To the fraternal people of Ukraine

Dear brothers and sisters. Each of us is hearing misfortune knocking on the doors of our homes. Ukraine and Russia are facing a dreadful threat. The West dreams of committing the unthinkable…

Our friendship has been attacked more than once. There was a time when the enemy had the guise of cunning Papal legates who were dragging southern Russian principalities into the Catholic fold. Then there was the Polish nobility which wreaked violence and sought to eradicate the age-old memory of our unity. Attempts to conquer us were made by Turks, Swedes, the French and the Germans. They spoke different languages, their uniforms and banners were different, but century after century they went about their grisly business seeking to divide and enslave our people. Nazi ideologists harbored plans of utter cynicism. On April 2, 1942 Rosenberg, a prominent Nazi, submitted to Hitler Memorandum №1 on Germany’s future policy in the lands of the USSR. With regard to Ukraine, he assigned  the “political task” of “encouraging the aspirations for national independence” with the aim of “deterring Moscow and securing the great German living space in the east” and of “creating a powerful raw materials source and an additional food base for the Great German Reich.”

Today the Banderovites assure us that Hitlerites set Ukrainians apart from the other Slavs and treated them better. This crude lie exposes the Nazi’s Ost plan. The whole occupied population of Russia was to be either exterminated or deported to Siberia. Even in Galicia 65% of the people were to be evicted and the rest to be made slaves. Hitler said it in so many words: “We will seize the southern part of Ukraine… and make it an exclusive German colony. It will not be difficult to drive out the current population … in a hundred years’ time  millions of German peasants will live there.”

The later-day enslavers are pouring sweet balm into the ears of the Ukrainian “elite” promising it a place “at the common European table.” In reality our beloved Ukraine faces the threat of devastation and of becoming a mandate territory. The selfish Anglo-Saxons, like Nazism, need a protectorate whose population and resources could be thrown into the furnace of international adventures. They have no need for an “independent Ukraine.”

The Western rulers seek to set the Russians and Ukrainians against each other. The dregs of the universe have more than once provoked conflicts when each drop of the blood shed ended up in the pocket of Uncle Sam in the shape of gold coins. Just recently the once prosperous multi-national Yugoslavia was torn apart. Now Washington repeats the mantra of an “inevitable” war with Russia. No sooner did Zelensky say that Moscow is not preparing an attack than he received a “sobering” call from Biden. The White House occupant explained that such things should not be said even in a whisper. 

But have we become so stupid as to allow ourselves to be duped by provocaterus who are fomenting enmity and hatred?  At the most difficult moments the people’s wisdom and our unity gained the upper hand over disunity. It was at such a moment that Bohdan Khmelnitsky made his impassioned plea: “Lord! Give us strength. So that we are all united forever.”It was at such moments that Russian and Ukrainian workers rejected the false promises of Skoropadsky and Petlyura and together started building their socialist state. It was at such moments that the airman Ivan Kozhedub, the partisan leader Sidor Kovpak, the military commanders Timoshenko, Eremenko, Malinovsky, Chernyakhovsky together with Zhukov and Rokossovsky, Meretskov and Bagramian rose to defend our great Soviet Motherland.

Thirty years ago we were forcibly divided contrary to the will expressed in a nationwide referendum. We have been slashed by borders and are being fed Rosenberg’s lie that Ukrainians and Russians are long-time enemies. Of course, speaking about the 1991 tragedy each of us may blame Gorbachev and Kravchuk, Yeltsin and Yushchenko, Yanukovich and Saakashvili, Poroshenko and Zelensky… But what about us? We are all choosing our destiny for generations ahead. It is our personal responsibility  -- of each and everyone – to defend our land and ensure a happy life for our children and grandchildren.

Time has made it clear why the USA wished to see a government coup in Kiev in 2014. Another act of a major drama was launched. Provocations with killings on Maidan… People burnt alive in Odessa’s Trade Union House… Thousands of Donbas citizens killed by punitive forces… The much- touted “Euro-integration” turned out to be a sham. Obviously, the West’s aim is to rob and enslave Ukraine in order to continue to confront Russia and dictate its will to the world.

The insane dream of Washington hawks is a fratricidal war between our peoples. Behind the smokescreen of a “Moscow invasion” the world oligarchy is stepping up its Anti-Russia project and is staging dangerous provocations. Trumpeting Russia’s readiness to attack Ukraine, the USA and NATO are pumping its Bandera rulers with arms.

