عقدت اللجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني اجتماعها الدوري في ظل تصاعد الأحداث على الساحة الفلسطينية، وخاصة في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية، واستمرار التآمر الدولي والإقليمي على حقوق شعبنا. وبعد نقاش معمق لمجمل المستجدات، أصدرت اللجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني البيان التالي:

أولاً: إدانة توسيع العدوان على قطاع غزة ودعوة لتصعيد المواجهة

ترى اللجنة المركزية أن قرار الاحتلال توسيع عملياته العسكرية في قطاع غزة ليس حدثًا معزولًا، بل هو امتداد لسياسة الإبادة الجماعية والتطهير العرقي الممنهجة التي يمارسها العدو منذ عقود ضد شعبنا، بهدف كسر إرادته وإخضاعه سياسيًا واقتصاديًا. إن تجويع أهلنا في القطاع ومنع دخول المساعدات جزء من استراتيجية الاحتلال لإخضاع المقاومة وكسر الحاضنة الشعبية.

إن الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني يؤكد أن الرد الوحيد على الابادة الجماعية التي يتعرض لها شعبنا في قطاع غزة هو تصعيد كافة أشكال المقاومة والمواجهة، السياسية والجماهيرية والمسلحة، محليًا وعربيًا ودوليًا، والعمل على فرض إدخال المساعدات إلى القطاع فورًا ودون أي قيد أو شرط، باعتبار ذلك حقًا إنسانيًا وقانونيًا لشعبنا المحاصر.

ثانياً: التحذير من المؤتمرات الدولية الموجهة ضد مصالح شعبنا

تحذر اللجنة المركزية من الانخداع بالشعارات البراقة التي ترفعها بعض المؤتمرات الدولية تحت عناوين “السلام” و”حل الدولتين”، في حين تخفي في جوهرها أجندات خطيرة تستهدف تصفية قضيتنا الوطنية  .

مؤتمر نيويورك الأخير، الذي عقد برعاية السعودية وفرنسا، مثال صارخ على ذلك. فقد رُوّج له على أنه لدعم الاعتراف بالدولة الفلسطينية، لكن بيانه الختامي تجنب أي إشارة لحل الدولتين، وركز بدلاً من ذلك على مطلب نزع سلاح المقاومة دون قيد أو شرط، وهو مطلب يتطابق مع أهداف الاحتلال ويضرب جوهر حق شعبنا في الدفاع عن نفسه.

ثالثاً: انتقاد ممارسات السلطة الفلسطينية والقيادة المتنفذة في منظمة التحرير

تعتبر اللجنة المركزية  أن إصرار السلطة الفلسطينية والقيادة المتنفذة في منظمة التحرير على إجراء انتخابات المجلس الوطني في هذه المرحلة العصيبة يعكس انفصالًا خطيرًا عن الواقع النضالي لشعبنا.

إن هذه الخطوة، بدل أن تكون مدخلًا للوحدة، تعمّق الانقسام وتكرّس هيمنة فئة سياسية فقدت صلتها بالمشروع الوطني التحرري. وكان الأجدر بها العمل على إعادة بناء منظمة التحرير على أسس وطنية وثورية، لتضم جميع فصائل العمل الوطني دون استثناء، بما يضمن إنهاء الانقسام وتوحيد الطاقات في مواجهة الاحتلال.

رابعاً: الدعوة إلى انخراط السلطة الفلسطينية في الكفاح والنضال
ترى اللجنة المركزية أن السلطة الفلسطينية فقدت منذ زمن طويل وظيفتها الوطنية، وتحولت إلى أداة للتنسيق الأمني مع الاحتلال، وهو ما كان جوهر مهمتها منذ تأسيسها.
إن استمرار هذه السياسة يرسّخ دورها كوكيل أمني للاحتلال، وهو ما يرفضه الحزب بشكل قاطع. ومن هنا، تدعو اللجنة المركزية السلطة الفلسطينية إلى مراجعة سياساتها جذريًا، والانخراط في مسار الكفاح والمقاومة  وتبني برنامج وطني للتحرر، بما يعيد لها دورها كصوت لشعبنا في المحافل الدولية وداعمًا لنضاله المشروع.

