Significant rise of the KKE, a hopeful message for the people

In the parliamentary elections held on Sunday 21/5, the KKE achieved a 2% increase, receiving 7.23%, i.e. more than 425,000 votes (125,000 more votes in comparison with the previous elections) and electing 26 MPs (11 more MPs in comparison with the previous elections). It is also important to note that the KKE is the third party in Attica, the wider region around the Greek capital.

Dimitris Koutsoumbas, GS of the CC of the KKE, made the following statement on the evening of the elections:

“On behalf of the CC of the KKE, we salute the thousands of workers and young people who took this step today and voted for the KKE, resulting in its considerable rise.

We want to congratulate the thousands of members and cadres of the KKE and KNE who gave their best, contributing to this election result.

This result is the fruit of the experience of the workers and the people who took part in struggles and important actions in the previous years together with the communists.

In particular, we want to thank those who have joined forces with us in this electoral battle, either as candidates or with their personal, multifaceted contribution to the strengthening of the KKE.

The new and old forces that have rallied around our Party can today provide new impetus to the path of the people’s counter-attack, to the class struggle with mass characteristics, to the regroupment of the entire labour trade union movement, to the promotion of the social alliance against the monopolies, capital and capitalism.

The strengthening of the political influence of the KKE, especially in important urban centres of the country, in working-class neighbourhoods of the big cities, in areas where a large part of the industrial labour force and the labour force in general is concentrated, as for example in Attica, are promising messages that pave the way for tomorrow.

The correlation of forces between the bourgeois parties of New Democracy, SYRIZA and PASOK that emerged from today’s elections shows not only the potential for the formation of a government that will continue in the same, anti-popular direction but also a consensus and support from forces that will be in opposition, to the benefit of big capital and at the expense of workers in the private and public sector, of the self-employed, of scientists, of farmers, of the pensioners and the youth.

As the KKE has been pointing out all this time, it is clear that despite their individual differences and confrontations, they converge on basic strategic policies, on basic directions. And not just that – particularly SYRIZA, both when in government and in opposition during the past four years, has been a key vehicle for the conservative turn of the people, eventually fueling the prevalence of New Democracy. Thus from tomorrow, the Greek people and youth will be faced with a new wave of attacks for the implementation of the new prerequisites of the Recovery Fund, a new round of cuts and austerity, a strict fiscal policy, the possibility of a new economic crisis, the dangerous developments regarding the imperialist war in Ukraine and Greece’s increased involvement in it and also the negative settlements regarding the Greek-Turkish relations under the umbrella of NATO. All the above will be implemented by the new anti-popular government that will emerge. No support, no tolerance, no compromise in the face of all these anti-popular policies!

The KKE will be the only hopeful opposition for our people both in and out of parliament, on the side of the class people’s struggles for the protection of the life, income and all the rights of the people and the youth.

The thoughts and scenarios for new elections are being made not because a government cannot be formed but because they want to alter the vote of the people with blackmailing dilemmas and to grab both votes and parliamentary seats based on the new electoral law. Therefore, in this case it is necessary from now on to prepare for an even greater strengthening of the KKE, since their anti-popular agenda is more than a given. Because the KKE will use the power given to it by the people at the elections to contribute both in parliament and on the streets of struggle to organize the popular resistance and the counter-attack on the path of the overthrow of capitalism. The MPs of the KKE will be a real support of the people’s demands; they will strengthen the voice defending and promoting the people’s interests both in parliament and everywhere.

In the coming period, we will continue just the way we started; in a strong, dynamic manner.”

Значительный подъем КПГ, обнадеживающий сигнал для народа

На парламентских выборах, состоявшихся в воскресенье, 21 мая, КПГ улучшила свой результат на 2%, набрав 7,23 % или 425 тыс. голосов (на 125 тыс. голосов больше), и избрала в общей сложности 26 депутатов (на 11 больше). Важным фактом является также то, что КПГ является третьей партией в Аттике, в районе столицы.