The conquerors’ tactic is as old as the world. Opposing it, talented Russians and Ukrainians have passionately called for friendship and cohesion. The ideas of the philosopher Grigory Skovoroda and the writer Nikolay Gogol strike a symbolic note. “If I have friends I consider myself to be not only rich, but also happy”, said the former. And the latter echoed the sentiment through the mouth of Taras Bulba: “No bonds are more sacred than those of comradeship.”

Great words. Right thoughts. The way to be followed is so clear. Unity is our strength. Our divisions bring humiliation, shame and ignominy.

Ukrainians and Russians are at a crossroads. History has again exposed us to trials. The West seeks to make us quarrel and to divide us. It wants to make unacceptable the very thought that Ukraine and Russia can be friends, promote mutual links, cherish the memory of our common victories and the dearest of them, the Great Victory over Fascism. Shall we allow ourselves to be deceived? Shall we be able to pull through? Shall we be able to resist the treacherous plans?

Wily brains dream of erasing form the consciousness of our people the fact that Soviet Ukraine was respected and loved in the Soviet Union. Its successes were rejoiced at. They added to the common heritage of a great and powerful country where citizens were not divided by nationality and language. Where friendship of the peoples helped to build Dneproges, to hoist the Victory Banner over the Reichstag and to conquer outer space. At that time honest labor was praised and respected. That is why the centenary of the formation of the USSR is a time of shared pride and synergy and not quarreling and hostility. A time of good memories, radiant hopes and ambitious plans. It is time we countered the venal oligarchy and the threats of adversaries with truly citizens’ diplomacy, direct conversation with each other, warm and hearty communication.

Brothers! Comrades! Friends! Our ancestors are looking at us. The future of our descendants depends on us. We cannot entrust our fate to Western puppeteers, nor to brazen oligarchs, nor to corrupt officials. We have seen how the greed of the rich bais and CIA’s perfidy blew up Kazakhstan overnight. Its authorities liked to parade their “stability.” But the abscess of social cleavages and injustice came to a head giving free rein to banditry and fratricide.

We communists are convinced that guys from Kharkov and Sumy, Zaporozhye and Kiev must not be enemies of their kindred peers from Ryazan and Khabarovsk, Archangelsk and Moscow. These guys, like all of us, have similar names, common roots and faith, our relatives live on both sides of the border. Let us, then, stretch our hands of comradeship toward each other in our struggle against provocateurs of every stripe. It is time we got down together to the common business of changing the very foundations of our life. The time is coming to chase away all the enemies of our peoples.

We trust that the tenderness of women’s hearts, the will of our men, the wisdom of the elders and the light in our children’s eyes will help us avoid a calamity and demonstrate to the world our successes and achievements. We must prove again that we are capable of broad integration and the joining of efforts. By pooling our talents and potentials, we shall be competitive in any markets. By embarking on the path of creative endeavor, we will strengthen our potential and secure a worthy and peaceful life. And then, as before, our grand deeds and trail-blazing discoveries, our great writers and poets, our soulful songs, colorful folk dances and sporting achievements will be known and admired all over the world.

Let us be wise, firm and consistent!

Let us be united in defiance of evil and treachery!

Let us do everything for a worthy and glorious future of our peoples!

К братскому народу Украины 

Дорогие братья и сёстры! Каждый из нас уже слышит стук беды в двери своих домов. Украина и Россия столкнулись с жестокой угрозой. Запад мечтает свершить немыслимое…

На нашу дружбу посягали не раз. Когда-то враг выступал в образе хитрых папских легатов, тянувших южнорусские княжества в лоно католицизма. Затем о себе заявила польская шляхта, творившая насилие и искоренявшая вековую память о нашем единстве. На поприще завоеваний потрудились и турки, и шведы, и французы, и немцы. Они говорили на разных языках, различались их амуниция и штандарты, но из века в век они делали одно чёрное дело, мечтая разъединить и поработить наши народы.

Предельно циничные планы воплощали идеологи фашизма. 2 апреля 1941 года видный нацист Розенберг подал Гитлеру «Памятную записку №1» о будущей политике Германии на землях СССР. «Политической задачей» для Украины он называл «поощрение стремлений к национальной независимости» с целью «сдерживать Москву и обезопасить великогерманское жизненное пространство с востока», а также «создать мощную сырьевую и дополнительную продовольственную базу для Великогерманского рейха».

