Appeal for Wayanad Relief Fund and Material

Dear Comrades and Friends,

The National Secretariat of the Communist Party of India expresses its condolences to the deceased in Wayanad District because of landslides and floods.

It appeals to all to extend help, financially and also sending materials to help the affected people of Wayanad. The Party units and mass organization in Kerala are active in assisting in relief and rescue work in Wayanad.

The Kerala State Council has started a Bank Account exclusively for the Relief Fund. Bank Account details:

It may be noted that the area where the tragedy occurred is a party strong hold. Many of the affected families are members of Plantation Workers Union (AITUC) and the party.

The National Secretariat appeals to all the sections of the society and particularly the party comrades to help the people in distress affected by unprecedented natural calamity.
