Resolution Passed by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Pakistan in  Swabií,KPK

Warlike Situation in the Region

Due to overproduction, inflation, and unemployment, capitalist centers are experiencing economic contraction, recession, and deepening crisis. These crises are being further intensified by modern informational and automated technologies. The soaring prices of oil and gas in Europe as the direct consequence of the war in Ukraine, has further exacerbated this crisis in Europe, leading to rising unemployment and inflation. As Comrade Lenin stated, "when capitalism is engulfed in crises, it heads toward war"

The world is rapidly transitioning from a Capitalist system to a new form of neocolonialism. The era of financial imperialism is moving toward dominance, with China emerging as its champion. China’s capitalist economy has initiated the leadership of a new global bloc. Observing its disintegrating global hegemony, the United States is pushing the world toward war.

To counter China, the U.S. is not only attempting to obstruct its economic growth but also orchestrating regime changes in countries aligning with the Chinese bloc, using proxies. These proxies are inciting civil wars, which are disastrous for global peace. In cases where proxy wars fail, Israel and the U.S. are engaging in direct military actions.

This is a conspiracy to drive the working masses and general public of the world into the quagmire of death under war and economic pressure. In this context, strong condemnation was expressed against the aggression of Israel and the U.S. toward Iran. Solidarity was declared with the Iranian people, emphasizing that the right to change the clerical regime in Iran belongs solely to the Iranian people; no other entity has the right to interfere.

Israeli and American aggression was denounced. Moreover, Israel’s genocide of Palestinians, aided by the U.S., was declared a crime against humanity.A demand was made to prosecute Netanyahu and Trump for war crimes and human rights violations. It was also demanded that all nuclear possessing  nations dismantle their nuclear weapons to rid the world of the fear of nuclear war. The arms race should end, and focus must shift toward human development. The need to establish peace globally was emphasized.

The war and its aftermath between Pakistan and India were declared a conflict between the ruling elites of both countries who adhere to the two-nation theory. This war was waged against the people of both countries, and its consequences are visible in the form of massive military budgets and increased taxation burdening the people.

The Central Committee, analyzing the current wars, stated that the era of traditional and ground-troop warfare is now ending. Therefore, a demand was made to downsize the Pakistani military and reduce defense expenditures.

Regarding the internal situation, it was asserted that a specific clique within the establishment has seized control of state affairs, politics, industry, and business. Through the creation of the SIFC (Special Investment Facilitation Council), the 18th constitutional amendment is being undermined, and resources of various national units and annexed areas are being captured through corporate farming, green tourism, and the Mineral Mines Act. This has resulted in a direct contradiction between the people, national units, annexed areas, and the security establishment.

All ruling parties currently present in parliament were held equally responsible for the imposition of a civil martial law in the country. It was asserted that in the interest of the nation and in line with the democratic spirit of the constitution, the military must be confined to matters of national defense only.

To achieve this, the Central Committee emphasized the need to expand the Popular Left Alliance further and accelerate and intensify the struggle for these objectives.
