Dear comrades:
First, I would like to thank the comrades in the Greek communist party for hosting the 13th international meeting of the communist and workers parties, in spite of their great concern with various class confrontation in complex conditions facing their country.

Comrades, the title of our meeting is "socialism is the future" express the correct solution to the bitter situation which all humanity facing it, especially during the last twenty years since the fading of the Soviet Union and the collapse of the socialist system. The hallmark of this era is the continuous attack on the rights and gains of working people in general, and the working class in special, and a big jump in loot the people of what so-called state parties, and wage colonial wars by the global imperialism in order to fix its international hegemony. But strong, political, social, economical crisis rather than super power crisis which the global capitalist system passed and is passing, as well as the defeats and setbacks that befell with imperialist armies in many parts of the world especially in central and west of Asia, all these showing clearly that capitalism is not the end of the road, not the end of history, if it is like that, it means a disastrous end of the whole human life.

Syrian communist party deems that the total developments which contemporary world witnessed and is witnessing prove the correctness of the teachings of Marxism-Leninism, that humanity is living on the stage of general crisis of capitalism which its main hallmark is transition from capitalism to socialism. During the past few years the capitalism has proven its full inability to solve any problem stands in front of humanity, but on the contrary, the developments of capitalism aggravated – in the absence of economic and social alternative and strong international deterrent which the Soviet Union and social system in central and east European countries were formed it – all contradictions which humanity experienced and increased the misery of the majority. But what happened during the recent period showed clearly that the capitalism became enable even to find appropriate frameworks protect the productive forces which increases and deepen all its contradictions. These contradictions can't be solved only by creating the appropriate framework for the contemporary productive forces, through the social ownership of means of production. That is through the victory of social revolution, which opens the horizon of building a communist society, which will move humanity from necessity kingdom to freedom kingdom.

Yes, the development of events during the last two decades since the collapse of social block, showed clearly to the broad masses that the capitalist system is brutal system carries impoverishment , steady growing of exploitation, , marginalization of growing numbers of people, and new colonial wars which became possible after the demise of the Soviet Union.
The facts prove that the masses in various parts of the world reject capitalism and its readiness increases to struggle in order to drop it. But in the same time the majority of these masses didn’t reach to the satisfaction that the alternative to this brutal system lies in the social system which based on social ownership of the means of production and on the power of hard working people, within the framework of the social state, which radically differ economic, social, political and moral from the nature of the existing states.

The non-arrival of the oppressed masses to this satisfaction has many causes including:
1- Blackening the image of the actual socialism that existed which really changed the face of the world. The brightest example of what socialism has done is the collapse of the international colonial system. But organized, continued and perfectly programmed propaganda by the international media blackened the image of all period of the exist of social alternative on more than one sixth of the land. We have to say that this ongoing campaign devilry the appearance of the socialist actual alternative which the Marxists- Leninists fighting for, this campaign has successed.
2- Right now, the bourgeoisie media successes to generally convince people that " lefts" alternative lies in what parties pose which are apostate from its communist class identity, despite most of these parties carry communist names, from reform democratic social alternative. It is clear that this " alternative" which reformers pose is a mixture of measure aimed to " beautification" capitalism and " improvement" not to blow it. The facts show that the large part of the effort of these parties is to fight against communism and the Marxist-Leninist thought. But, because of the act of bourgeois media machine, these movements and people who represent it seem as the only true realist " left". But being nominated with names don’t related with their content by any link, this situation confirms once again the Leninist argument that the effective struggle against imperialism combining with continuous struggle against revisionism and opportunism.
3- The current existing regimes under various socialist names don’t related to socialism by any link in terms of relations of production prevailing in these countries, which is clearly being a capitalist relations of production. The link of these countries with socialism is historical link not current link. We recently deem that there are rushing to move in this way to gain the present, in their view, and perhaps loss the future.
4- There is a very important factor which is the limited influence of communist media because of its poor material base, with some important exceptions, such as our Greek comrades, where communists have a radio and television.
Yes, comrades, masses reject the current situation, but these masses can't reach the solution only through the hard working, continued and escalating struggle of avant-grade forces.
The current circumstances dictate to the communist parties the necessity to be actual avant-grade parties, not just saying, its avant – grade comes from its clear thought, tightness of ranks, and its daily likes with wider audiences.

