The 21^st Congress completed its work on 27/06/21 under the anthem of the Internationale, electing the new Central Committee (81 members) and the Central Audit Committee (7 members). The CC in its first meeting unanimously elected Dimitris Koutsoumbas as the General Secretary of the CC of the KKE. 

The Congress of the KKE began with the opening event on Thursday 24/6, while it continued its work at the Headquarters of the CC of the KKE on Friday and Sunday 25–26/6. 67 delegates spoke during the rich 2-day discussion about the 1^st topic of the agenda of the 21^st Congress of the KKE regarding the report of action of the Central Committee and the Central Audit Committee as well as the planning of action up until the 22^nd Congress. 

The substantial agreement with the Theses and the Report of the CC was expressed during the discussion, while rich experience  from the vanguard communist action on all popular problems was conveyed as well.  There was a great deal of reflection about the main issue, that is, how the role of the KKE as the organized vanguard will become more distinct under the contemporary conditions; how to make steps towards the organization of the working class, the urban self-employed, the toiling farmers, the youth, and the women in their trade unions, associations, and mass organizations; how to promote the coordination of their struggle, solidarity, and social alliance; how to develop the struggle in an anti-capitalist and anti-monopoly direction. 

The Report and Closing Remarks of the CC of the KKE were unanimously approved. The Theses of the CC, which had been published for a 3-month public and inner-party discussion, as well as the Report of the Central Audit Committee were unanimously approved as well. 

The 21^st Congress unanimously adopted the Political Resolution of the Congress, which defines the Party's tasks up to the 22^nd Congress. The 21^st Congress also unanimously adopted a separate special Resolution on the communists' tasks among the working class and its movement as well as the social alliance. 

It should be noted that 102 Communist and Workers' Parties across the world have sent Messages of Greetings to the 21^st Congress of the KKE, expressing their wishes for the success of its work. Успешно завершил работу 21-й съезд КПГ

27 июня под звуки Интернационала завершил свою работу 21-й съезд КПГ, на котором был избран новый состав Центрального комитета (из 81 члена) и Центрального комитета экономического контроля (из 7 членов). ЦК на своем первом заседании единогласно избрал Генеральным секретарем ЦК КПГ  Димитриса Куцумбаса.

Съезд КПГ открылся в четверг, 24 июня, торжественным мероприятием, а в пятницу и субботу, 25-26 июня, работа съезда проходила в штаб-квартире ЦК КПГ. В ходе насыщенного двухдневного обсуждения первой темы повестки дня 21-го съезда КПГ, касающейся отчета о деятельности Центрального комитета и Центрального комитета экономического контроля (ЦКЭК) и программы деятельности на период до 22-го съезда, выступили в общей сложности 67 делегатов.

В ходе дискуссии было выражено принципиальное согласие с Тезисами и  докладом ЦК, был представлен богатый опыт, почерпанный из передовой деятельности коммунистов, направленной на решение всех проблем народа. Прошло содержательное обсуждение главного вопроса о том, как в современных условиях сделать роль КПГ как организованного авангарда, носителя новых идей более заметной, какие шаги необходимо предпринять для участия рабочего класса, самозанятых города, крестьян, молодежи и женщин в профсоюзах, ассоциациях и организациях, для продвижения координации их деятельности, солидарности, социального союза, для развития борьбы в антикапиталистическом - антимонополистическом направлении.

Были единодушно одобрены доклад ЦК КПГ и заключительное слово, произнесенное по поручению ЦК. Кроме того, были единогласно приняты Тезисы ЦК, вынесенные на  трехмесячное общественное и внутрипартийное обсуждение, а также доклад ЦКЭК.

21-й съезд единодушно принял Политическую резолюцию, определяющую задачи партии на период до 22-го съезда. Кроме того, 21-й съезд единодушно одобрил специальную Резолюцию о задачах коммунистов в рабочем классе, рабочем движении и социальном союзе.

Se concluyeron con éxito los trabajos del XXI Congreso del KKE

Bajo el canto de la Internacional se concluyeron el 27/6/21 los trabajos del XXI Congreso con la elección del nuevo Comité Central (81 miembros) y del Comité Central de Auditoría (7 miembros). El Comité Central en su primera reunión eligió por unanimidadcomo Secretario General del Comité Central del KKE, a Dimitris Koutsoumpas.

El Congreso del KKE comenzó con el acto de apertura el jueves 24/6 y a continuación los trabajos tuvieron lugar en la sede del Comité Central del Partido el viernes y el sábado 25-26/6. En la rica discusión de dos días sobre el primer tema de la agenda del XXI Congreso del KKE, con respecto al informe de acción del Comité Central y del Comité Central de Auditoría y la planificación de la acción hasta el XXII Congreso, intervinieron 67 delegados.

