры до 21 мая были о том, каким может быть состав очередного правительства, о возможном сотрудничестве в рамках правительства, а не о том, что оно будет реализовывать и в интересах кого.

      Поэтому ПАСОК изъявляла готовность сотрудничать либо с НД, либо с СИРИЗА. И сегодня она вновь заявляет о готовности к сотрудничеству, о чем свидетельствуют заявления руководящих деятелей партии, в случае если НД не удастся самостоятельно сформировать правительство.

      Именно эта политика ведет народ к разочарованию и консерватизму, к убеждению, что альтернативы этому не существует.

      СИРИЗА и ПАСОК в действительности займут «министерства оппозиции» в очередном антинародном правительстве НД.

      Посмотрите, что они сейчас говорят: они просят поддержки народа, чтобы правительство НД не было всесильным.

      Мы им отвечаем: ни одно буржуазное правительство, сколько бы в нем ни было депутатов, не является всесильным, когда есть рабочее, народное движение, когда есть сильная КПГ!

      И в этой стране есть Коммунистическая партия Греции, которая на майских выборах набрала 7,23%, а на следующих может набрать еще больше голосов.

      Сильная КПГ означает сильное рабочее движение, сильный народ, препятствующий принятию антинародных мер, сдерживающий их, даже приумножающий завоевания».

 

О «падении левых»

Касаясь оценок итогов выборов аналитиками, признающими значительный подъем КПГ, но говорящими о «большом падении левых», Генсек ЦК КПГ добавил:

«Мы говорим им то же, что и люди левых, прогрессивных взглядов, которые отвернулись от них и поддержали КПГ. КПГ на деле боролась с политикой правительства Мицотакиса, и ее силы не суммируются с теми, кто голосовал за десятки антинародных законов.

      Да, голоса тех, кто занял принципиальную позицию в период пандемии, не суммируются с голосами тех, кто поддерживал правительство и говорил, что «с ними мы рассчитаемся позже».

      Тех, кто голосовал против опасного расширения НАТО, нельзя причислять к тем, кто голосовал за него и приветствовал Зеленского и нацистов батальона «Азов» в греческом парламенте.

      Тех, кто боролся против превращения рабочих мест в «особые экономические зоны», где трудящиеся будут бесправными, к тем, кто голосовал за законы Ад. Георгиадиса. В итоге сегодня мы скорбим по поводу трагедии, произошедшей в судоремонтной зоне Перама, в результате которой один рабочий погиб, а два получили ранения. Вот оно реальное содержание экономического развития, обещанного НД, с которым соглашаются и другие партии. Прибыль вновь окропилась кровью рабочих!

      Характерно, что значительная часть коллективного трудового договора (КТД) судоремонтной отрасли касается техники безопасности. Предыдущее правительство СИРИЗА и последующее правительство НД  даже не потрудились сделать этот КТД обязательным.

      Нельзя причислять тех, кто боролся с фашизмом и партией «Золотая Заря», к тем, кто в 2023 году обнаружил введенных в заблуждение избирателей «ЗЗ», чтобы оправдать ловлю голосов в мутных водах фашизма, к таким как Ципрас, Константинопулу [примечание: бывшая депутат парламента от СИРИЗА и спикер парламента, в настоящее время лидер партии «Плевси Элефтериас» (2,89%)] и Варуфакис [примечание: бывший министр СИРИЗА и в настоящее время лидер партии «МЕРА25» (2,63%)]».

 

      Единственный голос, который имеет значение, - это голос за КПГ

      Д. Куцумбас отметил: «Важно то, насколько сильной будет 25 июня КПГ, единственная партия, занимающая последовательную, твердую и решительную позицию, которая может составить настоящую боевитую оппозицию правительству НД и стратегии, которую оно будет реализовывать.

      Ее деятельность в парламенте все предыдущие годы, но прежде всего ее борьба вместе с народом и молодежью на улицах доказывают это.

      Вот почему  КПГ теперь должна стать еще сильнее.

      Трудящиеся, которые не решались сделать шаг к ее укреплению, теперь могут это сделать.