От имени ЦК КПГ мы действительно приветствуем тысячи трудящихся, молодых людей, которые сегодня сделали этот шаг и проголосовали за КПГ, в итоге был отмечен значительный рост ее результатов.

Мы хотим поздравить тысячи членов и руководящих деятелей КПГ, членов и руководящих деятелей КМГ, которые приложили все усилия, внося свой вклад в результаты выборов.

Этот результат является плодом опыта рабочих народных сил, участвовавших все предыдущие годы в борьбе, в важных акциях протеста вместе с коммунистами.

Особо мы хотим поблагодарить тех, кто вел вместе с нами эту предвыборную борьбу, либо в качестве кандидатов, либо внося свой личный многогранный вклад в укрепление КПГ.

Новые и старые силы, объединившиеся вокруг нашей партии, могут сегодня придать новую динамику на пути народного контрнаступления, массовой классовой борьбы, реорганизации рабочего и профсоюзного движения в целом, продвижения социального союза, выступающего против монополий, капитала, капитализма.

Усиление политического влияния КПГ, в частности, в важных городских центрах страны, в рабочих кварталах крупных городов, в районах, где сосредоточена большая часть промышленного и в целом рабочего потенциала, как, например, в Аттике, является обнадеживающим сигналом, открывающим путь для будущего.

Сложившийся в результате сегодняшних выборов расклад сил между буржуазными партиями - НД, СИРИЗА, ПАСОК показывает не только возможность формирования правительства, которое может продолжать свою антинародную политику, а также консенсус и поддержку со стороны сил, которые будут находиться в оппозиции, действуя в интересах крупного капитала и в ущерб интересам трудящихся частного и государственного секторов, самозанятых, ученых, крестьян, пенсионеров, нашей молодежи.

Очевидно то, на что указывала все это время КПГ: несмотря на  отдельные различия, конфронтацию между ними, они сходятся по основным стратегическим вопросам, по основным направлениям. Но не только это. Партия СИРИЗА, сначала находясь у власти, а затем в течение этих четырех лет, находясь в оппозиции, являлась основным носителем консерватизма народа, что в конечном итоге привело к доминированию НД. Таким образом, уже завтра греческий народ и молодежь столкнутся с новой волной нападок, связанных с выполнением новых обязательств перед Фондом восстановления, с очередным сокращением зарплат и мерами жесткой экономии, со строгой фискальной политикой, с возможностью нового финансового кризиса, опасным развитием событий на фронте империалистической войны на Украине,  более активным втягиванием Греции в нее, а также с негативными последствиями урегулирования греко-турецких отношений под натовским зонтиком. Новое антинародное правительство, которое будет сформировано, займется реализацией этих мер. Никакой поддержки всей этой антинародной политике, никакой терпимости к ней, никаких компромиссов!

КПГ будет единственной обнадеживающей оппозицией  для народа как в стенах парламента, так и за его пределами в контексте классовой и народной борьбы в защиту жизни, доходов, всех прав народа и молодежи.

Мысли и сценарии о проведении повторных выборов возникают не потому, что нельзя сформировать правительство, а потому, что они хотят изменить голос народа путем шантажирующих дилемм, «урвания» голосов и мест в парламенте на основе нового закона о выборах. Следовательно, в данном случае необходимо уже с сегодняшнего дня готовиться к еще большему усилению КПГ, поскольку их антинародная повестка более чем однозначна. КПГ будет использовать силу, данную ей народом на выборах, как в парламенте, так и на улицах для развертывания борьбы за организацию народного сопротивления, контрнаступления на пути к свержению капиталистической системы. Депутаты от КПГ будут настоящими опорами народных требований, станут голосом защиты и продвижения интересов народа как внутри парламента, так и повсюду.

Мы продолжаем борьбу также динамично, как и в предыдущий период.

