CPI Sends Its Condolences over Turkiye-Syria Earthquake

The National Secretariat of the Communist Party of India issued today (February 7, 2023) the following statement on the devastating Turkiye-Syria earthquake that killed thousands:

The National Secretariat of the Communist Party of India expresses its deep sorrow over the killings of thousands in the devastating Turkiye-Syria earthquake. The Party conveys its condolences to the members of the bereaved families.

The National Secretariat appeals to the government of India to rush all possible help including medicine, food, clothes, etc, for the affected people in Turkiye-Syria.