      Потому что КПГ:

      - Это единственная партия, которая является последовательным противником этой политики, потому что на дилемму «либо прибыль немногих, либо жизни многих людей» она отвечает четко: жизни многих людей наперекор прибыли немногих.

      - Это единственная партия, которая борется против капиталистической системы, ЕС, предпринимательских групп, которым служат другие партии.

      - Это единственная партия, не имеющая привязок к системе и поэтому является единственным антисистемным решением.

      - Это единственная партия, которая борется за изменение неблагоприятного расклада сил, у которой есть Программа власти и управления, на основе которой народ возьмет свою судьбу в свои руки, не надеясь на так называемых «спасителей».

      Сегодня всем нужно подумать и ответить на вопросы:

      - Кто будет завтра находиться на рабочих местах, на заводах, в офисах, на предприятиях и бороться за подписание большего количества коллективных договоров, когда работодатели будут требовать от трудящихся больше жертв?

      - Кто будет завтра находиться в соседних кварталах, когда «вороны» из фондов и банков будут выселять пролетарские семьи из своих домов?

      - Кто будет завтра выступать против правительства, когда оно потребует новых жертв, чтобы переложить бремя возможного нового кризиса на плечи народа, чтобы снова спасти  предпринимательские группы и банки?

      - Кто будет завтра  выступать против новой политики жесткой экономии, нового сокращения социальных расходов на образование, здравоохранение, социальное обеспечение во имя первичных профицитов?

      - Кто будет завтра перекрывать национальные трассы вместе с крестьянами,  самозанятыми, которые будут бороться за свое выживание?

      - Кто будет идти в первых рядах борьбы вместе с деятелями искусства и интеллигенцией, тружениками духа, искусства и жизни за культурный рост страны, за гигантские шаги вперёд?

      - Кто будет препятствовать принятию реакционных поправок, которые планирует внести НД,  пересматривая Конституцию, например, внося изменения  в статью 16, когда даже в ходе предвыборной кампании СИРИЗА и ПАСОК заявляют, что готовы к обсуждению этих изменений?

      - Кто будет завтра идти в первых рядах борьбы против создания частных университетов и дальнейшей коммерциализации здравоохранения и многого другого?

      - Кто будет завтра выступать против участия страны на стороне НАТО в империалистической войне на Украине, приобретающей новые опасные масштабы, жертвами которой могут стать наш народ и молодежь?

      - Кто будет выступать против нового опасного хода событий, связанного с урегулированием греко-турецких отношений под американо-натовским зонтиком  в ущерб нашим суверенным правам?  

      - Кто будет идти в первых рядах борьбы и прокладывать путь к тому, чтобы народ стал главным действующим лицом событий, взял власть в свои руки, свергнув сегодняшнюю гнилую и варварскую капиталистическую систему, и на основе рабочей-пронародной программы, централизованного научного планирования экономики, услуг, непосредственного участия трудящихся в управлении и рабочего народного контроля  построил новое общество?

      Ответ очевиден для всех: там будет КПГ и ее депутаты.

      Чем больше будет депутатов от КПГ, тем сильнее будет эта борьба, которую мы должны вести все вместе.

      Мы сделали первый шаг, только подумайте, что произойдет, если мы сделаем прыжок.

      Давайте сделаем это. Мы можем!  

      Мы динамично движемся вперед. Мы не останавливаемся на достигнутом.

      Мы знаем, что больше людей теперь обращают свои взоры на КПГ и возлагают надежды на нее.

      Мы должны оправдать их ожидания.

      Так давайте дадим этот бой, смотря с оптимизмом в будущее. Чтобы КПГ стала еще сильнее 26 июня. Чтобы народ был сильнее.

      Надежда в сильной КПГ!»

Avec un KKE plus fort aucun gouvernement anti-populaire n’est omnipotent

 

            Le Secrétaire Général du CC du KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumbas,s’est adressé le 29 mai à une réunion de tous les candidats députés du KKE en Attique, des cadres du Parti et d’autres militants qui se sont ralliés au Parti dans la bataille électorale,  et à nouveau maintenant, pour un renforcement électoral encore plus grand du Parti. Le Secrétaire Général a appelé à un nouveau soutien du KKE lors des nouvelles élections législatives anticipées qui auront lieu le 25 juin.

