Strike call against the anti-labour steamroller - Condemnation of the crime against the people of Thessaly

On Friday 15/09/23, the workers and the youth demonstrated in a mass protest in Syntagma square, determined not to allow their working and living conditions to be crushed under the iron heel of the laws of profit and exploitation.

The protest, organized by trade unions and mass organizations, turned into a call for a strike against the government’s anti-labour steamroller and into a condemnation of the recent crime against the people of Thessaly.

With the new anti-labour bill, the government legislates work for 13-hour day and 78-hour  week by allowing to work for more than one employer, and promotes the indirect extension of work until the age of 74, in combination with zero-hour contracts. The bill also contains provisions against the right to strike. In practice, workers are being turned into a flexible production machine with no rights, working into old age.

Many sectoral trade unions and Labour Centres have called for a 24-hour strike on 21/09, the day when the government will bring the anti-labour bill to a vote.

The GS of the CC of the KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumbas, took part in the protest of the trade unions and mass organizations in Syntagma and stated the following: “We are present here tonight, in Syntagma square, to strengthen our solidarity and to demand that the urgent needs of our people be met, especially in the areas affected by the recent floods and the wildfires. At the same time, we are here to give a strong response to the new anti-labour bill of the New Democracy government, for which the trade unions are calling a nationwide strike next Thursday, the day when this monstrosity will be discussed in the plenary session of the Parliament”.

В пятницу, 15 сентября, во второй половине дня трудящиеся и молодежь приняли участие  в  крупном митинге на площади Синтагма и выразили свою решимость не допустить, чтобы их условия труда и жизни оказалисьпод железной пятой законов о прибыли и эксплуатации.

Организованный профсоюзами и массовыми организациямимитинг превратился в призыв к забастовке против правительственного антирабочего закона, а также в голос осуждения нового преступления в отношении народа Фессалии.

Новый антирабочий закон, продвигаемый правительством, законодательно закрепляет 13-часовой рабочий день, 78-часовую рабочую неделю более чем у одного работодателя, способствует косвенному повышениюпенсионного возраста до 74 лет в сочетании с заключением трудовых договоров с нулевой продолжительностью рабочего времени. Вводятся новые положения, ограничивающие право на  забастовку. По сути,трудящиеся превращаются в гибкую производственную машину, в бесправных людей до самой старости.

Многие отраслевые профсоюзы и Рабочие центры объявили о проведении 21 сентября 24-часовой забастовки, в тот день, когда правительство вынесет на голосование антирабочий законопроект.

Генсек ЦК КПГ Димитрис Куцумбас принял участие в митинге профсоюзов и массовых организаций на площади Синтагма.

В своем заявлении он отметил:

«Сегодня вечером мы собрались здесь, на площади Синтагма,  чтобы усилить нашу солидарность, требования по удовлетворению неотложных потребностей нашего народа, особенно в районах, пострадавших от недавних наводнений, а до этого от пожаров. В то же время мы находимся здесь, чтобы дать громкий ответ на новый  антирабочий уродливый законопроект, вносимый правительствомНД  в парламент. В связи с этим профсоюзы готовятся к общенациональной забастовке, которая намечена на следующий четверг, когдаэтот уродливый законбудет  обсуждаться на пленарном заседании парламента». 

Llamamiento a la huelga contra la apisonadora anti-obrera – Condena del crimen a expensas del pueblo de Tesalia

El viernes 15 de septiembre por la tarde, trabajadores y jóvenes manifestaron en la plaza Sintagma en una gran concentración declarando su decisión de no permitir el aplastamiento de sus condiciones de trabajo y de vida bajo el talón de hierro de las leyes de ganancias y de explotación.

La manifestación organizada por sindicatos y organizaciones de masas se convirtió en un llamamiento a la huelga contra la apisonadora antiobrera del gobierno y en una voz de condena del nuevo crimen a expensas del pueblo de Tesalia.

Con la nueva ley antilaboral el gobierno legisla el trabajo de 13 horas al día, 78 horas de trabajo por semana, a más de uno empleador, promueve la prolongación indirecta del trabajo hasta los 74 años, en combinación con los contratos de cero horas. Se imponen nuevas disposiciones contra la huelga. Los trabajadores prácticamente se convierten en una máquina de producción flexible sin derechos hasta la vejez.

Muchos sindicatos y Centros Laborales han convocado una huelga de 24 horas para el 21 de septiembre, el día cuando el gobierno someterá a votación  el proyecto de ley antiobrero.

A la manifestación de los sindicatos obreros y las organizaciones de masas en la plaza Sintagma asistió también el Secretario General del Comité Central del KKE, Dimitris Koutsoumbas.

En su declaración señaló lo siguiente:

“Estamos hoy aquí en la plaza Sintagma para reforzar nuestra solidaridad, nuestra reivindicación por las necesidades urgentes de nuestro pueblo, sobre todo en las regiones afectadas por las recientes inundaciones, así como antes, por los incendios.