Hausse significative du KKE, un message plein d'espoir pour le peuple

Lors des élections législatives du dimanche 21/5, le KKE a enregistré une hausse de +2%, recueillant 7,23% des voix, soit plus de 425.000 voix (125.000 voix de plus) et fait élire 26 députés (+11 députés de plus). Il est également important de noter que le KKE se classe au troisième rang en Attique, la région de la capitale.

            De la part du CC du KKE nous saluons chaleureusement les milliers de travailleurs et de jeunes gens, qui ont voté aujourd’hui pour le KKE, lui donnant une hausse significative.

            Nous voulons féliciter les milliers de membres et cadres du KKE et de la KNE, qui ont fait de leur mieux, contribuant au résultat électoral.

            Ce résultat est le fruit de l’expérience des forces ouvrières-populaires, qui ont participé aux luttes et aux activités importantes avec les communistes ces dernières années.

            Nous voulons remercier particulièrement tous ceux qui ont joint leurs forces aux nôtres dans cette bataille électorale, soit en tant que candidats soit en contribuant de manière multiforme au renforcement du KKE.

            Les nouvelles forces, aux côtés des anciennes, qui se sont ralliées autour de notre Parti, peuvent aujourd’hui alimenter une nouvelle dynamique sur la voie de la contre-attaque populaire, de la lutte de masse et de classe, du regroupement de l’ensemble du mouvement ouvrier-syndical, de la promotion de l’alliance sociale contre les monopoles, le capital et le capitalisme.

            Le renforcement de l’influence politique du KKE, particulièrement dans des centres urbains importants de notre pays, dans des quartiers populaires des grandes villes, dans des régions où se concentre une grande partie de la main-d'œuvre industrielle et générale, comme par exemple en Attique, sont des messages plein d’espoir, qui ouvrent la voie à l’avenir.

             Le rapport deforces issu des élections d’aujourd’hui, entre le partis bourgeois,  la ND, SYRIZA et le PASOK, montre non seulement les possibilités de formation d’un gouvernement qui peut continuer dans la même direction anti-populaire, mais aussi les possibilités d’un consensus et d’un soutien de la part des forces qui seront dans l'opposition, au profit du grand capital et aux dépens des travailleurs des secteurs privé et public, des travailleurs indépendants, des scientifiques, des agriculteurs, des retraités et de la jeunesse de notre pays.

            Il est clair, comme le KKE le souligne pendant tout ce temps, que malgré leurs différences individuelles, leurs rivalités, ils convergent sur des politiques stratégiques de base, sur des orientations fondamentales. Et ce n'est pas tout. Principalement, SYRIZA, d'abord en tant que gouvernement et ces quatre dernières années en tant qu'opposition, a joué un rôle clé dans la conservatisation du peuple, alimentant en fin de compte la domination de la ND.  Ainsi, à partir de demain, le peuple et la jeunesse grecs seront confrontés à une nouvelle vague d'attaques pour la mise en œuvre des conditions préalables du Plan de Relance, avec une nouvelle série de restrictions et d'austérité, avec une politique fiscale stricte, avec la possibilité d'une nouvelle crise économique, les développements dangereux de la guerre impérialiste en Ukraine avec une plus grande implication de la Grèce, mais aussi avec des arrangements négatifs des questions gréco-turques sous l'égide de l'OTAN.Ces mesures seront mises en œuvre par le nouveau gouvernement anti-populaire qui émergera. Aucun soutien, aucune tolérance, aucun compromis envers toutes ces politiques anti-populaires!

            Le KKE exercera la seule opposition prometteuse pour notre peuple, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur du parlement, dans le contexte des luttes de classe pour la protection de la vie, pour la protection des revenus, pour la protection de tous les droits du peuple et de la jeunesse.

