We will call TÜSİAD bosses to account for what they have committed.

They have opened all the mines, the rivers, and each corner of the country to spoliation. They have oppressed the peasants defending their land and the workers struggle for their trade union. But this oppression cannot go on like this, it will not.

We do not want much. We are the workers creating all the wealth.

I am, as a metal worker can leave the factory that I enter at 07.00 early in the morning, at 23.00 at night. And still cannot make a living in spite of this hardworking. There is something weird here. No need for mathematical computing much.

We want a country that we can live in humanely. While a handful of people have countless of Money our lives, the lives of the workers are in darkness.

This cannot be continued. The workers will get what they deserve from TÜSİAD bosses and from the government sooner or later.

In order for getting their rights, 2023 will be the year of struggle for the workers.

A fair person cannot accept that scene where that much injustice and cruelty are deemed proper for us. Fair people would join this struggle to raise it hand-in-hand, arm-in-arm. But we well know that the capitalist class, TÜSİAD and the AKP government supporting them have no moral compass. The only thing they care about is: The capital must be raised, the cases must be filled up. The people have died of hunger, the children have lost their father in mine accidents… Neither worry, nor sadness for them.

We will call TÜSİAD bosses to account for all of these, sooner or later. We will struggle for all our strength in order to turn this country of exploitation created by them into a livable country.

TÜSİAD get out, this country is ours!”

While ending their action TKP members left their “New Year gifts”, which consisted of the criminal files of the bosses covering: the fatal industrial accidents; abuse of child labour; the list of privatizations; the figures showing the rising profits of the bosses and the rising cost of living for the workers; the data of the deadly incidents for migrant workers, at the door of TUSIAD.

On the same day, the workers from the Kadıköy Worker House of TKP posted “New Year’s Greeting “ cards to several company addresses in order to pass their messages for the coming year to the bosses.

Dear Bülent Eczacıbaşı,
We know that you have stolen your wealth of $2.2 billions from workers. You cannot cover your exploitation with arts. Down with your stature. This year, you shall find your workers standing up to you more. Have a nice year ��

Dear Tuncay Özilhan,
What you have seized with your velvet gloves, we shall take back with our iron wrists.

Dear TÜSİAD,
This year we want less exploitation, less oppression, more secularism, more free time, more freedom. Does that suit you?