Ныне бандеровцы уверяют, будто гитлеровцы отделяли украинцев от остальных славян и лучше к ним относились. Но этот грубый подлог вскрывает фашистский план «Ост». Всё оккупированное население СССР подлежало либо уничтожению, либо депортации в Сибирь. Даже из Галиции предполагалось изгнать 65% проживающих, а остальных сделать рабами. Гитлер заявлял прямо: «Мы возьмём южную часть Украины… и сделаем её исключительно немецкой колонией. Нетрудно будет выгнать население, которое тут есть сейчас... через сотню лет тут будут жить миллионы немецких крестьян».

Современные поработители льют сладкий елей в уши украинской «элиты», обещая ей место «за общим европейским столом». На деле нашей любимой Украине грозят разорение и превращение в подмандатную территорию. Корыстолюбивым англосаксам, как и германскому фашизму, нужен протекторат, население и ресурсы которого можно бросать в топку международных авантюр. «НезалежнаУкраїна» им не нужна.

Задача властей Запада — стравить русских и украинцев. Вселенская сволочь не раз провоцировала конфликты, когда каждая капля пролитой крови падала в карман к дяде Сэму золотыми монетами. Совсем недавно была разорвана некогда процветавшая многонациональная Югославия. Теперь Вашингтон твердит о «неизбежности» войны России и Украины. Стоило Зеленскому заявить, что Москва не готовится к нападению, как последовал «отрезвляющий» звонок Байдена. Хозяин Белого дома разъяснил, что такие вещи нельзя произносить даже шёпотом.

Но разве мы с вами так поглупели, что поддадимся провокаторам, разжигающим вражду и ненависть? В самые тяжёлые моменты народная мудрость и наше единство брали верх над разобщением. Именно в такие минуты звучал страстный призыв Богдана Хмельницкого: «Боже, утверди! Боже, укрепи! Чтоб есмиво веки все едино были». В такие минуты русские и украинские рабочие отвергли лживые посулы Скоропадского и Петлюры и вместе принялись строить своё социалистическое государство. В такие минуты лётчик Иван Кожедуб, партизанский «батька» Сидор Ковпак, полководцы Тимошенко, Ерёменко, Малиновский, Черняховский вместе с Жуковым и Рокоссовским, Мерецковым и Баграмяном вставали на защиту нашей великой Советской Родины.

30 лет назад нас насильно разделили вопреки воле общесоюзного референдума. Нас раскроили границами и теперь по бредням Розенберга врут, что украинцы и русские давние недруги. Конечно, говоря о трагедии 1991 года и остальных испытаниях, каждый вправе винить Горбачёва и Кравчука, Ельцина и Ющенко, Януковича и Саакашвили, Порошенко и Зеленского… Но ведь есть ещё и мы. Мы все выбираем нашу судьбу на поколения вперёд. Это наша личная ответственность — всех и каждого — защитить свою землю и обеспечить счастливую жизнь детям и внукам.

Время прояснило, зачем США желали госпереворота в Киеве в 2014 году. Был начат очередной акт большой драмы. Провокации с убийствами на Майдане… Одесситы, сгоревшие в Доме профсоюзов… Уничтоженные карателями тысячи жителей Донбасса… Так хвалёная «евроинтеграция» обернулась сплошным обманом. Совершенно очевидно: цель Запада — ограбить и закабалить Украину, чтобы дальше бороться с Россией и диктовать свою волю миру.

Безумная мечта вашингтонских ястребов — братоубийственная бойня наших народов. Её пламя способно выжечь Украину и опалить Россию. Под дымовой завесой «вторжения Москвы» мировая олигархия активизирует проект «Анти-Россия» и осуществляет опасные провокации. Трубя о готовности России напасть на Украину, США и НАТО накачивают оружием бандеровских правителей.

Тактика захватчиков стара, как мир. Противостоя ей, талантливые представители русских и украинцев горячо призывали к дружбе и сплочению. Знаковой перекличкой звучат идеи философа Григория Сковороды и писателя Николая Гоголя. «Если у меня есть друзья, я считаю себя не только богатым, но и самым счастливым», — говорил первый. Второй отвечал в лад словами Тараса Бульбы: «Нет уз святее товарищества!»

Какие великие слова! Какие точные мысли! Как ясен путь, которым стоит идти! В единстве — мы сила! В нашем разделении — унижение, позор и бесславие.

