Kuwait Progressive Movement call for serious stance against the new Zionist-American war crime committed in Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza

The crime of the Zionist occupation army's storming of the Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza and the brutal acts of abuse and murder to which thousands of patients, displaced people and medical staff were subjected in a health facility that is supposed to be protected according to the Fourth Geneva Convention, represents a new war crime to be added to the hideous criminal record of the Zionist entity against our Palestinian Arab people, where the rulers of the United States of America, Britain, France, Germany, Italy and all countries that supported the Zionist entity, provided it with weapons and equipment, and provided it with political cover and media falsification to commit one massacre after another in the series of the war of extermination, killings, bombing and destruction, in retaliation against the valiant resistance and within the framework of systematic work to implement the new plot of displacement of the Palestinian Arab people outside their homeland, leading to the liquidation of the Palestinian cause. 

We do not absolve the Arab rulers of their responsibility for these crimes because of their complicity with the brutal enemy.

With the recurrence of these crimes and the nature of the conflict becoming clear, all our Arab peoples and their liberation and national forces are called upon to continue and tighten direct and serious action in the face of this criminal Zionist imperialist alliance and its local agents, and not to be content with denunciation, solidarity and providing various forms of due support to the Palestinian Arab people and resistance, but it is time for our Arab peoples and their liberation and national forces to put on the top of their agenda linking their national political, social and human rights struggle in their countries with resistance to the Zionists and resistance to the US and Western imperialist hegemony imposed on our countries and to confront for its clients and local pillars of normalization and dependency systems and the dependent parasitic capital, the battle is one. 

At this difficult time, at a minimum, we call on our Arab peoples and their liberation and national forces to demand that their governments take concrete and urgent measures to:

1- move to immediately stop the aggression, break the blockade imposed on Gaza and open the Rafah crossing, deliver supplies, fuel and medical supplies, transfer critical and serious cases of the wounded and injured for treatment abroad, and provide shelter requirements for hundreds of thousands of Palestinians whose homes were destroyed.  

2- to initiate urgent measures to reduce the level of diplomatic relations with the countries participating in the aggression, and to reconsider cooperation agreements with them.  

3- move to refer the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by the Zionist entity to the International Criminal Court and the international tribunal in The Hague.  

4- continue to boycott the goods of companies supporting the aggression, escalate the boycott and institutionalize it legally, and nationalize the branches of foreign companies in our countries that represent the interests of the imperialist countries involved in the aggression, and those that assist the Zionist entity.   

5- the establishment of funds to support the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and the resistance, and not just sending humanitarian aid alone, and not to deliver support through the discredited Palestinian Authority.  

6- stop the supply of oil and gas to the countries participating in the aggression. 

 7- withdrawing the investments of Arab sovereign funds from the United States of America and the rest of the countries participating in the aggression, and directing them locally and towards non-Arab countries supporting the Arab-Palestinian right.

In conclusion, we call on our proud Kuwaiti people to develop and escalate the Al-Erada Square rallies appropriately to express the popular, national and humanitarian position of the Kuwaiti people in denouncing the brutal massacres, condemning the Zionists and their American and Western imperialist partners, and to demand concrete and urgent measures against the criminal protectors of the Zionists and their collaborators.

« الحركة التقدمية الكويتية تدعو إلى تحرك جدي في مواجهة جريمة الحرب الصهيونية الأميركية الجديدة ضد مجمع الشفاء الطبي في غزة »

تأتي جريمة اقتحام جيش الاحتلال الصهيوني لمجمع الشفاء الطبي في غزة وأعمال التنكيل والقتل الوحشية التي تعرض لها آلاف المرضى والنازحين والطاقم الطبي في مرفق صحي يفترض أن يكون محمياً وفق اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة، لتمثّل جريمة حرب جديدة تضاف إلى السجل الإجرامي البشع للكيان الصهيوني بحق شعبنا العربي الفلسطيني، حيث يشاركه في هذه الجريمة وما سبقها حكام الولايات المتحدة الأميركية وبريطانيا وفرنسا وألمانيا وايطاليا وجميع الدول التي ساندت الكيان الصهيوني، وقدمت له الأسلحة والعتاد، ووفرت له الغطاء السياسي والتزييف الإعلامي لارتكاب المجزرة تلو الأخرى ضمن مسلسل حرب الإبادة وعمليات القتل والقصف والتدمير، انتقاماً من المقاومة الباسلة وضمن عمل ممنهج لتنفيذ مؤامرة التهجير الجديدة للشعب العربي الفلسطيني خارج وطنه وصولاً إلى تصفية القضية الفلسطينية.