En la discusión se expresó el acuerdo esencial con las Tesis y el informe del Comité Central y se depositóla rica experiencia de la acción de vanguardia de los comunistas sobre todos los problemas populares. Se desarrolló un rico debate sobre el tema principal, es decir cómo se hará más distintivo el papel del KKE en las condiciones actuales como vanguardia organizada, portador de nuevas ideas, cómo se darán pasos en la organización de la clase obrera, de los trabajadores autónomos de la ciudad, de los campesinos pobres, de los jóvenes y de las mujeres en sus sindicatos, asociaciones y organizaciones, en la promoción de la coordinación de su acción, de la solidaridad, de la alianza social, al desarrollo de la lucha en dirección anticapitalista-antimonopolista.

El informe y el discurso de clausura del Comité Central del KKE fueron aprobados por unanimidad. Además, las Tesis del KKE, que habían sido publicadas para una discusión pública e internade tres meses, así como el informe del Comité Central de Auditoría fueron aprobados por unanimidad.

El XXI Congreso aprobó por unanimidad la Resolución del Congreso que define las tareas del Partido hasta el XXII Congreso. Además, el XXI Congreso aprobó por unanimidad una Resolución especial sobre las tareas de los comunistas en la clase obrera y su movimiento, y la alianza social.

Cabe señalar que 102 Partidos Comunistas y Obreros de todo el mundo enviaron mensajes de saludo al XXI Congreso del KKE, expresando sus deseos para el éxito de sus trabajos. 21. Parteitag der KKE erfolgreich beendet

Mit der Wahl der 81 Mitglieder des neuen Zentralkomitees und der 7 Mitglieder der Zentralen Revisionskommission und dem Ertönen der Internationale wurden die Beratungen des 21. Parteitages der KKE am 27. Juni 2021 in Athen abgeschlossen. Das Zentralkomitee wählte in seiner ersten Sitzung Dimitris Koutsoumbas einstimmig zu seinem Generalsekretär.

Den Auftakt des KKE-Parteitages bildete die feierliche Eröffnungsveranstaltung am 24. Juni in der Athener Olympiahalle, während die Beratungen in der Kongresshalle am Sitz des Zentralkomitees am 25. und 26. Juni stattfanden. Während der zweitägigen Diskussion zu den Rechenschaftsberichten des Zentralkomitees und der Zentralen Revisionskommission sowie zu den Vorhaben bis zum 22. Parteitag nahmen 67 Delegierte das Wort.

Bei der Diskussion kam die grundlegende Übereinstimmung mit dem Leitantrag und dem Bericht des ZK zum Ausdruck. Die Rednerinnen und Redner brachten ihre reichhaltigen Erfahrungen aus dem Kampf der Kommunisten für die Lösung der Probleme des Volkes. Bei den Beiträgen ging es um Zentralfragen des Parteitages, nämlich wie unter den gegenwärtigen Bedingungen die Rolle der KKE als organisierte Vorhut, als Trägerin neuer Ideen noch stärker und deutlicher in Erscheinung tritt. Ferner ging es auch um Fortschritte bei der Organisierung der Arbeiterklasse, der selbständigen Gewerbetreibenden in den Städten, der um ihren Lebensunterhalt kämpfenden Bauern, der jungen Menschen und der Frauen in den Gewerkschaften, Vereinen und Massenorganisationen. Die Delegierten sprachen auch über die Notwendigkeit und die Formen einer effektiven Koordinierung der Arbeit, der Solidarität, des gesellschaftlichen Bündnisses, über Fragen der Entwicklung des Kampfes in antikapitalistische-antimonopolistische Richtung.

Der Bericht sowie das Abschlussreferat des ZK der KKE wurden einstimmig angenommen. Ebenfalls einstimmig wurde der Leitantrag des ZK angenommen, der öffentlich und parteiintern in den letzten vier Monaten diskutiert wurde, sowie der Bericht der Zentralen Revisionskommission.

Der 21. Parteitag verabschiedete einen Politischen Beschluss, der die Aufgaben der Partei bis zum nächsten, dem 22. Parteitag, festlegt. Der 21. Parteitag fasste einen gesonderten Beschluss über die Aufgaben der Kommunistinnen und Kommunisten in der Arbeiterklasse und ihrer Bewegung sowie im gesellschaftlichen Bündnis.

102 kommunistische und Arbeiterparteien aus der ganzen Welt sendeten Grußbotschaften an den 21. Parteitag der KKE und wünschten einen erfolgreichen Verlauf der Beratungen. Les travaux du 21e Congrès se sont achevés le 27/6/21 avec l'hymne de l'Internationale, avec l'élection du nouveau Comité central (de 81 membres) et du Comité central d’audit financier (7 membres). Lors de sa première réunion, le CC a élu à l'unanimité Dimitris Koutsoumpas comme Secrétaire général du Comité central du KKE.

