Statement Issued by the Palestinian Communist Party

The escalation of the occupier's massacres against our people in the Gaza Strip, along with their policy of starvation and siege, continues unabated. The most recent atrocity, the Wheat Massacre in northern Gaza, resulted in the tragic loss of over 120 Palestinian lives and left hundreds injured. In the days following this massacre, the fascist occupier committed yet another heinous act, using the same brutal tactics. They waited for crowds of hungry people to gather around buses, then callously opened fire on defenseless civilians. All of this unfolds before the eyes of the entire world, in front of Arab nations, some of which maintain relations with the occupying state. 

The ongoing atrocities in Gaza, marked by massacres, killings, and the targeting of our people, serve one clear purpose: to oppress and humiliate our people, forcing them into displacement. Despite international and Arab condemnation of the occupier's monstrous massacres, it falls short of the necessary response. Some Arab nations play the role of conspirators and partners in the aggression against our people, as seen in the regimes of Bahrain and the UAE. Even neighboring countries like Jordan and Egypt, despite peace agreements with the occupier, have failed to deliver humanitarian aid to our people in Gaza. Aerial shows of solidarity do not alleviate hunger, and what is required from Arab nations, at the very least, is to sever ties and cancel agreements with the occupying state. However, what we observe is quite the opposite, with some nations exporting vegetables and food products to the racist occupier without hesitation, justifying it with agreements with the enemy. 

Amidst this brutal war on our people, Russia called for a meeting of Palestinian factions to end the Palestinian division in Moscow. Although the meeting concluded with a modest statement signed by all participating factions, it had its weaknesses. Firstly, it did not include all factions in the Palestinian arena, excluding several, including the Palestinian Communist Party, without providing reasons. Secondly, the statement from the Moscow meeting needs substantial work, real effort, and political will to genuinely end the Palestinian division. Therefore, our party expects that everything that happened in Moscow will remain ink on paper, and all the sacrifices made and those continuing in the West Bank and Gaza are not sufficient to end the Palestinian division. This encouraged and continues to encourage the fascist occupier and its imperialist backers to persist in their extermination war, as they perceive a Palestinian faction still banking on illusions of a settlement and not learning from history. 

Thirdly, what the fascist enemy failed to achieve through war should not be granted through negotiations. The immense sacrifices and the massive destruction suffered by Gaza must be compensated by the liberation of all prisoners without exception, the withdrawal of occupation forces from Gaza, the agreement on reconstruction, the lifting of the blockade, and the continuous flow of aid without conditions. 

In the face of these challenges threatening our people and the danger to our national cause, the Palestinian Communist Party renews its call for the formation of a broad national front that includes all Palestinian forces and various popular movements without exception. This should be based on a specific political program to lead our people out of the Palestinian impasse since Oslo until now. Agreement on the mechanisms of struggle and resistance should not be determined by any party based on its personal and factional interests, leaving the choice of the path suitable for our people in the struggle to them without dictation. Following this, the restructuring of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) requires revolutionary national foundations capable of changing the defeated reality and leading a revolution against it. It must be the legitimate and sole representative of the Palestinian Arab people.

بيان صادر عن الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني

إن تصاعد ارتكاب الاحتلال للمجازر ضد أهلنا في قطاع غزة وتجويعهم، والتي لم يكن آخرها مجزرة الطحين في شمال قطاع غزة حيث استشهد أكثر من 120 فلسطين وأصيب المئات، وبعد هذه المجزرة بأيام ارتكب الاحتلال الفاشي وبنفس الاسلوب مجزرة أخرى حيث انتظر تجمع الناس الجوعى حول الحافلات ومن ثم فتح نيران اسلحته على المواطنين العزل، كل ذلك يجري أما أعين العالم أجمع، وأمام الدول العربية، والتي لها علاقة مع دولة الكيان. 