Dear comrades:
Arab national liberation movement locates on the first front line with the global imperialism. imperialism especially its striking force which is American imperialism has received painful strikes by the factions of Arab national liberation movement, which comes Zionist Israel aggression on Lebanon 2006, and followed by a series of popular uprising against the Arab reactionary regimes loyal to America and have distinct relations with Zionism such as Egyptian and Tunisian regimes, who the heads of their regimes have overthrown, despite the Egyptian and Tunisian people have to do more and more in order to deepen and develop their liberation and national revolution.

Global imperialism currently launches a fierce counter –attack against the Arab national liberation movement. The most clear face of this attack in terms of expansionist and aggressive objectives is the aggression of NATO against Libya with full coordination with Arab reactionary regimes. There was an attempt to cover this aggression with worn cover of words and familiar dissembler slogans about ″spreading democracy″ and ″human rights″.

The main purpose of violating Libya and its brutal extortion lies in restoring the integrity of empire which is reeling under the strikes of defeats and successive setbacks.

As well as a perfectly programmed and escalating attack launched against Syria. This country which has clear approach against imperialism and Zionism and their expansionist plans in the region, this country who supports resistance and liberation movements, unlike all Arab reactionary regimes from ocean to Gulf. The imperialist countries as well as traitor autocratic Gulf regimes allocate very large possibilities, using the most insidious methods and the most dirty means to overthrow the anti- imperialism Syrian regime.

The Syrian communist party early warned about this danger. It has literally mentioned in the political report of the 11th conference of Syrian communist party which held in October 2010, the following:″it clear more and more that this attack on Syria which takes many faces of political pressure, military threats, economic sabotage and weaving conspiracies, aims to make radical transformations to change the national face of Syria including overthrowing the exist regime which depends on wide national alliance its main object is protecting and strengthen the national sovereignty″.

As regards to the current situation in Syria, it is worth to note the following points:- The plans of imperialism and internal reactionary to overthrow the anti- imperialism Syrian regime through wide popular uprisings which generously funded by reactionary regimes in Gulf, have failed, because of the majority of the popular masses, especially in the main centers in the country didn’t go through this context. But in the contrary, Damascus, Aleppo and many Syrian cities witnessed mass demonstrations condemning the conspiracy, and shouting against imperialism, Zionism and Arab reactionary.

- After this failure the reactionary forces moved to new methods have a criminal nature such as individual assassinations, in some cases to collective killing has sectarian nature and sabotage actions such as bombing the railway and attempts to burn factories especially which are belonging to the public sector. It is worth to mention that the individual assassinations particularly target the men of science and culture ( researchers, doctors,……etc), as well as being targeted militants who have high experience such as pilots in order to weaken the capacities of national steadfastness. The collective killing did by terrorists randomly, as a result of that victims fell like children, women and old men in order to provoke the feelings of hate and shaking any possibility of stability.- In parallel with that increasing pressure on Syria is going on weather from the side of states and imperialist centers or from the Arab reactionary regimes related with these centers, by using the Arab states league, the target of this frenetic activity of Arab reactionary is to give pretext to take aggressive decisions against Syria by security council and other bodies of united nation under the cover of what so-called Arab legitimacy, which is completely false. In addition, Gulf regimes generously fund all forms of internal reactionary movements in Syria.

As well as Turkey – which is the arm of NATO in the region- plays an essential role in exercise of all kinds of pressures on Syria, starting from political pressures, through economic pressures, reaching to direct support to the armed terrorist organizations and to embrace leaders of these organizations on its land.

