From February 28 to March 1, 2020, the 23^rd party conference of the DKP took place in Frankfurt/Main. Over 200 delegates welcomed more than 20 international guests and embassy representatives from Cuba, Laos, and Vietnam. Robert Griffiths, Chairman of the CP of Britain, Zisis Liberidis of the CP of Greece, and Ramón Ripoll Díaz, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, addressed the Congress. From Germany, representatives of the peace movement, the East German board of trustees of associations, and the party “Die Linke” addressed the delegates.

With a vast majority, the delegates again elected Patrik Köbele as chairman. The 58-year-old IT consultant has been chairing the party since the 20^th party conference, which took place in 2013. Also confirmed in office was the deputy chairwoman Wera Richter. The previous deputy chairman Hans-Peter Brenner did not run for office again. The new executive committee consists of 19 men and 12 women. The head of the International Commission of the party executive committee, Günter Pohl, resigned from the party executive committee at his own request, but will continue to be a member of the commission, which will be headed by comrade Renate Koppe in future.

The 23^rd Party Congress of the Communists in Germany received a large number of motions for resolutions. Nevertheless, the party congress devoted several hours to a debate on party development. The exchange of experiences was primarily about reestablishing the party in the working class. In impressive speeches, delegates talked about concrete struggles in the automotive industry, in hospitals, and in public transport companies. There were also reports on work in city parliaments, in the peace movement, as well as in the struggle against the right-wing development.

Following a lively discussion on the motion, the party congress adopted the main motion entitled “Our fields of struggle within the framework of the anti-monopolistic strategy” with the tasks for the coming period up to 2022. First and foremost are the struggle for peace and friendship among nations, the struggle for democratic rights, and for the preservation of a healthy nature and ecology. Another priority is the struggle alongside the trade unions for better working and living conditions.

In addition, the delegates adopted positions on health policy and environmental protection issues, as well as demands for East Germany, i.e. the territory of the GDR. Two solidarity projects with the revolutionary Cuba and the CP of Venezuela were also decided upon, as well as a long-term roadmap for the revision of the party program of 2006.

In his closing statement, Patrik Köbele orientated the party towards the resistance against the US military maneuver “Defender 2020”, which is, of all things, just around the 75th anniversary of the liberation from fascism and war directed against the Russian Federation.

23. Parteitag der Deutschen Kommunistischen Partei

Vom 28. Februar bis zum 1. März 2020 fand der 23. Parteitag der DKP in Frankfurt/Main statt. Über 200 Delegierte begrüßten mehr als 20 internationale Gäste und Botschaftsvertreter aus Kuba, Laos und Vietnam. Robert Griffiths, Vorsitzender der KP Britanniens, Zisis Liberidis von der KP Griechenlands und Ramón Ripoll Díaz, Botschafter der Republik Kubas, richteten Grußworte an den Kongress. Aus Deutschland sprachen Vertreter der Friedensbewegung, des Ostdeutschen Kuratoriums von Verbänden und der Partei „Die Linke“ zu den Delegierten.

Mit großer Mehrheit wählten die Delegierten Patrik Köbele erneut zum Vorsitzenden. Der 58-jährige IT-Berater steht der Partei bereits seit dem 20. Parteitag, der 2013 stattfand, vor. Ebenfalls im Amt bestätigt wurde die Stellvertretende Vorsitzende Wera Richter. Der bisherige Stellvertretende Vorsitzende Hans-Peter Brenner kandidierte nicht wieder. Dem neuen Vorstand gehören insgesamt 19 Männer und 12 Frauen an. Der Leiter der Internationalen Kommission des Parteivorstands, Günter Pohl, scheidet auf eigenen Wunsch aus dem Parteivorstand aus, wird der Kommission aber weiterhin angehören, die künftig von der Genossin Renate Koppe geleitet wird.

Dem 23. Parteitag der Kommunistinnen und Kommunisten in Deutschland lagen eine Vielzahl von Anträgen zur Beschlussfassung vor. Dennoch nahm sich der Parteitag mehrere Stunden Zeit für eine Aussprache zur Parteientwicklung. Der Erfahrungsaustausch drehte sich in erster Linie um die Wiederverankerung in der Arbeiterklasse. In eindrucksvollen Wortbeiträgen erzählten Delegierte über konkrete Kämpfe in den Betrieben der Automobilindustrie, in Krankenhäusern und Verkehrsbetrieben. Berichte gab es auch über die Arbeit in Stadtparlamenten, in der Friedensbewegung und im Kampf gegen die Rechtsentwicklung.

Nach einer lebhaften Antragsdiskussion beschloss der Parteitag den Leitantrag mit dem Titel „Unsere Kampffelder im Rahmen der antimonopolistischen Strategie“ mit den Aufgaben für die kommende Periode bis 2022. An erster Stelle stehen der Kampf für Frieden und Völkerfreundschaft, der Kampf um demokratische Rechte und für den Erhalt einer gesunden Natur und Ökologie. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt ist der Kampf an der Seite der Gewerkschaften für bessere Arbeits- und Lebensbedingungen.

Darüber hinaus beschlossen die Delegierten Positionen zur Gesundheitspolitik und zu Fragen des Umweltschutzes sowie Forderungen für Ostdeutschland, also das Gebiet der DDR. Beschlossen wurden zudem zwei Solidaritätsprojekte mit dem revolutionären Kuba und der KP Venezuelas sowie ein langfristiger Fahrplan zur Überarbeitung des Parteiprogramms von 2006.

In seinem Abschlussstatement orientierte Patrik Köbele die Partei auf den Widerstand gegen das US-Militärmanöver „Defender 2020“, das sich ausgerechnet rund um den 75. Jahrestag der Befreiung von Faschismus und Krieg gegen die Russische Föderation richtet.