إن ما يجري في قطاع غزة، من مجازر وقتل واستهداف لأبناء شعبنا له هدف وحيد وهو تركيع أبناء شعبنا واذلالهم، وتهجيرهم في حال تكمن هذا الاحتلال الفاشي من ذلك، ولكن رغم كل التنديد الدولي والعربي بمجازر الاحتلال الوحشية إلا انه لا يرقى للمستوى المطلوب، فبعض الدول العربية تلعب دور المتآمر والشريك في عدوان الاحتلال على أبناء شعبنا كنظامي البحرين والامارات، والدول الاخرى المجاورة كالأردن ومصر ورغم اتفاقيات السلام مع الاحتلال الا انها اخفقت في ادخال المساعدات الانسانية لأبناء شعبنا في قطلع غزة، وان عمليات الانزال الجوي الاستعراضي لا تغني ولا تسمن من جوع فالمطلوب من الدول العربية على الاقل وتحديدا المطبعة هو قطع العلاقات والغاء الاتفاقيات مع دولة الاحتلال ولكننا الذي نراه هو عكس ذلك، فبعض الدول يصدر الخضار والمواد الغذائية لدولة الاحتلال العنصري، ولا يجد حرجاً في ذلك، مبررا ذلك بالاتفاقيات مع كيان العدو، وكل الدماء التي سالت لم تكون كافية على الاقل من أجل منع تصدير المواد الغذائية للكيان. 

في خضم هذه الحرب الشعواء على شعبنا، دعت روسيا لاجتماع الفصائل الفلسطينية من أجل انهاء حالة الانقسام الفلسطيني الفلسطيني في موسكو، حيث خرج هذا الاجتماع بيان متواضع وقعت عليه جميع الفصائل المشاركة، ولكن نقاط الضعف في هذا الاجتماع والبيان الصادر عنه هي أولا:ً أن هذا الاجتماع لم يشمل جميع الفصائل في الساحة الفلسطينية فقد استثنى عددا من الفصائل وعلى رأسها الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني بدون ابداء الاسباب لذلك، ثانياً: أن البيان الصادر عن اجتماع موسكو يحتاج لعمل كبير وحقيقي وإرادة سياسية من اجل انهاء حالة الانقسام الفلسطيني الفلسطيني، ولذلك يتوقع حزبنا أن يبقى كل ما جرى في موسكو حبراً على ورق وأن كل التضحيات التي قدمها 

ولا يزال يقدمها شعبنا في الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة لم تكن كافية من اجل انهاء حالة الانقسام الفلسطيني الفلسطيني، وهذا شجع ويشجع الاحتلال الفاشي وراعيته الامبريالية الامريكية والأوروبية على مواصلة حرب الابادة لأنها ترى ان هناك طرف فلسطيني ما زال يراهن على أوهام التسوية ولم يتعلم من التاريخ رغم كل التسويفات والخداع الذي مارسته الحكومات الصهيونية المتعاقبة من أجل كسب الوقت للسيطرة على الأرض، ويجب أن يعلم الجميع أن هزيمة المقاومة في غزة هي هزيمة لشعبنا العربي الفلسطيني بأكمله، وليست هزيمة لفصيل فلسطيني بعينه ويجب عدم المراهنة على أن الطرف الآخر سوف يستفيد منه، ونحن نسمع كل يوم تصريحات بن غفير وسموتريش ونتنياهو العنصرية والفاشية ورفضهم لإقامة دولة فلسطينية، حتى ان الكنسيت الصهيوني صوت بأغلبية ساحقة على رفض الاعتراف بالدولة الفلسطينية "منزوعة السلاح" التي كانت الدول الاوروبية والولايات المتحدة تدرس الاعتراف بها من طرف واحد. 

ثالثاً: أن ما عجز عن تحقيقه هذا العدو الفاشي بالحرب لا يجب أن يأخذه بالمفاوضات، فحجم التضحيات الكبير وحجم الدمار الهائل الذي تعرض له قطاع غزة يجب ان يكافىء بتحرير جميع الاسرى دون استثناء واخراج قوات الاحتلال من قطاع غزة، والإتفاق على إعادة الإعمار ورفع الحصار واستمرار تدفق المساعدات دون قيد أوشرط. 

وأمام هذه التحديات التي تواجه شعبنا والخطر اللذي يتهدد قضيتنا الوطنية، يجدد الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني دعوته لتشكيل جبهة وطنية عريضة تشمل كافة القوى الفلسطينة والحركات الشعبية المختلفة دون استثناء أحد، والاتفاق على برنامج سياسي محدد، من أجل الخروج بشعبنا من حالة التيه الفلسطيني التي استمرت منذ أوسلو ولغاية الآن، والاتفاق على آليات الكفاح والنضال، والتي يجب ان لا يحددها طرف بناء على مصالحه الشخصية والفئوية ولنترك لشعبنا اختيار الطريق الذي يناسبه في الكفاح وان لا نملي عليه، يتبع ذلك إعادة هيكلة منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية على أسس وطنية ثورية تحريرية قادرة على تغيير الواقع المهزوم والثورة عليه، ولتكون فعلاً الممثل الشرعي والوحيد للشعب العربي الفلسطيني.