            Il a noté que "Le renforcement significatif du KKE, avec un pourcentage de 7,23%, 427.000 voix, 26 députés, arrivant à nouveau en troisième place en Attique, cette fois avec des pourcentages à deux chiffres dans les quartiers populaires, mais aussi avec une hausse dans toutes les circonscriptions à l'échelle nationale, est le message optimiste de ces élections, sans bien sûr négliger le rapport de forces négatif global".

            D. Koutsoumbas a évoqué le programme gouvernemental anti-populaire de la Nouvelle Démocratie, qui, sur la base de la nouvelle loi électorale qui entrera en vigueur lors des élections de juin, peut obtenir une majorité gouvernementale au parlement avec un pourcentage électoral plus faible. Il a posé la question de qui peut s'opposer à la politique anti-peuple de la ND, puisque SYRIZA et le PASOK "sont d'accord sur les choix stratégiques du capital et de l'UE". Comme l'a dit D. Koutsoumbas : "Que personne ne se fasse d'illusions. En outre, l'expérience confirme aujourd'hui que la social-démocratie dans toutes ses versions, que ce soit sous la forme du PASOK ou de SYRIZA, non seulement ne peut pas fournir de solutionen faveur des intérêts du peuple, mais constitue constamment un soutien important aux politiques anti-populaires.

            Cela a d'ailleurs été prouvé par la façon dont ils ont gouverné: ils ont adopté des mémorandums les uns après les autres; ils ont introduit de nouvelles mesures anti-populaires; ils ont co-gouverné avec la droite: le PASOK a co-gouverné deux fois avec la ND et SYRIZA avec ANEL; des "gens de droite" connus se sont facilement intégrés à leurs listes; ils ont soutenu toutes les directions de l'UE, de l'OTAN et bien d'autres choses encore.

            Les programmes "compatibles" qu'ils ont présentés avant les élections, tous au service des leurs objectifs stratégiques et de leurs choix communs, l'ont également prouvé.

            C'est pourquoi, en fait, toute la discussion avant le 21 mai portait sur la composition et les partenariats du prochain gouvernement et non, bien sûr, sur ce qu'il mettrait en œuvre et pour qui.

            C'est pourquoi le PASOK était disponible pour gouverner soit avec la ND, soit avec SYRIZA. Et aujourd'hui, il se dit à nouveau disponible, selon les déclarations de ses cadres, si la ND ne parvient pas à former un gouvernement majoritaire.

            C'est cette politique qui conduit à la déception et au virage conservateurd’une partie du peuple, qui leur fait croire qu'il n'y a pas d'alternative. C'est cette politique qui, en fin de compte, a peint la carte en bleu lors des dernières élections. [ndt: Le bleu c’est la couleur de la ND]

            SYRIZA et le PASOK occuperont en fait les "ministères de l'opposition" lors du prochain gouvernement anti-populaire de la ND.

             Qu’est-ce qu’ils disent maintenant? Ils demandent le soutien du peuple pour que le gouvernement de la ND ne soit pas omnipotent.

            Nous leur répondons: Aucun gouvernement bourgeois, quel que soit le nombre de ses députés, n'est omnipotent lorsqu'il existe un mouvement ouvrier et populaire, lorsqu'il existe un KKE fort!

            Et dans ce pays, il y a le Parti Communiste de Grèce, qui a obtenu 7,23% aux élections de mai, et qui peut devenir encore plus fort aux prochaines élections.

            Un KKE fort signifie un mouvement ouvrier fort, un peuple fort pour dresser des obstacles, pour retarder des mesures anti-populaires et même pour obtenir des conquêtes".

 

            Sur la "chute de la gauche"

            Le Secrétaire Général du CC du KKE s'est référé aux analyses post-électorales qui, tout en reconnaissant l'importante hausse électorale du KKE, parlent de la "grande chute de la gauche" et a ajouté:

            "Nous leur disons ce que les gens de gauche, les progressistes qui leur ont tourné le dos et ont soutenu le KKE, leur disent. Le KKE a combattu les politiques du gouvernement de Mitsotakis dans la pratique et ses forces ne s'additionnent pas à celles de ceux qui ont voté des dizaines de lois anti-populaires.

