Our warmest comradely greeting to the 70th Founding Anniversary of your Party. It is milestone corresponding the long struggle of the Party, the Lao people struggle toward freedom, peace, democracy and socialism. It is a struggle against backwardness, colonialism and archaic social order which is historic challenge for Asian countries. How simultaneously addressing this issue is both a challenge, and quest to govern against the influence of rising neocolonial and liberal order persisting in our continent. Overcoming this reality is a great achievement and creating a a new national political, economic, social order is milestone base on the national character of your nation.It is worth emulating for every other nation and party encapsulated in similar situation like yours. Thus we congratulate your party and Lao people for your achievement!
