A los Partidos Comunistas y Obreros

Camaradas:

Varios partidos hermanos se han dirigido a nosotros para consultarnos acerca de las posiciones que circula el "Partido Popular Socialista de México" y la posibilidad de la conformación en México, en los días siguientes, de una federación de “partidos”, denominada “Unidad Comunista”.

Con relación a esa información, en primer lugar señalar que el Partido Comunista de México no tiene nada que ver con ello.

En el documento del “Partido Popular Socialista de México”, que explica la constitución de esta federación se postulan enunciados y afirmaciones con las que no estamos de acuerdo, incluso hemos combatido reiteradamente

Los hechos prueban que el proceso llamado “Cuarta Transformación” no tiene absolutamente nada que ver con la lucha antiimperialista. Basta enunciar dos asuntos. El primero es la ratificación por parte del gobierno de López Obrador del T-MEC (USMCA) el 1 de Julio del año pasado en conjunto con la administración de Trump, y ratificado en la reciente conversación bilateral, con el nuevo Presidente de los EEUU, Biden. El T-MEC es la continuación, con cláusulas más agresivas, del TLCAN (NAFTA) que estuvo vigente desde 1994. El T-MEC es un acuerdo interestatal de carácter imperialista beneficioso para los monopolios de la América del Norte y lesivo a los intereses de la clase obrera de Canadá, México y los EEUU. El segundo es la política antiinmigrante del Gobierno de López Obrador, la más lesiva de los últimos años para los trabajadores de América Central y el Caribe que se desplazan por el territorio de México en búsqueda de trabajo en los EEUU. Las fuerzas represivas mexicanas se han volcado como barrera de contención migratoria, y no es ninguna exageración que es una extensión de las US Border Patrol.

Se sugiere en el documento del Partido Popular Socialista de México que el de Obrador es un gobierno popular, sin embargo la naturaleza de sus políticas y resultados de estos dos años lo definen como un gobierno antiobrero y antipopular:

-Con la entrega de prebendas a los monopolios, la protección de sus ganancias, y la transferencia de recursos públicos en su favor. Por ejemplo la creación de un programa de empleo que entrega la fuerza de trabajo de tres millones de jóvenes, cuyos salarios son pagados con recursos estatales, como mano de obra gratuita para los grandes monopolios que operan en México.

-Con una política de ajuste, denominada “austeridad”, que ha significado el despido de miles de trabajadores del sector público, y que ahora se dirige contra los trabajadores de la educación.

-Con una política de recorte de derechos laborales, por ejemplo recorte de subsidios que llevó al cierre de guarderías afectando a cientos de miles de niños, pero sobre todo a la clase obrera y particularmente a la mujer trabajadora.

-Con una política de militarización del país, con un abierto protagonismo del Ejército mexicano en la vida pública y económica, a los que también se entregó el control de puertos y aeropuertos. El Ejército mexicano verdugo del pueblo mexicano, responsable de varios crímenes de Estado, y a los que hoy Obrador legitima, y presenta como garantes de la estabilidad y el progreso.

-Con la creación de la Guardia Nacional, una fuerza represiva, basada en el Ejército, con protocolos aprobados claramente contra la movilización obrera y popular.

-Con una política para llevar a la extinción a las organizaciones sindicales y campesinas, al desconocer su representatividad y espacios, imponiendo la relación entre Estado e individuos, rechazando cualquier forma de expresión social independiente.

-Al continuar con los compromisos con el BM, FMI, pago de la deuda externa.

-Al desarrollar una gestión en la pandemia del Covid-19 desastrosa, dando la espalda a los trabajadores y sectores populares.

Basten esos ejemplos para decir que esta fuera de la realidad cualquier intento de lavarle la cara a un gobierno como el de López Obrador que es un fiel gestor de los intereses de la clase dominante.

No dejamos fuera del análisis el error de estrategia que significa seccionar la lucha contra el capitalismo con la llamada “alianza antineoliberal”, que lleva precisamente a maquillar otras gestiones del capitalismo, que es el responsable de la explotación, la injusticia y la infelicidad del proletariado y los sectores populares. Pero por si fuera poco, y hay todos los elementos para afirmarlo, que incluso con relación a la gestión neoliberal del capitalismo no ha dado un solo paso atrás, pues ninguna privatización fue revertida, ni tampoco se revirtieron las reformas lesivas al reparto agrario y a la separación Estado-Iglesia, pese a que MORENA, el partido de Obrador cuenta con mayoría parlamentaria en ambas cámaras de la actual legislatura.

Ahora bien, sin entrar al cuestionamiento de la existencia real de los anunciados componentes de la “Unidad Comunista”, lo que confirman es el balance efectuado por el IV Congreso del Partido Comunista de México en 2010-2011 acerca de la bancarrota total de lo que se considera “izquierda” en México, al navegar en el curso de la lucha de clases como rémora de las disputas interburguesas, sin brújula ni derrotero, arropados solamente con una hueca fraseología de buenas intenciones para el futuro. La liquidación del primer Partido Comunista Mexicano en 1981, precisamente por uno de los grupos que convocan, provocó una diáspora, acentuada con la crisis de la contrarrevolución en la URSS y otros países que construían el socialismo, que llevó al florecimiento de distintos grupos que fueron renunciando a cualquier característica revolucionaria, por lo que consideran natural legitimar la dictadura de clase de la burguesía, como pretenden al crear ahora una organización “unida” funcional al actual proyecto capitalista del gobierno en turno. Por otra parte no desdeñamos el hecho de que desde el gobierno, antiguos excomunistas hoy como altos funcionarios del gobierno, buscan la creación de un grupo “comunista” que sirva para despertar ilusiones sobre el gobierno de Obrador, y que, por tanto, funja como marioneta de la socialdemocracia.

Ese espectro agonizante de la “izquierda”, donde la corriente oportunista eurocomunista y la corriente oportunista del lombardismo, forman filas, es ajeno totalmente al interés y opción clasista del proletariado mexicano que hoy como nunca requiere de su partido marxista-leninista, autónomo y que practique la independencia de clase, es decir, se requiere del Partido Comunista de México, que se orienta programáticamente en la tarea de la Revolución Socialista, luchando por el derrocamiento del capitalismo, cualquiera que sea la gestión gubernamental que de él se haga.

La “Unidad Comunista” no será sino una reedición más del oportunismo, que será confrontada por el Partido Comunista.

To the communist and workers parties.

Several brother parties have been asking to us about the positions which circulate the “Popular Socialist Party of Mexico” (Partido Popular Socialista de México) and the possibility of the conformation in the following days, of a,”Parties” Federation, called “Communist Unity” (Unidad Comunista).

Regarding this information, in first place we point out that the Communist Party of Mexico (Partido Comunista de México) has nothing to do with it.

In the document by “Popular Socialist Party of Mexico” which explains the constitution of this federation, they postulate statements and affirmation in which we don’t agree, actually we are fighting against them constantly.

The facts prove that the process called “Fourth Transformation” (Cuarta Transformación) has absolutely nothing to do with the anti-imperialist struggle. Only takes to mention two issues. The first the ratification by Lopez Obrador’s government of the T-MEC (USMCA) on the first of july of the last year in conjunction with the Trump’s administration, and ratified in the recent bilateral conversation, with the new president of the USA., Biden, The T-MEC is the continuation, with more aggressive clauses, of the TLCAN (NAFTA) which was current since 1994. The T-MEC is an imperialist interstate agreement, beneficial for the monopolies in North America and very harmful for the working class in Canada, Mexico and the USA. In second place is the antimigration policies of Lopez Obrador’s government, the most harmful one in the last years for the workers of Central America and the Caribe who travel in the mexican territory looking for jobs in the USA. The mexican repressive forces have become a migration contention barrier, and it is not an exaggeration that is an extension of the US Border Patrol.

It is suggested by “Popular Socialist Party of Mexico” in their document that Obrador’s government is a people’s one. Nevertheless, the nature of its policies and results in this two years define it as an anti-worker and anti-people government.

With the concessions of prebends for the monopolies, the protection of their profits, and the transference of public resources in their favour. For example the creation of an employment program that gives away the working force of three million youngsters, whose salaries are paid by state’s resources, as free workforce for the big monopolies operating in Mexico.

With an adjustment policy called “austerity”, which has provoked the firing of thousands of public sector workers, and now it is directed against the education workers.

With a policy of reduction of laboral rights, for example the reduction of subsidies which ended with the closure of the day care centers that affected thousands of children, especially against the working class, particularly the working women.

With a policy of militarization of the country, with a wide protagonism of the Mexican Army in the public and economic life, to whom received the control of the ports and airports. The Mexican Army, the executioner of the mexican people, responsable of several state crimes, today Obrador legitimizes them, and presents them as the keepers of stability and progress.

With the creation of the National Guard (Guardia Nacional), a repressive force, based in the army, with approved protocols clairly against the worker’s and people’s mobilizations.

With a policy to lead to extinction of the organizations of farmers and workers unions, Not recognizing anymore their representativeness and facilities, imposing the relationship between State and individuals, rejecting any independent way of social expression.

Continuing with compromises with the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, payments of the foreing debt.

Developing a disastrous management of the Covid-19 Pandemic, ignoring the people’s and worker’s sectors.

May those examples be enough to say that is outside reality any attempt to clean the face of a government like Obrador’s which is a loyal gestor of the dominant class’ interests.

We don’t left out of the analysis the strategic mistake of seccionate the struggle against capitalism with the called “Anti.neoliberal Alliance” (Alianza Antineoliberal), which precisely

leads to make up other capitalist administrations, which are responsible for the exploitation, injustice and unhappiness of the proletarians and the people’s sectors. But as if weren’t enough, and there are other elements to support this affirmation. There has not been any step backwards in the neoliberal administration of capitalism. Not a single privatization has been reverted, not a single reform against the land reform or the separation State-Clergy has been reverted either, despite the fact that Obrador’s Party “MORENA '' has the majority in both houses of Congress in the current term.

Now, without entering into the questioning of the real existence of the announced components of the “Communist Unity”, we confirm the balance made by the Fourth Congress of the Communist Party of Mexico between 2010-2011 about the total bankrupt of what considers themselves “left-wing” in Mexico, navigating the course of the class struggle as remora of the disputes inside the bourgeoisie, without compass nor place for arrival, only with hollow speeches of good intentions for the future. The liquidation of the first Mexican Communist Party in 1981, precisely by one of the groups which summons, provoke a diaspora, increased with the contra-revolutionary crisis in the USSR and other countries which were building the socialism, lead to the flourishing of several groups that renounced to any revolutionary characteristic, because of that they consider natural to legitimate the dictatorship of the bourgeois class, as they pretend with a to create a “united” organization functional to the capitalist project of the current government, they are looking for a “Communist” group which work to create false illusions about Obrador’s government, and because of that, exists as a puppet of the social-democrats.

That agonizing specter of the “left-wing”, where the opportunists currents of eurocommunism and also the opportunism of the lombardists, form their lines, is totally outside of the interest and clasist option for the mexican proletarians that today requires a marxist-leninist party, autonomous and practicing the class independence, that is to say; it is required the Communist Party of Mexico, which pragmatically leads itself in the task of the Socialist Revolution, fighting to take down capitalism, whichever be the current government made by them.

The “Communist Unity” will not be other than the reedition of opportunism, that will be confronted by the Communist Party