The regime in Syria has taken many laws and procedures towards the expansion of democratic freedoms in the country. But all these procedures received with dogmatic rejection by the reactionary forces. These forces are seeking to overthrow the regime, this is consistent with the inserts of imperialism and Zionism. As long as Syria keeping its anti- imperialism approach, then the imperialist expansionist plans can′t fully implement in the Eastern Mediterranean, especially the new great middle east project and in other word Great Zion project.

The stand of Syrian communist party is clear and lies in the confrontation to imperialist projects and support the national regime and its anti- imperialism projects approach, supporting the democratic reforms which in general close to the program directions of our party in this area. As well as the steady struggle in order to review the economic liberal orientation and all laws embody it. We always remind, that this orientation is the one who prepared the suitable soil of subversive work of reactionary forces. The abandonment of this orientation will strengthen the anti- colonial approach which applied by Syria and will strengthen the convolution of masses around it.

When we look to the situation in Syria we have to take into account that the opposition forces don’t form a democratic alternative, the reactionary strike force is Muslim Brotherhood organization who stained itself by committed of collective killing and who completely related with imperialism and Arab reactionary regimes, while the liberal of all types are used as curtain of these obscurant forces.

We prepare our people for all probabilities including the confrontation of military aggression. We are confident that if this aggression occur, Syria will turn into a grave yard for the aggressors. The Syrian people has an ingrained national heritage of struggle against colonialism. It isn’t vainly what one of the smarter French imperialism representatives Charles de Gaulle said:″ delusive who thinks that he could subdue Syria″, yes″ Syria will not kneel down″ .

We take this occasion to thank all brother workers and communist parties which contribute in solidarity with the justice case of liberation national struggle of Syrian people resisting the imperialist media lies and venoms.

Dear comrades: the circumstances of the escalating confrontation between labor and capital and between liberation forces and global imperialism require to increase the bond of international communist movement factions on the basis of proletarian internationalism. It is also requires hard and serious work in order to consolidate and expand the anti-imperialism global front, this is a creative application of the great Marxist-Leninist slogan:″world workers and oppressed people unite″.

كلمة الحزب الشيوعي السوري في الاجتماع العالمي الثالث عشر

أيها الرفاق الأعزاء.

بدايةً، اسمحوا لي أن أتقدم بالشكر للرفاق في الحزب الشيوعي اليوناني لاستضافتهم الاجتماع العالمي الثالث عشر للأحزاب الشيوعية والعمالية، بالرغم من انشغالهم الكبير في خوض المواجهات الطبقية المتنوعة في الظروف المعقدة التي تمر بها بلادهم.

أيها الرفاق، إن عنوان اجتماعنا هذا «الاشتراكية هي المستقبل» يعبر عن الحل الصحيح للواقع المرير الذي تمر به البشرية جمعاء خاصة خلال العشرين سنة المنصرمة منذ أفول الاتحاد السوفييتي وانهيار المنظومة الاشتراكية. فقد ميز هذه الحقبة الهجوم المستمر على حقوق ومكتسبات الكادحين عموماً والطبقة العاملة خصوصاً، وقفزة كبيرة في نهب شعوب ما يسمى بدول الأطراف، وشن حروب استعمارية من قبل الامبريالية العالمية في سبيل تثبيت هيمنتها الدولية. ولكن الأزمات القوية بل فائقة القوة التي مر ويمر بها النظام الرأسمالي العالمي الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية، وكذلك الهزائم والنكسات التي حلت بالجيوش الامبريالية في العديد من بقاع العالم وخاصة في وسط وغرب آسيا، تبين بجلاء أن الرأسمالية ليست نهاية الطريق، ليست نهاية التاريخ، وإذا كانت هي كذلك فستعني النهاية الكارثية لحياة البشرية بأجمعها.