            Les pensées et les scénarios pour la reprise des élections, pour le recours à un nouveau scrutin, ne sont pas dus à l'impossibilité de former un gouvernement, mais au fait qu'ils veulent altérer le vote du peuple avec des chantages, en extorquant à la fois les votes et les sièges parlementaires dans le cadre de la nouvelle loi électorale. C'est pourquoi, dans ce cas, il est nécessaire de se préparer dès maintenant à un renforcement encore plus important du KKE, puisque l’agenda anti-populaire des partis bourgeois est plus qu'une évidence. Parce que le KKE utilisera le pouvoir qui lui a été donné par le peuple dans les urnes pour contribuer à l'organisation de la résistance populaire et de la contre-attaque sur la voie du renversement du capitalisme, à la fois au Parlement et dans les rues de la lutte. Les députés du KKE seront de véritables soutiens des demandes et des revendications du peuple, davantage de voix de défense et de promotion des intérêts du peuple, tant au Parlement que partout ailleurs.

            Dans la période à venir nouscontinuons de manière dynamique, comme nous avons commencé.

صعودٌ هام للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، رسالة واعدةٌ بالأمل للشعب

حقق الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني في الانتخابات البرلمانية التي أجريت يوم الأحد 21\5 زيادة بنسبة بلغت 2٪ ، مستحصلاً على نسبة 7.23% أي ما يزيد عن 425 ألف صوت (بزيادة 125 ألف صوت) و مجموع نواب يبلغ 26 (بزيادة قدرها 11 نائباً). هذا و يتمثَّل عنصرٌ هامٌ أيضاً في حصول قوى الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني على المرتبة الثالثة في محافظة أتيكي التي تشمل منطقة العاصمة.

صرَّح الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني ذيميتريس كوتسوباس ليلة الانتخابات، بالتالي:

نيابة عن اللجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني نحيي فعلياً آلاف العمال و آلاف الشباب والشابات، الذين أقدموا على هذه الخطوة اليوم وصوتوا لصالح الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، مانحين إياه صعوداً هاماً.

و نريد أن نهنئ آلاف أعضاء و كوادر الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني و أعضاء و كوادر الشبيبة الشيوعية اليونانية، الذين بذلوا قصارى جهدهم مسهمين في نتيجة الانتخابات.

إن هذه النتيجة هي ثمرة خبرة القوى العمالية الشعبية التي شاركت في النضالات في كل اﻷعوام المنصرمة، و في نشاطات هامة إلى جانب الشيوعيين و الشيوعيات.

و بنحو خاص نود أن نشكر كل من واكبنا - رجالاً و نساء - خلال هذه المعركة الانتخابية، إما بصفتهم كمرشحين أو بإسهامهم الشخصي المتعدد الأوجه من أجل تعزيز الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني.

باستطاعة القوى الجديدة التي التفَّت حول حزبنا إلى جانب القوى القديمة، أن تغذي اليوم زخماً جديداً على طريق الهجوم الشعبي المضاد و الصراع الطبقي الجماهيري و إعادة التنظيم اﻹجمالي للحركة العمالية النقابية و الترويج للتحالف الاجتماعي ضد الاحتكارات و رأس المال و الرأسمالية.

إن تعزيز النفوذ السياسي للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، لا سيما في مراكز حضرية هامة في البلاد، في أحياء سكنية عمالية في المدن الكبيرة، و في المناطق التي يتركز فيها حضور جزء كبير من القوى العاملة الصناعية و اﻷشمل - كمثال محافظة أتيكي - هي رسائل واعدةٌ باﻷمل تفتح الطريق نحو  الغد.

إن تناسب القوى بين الأحزاب البرجوازية: الجمهورية الجديدة و سيريزا و الباسوك، الذي نتج عن انتخابات اليوم، لا يظهر فحسب إمكانيات تشكيل حكومة قادرة على المواصلة في ذات الاتجاه المناهض للشعب، بل و يُظهر أيضاً في ذات الوقت، وفاقاً و دعماً لهذا اﻹتجاه من جانب قوى ستكون في المعارضة، في صالح رأس المال الكبير وعلى حساب العاملين في القطاعين الخاص والعام، والمهنيين العاملين لحسابهم الخاص، والعلماء و المزارعين والمتقاعدين وشبابنا.