Le Congrès du KKE a commencé par un grand événement le jeudi 24/6 alors qu'il s'est poursuivi au siège du Comité central du Parti vendredi et samedi 25-26/6. Au cours de la riche discussion de deux jours sur le 1^er sujet de l'ordre du jour du 21e Congrès du KKE, qui concernait le rapport d'action du Comité central et du Comité central d’audit financier (KEOE) et la planification de l'action jusqu'au 22e Congrès, un total de 67 délégués ont pris la parole.

Pendant la discussion, l'accord substantiel a été exprimé avec les Thèses et le rapport du CC, une riche expérience a été transférée de l'action pionnière des communistes pour tous les problèmes populaires. Une riche réflexion s'est développée autour de la question principale, comment le rôle du KKE deviendra plus distinct dans les conditions modernes en tant qu'avant-garde organisée, porteur d'idées nouvelles, comment des mesures seront prises dans l'organisation de la classe ouvrière, des travailleurs indépendants dans les villes, des agriculteurs pauvres, des jeunes et femmes dans leurs Syndicats, leurs Associations et leurs institutions, dans la coordination de leur action, de la solidarité, de l'alliance sociale, dans le développement de la lutte dans une direction anticapitaliste – anti-monopole.

Le rapport et les remarques de clôture du CC du KKE ont été votés à l'unanimité. En outre, les Thèses du CC, faisant l’objet d’une discussion publique et au sein du parti qui a duré 3 mois, ont été votées à l'unanimité en faveur, ainsi que le rapport du Comité central d’audit financier.

Le 21e Congrès a voté à l'unanimité en faveur de la Décision politique du Congrès qui définit les devoirs du Parti jusqu'au 22e Congrès. En outre, le 21e Congrès a voté à l'unanimité en faveur d'une Décision spéciale séparée sur les devoirs des communistes dans la classe ouvrière et son mouvement et son alliance sociale.

اكتملت بنجاح أعمال المؤتمر اﻠ21 للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني

مع نشيد الأممية و انتخاب لجنة مركزية جديدة (من 81 عضواً) و لجنة مركزية للرقابة المالية (7 أعضاء) اكتملت أعمال المؤتمر اﻠ21 للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني يوم 27|6|2021. هذا و كانت اللجنة المركزية قد انتخبت و بالإجماع في اجتماعها الأول،ذيميتريس كوتسوباس أميناً عاماً للجنة الحزب المركزية.
وكان مؤتمر الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني قد بوشر بتظاهرة احتفالية في استاد رياضي بضاحية غالاتسي يوم الخميس 24|6، بينما تواصلت أعماله في مقر اللجنة المركزية للحزب يومي الجمعة والسبت 25-26 / 6. و تحدث ضمن النقاش الثري التي استمر على مدى يومين حول الموضوع الأول على جدول أعمال المؤتمر الحادي والعشرين للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، والمتعلق بتقرير عمل اللجنة المركزية واللجنة المركزية للرقابة المالية وتخطيط العمل حتى المؤتمر الثاني والعشرين، ما مجموعه 67 مندوبا.

وقد عُبر ضمن النقاش عن الاتفاق الجوهري مع موضوعات اللجنة المركزية و توصيتها، وتم نقل خبرة غنية من النشاط الطليعي للشيوعيين من اجل جميع المشاكل الشعبية. و تطور تفكُّر ثري حول المسألة الرئيسية، أي حول كيفية جعل دور الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني أكثر تميزاً في الظروف المعاصرة باعتباره طليعة منظمة، وحاملاً لأفكار جديدة، وكيفية اتخاذ خطوات في تنظيم الطبقة العاملة و العاملين لحسابهم في المدينة و المزارعين المكافحين للبقاء و الشباب والنساء في نقاباتهم و جمعياتهم، و الترويج لتنسيق عملهم، وتضامنهم وتحالفهم الاجتماعي و في تطوير الصراع في اتجاه مناهض للرأسمالية و الاحتكار.
و تم التصويت بالإجماع لصالح توصية اللجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني و تقريرها الختامي. كما تم التصويت بالإجماع على موضوعات اللجنة المركزية التي تم طرحها على مدى 3 أشهر للمناقشة العامة والداخلية في الحزب، و على تقرير اللجنة المركزية للرقابة المالية.
و صوت المؤتمر الحادي والعشرون بالإجماع لصالح القرار السياسي للمؤتمر الذي يحدد واجبات الحزب حتى المؤتمر الثاني والعشرين. و أيضاً، صوت المؤتمر الحادي والعشرون بالإجماع لصالح قرار منفصل خاص بشأن واجبات الشيوعيين في الطبقة العاملة وحركتها وتحالفها الاجتماعي.

هذا و يُسجَّل وصول 102 رسالة تحية من أحزاب شيوعية و عمالية من جميع أنحاء العالم، إلى المؤتمر الحادي والعشرين للحزب الشيوعي اليوناني، معربة عن التمنيات بنجاح أعمال المؤتمر. حيث تتواجد نصوص الرسائل الأصلية على الرابط:
