Dear comrades and friends!

We once again call for your support of Pavel Grudinin, the Head of “Lenin Sovkhoz”,   People’s Enterprise located in the Moscow region which is considered as one of the best agricultural enterprises in Russia and bears the name of “an island of socialism” amid a sea of capitalist lawlessness.  Due to the socialist system of management he could provide his employees with the full set of social guarantees, including bonuses, medical care and education. 

Thanks to his skilful efforts Sovkhoz, which remains the last survived among 15 similar ones in the Moscow Region, became a territory of “social optimism”, an example to be followed. 

We have already published a number of statements and articles with full details of the situation in the enterprise which affects the destiny of thousand workers and veterans, their family members and relatives. 

Pavel Grudinin, the candidate of the CPRF and the National  Patriotic forces of Russia in the last presidential campaign  became the second with  support of about 9 million voters.

In the course of the presidential campaign of 2018, due to his political preferences, Pavel Grudinin has experienced all possible means of pressure and outright harassment in the Media. Now he is about of loosing his most cherished life's work – the “Lenin Sovkhoz”, what inevitably strikes destinies of thousands of people leaving them  jobless and destitute.

After series of courts characterized by flagrant procedural violations the real threat of destruction of one of the best Russian agrarian enterprises has really appeared.

 The stage is being set for a hostile takeover of the enterprise which owns 2,000 hectares of land outside Moscow. If the enterprise is destroyed, hundreds of employees will inevitably lose their jobs for the sake of rental houses to be built on fertile land.

We have every reason to believe that the persecution of Pavel Grudinin primarily has a political context. In a recent opinion poll conducted by a reputable Agency, Grudinin was ranked seventh in the list of the most popular politicians in Russia. It is clear that the ruling party of Russia, the United Russia, is seriously concerned about the possibility of another popular leader appearing in the opposition.

Obviously, the recent situation around the “Lenin Sovkhoz”, including the trials looks like a well-organized raider attack aimed at getting access to so much desirable land on one hand and on the other – to eliminate a really dangerous political opponent.   

If this happens the land ownership transfers to Vladimir Palikhata  a well-known raider  and his business partner Dmitry Sablin, United Russia parliamentarian. Both are operating with approval of  Andrey Vorob’yov, Moscow region Governor and very much interested in getting almost two thousand hectares of land near Moscow with estimated value of at least 80 billion rubles for consequent redevelopment.

So, that is the back ground of "necessary" court decisions taken for the benefit of entrepreneurs from the Ruling party.

The CPRF strongly condemns the state and judicial arbitrariness towards Pavel Grudinin and  demands an immediate stop of raider’s attack on the enterprise.

Дорогие товарищи и друзья!

Мы вновь призываем вас выступить в поддержку  Павла Грудинина, руководителя народного предприятия, подмосковного совхоза имени Ленина - одного из лучших сельскохозяйственных предприятий России, называемого “островом социализма” среди моря капиталистического беспредела, который, благодаря социалистической системе управления смог  обеспечить своих работников полным набором социальных гарантий, включая премии, медицинское обслуживание и образование.

Благодаря его умелым действиям совхоз имени Ленина, последний оставшийся из 15 подобных предприятий, стал территорией “социального оптимизма”, примером, достойным подражания.

Ранее мы уже опубликовывали  ряд заявлений и статей с подробным описанием ситуации, сложившейся  на этом предприятии,  которая повлияет на судьбы тысяч людей: работников и ветеранов совхоза, членов их семей и родственников.

Павел Грудинин, кандидат от КПРФ и Национально-Патриотических Сил России в последней президентской кампании, занял  второе место и получил поддержку около 9 миллионов избирателей.

Уже в ходе президентской кампании 2018 года, в силу своих политических предпочтений, Павел Грудинин испытал на себе все возможные средства давления и откровенной травли в СМИ. И теперь его  вот – вот лишат дела всей  жизни - “ Совхоза им. В.И. Ленина”, что неизбежно ударит по судьбам тысячи людей,  оставив их без работы и без средств к существованию.

После ряда судов, характеризующихся грубыми процессуальными нарушениями, создана реальная угроза уничтожения одного из лучших российских аграрных предприятий. Готовится враждебный захват совхоза, владеющего 2000 га земли под Москвой. Если предприятие будет ликвидировано, сотни работников неминуемо потеряют работу ради того,  чтобы дома, которые будут построены на плодородной земле, сдадут в аренду.

С полным основанием мы можем говорить, что преследование Павла Грудинина имеет прежде всего политический контекст. В недавнем опросе общественного мнения, проведенном авторитетным агентством, Грудинин занял седьмое место в списке самых популярных политиков России. Понятно, что правящая партия, «Единая Россия», всерьез обеспокоена возможностью появления в оппозиции еще одного популярного лидера.

Очевидно, что ситуация, складывающаяся в последнее время вокруг  Совхоза, а также все судебные процессы - это хорошо организованная рейдерская атака, направленная на получение доступа к столь желанной земле с одной стороны, а с другой - на устранение действительно опасного политического противника.

Если это произойдет, то земельная собственность перейдет к известному рейдеру Владимиру Палихате и его деловому партнеру Дмитрию Саблину, депутату от "Единой России". Оба действуют с одобрения губернатора Московской области Андрея Воробьева и очень заинтересованы в получении почти двух тысяч гектаров подмосковной земли оценочной стоимостью не менее 80 миллиардов рублей для последующей застройки.

Вот в этом и состоит подоплека "нужных" судебных решений, принятых в пользу предпринимателей из правящей партии.

КПРФ решительно осуждает государственный и судебный произвол в отношении Павла Грудинина и требует немедленного прекращения рейдерской атаки на совхоз имени Ленина.

¡Queridos camaradas y amigos!

Les llamamos de nuevo a respaldar a Pável Grudinin, dirigente de la empresa popular Granja estatal “Lenin” ubicada en la zona suburbana de la región de Moscú, que es una de las mejores empresas agrícolas, la que llaman también como “isla del socialismo” en medio del mar de la arbitrariedad capitalista y que gracias al sistema socialista de administración pudo crear para sus trabajadores todo un conjunto de garantías sociales incluyendo premios, servicio médico y educación.

Gracias a los métodos de dirección competentes de Pável Grudinin, la Granja estatal “Lenin”, la última granja sobreviviente de las 15 empresas de este tipo, se ha convertido en territorio del “optimismo social” y ejemplo digno de imitar.

Anteriormente, ya publicamos una serie de declaraciones y artículos con una detallada descripción de la situación de esta empresa que influirá en el destino de miles de personas: trabajadores y veteranos de la granja, sus familiares y parientes.

Pável Grudinin, candidato del PCFR y de las Fuerzas Patrióticas Nacionales de Rusia durante la última campaña presidencial, ocupó el segundo puesto y recibió el apoyo de casi 9 millones de electores.

Ya durante la campaña presidencial de 2018, debido a sus posiciones políticas Pavel Grudinin fue blanco de todos los medios posibles de presión y ataques abiertos en los medios de comunicación. Y, ahora, le están privando de la causa de toda su vida, Granja estatal “Lenin", que inevitablemente golpeará el destino de miles de personas, dejándolas sin trabajo y sin medios de subsistencia.

Después de una serie de tribunales caracterizados por graves violaciones procesales, se creó una amenaza real de destrucción de una de las mejores empresas agrícolas rusas. Se está preparando una adquisición hostil de una granja estatal, que posee 2.000 hectáreas de tierra cerca de Moscú. Si la empresa queda liquidada, cientos de trabajadores perderán inevitablemente sus puestos de trabajo para que las casas que se construyan en tierras fértiles se dejen en alquiler.

Con toda razón podemos decir que la persecución de Pável Grudinin obedece ante todo a un contexto político determinado. En una encuesta de opinión reciente realizada por una agencia prestigiosa, Grudinin ocupó el séptimo lugar en la lista de los políticos más populares de Rusia. Está claro que el partido gobernante “Rusia Unida”, está seriamente preocupado por la posibilidad de que en la oposición aparezca otro líder popular.

Es obvio que la situación creada recientemente en torno a la granja estatal, así como todos los procesos judiciales, es un ataque de adquisición hostil bien organizado y destinado a obtener acceso a la tierra tan deseada, por un lado, y, por el otro, para eliminar a un enemigo político realmente peligroso.

Si ello sucede, la propiedad de la tierra será transferida al famoso raider Vladimir Palijata y a su socio, Dmitry Sablin, diputado de “Rusia Unida”. Ambos actúan con la aprobación del gobernador de la región de Moscú, Andrei Vorobyev, y están muy interesados en obtener casi dos mil hectáreas de tierra de la región de Moscú con un valor estimativo de al menos 80 mil millones de rublos para las futuras obras de construcción.

Este es precisamente el telón de fondo de las decisiones judiciales "necesarias" tomadas a favor de los empresarios del partido gobernante.

El PCFR condena enérgicamente la arbitrariedad judicial y oficial contra Pável Grudinin y exige el cese inmediato de los ataques de apropiación de la Granja estatal “Lenin”.