حيثُ جليٌ هو ما كان قد أشار إليه الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني طوال هذه الفترة، بأن و الرغم من اختلافاتهم الجانبية، فإن مواجهاتهم تتقارب مع سياسات إستراتيجية أساسية، في اتجاهات أساسية. وليس هذا فقط. فبنحو رئيسي، كان حزب سيريزا، أولاً من موقع الحكومة و من ثم لأربع سنوات من موقع المعارضة، قد شكَّل عاملاً رئيسياً في تحوُّل الناس و نزوعهم نحو المحافظة، مما أدى في النهاية إلى غلبة حزب الجمهورية الجديدة.

و على هذا النحو و اعتباراً من الغد، سيواجه الشعب اليوناني والشباب موجة عدوان جديدة هادفة لتنفيذ متطلبات مذكرة صندوق الإنعاش، الجديدة، عِبر تطبيق جولة جديدة من التخفيضات والتقشف، مع سياسة مالية صارمة، و احتمالية مفتوحة لأزمة اقتصادية جديدة، و مع تطورات خطيرة على جبهة الحرب الإمبريالية في أوكرانيا و تورطٍ أكبر لليونان فيها، ولكن أيضاً مع ترتيبات سلبية تأتي في الشؤون اليونانية التركية تحت مظلة الناتو. هذا ما ستنفذه الحكومة الجديدة المناهضة للشعب التي ستنشأ. لا لأي دعم، و لا تسامح ولا توافقات مع كل هذه السياسات المناهضة للشعب!

سيمارس الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني المعارضة الوحيدة الواعدة للأمل لشعبنا، داخل البرلمان و خارجه  من متراس النضالات الطبقية الشعبية، من أجل حماية حياة الشعب و دخلِه و سائر حقوق الشعب و الشباب.

إن أفكار وسيناريوهات إعادة الانتخابات، و اللجوء عن جديد لصناديق الاقتراع، لا تعود لسبب استحالة تشكيل حكومة، بل لأنهم يريدون تحوير تصويت الشعب بمعضلات ابتزازية من خلال نهب الأصوات والمقاعد النيابية فوق قاعدة قانون الانتخابات الجديد. و بالتالي، من المطلوب في هذه الحالة  الاستعداد و منذ الآن لتحقيق تعزيز أكبر للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، لأن أجندتهم المناهضة للشعب هي أكثر من مجرد أمر مفروغ منه. و لأن الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني سيستغل هذه القوة التي منحها الشعب له في صناديق الاقتراع، من أجل إسهام في كل من البرلمان و الشارع بغرض تنظيم المقاومة الشعبية و الهجوم المضاد على طريق إسقاط الرأسمالية. إن نواب الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني سيكونون دعائم فعلية لمطالب الشعب و لاستحقاقاته و مزيداً من أصوات الدفاع عن المصالح الشعبية و إبرازها، أيضاً داخل البرلمان وفي كل مكان.

نواصل في الفترة المقبلة بقوة و  زخم، بذات النحو كما بدأنا.

 Significativa ascesa del KKE, messaggio di speranza per il popolo

Nelle elezioni parlamentari di domenica 21/5, il KKE ha ottenuto un +2%, ricevendo il 7,23% dei voti, cioè più di 425 mila voti (125.000 voti in più) ed eleggendo 26 deputati (11 in più). È inoltre importante notare che il KKE è il terzo partito in Attica, nella regione della capitale.