            Ceux qui ont brisé les interdictions, au nom de la pandémie, ne s'additionnent pas à ceux qui les ont soutenu en disant qu'ils "régleraient les comptes plus tard".

            On ne peut pas additionner ceux qui ont voté contre le dangereux élargissement de l'OTAN à ceux qui l’ont adopté et qui ont accueilli Zelenksy et les nazis du bataillon d'Azov au Parlement grec.

            Ceux qui se sont battus pour empêcher que les lieux de travail ne soient transformés en "zones économiques spéciales" sans droits pour les travailleurs, à ceux qui ont voté pour les lois d'Adonis Georgiadis. En conséquence, nous déplorons aujourd'hui un travailleur mort et deux travailleurs blessés dans la zone de Perama. Voilà le contenu réel du développement promis par la ND et soutenu par les autres partis. Une fois de plus, des profits baignés du sang des travailleurs!

            Il est significatif qu'une grande partie de la Convention Collective de Travail de la Construction navale concerne les mesures de santé et de sécurité. Cette convention collective n'a pas été rendue obligatoire par le précédent gouvernement de SYRIZA ni par celui de la ND.

            Ceux qui ont lutté contre le fascisme et l’Aube Dorée ne peuvent pas être additionnés à ceux qui ont découvert en 2023 des électeurs "trompés" de l’Aube Dorée pour justifier la pêche aux votes dans les eaux sales du fascisme, comme Tsipras, Konstantopoulou [ndlr: ancienne députée de SYRIZA et présidente du Parlement, aujourd'hui à la tête du parti "Plefsi Eleftherias" (2,89 %)] et Varoufakis [ndlr: ancien ministre de SYRIZA et aujourd'hui à la tête du parti "MERA25" (2,63 %)]".

 

            Le seul vote qui vaut la peine et celui pour le KKE

D. Koutsoumbas a noté que "ce qui est essentiel le 25 juin, c'est la force du KKE, du seul parti qui, par sa cohérence, sa stabilité et son militantisme, peut constituer une véritable opposition militante au gouvernement de la ND et à la stratégie qu'il mettra en œuvre.

            Il l'a prouvé toutes les années précédentes par son action au Parlement et, surtout, il l'a prouvé avec le peuple et la jeunesse dans les luttes.

            C'est pourquoi le KKE doit aujourd'hui être encore plus fort.

            Les travailleurs qui n'ont pas voté pour le KKE peuvent le faire maintenant.

            Parce que le KKE:

            -Est le seul parti qui s'oppose systématiquement à cette politique, parce qu'au dilemme "soit les profits de quelques-uns, soit la vie du plus grand nombre" il répond clairement: La vie du plus grand nombre contre les profits de quelques-uns.

            -Est le seul parti qui s'oppose au système, à l'UE, aux groupes d'affaires que les autres partis servent.

            -Est le seul parti qui n'a pas d’engagements envers le système et donc est le seul choix anti-systémique. 

            -Est le seul parti qui se bat pour changer le rapport de forces négatif, qui a un programme de pouvoir et de gouvernement qui prévoit que le peuple prend son destin en main et ne place pas ses espoirs dans des aspirants "sauveurs".

            Aujourd'hui, tout le monde doit réfléchir, mais aussi répondre:

            -Qui sera demain sur les lieux de travail, dans les usines, dans les bureaux, dans les entreprises, quand les employeurs demanderont plus de sacrifices, se battant pour que plus de conventions collectives soient signées?

            -Qui sera demain dans les quartiers, quand les familles populaires risquent de perdre leur maison par les vautours des fonds et des banques?

            -Qui s’opposera au gouvernement demain lorsqu'il demandera de nouveaux sacrifices pour faire peser le fardeau d'une éventuelle nouvelle crise sur le peuple afin de sauver à nouveau les groupes d'affaires et les banques?