ولا نعفي الحكام العرب المطبعين من مسؤوليتهم تجاه هذه الجرائم وذلك جراء تواطئهم مع العدو الغاشم.

ومع تكرار هذه الجرائم واتضاح طبيعة الصراع فإنّ شعوبنا العربية كافة وقواها التحررية والوطنية مطالبة بمواصلة وتشديد التحرك المباشر والجاد في مواجهة هذا الحلف الصهيوني الإمبريالي المجرم وعملائه المحليين، وعدم الاكتفاء بالاستنكار والتضامن وتقديم مختلف أشكال الدعم الواجب للشعب العربي الفلسطيني والمقاومة، وإنما حان الوقت لأن تضع شعوبنا العربية وقواها التحررية والوطنية على رأس جدول أعمالها الربط بين نضالها الوطني السياسي والاجتماعي والحقوقي في بلدانها وبين مقاومة الصهاينة ومقاومة الهيمنة الامبريالية الأميركية والغربية المفروضة علي بلداننا والتصدي لعملائه وركائزه المحليين من أنظمة التطبيع والتبعية والرأسمال الطفيلي التابع، فالمعركة واحدة.

إننا في هذا الوقت العصيب وكحد أدنى ندعو شعوبنا العربية وقواها التحررية والوطنية إلى مطالبة حكوماتها باتخاذ إجراءات ملموسة وعاجلة تتمثل في:

١-التحرك للوقف الفوري للعدوان، وكسر الحصار المفروض على غزة وفتح معبر رفح، وإيصال المؤن والوقود واللوازم الطبية، ونقل الحالات الحرجة والخطيرة من الجرحى والمصابين للعلاج في الخارج، وتوفير متطلبات إيواء مئات آلاف الفلسطينيين الذين  دُمرت منازلهم.

٢- مباشرة اجراءات عاجلة لخفض مستوى العلاقات الدبلوماسية مع الدول المشاركة في العدوان، وإعادة النظر في اتفاقات التعاون معها.

٣- التحرك لإحالة جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية، التي أقترفها الكيان الصهيوني إلى المحكمة الجنائية الدولية والمحكمة الدولية في لاهاي.

٤- الاستمرار في مقاطعة سلع الشركات الداعمة للعدوان، وتصعيد المقاطعة ومأسستها قانونيا، وتأميم فروع الشركات الأجنبية في بلداننا التي تمثل مصالح الدول الامبريالية الضالعة في العدوان، وتلك التي تقدم مساعدات للكيان الصهيوني.

٥- إنشاء صناديق لدعم صمود الشعب الفلسطيني والمقاومة، وعدم الاكتفاء بمجرد إرسال المعونات الإنسانية على أهميتها، وألا يكون إيصال الدعم عبر السلطة الفلسطينية الفاقدة للمصداقية.

٦- وقف إمدادات النفط والغاز للدول المشاركة في العدوان.

٧- سحب استثمارات الصناديق السيادية العربية من الولايات المتحدة الأميركية وبقية الدول المشاركة في العدوان، وتوجيهها محليا ونحو الدول غير العربية الداعمة للحق العربي الفلسطيني.

وفي الختام، نهيب بشعبنا الكويتي الأبي إلى تطوير تجمعات ساحة الإرادة وتصعيدها بالشكل المناسب للتعبير عن الموقف الشعبي الوطني والقومي والإنساني للشعب الكويتي في استنكار المجازر الوحشية، وإدانة الصهاينة وشركائهم الامبرياليين الأميركان والغربيين، وللمطالبة باتخاذ إجراءات ملموسة وعاجلة ضد حماة المجرمين الصهاينة وشركائهم.