خامساً: خطورة قرار الكنيست بفرض السيادة على الضفة الغربية

تعتبر اللجنة المركزية  أن قرار الكنيست بفرض السيادة على الضفة الغربية ليس سوى حلقة جديدة في مشروع صهيوني استيطاني إحلالي بدأ منذ تأسيس الحركة الصهيونية، ويهدف إلى السيطرة الكاملة على فلسطين التاريخية بعد اقتلاع شعبها.

هذا القرار يؤكد أن العدو لا يؤمن بأي حلول سياسية حقيقية، وأن مشروعه مدعوم من الإمبريالية العالمية والرجعية العربية، ما يفرض على شعبنا تبني استراتيجية مقاومة شاملة، سياسية وميدانية، لمواجهة هذا الخطر الوجودي.

سادساً: رؤية الحزب للحل

يؤكد الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني أن أي حل سياسي لا يقوم على إنهاء الاحتلال بالكامل وإقامة دولة فلسطينية ديمقراطية مستقلة على كامل التراب الوطني الفلسطيني، عاصمتها القدس، وضمان حق العودة الكامل للاجئين، هو حل تصفوي مرفوض.

إن الحزب يرى أن معركة التحرر الوطني هي جزء من الصراع الأممي ضد الإمبريالية والصهيونية والرجعية، وأن انتصار شعبنا يتطلب وحدة النضال الفلسطيني والعربي والأممي.

سابعاً: دعوة للوحدة الوطنية في مواجهة المخططات

تدعو اللجنة المركزية جميع فصائل العمل الوطني المناهضة لاتفاق أوسلو والاحتلال إلى التوحد في جبهة وطنية مقاومة، لمواجهة المؤامرات التي تستهدف تصفية قضيتنا، وتكثيف النضال والكفاح وبكافة الاشكال حتى تحقيق التحرير الكامل.

الوضع العربي الراهن:
ترى اللجنة المركزية أن الأوضاع العربية تشهد أزمات عميقة نتيجة الهيمنة الأمريكية والصهيونية على المنطقة، وتواطؤ أنظمة رجعية تعمل على خدمة مصالح الخارج على حساب شعوبها.

• سوريا: ما يجري من اقتتال داخلي، خاصة بعد سيطرة الجماعات الارهابية على الحكم وتحديدا جماعة ما يسمى بأحمد الشرع (الجولاني سابقا) في مناطق واسعة، وارتكابها مجازر في الساحل والسويداء، وتغاضيها عن التوغل الصهيوني في الجنوب السوري، إضافة إلى الهيمنة التركية في الشمال، يشكل خطرًا على وحدة سوريا وسيادتها. الحل يكمن في توحيد الوطنيين السوريين، وفي مقدمتهم الشيوعيون، لإسقاط مخطط التقسيم وإعادة بناء الدولة الوطنية المستقلة.
• لبنان: تدين اللجنة المركزية قرار الحكومة اللبنانية بسحب سلاح المقاومة بالقوة، وترى فيه تنفيذًا لإملاءات العدو الصهيوني والإدارة الأمريكية، دون أي ضمانات بانسحاب الاحتلال من الأراضي اللبنانية المحتلة أو وقف اعتداءاته على الجنوب.
• اليمن: تحيي اللجنة المركزية  الشعب اليمني قيادة وشعبا على عملياته البطولية في إسناد شعبنا في قطاع غزة، متحديًا التهديدات الأمريكية والصهيونية، ومثبتًا أن التضامن الأممي العربي ممكن وفاعل.