            -Qui s'opposera demain à une nouvelle austérité, à de nouvelles réductions des dépenses sociales pour l'éducation, la santé et la protection sociale au nom des excédents primaires?

            -Qui sera présent demain aux blocages routiers agricoles, aux côtés des agriculteurs de subsistance, aux côtés des travailleurs indépendants qui lutteront pour leur survie?

            -Qui sera aux côtés des artistes et des intellectuels, des travailleurs de l'esprit et de l'art qui luttent pour l'élévation culturelle du pays, pour des grands pas en avant?

            -Qui empêchera même les réformes réactionnaires prévues par la Nouvelle Démocratie, avec une révision constitutionnelle, par exemple en ce qui concerne l'article 16, alors que, même pendant les élections, SYRIZA et le PASOK sont ouverts à cette possibilité?

            -Qui sera en première ligne de la lutte contre la création des universités privées et la poursuite de la commercialisation des soins de santé et tant d'autres?

            -Qui s'opposera demain à l'engagement impérialiste aux côtés de l'OTAN en Ukraine, qui prend des dimensions nouvelles et dangereuses, et dont notre peuple et notre jeunesse sont les victimes?

            Qui s'opposera aux nouveaux développements dangereux qui se préparent dans les relations gréco-turques, sous l'égide des États-Unis et de l'OTAN et aux dépens de nos droits souverains?

            -Qui sera à l'avant-garde de la lutte pour ouvrir la voie au peuple lui-même afin qu'il passe au premier plan, qu'il prenne lui-même le pouvoir, avec un programme clairement en faveur de la classe ouvrière et du peuple, basé sur la planification centrale scientifique de l'économie, des services, avec la participation directe et le contrôle de la classe ouvrière et du peuple, dans une nouvelle société pour renverser la pourriture et la barbarie actuelles?

            La réponse est évidente pour tout le monde: Le KKE et ses députés seront en première ligne de ces luttes.

            Plus ces députés seront nombreux, plus fortes seront les luttes que nous devrons mener tous ensemble.

            Nous avons fait un pas, pensons à ce qui se passera si nous faisons le saut.

            Nous pouvons y parvenir!  

            Alors, allons de l'avant dynamiquement. Nous ne sommes pas complaisants par rapport à ce que nous avons accompli.

            Nous savons que de plus en plus de personnes tournent les regards et leurs espérances vers le KKE.

            Nous devons être à la hauteur de leurs attentes.

            Continuons donc à mener cette bataille avec réalisme et optimisme. Pour que le KKE soit encore plus fort le 26 juin. Pour que le peuple soit plus fort.

            L’espoir se trouve dans un fort KKE!

مع حزب شيوعي يوناني أقوى، ما من حكومة مناهضة للشعب شديدة البأس

 

 تحدث الأمين العام للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، ذيميتريس كوتسوباس، يوم 29\5 في اجتماع حضره جميع مرشحو الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني للبرلمان من محافظة أتيكي، و كوادر حزبية وغيرهم من المناضلين الذين واكبوا الحزب في المعركة الانتخابية ، و يواكبونه الآن لمرة أخرى، من أجل تحقيق دعم انتخابي أكبر للحزب، داعيا إلى دعم جديد للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني في الانتخابات البرلمانية الجديدة المبكرة التي ستُجرى يوم 25 حزيران\يونيو.

و في كلمته سجَّل الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني: «إن التعزيز الهام للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، بنسبة بلغت 7.23٪ ، يعادلها 427 ألف صوت و 26 نائبا، و حصوله مرة أخرى على المركز الثالث في محافظة أتيكي، وهذه المرة بنسب عشرية في الأحياء العمالية الشعبية، ولكن مع تسجيل زيادة لنسبته في جميع المقاطعات على المستوى الوطني، هو رسالة تفاؤل لهذه الانتخابات، و بالتأكيد دون التغاضي عن تناسب القوة السلبي الإجمالي».