ويرى الحزب الشيوعي السوري أن مجمل التطورات التي شهدها ويشهدها العالم المعاصر تثبت صحة تعاليم الماركسية اللينينية، حول أن البشرية تعيش مرحلة الأزمة العامة للرأسمالية والتي سمتها الأساسية الانتقال من الرأسمالية إلى الاشتراكية. فخلال السنوات القليلة الماضية أثبتت الرأسمالية عجزها الكامل عن حل أي مسألة تقف أمام البشرية، بل على العكس فاقم تطور الرأسمالية، في ظل غياب البديل الاجتماعي الاقتصادي والرادع الدولي القوي لها، والذي كان يشكله الاتحاد السوفييتي والمنظومة الاشتراكية في دول أوروبا الشرقية والوسطى، كل التناقضات التي تعيشها البشرية وزاد من بؤس أغلبيتها. بل إن ما جرى خلال الفترة الأخيرة بيّن بوضوح أن الرأسمالية أصبحت عاجزة حتى عن إيجاد أطر مناسبة تصون القوى المنتجة فيها مما يزيد ويعمق جميع تناقضاتها. هذه التناقضات التي لا سبيل لحلها إلا من خلال إيجاد الإطار المناسب للقوى المنتجة المعاصرة، من خلال الملكية الاجتماعية لوسائل الإنتاج. أي من خلال انتصار الثورة الاشتراكية التي تفتح أفق بناء المجتمع الشيوعي، الذي ستنتقل فيه البشرية من مملكة الضرورة إلى مملكة الحرية.

نعم، إن تطور الأحداث في العالم خلال العقدين الأخيرين منذ انهيار المعسكر الاشتراكي، أظهر بجلاء للجماهير الواسعة أن النظام الرأسمالي هو نظام متوحش يحمل معه الإفقار والتصاعد المضطرد للاستغلال، وتهميش أعداد متزايدة من الناس، وحروباً استعمارية جديدة التي أصبحت ممكنة بعد زوال الاتحاد السوفييتي.

وتثبت الوقائع أن الجماهير في شتى أنحاء العالم ترفض الرأسمالية، ويزداد استعدادها للنضال من أجل إسقاطها. ولكن، وفي الوقت نفسه، لم تصل غالبية هذه الجماهير إلى قناعة بأن البديل لهذا النظام المتوحش يكمن في النظام الاشتراكي المبني على أساس الملكية الاجتماعية لوسائل الإنتاج وعلى سلطة الكادحين، في إطار الدولة الاشتراكية، المختلفة جذرياً عن طبيعة الدول القائمة حالياً اقتصادياً واجتماعياً وسياسياً وحقوقياً وأخلاقياً.

إن عدم وصول الجماهير المضطهَدة إلى هذه القناعة له أسباب عديدة نذكر منها:

1- تسويد صورة الاشتراكية الفعلية التي كانت قائمة والتي غيرت فعلاً وجه العالم. وأسطع مثال على ما قامت به هذه الاشتراكية، انهيار النظام الكولونيالي العالمي. ولكن الدعاية المنظمة والمستمرة والمبرمجة بإتقان من قبل وسائل الإعلام العالمية، تسِّوِد صورة كل حقبة قيام البديل الاشتراكي على مساحة أكثر من سدس اليابسة الأرضية. ويجب القول أن هذه الحملة الإعلامية المستمرة «بشيطنة» مظهر البديل الفعلي الاشتراكي، الذي يناضل من أجله الماركسيون اللينينيون، لاقت نجاحاً.