 23 Congreso del Partido Comunista Alemán

El 23 Congreso del Partido Comunista Alemán (DKP) tuvo lugar del 28 de febrero al 1 de marzo en Frankfurt. Más de 200 delegadas/os saludaron a más de 20 invitados internacionales y representantes de las embajadas de Cuba, Laos y Vietnam. Robert Griffiths, secretario general del PC de Bretaña (CPB), Zisis Liberidis del PC de Grecia (KKE) y Ramón Ripoll Díaz, embajador de la República de Cuba, dirigieron saludos al congreso. De parte de organizaciones Alemania hablaron representantes del movimiento por la paz, del Consejo Administrativo de Organizaciones del Este de Alemania y del partido „Die Linke“.

Los delegadas/os reeligieron con gran mayoría a Patrik Köbele como presidente del partido. El experto en computación de 58 años es presidente del DKP desde el 20 congreso, en 2013. También fue reelecta Wera Richter en el cargo de la vicepresidenta. El otro vicepresidente Hans-Peter Brenner ya no presentó candidatura.

En el nuevo Comité Central se encuentran en total 19 hombres y 12 mujeres. El jefe de la Comisión Internacional del Comité Central, Günter Pohl, sale del Comité Central por voluntad propia, pero seguirá en la comisión que en el futuro será dirigida por la camarada Renate Koppe.

El 23 Congreso de las y los comunistas en Alemania decidió muchas mociones. Sin embargo, el congreso dedicó varias horas a un debate sobre el desarrollo del partido. El intercambio giró alrededor de un anclaje nuevo en la clase obrera. Delegadas y delegados hablaron de luchas concretas en fábricas de automóviles, en hospitales y en empresas de transporte. Hubo informes también sobre el trabajo en parlamentos municipales, en el movimiento por la paz y en la lucha contra las políticas de derecha.

Después de una discusión viva, el congreso decidió la moción principal „Nuestros Campos de Lucha en el Marco de la Estrategia Antimonopolista“ que contiene las tareas del periódo venidero hasta el año 2022. En primer lugar están las luchas por paz y amistad entre los pueblos, por derechos democráticos y la preservación de una naturaleza sana y de la ecología. Otro campo es la batalla al lado de los sindicatos por mejorar las condiciones laborales y de vida.

Más allá de esto, los delegadas/os decidieron posiciones del DKP para la política de salud y del medio ambiente, así mismo reivindicaciones respecto al este de Alemania, el terreno de la República Democrática Alemana. Además se decidieron dos proyectos de solidaridad con Cuba revolucionaria y el Partido Comunista de Venezuela, y finalmente un plan a largo plazo para renovar el programa político del DKP que data de 2006.

En sus palabras de clausura, Patrik Köbele orientó el partido a la resistencia contra las maniobras militares „Defender 2020“ que se dirige contra la Federación Rusa - expresamente alrededor del 75 aniversario de la liberación de Europa de fascismo y guerra.

23-й съезд Германской Коммунистической Партии

С 28 февраля до 1 марта во Франкфурте-на-Майне состоялся 23-й съезд ГКП. Более 200 делегатов приветствовали более 20 международных гостей и представителей посольств из Кубы, Лаоса и Вьетнама. Перед конгрессом выступили председатель КП Британии Роберт Гриффитс, Зизис Либеридис от КП Греции и посол Республики Куба Рамон Риполл Диас.  Из Германии перед делегатами выступили представители движения за мир, Восточно-Германского совета ассоциаций и Левой партии.

Подавляющим большинством делегатов Патрик Кёбеле вновь был избран председателем. 58-летний IT-консультант руководит партией уже с 20-ого съезда, который состоялся в 2013 году. Также в должности была утверждена заместитель председателя Вера Рихтер. Прежний заместитель председателя Ганс-Петер Бреннер больше не баллотировался. В новый Центральный Комитет входят 19 мужчин и 12 женщин. Руководитель Международной комиссии Центрального Комитета Гюнтер Поль покинул ЦК партии по собственному желанию, но останется членом комиссии, которую в будущем возглавит товарищ Ренате Коппе.

На 23-м съезде коммунистов Германии было представлено большое количество документов по решению. Тем не менее, съезд потратил несколько часов на обсуждение развития партии. Обмен опытом касался, прежде всего, вопросов закреплении в рабочий класс. В своих впечатляющих выступлениях делегаты говорили о конкретной борьбе в автомобильной промышленности, в больницах и транспортных предприятиях. Были также представлены доклады о работе в городских парламентах, в движении за мир и в борьбе против  политического развития в пользу правых сил.

После интенсивного обсуждения предложенных документов съезд принял основный документ "Наши области борьбы в рамках антимонополистической стратегии" с задачами на предстоящий период до 2022 года. В первую очередь, это борьба за мир и дружбу народов, борьба за демократические права, за сохранение здоровой природы и экологии. Еще одним приоритетом является борьба совместно с профсоюзами за улучшение условий труда и жизни.

Кроме того, делегаты приняли позиции по вопросам политики в областах здравоохранения и охраны окружающей среды, а также требования для Восточной Германии, т.е. территории ГДР. Были также приняты решения по двум проектам солидарности с революционной Кубой и КП Венесуэлы, а также долгосрочная дорожная карта по пересмотру программы партии от 2006 года.

В своем заключительном выступлении Патрик Кёбеле ориентировал партию на сопротивление военному маневру США "Defender 2020", который - именно во время 75 годовщины освобождения от фашизма и войны - направлен против Российской Федерации.