وأشار ذيميتريس كوتسوباس إلى أجندة حكومة حزب المناهضة للشعب، و هو الحزب الذي سيستطيع تأمين أغلبية حكومية في البرلمان مع تحقيق نسبة انتخابية أقل، بناءاً على قانون الانتخابات الجديد الذي سيدخل حيز التنفيذ في انتخابات حزيران\يونيو. و طرح سؤالا حول من يمكن أن يكون معارضا لسياسة حزب الجمهورية الجديدة المناهضة للشعب، في وقت اتفاق حزبي سيريزا و الباسوك "على الخيارات الاستراتيجية لرأس المال والاتحاد الأوروبي". كما و أفاد ذيميتريس كوتسوباس: «لا لتبني أي أحد للأوهام. و غير ذلك، فإن التجربة تؤكد الآن أن الاشتراكية الديمقراطية بجميع نسخها، أسواء بصيغة الباسوك أو بصيغة سيريزا، لا تعجز فحسب عن تقديم ردٍّ من وجهة نظر المصالح الشعبية، بل تشكِّل و باستمرار دعامة هامة للسياسة المناهضة للشعب.

و في كل حال فقد ثبت ذلك من خلال مسيرتهما الحكومية: عندما صوتا في صالح المذكرات واحدة تلو الأخرى، و عندما  أحضرا تدابير جديدة مناهضة للشعب، و عندما حكما في ائتلاف مع اليمين، حيث قام حزب الباسوك بذلك مرتين مع حزب الجمهورية الجديدة، و سيريزا مع حزب اليونانيين المستقلين. و عندما وضعا و بسهولة "يمينيين" مشهورين في قوائمهما الانتخابية. و عندما دعما كافة توجهات الاتحاد الأوروبي وحلف شمال الأطلسي و غير ذلك الكثير.

لقد ثبُت ذلك عبر برامجها "القابلة للتركيب" التي قدمتها قبل الانتخابات وخدمت جميعها ذات الأهداف الاستراتيجية وخياراتها المشتركة.

و لهذا السبب، و بعد كل شيء، فقد كانت المناقشة بأكملها قبل 21 أيار\مايو تجري حول ماهية التشكيلة و الشراكات الممكن أن تفضي إلى حكومة قادمة، و بالطبع ليس حول ما ستطبقه اﻷخيرة و لصالح من.

و لهذا السبب، عرض حزب الباسوك نفسه متاحاً للتعاون إما مع حزب الجمهورية الجديدة أو مع سيريزا.  و هو اليوم يعلن مرة أخرى أنه متاح للتعاون -  بناءاً على تصريحات كوادره -  إذا لم ينجح حزب الجمهورية الجديدة في استحصال قوة اغلبية برلمانية.

هذه هي السياسة التي تقود أناس شعبيين نحو خيبة الأمل و إلى النزوع نحو المحافظة و الاعتقاد بعدم وجود بديل. هذه هي السياسة التي لوَّنت الخريطة باللون الأزرق في الانتخابات الأخيرة.

سيشغل حزب سيريزا و الباسوك فعلياً "وزارات المعارضة" في حكومة حزب الجمهورية الجديدة، التالية المناهضة للشعب.

انظروا الآن ماذا يقولون: إنهم يطلبون دعم الشعب حتى لا تكون حكومة حزب الجمهورية الجديدة شديدة البأس.

إننا نجيبهم: ما من حكومة برجوازية شديدة البأس، مهما بلغ عدد نوابها، عندما تكون هناك حركة عمالية شعبية، عندما يكون هناك حزب شيوعي يوناني قوي!

و في هذا البلد هناك حزب شيوعي يوناني حصل على 7.23٪ في انتخابات أيار\مايو، و باستطاعته في الانتخابات القادمة أن يتعزز بنحو أكثر.

إن وجود حزب شيوعي يوناني قوي يعني وجود حركة عمالية قوية، وشعباً قوياً لوضع العقبات و تأخير التدابير، وصولاً حتى تحقيق المكاسب أيضاً».