2- كما تنجح، لحد الآن، وسائل الإعلام البرجوازية، في إقناع الناس عموماً بأن البديل «اليساري» يكمن في ما تطرحه تلك الأحزاب المرتدة عن هويتها الطبقية الشيوعية، بالرغم من كون العديد منها يحمل اسم الشيوعي، من بديل اشتراكي ديموقراطي إصلاحي. وواضح أن هذا «البديل» الذي يطرحه الإصلاحيون هو خليط من التدابير الهادفة إلى «تجميل» الرأسمالية و«تحسينها» وليس إلى نسفها. كما أن الوقائع تدل على أن الجزء الكبير من جهد هذه الأحزاب موجه إلى محاربة الشيوعية والفكر الماركسي اللينيني. ولكن، وبسبب فعل الآلة الإعلامية البورجوازية، تظهر هذه الحركات والناس الذين يمثلونها كأنهم «اليسار» الواقعي الحقيقي الوحيد. بل تجري تسميتهم بمسميات لا تمت لمضمونهم بأية صلة. إن هذا الوضع يؤكد مرة أخرى المقولة اللينينية بأن النضال الناجع ضد الامبريالية يتضافر مع النضال المستمر ضد التحريفية والانتهازية.

3- إن الأنظمة القائمة حالياً تحت شتى مسميات الاشتراكية لا تمت للاشتراكية بصلة من حيث علاقات الإنتاج السائدة في تلك الدول والتي من الواضح كونها علاقات إنتاج رأسمالية. فصلة هذه الدول بالاشتراكية هي صلة تاريخية وليست صلة حالية. ونرى مؤخراً أن هناك من يستعجل للسير في هذا الطريق، لكسب الحاضر، حسب رأيهم، وربما بفقدان المستقبل.

4- وهناك عامل هام جداً هو محدودية تأثير الإعلام الشيوعي بسبب ضعف القاعدة المادية لديه، مع وجود بعض الاستثناءات المهمة، التي نرى مثالاً عليها لدى رفاقنا في اليونان، حيث يملك الشيوعيون إذاعةً وتلفزيوناً.

نعم، أيها الرفاق، إن الجماهير ترفض الواقع الحالي، ولكن لا يمكن أن تصل هذه الجماهير إلى طريق الحل إلا من خلال النضال الدؤوب والمستمر والمتصاعد للقوى الطليعية.

إن الظروف الراهنة تملي على الأحزاب الشيوعية ضرورة أن تكون أحزاباً طليعيةً فعلاً، وليس فقط قولاً. وطليعيتها تأتي من وضوح فكرها وتراص صفوفها وصلاتها اليومية مع أوسع الجماهير.

أيها الرفاق،

تقع حركة التحرر الوطني العربية في خط المواجهة الأول مع الإمبريالية العالمية. وقد تلقت الإمبريالية وخاصة قوتها الضاربة الإمبريالية الأميركية ضربات مؤلمة من قبل فصائل حركة التحرر الوطني العربية والتي يأتي في مقدمتها الهزيمة النكراء التي ألحقت بقوات الاحتلال الأميركي في العراق، وهزيمة العدوان الإسرائيلي الصهيوني على لبنان عام 2006 وتلاهما سلسلة من الانتفاضات الشعبية ضد الأنظمة الرجعية الموالية لأميركا وذات العلاقات المتميزة مع الصهيونية كالنظامين المصري والتونسي، اللذين جرى إسقاط رأسي نظاميهما، بالرغم من أن على الشعبين المصري والتونسي عمل الكثير والكثير من أجل تعميق وتطوير ثورتيهما الوطنيتين التحرريتين.

وتشن حالياً الإمبريالية العالمية هجمة مضادة شرسة ضد حركة التحرر الوطني العربية. ومن أكثر وجوه هذه الهجمة وضوحاً من حيث الأهداف العدوانية والتوسعية هو عدوان حلف شمال الأطلسي على ليبيا بالتنسيق الكامل مع الأنظمة الرجعية العربية. هذا العدوان الذي جرت محاولة تغليفه برداء مهترئ من الكلمات والشعارات المنافقة المعهودة حول «نشر الديموقراطية» و«حقوق الإنسان». إن الغاية الأساسية من استباحة ليبيا واغتصابها الوحشي، يكمن في إعادة الهيبة للإمبراطورية المترنحة تحت ضربات الهزائم والنكسات المتلاحقة.

