  • Pakistan, Communist Party of Pakistan 2022 - No to the imperialist war in Ukraine! En Asia Communist and workers' parties

Communist Party of Pakistan understands the war in Ukraine as a result of tensions between NATO and Russia over the Ukraine issue.. Russia has resorted to the Ukrainian government's desire to join NATO as an excuse to wage war on it. The communist Party of Pakistan consider it the imperialist strategy of market expansion and  a fight for the monopoly in the market. The party sees it as part of a strategy by the United States and the European Union to expand NATO, and especially toward the former Soviet Union's independent states, to encircle the capitalist Russia.  The inevitable result is an invitation to war.  NATO, which was formed primarily against the socialist bloc, which is no longer in existence, now considers the further existence of NATO with a strategy to maintain and expand its imperialist war strategy in the world. The Communist Party of Pakistan strongly Condemns this  strategy  The Communist Party of Pakistan also condemns the current President of Ukraine as a puppet of the American and European Imperialism Zelensky's fascist tactics and his racist actions against the Russian ethnic population by banning the Communist Party of Ukraine and consider him responsible for imposing war On the Ukrainian people. The party strongly condemns Russian President Vladimir Putin as a representative of a monopoly bourgeoisie in Russia, as a fascist and expansionist-minded ruler.  Under the pretext of keeping Ukraine away from NATO, it rejects Russia's occupation of Ukrainian  provinces as an act of imperialist occupation and calls for an immediate end to the war and the withdrawal of Russian troops.  Communist Party of Pakistan expresses solidarity with the independence of Ukraine and its people.

The Communist Party believes that with the collapse of the Socialist Bloc and the Soviet Union, capitalism has pushed the world back to war.  From the civil war in Yugoslavia to the war in Georgia, Azerbaijan and Romania, the Middle East and today Ukraine, or the Cold War between China, the United States or the United States and Russia, all of these wars are aimed at seizing world markets and passages.  As a result, ordinary people are dying innocently and the economic consequences of these wars, especially the working people, are suffering in the form of unemployment and inflation.  The population below the poverty line is growing.  On the contrary, the number of people suffering from hunger and poverty is increasing.  Imperialist and monopolistic capital is robbing the people. The capitalist arms industry is earning wealth and the concentration of wealth is increasing.  Voices against it are being suppressed on the one hand by the fascist handcuffs of dictatorships in the name of democracy and on the other hand by spreading propaganda against the people through racial, religious and sectarian hatred and arranging to continue their exploitation by getting into fights.

The Communist Party of Pakistan believes that the unequal distribution of wealth and productive resources and consequently class segregation is increasing so fast that the class struggle cannot be stopped.  The party believes that only through class struggle can we get rid  of this imperialist and monopolistic capitalist system and get rid of these wars, poverty, misery, hunger and unemployment.  Only through the unity and joint struggle of the working classes and the common people can lead to a peaceful society free from exploitation and can be established only by carrying out a socialist revolution.  We can all carry out this revolution in our own countries and establish a peaceful and war-free world.