حول "سقوط اليسار"

أشار الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني إلى التحليلات التي أعقبت الانتخابات، و هي التي تتحدث - في حين اعترافها بالصعود الانتخابي الكبير للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني - عن "سقوط كبير لليسار" وأضاف:

«إننا نقول لهم ما يقوله لهم أيضا اليساريون التقدميون الذين أداروا ظهورهم لهم ودعموا الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني. لقد حارب الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني في الممارسة سياسة حكومة ميتسوتاكيس، و أن قواته لا تحتسب في جملة أولئك الذين صوتوا لصالح عشرات القوانين المناهضة للشعب.

أجل، لا يُحتسب أولئك الذين كسروا الحظر المفروض باسم الوباء، مع مجموع أولئك الذين اسندوا الحظر زاعمين بأنهم "سيتحاسبون لاحقاً".

من غير الممكن جمع أولئك الذين صوتوا ضد التوسيع الخطِر لحلف الناتو، مع أولئك الذين صوتوا لصالحه و رحبوا بزيلينسكي ونازيي آزوف في البرلمان اليوناني.

و لا يمكن جمع أولئك الذين كافحوا لمنع تحويل مواقع العمل إلى "مناطق اقتصادية خاصة"  دون حقوق للعمال، مع أولئك الذين صوتوا لصالح قوانين آذونيس يورغياذيس. مما أنتج نعينا اليوم لعامل قتيل وعاملين معاقين في منطقة بيراما. هذا هو المضمون الفعلي للتنمية التي وعد بها حزب الجمهورية الجديدة و التي تساندها الأحزاب الأخرى. و التي تتمثل في أرباح مصبوغة مرة أخرى بدماء العمال!

من الموصوف أن جزءاً كبيراً من اتفاقية العمل الجماعي لقطاع لبناء السفن يتعلق بتدابير الصحة والسلامة. إن حكومة سيريزا السابقة و حكومة حزب الجمهورية الجديدة التي لحقتها لم تضفيا سمة اﻹلزامية على الاتفاقية المذكورة.

من غير الممكن جمع أولئك الذين حاربوا الفاشية و منظمة الفجر الذهبي مع أولئك الذين اكتشفوا في عام 2023 وجود ناخبين مضللين من أجل تبرير اصطيادهم أصوات انتخابية في مياه الفاشية القذرة، على غرار فِعل تسيبراس، و كونستاندوبولو [ملاحظة: نائب سابق لحزب سيريزا ورئيس البرلمان. هي اليوم رئيس حزب "إبحار الحرية" (2.89٪)] وفاروفاكيس [ملاحظة: وزير سابق لحكومة سيريزا. و اليوم رئيس حزب "ميرا 25" (2.63٪)].

التصويت الوحيد المحتسب هو التصويت لصالح الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني

سجَّل ذيميتريس كوتسوباس في كلمته:«إن ما يُحتسب في 25 حزيران\يونيو هو مدى قوة الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، وهو الحزب الوحيد القادر بثبات و اتساق و كفاحية، على ممارسة معارضة كفاحية فعلية لحكومة حزب الجمهورية الجديدة و لاستراتيجيتها المتبعة.

لقد أثبت الحزب ذلك طوال السنوات الماضية عبر نشاطه في البرلمان، و أثبته بنحو رئيسي إلى جانب الشعب والشباب في شوارع النضال.

و لهذا السبب ينبغي الآن تعزيز الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني بنحو أكثر.

حتى من قبل عمال لم يُقدموا بعد على هذه الخطوة و بإمكانهم الآن تحقيقها.

لأي سبب ينبغي تعزيز الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني:

• - لأنه الحزب الوحيد المُعارض بنحو ثابت لهذه السياسة، و لأنه يجيب بوضوح: في صالح حياة الكثيرين، على المعضلة التي مفادها "إما أرباح القلة أو حياة الكثيرين".
• - لأنه الحزب الوحيد الذي يصطدم مع النظام و مع الاتحاد الأوروبي ومجموعات الأعمال التي تخدمها الأحزاب الأخرى.
• - لأنه الحزب الوحيد الذي ما من التزامات لديه تجاه النظام، ولذا فهو الخيار الوحيد الفعلي ضد النظام.
• - لأنه الحزب الوحيد الذي يكافح من أجل تغيير تناسب القوة السلبي، ولديه برنامج حكم و سلطة و هو الذي ينص على أن يأخذ الشعب مصيره بأيديه و ألا يعلق آماله على "منقذين" طامحين.