Al mismo tiempo, estamos aquí para dar una respuesta resonante a la monstruosidad del nuevo proyecto de ley antiobrero del gobierno de la ND que trae en el parlamento, para lo cual los sindicatos están preparando una manifestación nacional de huelga el próximo jueves, el día cuando esta monstruosidad se debatirá en el pleno del Parlamento.”

Appel à la grève contre l’offensive anti-ouvrière - Condamnation du crime contre le peuple de Thessalie

Des travailleurs et des jeunes ont manifesté leur décision de ne pas laisser leurs conditions de travail et de vie être écrasées sous "le talon de fer" des lois du profit et de l'exploitation, vendredi 15/09/23 dans l'après-midi, lors d'un grand rassemblement à Syntagma.

Le rassemblement organisé par les syndicats et les organisations de masse s'est transformé en un appel à la grève contre l’offensive anti-ouvrière du gouvernement et en une condamnation du nouveau crime commis contre le peuple de Thessalie.

Par cette nouvelle loi anti-ouvrière, le gouvernement établit le travail de 13 heures par jour, 78 heures par semaine, pour plus d'un employeur; il promeut l'allongement indirectdu travail jusqu’à l'âge de 74 ans, en combinaison avec des contrats zéro heure. De nouvelles dispositions anti-grève sont prévues. Dans la pratique, les travailleurs sont transformés en une machine de production flexible sans aucun droit jusqu'à la vieillesse.

De nombreux syndicats sectoriels et centres syndicaux régionaux ont annoncé une grève de 24 heures pour le 21 septembre, jour où le gouvernement soumettra au vote le projet de loi anti-ouvrier.

Dimitris Koutsoumbas, Secrétaire Général du CC du KKE, a assisté au rassemblement des syndicats et des organisations de masse à Syntagma, soulignant le suivant:

"Nous sommes là ce soir pour renforcer notre solidarité, notre revendication pour répondre aux besoins urgents de notre peuple, en particulier dans les régions touchées par les récentes inondations, mais aussi par les incendies qui les ont précédées. En même temps, nous sommes ici pour exprimer haut et fort notre opposition à l'odieux nouveau projet de loi anti-ouvrier du gouvernement de la ND,  pour lequel les syndicats préparent une grève nationale jeudi prochain, jour où cettemonstruosité sera discutée en session plénière du Parlement."

دعوة للإضراب ضد المدحلة المناهضة للعمال- إدانة للجريمة المرتكبة بحق أهالي محافظة ثِساليِّا

عبر تظاهرة كبيرة أقيمت في ساحة السيندَغما يوم الجمعة 15\9\2023 تظاهر عمال و شباب مُعربين عن قرارهم بعدم السماح بسحق ظروف عملهم ومعيشتهم تحت الكعب الحديدي لقوانين الربح والاستغلال.

و كان التجمع الذي نظمته النقابات العمالية والمنظمات الجماهيرية قد تحوَّل إلى دعوة للإضراب ضد مدحلة الحكومة المناهضة للعمال و أيضاً إلى صوت إدانة للجريمة الجديدة المقترفة بحق أهالي محافظة ثِساليِّا.

هذا و تقوم الحكومة عبر قانونها الجديد المناهض للعمال بشرعنة العمل لمدة 13 ساعة يومياً و 78 ساعة أسبوعياً، لدى أكثر من  رب عمل واحد، مع الترويج  للتمديد غير المباشر للعمل لسن يصل حد اﻠ 74 عاماً، في ترابط مع شرعنة عقود عمل دون وقت محدد. مع فرض أحكام جديدة ضد الإضرابات. ومن الناحية العملية، يجري تحويل العمال إلى آلة إنتاج مرنة دون حقوق حتى سن الشيخوخة.

و كانت العديد من النقابات القطاعية و المراكز العمالية قد أعلنت عن إضراب لمدة 24 ساعة ليوم 21\9، أي في يوم طرح  الحكومة لمشروع قانونها المناهض للعمال للتصويت.

و كان الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، ديميتريس كوتسوباس قد حضر تظاهرة النقابات والمنظمات الجماهيرية في ساحة السيندَغما و سجَّل في تصريح له:

«إننا حاضرون هنا الليلة في ساحة السيندَغما لتعزيز تضامننا، والمطالبة بالاحتياجات العاجلة لشعبنا، وخاصة في المناطق المتضررة من الفيضانات الأخيرة، كما و في تلك المتضررة قبلها من الحرائق. وفي الوقت نفسه، نحن هنا لتقديم رد مدوي على مشروع القانون - المسخ الجديد المناهض للعمال الذي أحضرته إلى البرلمان حكومة حزب الجمهورية الجديدة، والذي تُعدُّ النقابات من أجله إضراباً على المستوى الوطني يوم الخميس المقبل، يوم مناقشته في الجلسة العامة للبرلمان».