Украинцы и русские на перепутье. История вновь уготовила нам испытания. Запад хочет нас рассорить и разделить. Он желает сделать неприемлемой саму мысль о том, что Украина и Россия могут дружить, крепить свои связи, хранить память о наших общих победах и самой дорогой из них — Великой Победе над фашизмом. Дадим ли мы обмануть себя? Выдюжим ли? Отбросим ли коварные планы?

Изощрённые умы мечтают вытравить из сознания наших народов тот факт, что РадянськаУкраїна была уважаема и любима в Советском Союзе. Её успехам радовались. Они составляли общее достояние великой и могучей страны, где граждан не делили по национальности и языку. Где дружба народов помогала строить и возрождать из руин Днепрогэс, водружать Знамя Победы над рейхстагом, покорять космические дали. Честный труд был тогда делом доблести и почёта. Вот почему год 100-летия образования СССР — это время для общей гордости и сложения сил, а не для ругани и вражды! Это время для добрых воспоминаний, светлых надежд и серьёзных планов. Пора уже нам отвечать на продажность олигархии и угрозы недругов настоящей народной дипломатией, прямым разговором друг с другом, тёплым и душевным общением.

Братья! Товарищи! Друзья! На нас смотрят наши пращуры! От нас зависит судьба потомков! Мы не можем доверить свою судьбу ни западным кукловодам, ни обнаглевшим олигархам, ни коррумпированным чиновникам. Мы видели, как байская жадность и цэрэушное коварство в одночасье взорвали Казахстан. Его власти любили выставлять напоказ фасад своей «стабильности». Но нарыв социального раскола и несправедливости позволил разгуляться тем, кто способен к бандитизму и братоубийству.

Мы, коммунисты, убеждены: парни из Харькова и Сум, Запорожья и Киева не должны враждовать с единокровными сверстниками из Рязани и Хабаровска, Архангельска и Москвы. У этих ребят, как и у всех у нас — одни имена и фамилии, общие корни и вера, родственники по обе стороны границы. Так протянем же друг другу руку товарищества в борьбе с провокаторами всех мастей! Пора нам сообща взяться за дело — за изменение самих основ нашей жизни. Приходит время прогнать вон всех врагов наших народов!

Мы верим, что чуткость женских сердец, твёрдая мужская воля, мудрость старших и свет детских глаз помогут нам выбраться из беды и явить миру свои успехи и достижения. Мы докажем вновь, что способны к широкой интеграции и сложению сил. Объединяя наши таланты и потенциалы, мы будем конкурентны на любых рынках. Встав на путь созидания, мы укрепим свои возможности, гарантируем достойную и мирную жизнь. И вот тогда, как и ранее, наши большие дела и крупные открытия, наших великих писателей и поэтов, наши проникновенные песни, яркие народные танцы и спортивные достижения будут знать и восторженно принимать во всём мире.

Будем же мудры, тверды и последовательны!

Будем едины вопреки злу и предательству!

Сделаем всё ради достойного и славного будущего наших народов!

¡Al pueblo hermano de Ucrania!

¡Queridos hermanos y hermanas! Cada uno de nosotros ya está oyendo el golpear de la desgracia a nuestras puertas. Ucrania y Rusia están enfrentando ya una terrible amenaza. Occidente sueña con llevar a cabo algo inimaginable…

No es solamente una vez que atentaron ellos contra nuestra amistad. En algunos momentos el enemigo se presentaba con el ropaje de los astutos legados papales, que intentaron atraer los principados del Sur de Rusia a la órbita del catolicismo. Luego, apareció la nobleza polaca que recurrió a la violencia y trató de extirpar la memoria secular sobre sobre nuestra unidad. Mediante las conquistas lo intentaron también turcos, suecos, franceses y alemanes. Hablaron diferentes idiomas, se distinguían sus uniformes y banderas, pero siglo tras siglo obraron sus causa negra, soñando con desunir y esclavizar a nuestros pueblos.

Los planes extremadamente cínicos alimentaban los ideólogos del fascismo. El 2 de abril de 1941, el destacado nazi Rosenberg, le entregó a Hitler la “Memoria № 1” sobre la futura política de Alemania en las tierras de la URSS. La “tarea política” para Ucrania la llamó como “el estímulo para las ambiciones de lograr la independencia nacional” con el objetivo de “contener a Moscú y garantizar el espacio vital de Gran Alemania desde el Este”, así como “crear la poderosa base de materias primas y auxiliar para el Gran Reich Alemán”.