هناك اليوم حاجة ليفكر الجميع، رجالاً و نساء و أن يجيبوا على التالي:

• - من سيكون حاضراً غدا في أماكن العمل، في المصانع، في المكاتب، في الشركات، عندما يطلب أرباب العمل المزيد من التضحيات، ويكافح من أجل توقيع المزيد من الاتفاقيات الجماعية؟
• - من سيكون في الأحياء السكنية يوم الغد عندما تتعرض العائلات الشعبية لخطر سلب منازلها من قبل غُربان الصناديق والبنوك؟
• - من سيكون في مجابهة الحكومة غدا عندما تطلب تضحيات جديدة عن جديد  من أجل إثقال كاهل الشعب بعبء أزمة جديدة محتملة من أجل إنقاذ مجموعات الأعمال والبنوك؟
• - من سيقف غدا في مواجهة  التقشف الجديد، و التخفيضات الجديدة في الإنفاق الاجتماعي على مجالات التعليم والصحة والرعاية الاجتماعية باسم تحقيق الفوائض الأولية؟
• - من سيتواجد غداً على حواجز المزارعين لإسناد المزارعين المكافحين من أجل البقاء،  و بجانب المهنيين العاملين لحسابهم الخاص المكافحين من أجل بقائهم؟
• - من سيكون أمام الفنانين والمثقفين، و عمال الروح والفن والحياة من أجل نهضة البلاد الثقافية و من أجل تحقيق  التجاوزات العظيمة؟
• - من الذي سيعيق حتى التغييرات الرجعية المتواجدة في خطط حزب الجمهورية الجديدة لمراجعة دستورية، على سبيل المثال للمادة 16، في وقت يعلن حزبا سيريزا و الباسوك أنهما منفتحان على مثل هذا الاحتمال، حتى قبل الانتخابات؟
• - من سيكون غداً على أسوار النضال ضد إنشاء جامعات خاصة و ضد التسليع اﻷبعد لخدمات الصحة وغيرها الكثير؟
• - من سيكون غداً في مواجهة قيام التدخل الإمبريالي إلى جانب الناتو في أوكرانيا، والذي يتخذ أبعاداً خطيرة جديدة مع ضحايا ستتمثل في شعبنا وشبابنا؟
• - من سيكون ضد التطورات الخطيرة الجديدة الجاري إعدادها في الشؤون اليونانية التركية تحت مظلة أمريكا وحلف شمال الأطلسي وعلى حساب حقوقنا السيادية؟
• - من سيكون في المقدمة، لكي يُفتح الطريق ليصبح الشعب نفسه بطل التطورات، ليضطلع نفسه بالسلطة من خلال برنامج خالص مؤيد للعمال و الشعب، مع تخطيط علمي مركزي للاقتصاد و للخدمات، و مع مشاركة و رقابة عمالية شعبية مباشرة، في مجتمع جديد يطيح بالعفن والبربرية الحاليين؟

إن الجواب بديهي للجميع رجالاً و نساء: سيكون الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني و نوابه هناك.

 وكلما زاد عدد هؤلاء النواب، ستزداد قوة هذه النضالات التي يتعين علينا جميعاً خوضها معاً.

لقد أقدمنا على خطوة، فكروا فيما سيحدث إذا انجزنا القفزة.

فلنمضِ لإنجازها. إن ذلك في وسعنا!

و لذلك، فإننا نمضي نحو اﻷمام بزخم. و لا نستكين مع كل ما حققناه.

إننا نعلم أن الكثيرين الآن يوجهون أنظارهم وآمالهم نحو الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني.

علينا أن نتجاوب مع تطلعاتهم.

دعونا إذن نخوض هذه المعركة أيضاً بواقعية وتفاؤل. لكي يكون الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني أقوى في 26 حزيران\يونيو. لكي يكون الشعب أقوى.

حزب شيوعي يوناني قوي، إن اﻷمل حاضر هنا!».