• الأنظمة المطبعة: تدين اللجنة المركزية مواقف الحكومات العربية المطبعة مع الاحتلال، التي لم تتمكن من إدخال أي مساعدات إلى غزة، ولم تقطع علاقاتها مع عدو قتل خلال 22 شهرًا أكثر من 60 ألف فلسطيني، جلهم من النساء والأطفال بل تبرر تخاذلها وتقاعسها لشعوبها بأن المقاومة اداة فارسية وكأنه لا يوجد احتلال صهيوني ولا غربي في معظم الدول العربية الفاقدة لسيادتها.

الوضع الدولي الراهن:
ترى اللجنة المركزية أن تفاقم الصراعات الدولية، كما هو حادث بين روسيا وحلف الناتو، وبين الصين والولايات المتحدة، ليس صراعًا من أجل تحرر الشعوب، بل هو صراع بين إمبرياليات تتناحر على إعادة تقسيم الأسواق والثروات ومصادر الطاقة والنفوذ.
موقف الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني واضح: هذه ليست معركتنا ولا معركة الطبقة العاملة، بل هي معركة البرجوازية العالمية، وعلى الشيوعيين أن يناضلوا ضد توظيف هذه الحروب في قمع الشعوب وإفقارها.

الحل الاشتراكي كخيار إنساني
ترى اللجنة أن الحل الجذري لكل الحروب والفقر وتردي الأوضاع الاقتصادية هو التوجه نحو الاشتراكية، التي تضمن توزيع الثروات بعدالة، وتقضي على جذور الاستغلال، وتمنع تفشي الفاشية والنازية في عالم اليوم.

Press Statement Issued by the Central Committee of the Palestinian Communist Party

The Central Committee of the Palestinian Communist Party held its routine meeting against the backdrop of escalating events across the Palestinian arena—particularly in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank—and the continued international and regional conspiracy against the rights of our people. After in-depth discussion of all recent developments, the Central Committee issues the following statement:

1. Condemnation of the expansion of aggression in the Gaza Strip and call for escalation of resistance
   The Central Committee views the occupying power’s decision to expand its military operations in the Gaza Strip not as an isolated incident, but as a continuation of a decades-long strategy of genocide and ethnic cleansing aimed at breaking our people’s will and subjugating them politically and economically. Starving our people and blocking aid from entering the Strip are parts of an occupation strategy intended to subdue the resistance and crush its popular support.
   The Palestinian Communist Party affirms that the only response to the genocide being carried out against our people in Gaza is to escalate all forms of resistance—political, popular, and armed—locally, across the Arab world, and internationally. We must work to ensure the immediate, unconditional entry of humanitarian aid into the Strip, recognizing it as both a human and legal right of our besieged people.
2. Warning against international conferences whose slogans deceive our people’s interests
   The Central Committee warns against being misled by the superficial slogans of certain international conferences promoting “peace” and the “two-state solution,” while masking dangerous agendas aimed at liquidating our national cause.
   The recent New York conference, held under the patronage of Saudi Arabia and France, is a glaring example. Although it was promoted as a forum to support recognition of the Palestinian state, its final communique made no mention of a two-state solution. Instead, it focused on demands to disarm the resistance unconditionally—objectives that align with the occupier’s goals and undermine our people’s fundamental right to defend themselves.
3. Criticism of the practices of the Palestinian Authority and the entrenched leadership in the PLO
   The Central Committee considers the insistence by the PA and the dominant leadership within the PLO to hold elections for the Palestinian National Council during this critical phase as a grave disconnect from the struggles of our people. Instead of serving as a path to unity, this step deepens division and consolidates the dominance of a political faction

that has lost touch with the national liberation project. It would have been more appropriate to rebuild the PLO on national and revolutionary foundations, inclusive of all national factions, thereby ending division and unifying energies in the struggle against the occupation.