كما يشن هجوم متصاعد ومبرمج بإتقان على سورية. هذه الدولة ذات النهج الواضح في المناهضة للإمبريالية والصهيونية ومخططاتهما التوسعية في المنطقة، والداعمة لحركات التحرر والمقاومة، على خلاف كل الأنظمة الرجعية العربية من المحيط إلى الخليج. وترصد الدول الإمبريالية وكذلك أنظمة الخليج الأتوقراطية العميلة إمكانيات كبيرة جداً، مستعملةً أخبث الأساليب والوسائل الأكثر قذارة من أجل إسقاط النظام السوري المناهض للإمبريالية.

وقد نبه الحزب الشيوعي السوري مبكراً إلى هذا الخطر، فقد جاء في التقرير السياسي للمؤتمر الـ11 للحزب الشيوعي السوري. والذي انعقد في تشرين الأول عام 2010، حرفياً ما يلي: «ويتضح أكثر وأكثر أن هذه الهجمة على سورية والتي تأخذ الأوجه المتعددة من الضغوطات السياسية والتهديدات العسكرية إلى التخريب الاقتصادي وحبك المؤامرات تهدف إلى إحداث تحولات جذرية تغيّر الوجه الوطني لسورية بما فيها إسقاط نظام الحكم القائم والمستند إلى تحالف وطني واسع هدفه الأساسي حماية وتعزيز السيادة الوطنية».

وبما يخص الوضع الحالي في سورية تجدر الإشارة إلى النقاط التالية:

- إن مخططات الإمبريالية والرجعية الداخلية بإسقاط النظام السوري المناهض للإمبريالية، من خلال احتجاجات جماهيرية واسعة ممولة بسخاء من قبل الأنظمة الرجعية في الخليج، قد فشلت. وذلك كون غالبية الجماهير الشعبية وخاصة في المراكز الأساسية في البلاد لم تنجر في هذا السياق. بل على العكس شهدت دمشق وحلب والعديد من المدن السورية مظاهرات جماهيرية حاشدة تدين المؤامرة، وتهتف ضد الإمبريالية والصهيونية والرجعية العربية.

- بعد هذا الفشل انتقلت القوى الرجعية إلى أساليب جديدة ذات طابع إجرامي مثل الاغتيالات الفردية، وفي بعض الأحوال لقتل جماعي ذو طابع طائفي، ولأعمال التخريب مثل تفجير للسكك الحديدية ومحاولات حرق المعامل خاصة العائدة للقطاع العام. وجدير ذكره أن الاغتيالات الفردية تستهدف بشكل خاص رجال العلم والثقافة (من باحثين وأطباء.. الخ) وكذلك يجري استهداف عسكريين ذوي تأهيل عالي مثل الطيارين وذلك من أجل إضعاف قدرات الصمود الوطني. أما القتل الجماعي فيقوم به الإرهابيون بشكل عشوائي وبالنتيجة يسقط ضحيته الأطفال والنساء والشيوخ وذلك من أجل إثارة مشاعر الكراهية، وزعزعة أي إمكانية للاستقرار.

- بموازاة ذلك تجري زيادة الضغط على سورية إن كان من جانب الدول والمراكز الإمبريالية أو من قبل الأنظمة الرجعية العربية المرتبطة بها، وباستخدام جامعة الدول العربية. والهدف من هذا النشاط المحموم للرجعية العربية إعطاء ذريعة لاتخاذ قرارات معادية لسورية من قبل مجلس الأمن والهيئات الأخرى التابعة للأمم المتحدة تحت غطاء ما يسمى بالشرعية العربية، الزائفة تماماً. إلى جانب ذلك، تمول الأنظمة الخليجية بسخاء كافة أشكال تحرك الرجعية الداخلية في سورية. وكذلك تلعب تركيا هذا الذراع للناتو في المنطقة، دوراً أساسياً في ممارسة كافة أنواع الضغوطات على سورية ابتداءً من الضغوط السياسية مروراً بالاقتصادية وصولاً إلى الدعم المباشر للتنظيمات الإرهابية المسلحة ولاحتضان قيادات هذه التنظيمات على أراضيها.