Il segretario generale del KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, ha dichiarato la notte delle elezioni:

A nome del CC del KKE, salutiamo sinceramente le migliaia di lavoratori, le migliaia di giovani uomini e donne che oggi hanno fatto questo passo e hanno votato il KKE, dandogli una spinta significativa.
Vogliamo congratulare le migliaia di membri e quadri del KKE, i membri e i quadri della KNE che hanno dato il meglio di sé, contribuendo al risultato elettorale.
Questo risultato è il frutto dell'esperienza delle forze popolari, che in tutti gli anni precedenti hanno partecipato a lotte, ad azioni importanti insieme ai comunisti.
In particolare, vogliamo ringraziare coloro che si sono uniti a noi in questa battaglia elettorale, sia come candidati sia con il loro personale e multiforme contributo al rafforzamento del KKE.
Le nuove forze, accanto alle vecchie, che si sono strette attorno al nostro Partito, possono oggi alimentare una nuova dinamica sulla strada del contrattacco popolare, della lotta di massa e di classe, della riorganizzazione dell'intero movimento sindacale dei lavoratori, della promozione dell'alleanza sociale contro i monopoli, il capitale e il capitalismo.

Il rafforzamento dell'influenza politica del KKE, soprattutto in importanti centri urbani del Paese, nei quartieri popolari delle grandi città, nelle aree dove si concentra gran parte della forza lavoro industriale e generale, come ad esempio in Attica, sono messaggi promettenti che aprono la strada al domani.
La correlazione emersa dalle elezioni di oggi tra i partiti borghesi, Nuova Democrazia, Syriza e PASOK, mostra non solo il potenziale per la formazione di un governo che possa continuare nella stessa direzione antipopolare, ma anche un consenso e un sostegno da parte delle forze che saranno all'opposizione, a vantaggio del grande capitale e a scapito dei lavoratori del settore privato e pubblico, dei professionisti autonomi, degli scienziati, degli agricoltori, dei pensionati e dei giovani.

È chiaro ciò che il KKE ha sottolineato per tutto questo tempo, ovvero che questi partiti nonostante le loro differenze individuali e i loro scontri, convergono su politiche strategiche di base, sulle direzioni fondamentali. E non solo. Soprattutto SYRIZA, prima al governo e in questi quattro anni all'opposizione, è stato un agente chiave del processo della diffusione del conservatorismo del popolo, alimentando in ultima analisi il dominio di Nuova Democrazia. Da domani, quindi, il popolo e i giovani greci si troveranno ad affrontare una nuova ondata di attacchi per l'attuazione delle nuove precondizioni ¨da Memorandum¨ del Fondo di ripresa, con un nuovo ciclo di tagli e austerità, con una politica fiscale rigorosa, con la possibilità di una nuova crisi economica aperta, i pericolosi sviluppi sul fronte della guerra imperialista in Ucraina con un maggiore coinvolgimento della Grecia, ma anche con gli assestamenti negativi nelle relazioni greco-turche portati sotto l'ombrello della NATO. Questi saranno attuati dal nuovo governo antipopolare che emergerà. Nessun sostegno, nessuna tolleranza, nessun compromesso su tutte queste politiche antipopolari!
Il KKE eserciterà l'unica opposizione promettente per il nostro popolo sia in Parlamento che fuori, nel contesto delle lotte di classe e popolari per la protezione della vita, per la protezione del reddito, per la protezione di tutti i diritti del popolo e dei giovani.

I pensieri e gli scenari per la ripetizione delle elezioni, per il ricorso a nuove urne, non sono dovuti all'impossibilità di formare un governo, ma alla volontà di distorcere il voto del popolo con dilemmi ricattatori, dirottando sia i voti che i seggi parlamentari con la nuova legge elettorale. Pertanto, in questo caso è necessario prepararsi a un rafforzamento ancora maggiore del KKE, poiché il loro programma anti-popolare è più che scontato. Perché il KKE userà questo potere che il popolo gli ha dato alle urne per contribuire sia in Parlamento che nelle strade alla lotta per organizzare la resistenza popolare, il contrattacco sulla strada del rovesciamento. I deputati del KKE saranno veri sostenitori delle richieste del popolo, delle rivendicazioni, più voci di difesa e promozione degli interessi del popolo sia in parlamento che ovunque.
Continuiamo con forza, come abbiamo iniziato, anché nel prossimo periodo.