4. Call for the PA to engage in struggle and liberation
   The Central Committee asserts that the Palestinian Authority long ago lost its national function and has become an instrument of security coordination with the occupation—this was its core mandate since its inception.
   This policy entrenches its role as a security agent of the occupier, a role the Party categorically rejects. Therefore, the Central Committee calls on the PA to radically revise its policies, join the path of struggle and resistance, and adopt a national liberation program that restores its role as a voice for our people on the international stage and as a supporter of its legitimate struggle.
5. The danger of the Knesset’s decision to impose sovereignty over the West Bank
   The Central Committee sees the Knesset’s decision to impose sovereignty over the West Bank as another chapter in the Zionist settler-colonial project that, from its inception, has aimed to achieve complete control over historical Palestine by uprooting its people.
   This decision reaffirms that the occupier does not believe in any genuine political solution and that its project is backed by global imperialism and Arab reactionary forces. This reality compels our people to adopt a comprehensive political and field strategy of resistance to confront this existential threat.
6. The Party’s vision for a solution
   The Palestinian Communist Party affirms that any political solution which does not rest on the full end of occupation, the establishment of an independent democratic Palestinian state over all national territory with Jerusalem as its capital, and the full right of return for refugees, is a liquidationist solution that is rejected.
   The Party views the national liberation struggle as part of the global struggle against imperialism, Zionism, and reaction, and believes that our people’s victory requires unity of Palestinian, Arab, and international struggle.
7. Call for national unity in confronting conspiracies
   The Central Committee calls on all national action factions opposed to the Oslo Accords and the occupation to unite within a national resistance front to confront the conspiracies aimed at liquidating our cause, intensifying struggle in all forms until full liberation is achieved.

Current Arab situation:
The Central Committee notes that the Arab world is experiencing profound crises due to American and Zionist hegemony, and due to the collusion of reactionary regimes that serve foreign interests at the expense of their peoples.

• Syria: The internal conflict, particularly following control by terrorist groups—specifically the group known as “Ahmad al-Shara‘” (formerly al-Ghulani)—in wide regions, their massacre of civilians in the coast and Sweida, their disregard for Zionist encroachment in southern Syria, and Turkish domination in the north, threaten Syria’s unity and sovereignty. The solution lies in uniting Syrian nationalists, especially communists, to overthrow the division plan and rebuild a sovereign national state.
• Lebanon: The Central Committee condemns the Lebanese government’s forceful decision to withdraw the weapon of resistance, viewing it as submission to Zionist and American dictates, with no guarantees of the occupation’s withdrawal from Lebanese territories or cessation of its attacks on the south.
• Yemen: The Central Committee salutes the Yemeni people—leaders and populace—for their heroic efforts in supporting our people in Gaza, defying American and Zionist threats, and demonstrating that Arab international solidarity is possible and effective.
• Normalization regimes: The Central Committee condemns the positions of Arab governments normalizing relations with the occupier, which have failed to deliver any aid to Gaza, have maintained ties with an occupier that, over 22 months, has killed more than 60,000 Palestinians—most of them women and children—and which justify their inaction to their peoples by labeling the resistance as a “Persian tool,” as if Zionist or Western occupation did not exist in most Arab countries stripped of sovereignty.

Current international situation:
The Central Committee believes that the worsening international conflicts—such as between Russia and NATO, or between China and the United States—are not struggles for the liberation of peoples, but rather conflicts among empires vying to redivide markets, resources, energy, and influence.
The position of the Palestinian Communist Party is clear: this is neither our struggle nor the struggle of the working class; it is a struggle of the global bourgeoisie, and communists must resist the exploitation of these wars to oppress and impoverish peoples.

Socialist solution as a humane option
The Committee believes that the root solution to all wars, poverty, and economic deterioration is socialism—the fair distribution of wealth, eradication of exploitation, and the prevention of the spread of fascism and Nazism in today’s world.

Long live our martyrs, freedom to our prisoners, victory to our people and its valiant resistance.