لقد اتخذ الحكم في سورية العديد من القوانين والإجراءات باتجاه توسيع الحريات الديموقراطية في البلاد. ولكن كل هذه الإجراءات استقبلت برفض قاطع من قبل القوى الرجعية. فهذه القوى تسعى إلى إسقاط النظام، وهذا ما يتوافق مع مصالح الإمبريالية والصهيونية. فطالما سورية ثابتة على نهجها المعادي للإمبريالية، لا يمكن التطبيق الكامل للمخططات التوسعية الإمبريالية في منطقة شرق المتوسط، وخاصة مشروع الشرق الأوسط الكبير الجديد، وبكلام آخر مشروع صهيون الكبرى.

موقف الحزب الشيوعي السوري واضح ويكمن في التصدي للمشاريع الإمبريالية، ودعم النظام الوطني وخطه المناهض للمشاريع الإمبريالية. دعم الإصلاحات الديموقراطية، والتي، بشكل عام، قريبة من التوجهات البرنامجية لحزبنا في هذا المجال. وكذلك النضال الثابت من أجل إعادة النظر بالتوجه الليبرالي الاقتصادي وكل القوانين التي تجسده. نحن نذكر دائماً، بأن هذا التوجه بالذات، هو الذي هيأ التربة المناسبة للعمل التخريبي للقوى الرجعية. والتخلي عن هذا التوجه سيقوي النهج المعادي للاستعمار الذي تنتهجه سورية وسيقوي التفاف الجماهير حوله.

ولدى النظر للوضع في سورية يجب الأخذ بعين الاعتبار أن قوى المعارضة لا تشكل بديلاً ديموقراطياً. فالقوة الضاربة للرجعية هي تنظيم الأخوان المسلمين والذي لطخ نفسه بارتكاب القتل الجماعي والمرتبط تماماً مع الإمبريالية والأنظمة الرجعية العربية. وأما الليبراليون بكافة أنواعهم وتلاوينهم فيستخدمون كستارة لهذه القوة الظلامية.

نحن نهيء شعبنا لكافة الاحتمالات بما في ذلك التصدي للعدوان العسكري. ونحن على ثقة بأنه في حال حدوثه ستتحول سورية إلى مقبرة للمعتدين. فالشعب السوري يتمتع بتراث وطني عريق من النضال ضد الاستعمار وليس عبثاً ما قاله أحد أذكى ممثلي الإمبريالية الفرنسية شارل ديغول: واهم من يظن أنه يمكن إخضاع سورية! نعم سورية لن تركع!.

ونحن نستغل هذه المناسبة لكي نتوجه بالشكر لكافة الأحزاب الشيوعية والعمالية الشقيقة التي تساهم في التضامن مع القضية العادلة للنضال الوطني التحرري للشعب السوري، متصدية لأكاذيب الإعلام الإمبريالي وسمومه.

أيها الرفاق الأعزاء! إن ظروف تصاعد المواجهة بين العمل والرأسمال وبين قوى التحرر والإمبريالية العالمية تتطلب زيادة لحمة فصائل الحركة الشيوعية العالمية على أسس الأممية البروليتارية. وهي تتطلب أيضاً العمل الجدي والدؤوب من أجل ترسيخ وتوسيع الجبهة العالمية المناهضة للإمبريالية، وفي ذلك تطبيق خلاق للشعار الماركسي اللينيني الكبير:

يا عمال العالم ويا أيتها الشعوب المضطهدة اتحدوا.