Hoy los banderistas aseveran que los hitlerianos separaban a los ucranianos de los otros eslavos y les trataban mejor. Pero esta falsificación burda pone al descubierto el plan fascista “OST”. Todos los habitantes de las zonas ocupadas de la URSS deberían ser asesinados, o deportados a Siberia. Incluso en Galicia hubo planes a deportar al 65% de los habitantes, y a los demás, convertirlos en esclavos. Hitler dijo directamente: “Vamos a tomar la parte del sur de Ucrania… y la haremos colonia alemana exclusivamente. No será difícil expulsar a la población que allí vive…dentro de un siglo allí vivirán millones de campesinos alemanes”.

Los esclavizadores modernos vierten los “oleos sagrados” a las orejas de la “elite” ucraniana prometiéndoleun sitio alrededor de la mesa comúnpaneuropea». En realidad, a nuestra querida Ucrania le esperan la ruina y conversión en un territorio bajo mandato. Los anglosajones rapaces al igual que el fascismo alemán necesitan un protectorado, la población y los recursos que se puede echar al fuego de las aventuras internacionales. Una “Ucrania independiente” no la necesitan.

La tarea de las autoridades del Occidente es azuzar a los rusos y ucranianos para que se enfrenten. Los canallas universales provocaron más de una vez los conflictos, cuando cada gota de la sangre derramada caía en el bolsillo del Tío Sam como monedas de oro. No hace mucho, fue desgarrada la Yugoslavia multinacional floreciente y próspera hace tiempo. Ahora Washington trata de lo “inevitable” de la guerra entre Rusia y Ucrania. Apenas Zelenski declaró que Moscú no se preparaba para la ofensiva cuando en seguida recibió una llamada «rigurosa» de Biden. El amo de la Casa Blanca explicó que tales cosas no se puede pronunciar, ni incluso a media voz.

¿Acaso nos hicimos tontos que nos dejaremos engañar a los provocadores que alimentan la enemistad y el odio? En los momentos más duros la sabiduría popular y nuestra unidad estuvieron por encima de la desunión. En estos momentos precisamente se escuchaba el apasionante llamado de Bogdan Khmelnitski: “¡Dios, háganos fuertes!”, “¡Dios, consolídanos!” “¡Para que nosotros seamos unidos en los siglos de los siglos!”. En estos momentos los obreros rusos y ucranianos rechazaron las falsas promesas de Scoropadski y Petliura y empezaron a construir juntos sus propio Estado socialista. En estos momentos el aviador Iván Kozhedub, el jefe de los guerrilleros Sidor Kovpak, los comandantes militares Timoshenko, Yeriomenko, Malinovski, Cherniajovski junto con Zhukov y Rokossovski, Meretskov y Bagramian se pusieron a la defensa de nuestra gran Patria Soviética.

Hace treinta años nos separaron con fuerza a pesar de la voluntad del referéndum de toda la Unión. Nos cambaron fronteras y ahora se repiten las demenciales mentiras de Rosenberg de que los rusos y ucranianos son enemigos históricos. Claro, al hablar de la tragedia de 1991 y otras duras pruebas cada uno puede echar las culpas a Gorbachov y Kravchuk, Eltsin y Yuschencko, Yanukovich y Saakashvili,Poroshenko y Zelenski…Pero, estamos también nosotros. Elegimos nuestro destino para generaciones venideras. Es nuestra responsabilidad personal  -de todos y cada uno de nosotros-  defender nuestra tierra y garantizar una vida feliz a los hijos y nietos.

El tiempo ha hecho evidente que porqué los Estados Unidos querían el golpe de Estado en Kiev en 2014. Empezó el acto nuevo del gran drama. Provocaciones con asesinatos en Maydán. Los ciudadanos de Odessa que fueron quemados en la Casa de Sindicatos. Miles de ciudadanos de Donbás matados por militares. Así la cacareada “eurointegración” se convirtió en un gran engaño. Es bien evidente que el objetivo del Occidente es saquear y sojuzgar a Ucrania para  luego luchar contra Rusia y dictar su voluntad a todo el mundo.

El sueño demencial de los halcones de Washington es la matanza fratricida de nuestros pueblos. Su llama es capaz de quemar a Ucrania y también a Rusia. Bajo la cortina de humo de la “invasión de Moscú” la oligarquía mundial activa el proyecto “Anti-Rusia” y lleva a cabo provocaciones peligrosas. Clamando sobre los planes de Rusia de atacar a Ucrania, Estados Unidos y la OTAN llenan de armamentos a los gobernantes banderistas.

