Message of Solidarity with the Lebanese people

Dear comrades,
 
The New Communist Party of Yugoslavia extends its heartfelt condolences for the lives lost in the devastating explosion at the port of Beirut.

Our thoughts go to the families of the victims, to whom we express our deep condolences, and to people wounded, to whom we send our best wishes of a swift recovery.

The NKPJ urges solidarity and assistance by the peoples and the governments to help the Lebanese people with medical and social aid in this situation.

The NKPJ call for a swift and transparent investigation to find the true cause of the explosion and to determine who are responsible.