La táctica de los conquistadores es vieja como el mundo. Al hacerle frente, los representantes de los rusos y ucranianos llamaron ardientemente a la amistad y consolidación. Como un entrelazamiento transcendentalsuenan las ideas del filósofo Gregori Skovoroda y del escritor Nicolás Gogol. “Si tengo amigos yo me considero no solamente rico sino también feliz”, decía el primero. El segundo respondía al unísono con palabras de Tarás Bulba: “No hay algo más sagrado que los lazos de la camaradería”.

¡Que grandes son estas palabras! ¡Que precisas son las ideas! ¡Que claro es el camino digno de andar! ¡Unidos, somos fuerza! ¡En nuestra división se hallan la humillación, deshonra, sin alguna gloria!

Los ucranianos y los rusos están en una encrucijada. La historia nos presenta de nuevovarias pruebas. Occidente quisiera meter cizaña entre nosotros y dividirnos. Quisiera hacer inaceptable la propia idea de que Ucrania y Rusia pueden vivir en amistad, fortalecer sus lazos y conservar la memoria sobre las victorias comunes, la más preciada de ellas es la Gran Victoria sobre el fascismo. ¿Nos dejaremos engañar? ¿Resistiremos? ¿Rechazaremos los planes pérfidos?

Los cerebros más “refinados” sueñan con extirpar de la conciencia de nuestros pueblos el hecho de que La Ucrania Soviética era respetada y querida en la Unión Soviética. A todo el mundo le alegraban suséxitos. Constituían el acervo común de la gran y poderosa nación, donde cada ciudadano no eraenajenado por razones del idioma y nacionalidad. Donde la amistad de los pueblos permitía construir y restablecer de las ruinas la Central Hidroeléctrica de “Dneprogues” , izar  la bandera de la Victoria sobre el Reichstag, conquistar el espacio cósmico. El trabajo honesto era entonces la causa de orgullo y honor. Es por eso que el 100 aniversario de la Unión Soviética es momento para el orgullo común y la duplicación de las fuerzas, no para las querellas y enemistad. Es el momento para recuerdos positivos, esperanzas claras y planes serios. Ya es el momento de responder a la oligarquía venal y los enemigos de una genuina diplomacia popular, de hablar directamente entre nosotros, y de la comunicación calurosa y cordial.

¡Hermanos! ¡Camaradas! !Nos miran nuestros antepasados! ¡Depende de nosotros el destino de las generaciones venideras! No podemos confiar nuestro destino a los titiriteros occidentales, ni a los oligarcas descarados, ni los funcionarios corruptos. Hemos visto como las avaricia de los bonzos y la perfidia de la CIA hicieron estallar Kazajistán en cuestión de horas. Sus autoridades se gustaban con presentar el escaparate de su “estabilidad”. Pero la ola de la división social e injusticia les permitieron hacer loque querían a quienes son capaces solamente a acciones bandidescas y fratricidio.

Nosotros los comunistas estamos convencidos de que los muchachos de Jarkov, Sumy, Zaporozhie y Kiev no deben vivir en enemistad con los coetáneos de Riazan y Jabarovsk, Arjanguelsk y Moscú. Todos estos muchachos, al igual que nosotros, tienen los mismos nombres y apellidos, las raíces y creencia comunes, parientes por ambos lados de la frontera. Tendamos pues las manos recíprocamente de la camaradería en la lucha contra los provocadores de diferentes cortes. ¡Cambiemos pues los propios fundamentos de nuestra vida, ya es el momento! ¡Ha llegado la hora de expulsar a todos los enemigos de nuestros pueblos!

Confiamos que la sensibilidad de los corazones femeninos, la férrea voluntad de los hombres, la sabiduría de los mayores de edad y la luz de los ojos infantiles nos ayudarán a encontrar una salida de la desgracia y mostrar al mundo nuestros éxitos y logros. Vamos a probar nuevamente que somos capaces a practicar la integración y multiplicación de fuerzas. Al unir nuestros talentos y potenciales, seremos competitivos en cualquier mercado. Al ponernos en el camino de la creación, fortaleceremos nuestras posibilidades, garantizando una vida digna y pacífica. ¡Y, entonces, como antes, nuestras causas grandes y descubrimientos magnos, nuestros escritores y poetas, nuestras canciones del alma, brillantes danzas populares y logros deportivos serán conocidos y aceptados con entusiasmo en todo el mundo.
