The 19^th regular report-and-election Congress of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation was held On July 5,  2025. It reviewed the results of the party’s work over four years and set the tasks for a new period of its activity.

Taking part in the work of the Congress were more than 500 delegates and guests. They included activists of the Party and Komsomol, participants in the Special Military Operation, deputies of all levels, allies and supporters of the CPRF.

The Congress received numerous greetings from fraternal communist and workers’ parties.

The CPRF Congress attracted great attention of the mass media. It was covered by the federal TV channels. The CPRF Krasnaya liniya (Red Line) channel broadcast the plenary session live.

President Putin sent greetings to the 19th Congress. His message noted the constructive role of the CPRF in the country’s life and its significant contribution to the work of the parliament.

The Congress agenda included the following items:

1. Political Report of the CPRF Central Committee to the 19th Party Congress. 2. Report of the Central Control-and-Auditing Commission of the CPRF to the 19th Party Congress.
2. Election of members and alternate members of the CPRF Central Committee.
3. Election of members of the Control-and-Auditing Commission of the CPRF.
4. Introduction of amendments to the Charter of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.

The report on the first item was delivered by G.A.Zyuganov. It characterized the socio-economic and political situation in the country and the world in close connection with the deepening crisis of capitalism, identified the key problems and tasks of the CPRF at the current stage, noted the party’s role in tackling the tasks of national development, achieving strategic security and overcoming the socio-economic and demographic crisis and outlined approaches to raising the living standards of the working people, protecting their rights and overcoming poverty and destitution.

Special attention was paid to the issues of strengthening the ideological and theoretical base of the CPRF. The need was stressed for a tough and convincing response to manifestations of anti-Sovietism and Russophobia. It emphasized that the crisis phenomena in the country’s socio-economic and spiritual life made it incumbent on the communists to step up the propaganda of their Victory Program, the program of the struggle for socialism.

The report on the activities of the Central Control-and-Auditing Сommission was presented by its chairman N.N.Ivanov.

The Congress delegates adopted the Statement of the Political Report of the Central Committee and approved amendments to the CPRF Charter.

The following Resolutions were adopted:

On Restoring the Full Historical Justice with Regard to Iosif Vissarionovich Stalin;

Russophobia and Anti-Sovietism Are Enemies of Creative Endeavor, Justice and the Future of Russia;

Renewal of Power Through Elections Guarantees the Country’s Response to the Challenges and Threats;

Decent Life for Russia’s Pensioners;

The Future of a Great Country for Russia’s Youth.

The 19th Congress elected a new Central Committee and the Central Control-andAuditing Commission.

Information on the work of the I (July) Plenum of the CC CPRF

The First Plenum of the CPRF Central Committee held on July 5 2025 elected G.A. Zyuganov Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee of the CPRF.

I.I.Melnikov and Yu.V.Afonin will keep their posts of first deputies of the Chairmen of the CC. V.I. Kashin, D.G.Novikov and L.I.Kalashnikov were elected for a new term as deputy Chairmen.

Elected to the Presidium of the Central Committee were: S.E.Anikhovsky, N.V.Arefyev, Yu.V.Afonin, N.I. Vasilyev, M.V.Drobot, G.A.Zyuganov, A.Ivachev, L.I.Kalashnikov, G.P Kamnev, V.I.Kashin, A.E.Klychkov, N.V.Kolomeitsev, B.O.Komotsky, V.O Konovalov, R.I.Kononenko, A.E.Lokot, I.I.Melnikov, D.G.Novikov, S.P.Obukhov, K.K. Taisayev, N.M.Kharitonov, V.A. Tsarikhin. Elected as Secretaries of the CC CPRF were S.E.Anikhovsky, N.V.Arefyev, M.V.Drobot, V.P.Isakov, G.P. Kamnev, A.E.Klychkov, N.V.Kolomeitsev, A.V. Kornienko, I.N.Makarov, S.P.Obukhov, K.K.Tasisayev, A.A.Yuschenko.

Summing up the results of the Plenum, G.A.Zyuganov called on the members of the Central Committee to work as an effective team in fulfilling the challenging tasks set by the CPRF Congress.

5 июля 2025 года  состоялся XIX очередной отчётно-выборный съезд Коммунистической партии Российской Федерации. Подведены итоги работы партии за четыре года, определены задачи на новый период деятельности.

В работе съезда участвовали    свыше 500 делегатов  и гостей. В их числе представители актива партии и комсомола, участники специальной военной операции, депутаты всех уровней, союзники и сторонники КПРФ.

В адрес съезда поступили многочисленные приветствия от братских коммунистических и рабочих партий

Съезд КПРФ привлёк большое внимание средств массовой информации. Ход его работы освещался федеральными телеканалами. Телевизионный канал КПРФ «Красная Линия» вёл прямую трансляцию с пленарного заседания.

Президент России В.В.Путин направил приветствие в адрес XIX съезда. В его послании отражена созидательная роль КПРФ в жизни страны, а также отмечен её значительный вклад в парламентскую деятельность.

Съезд рассмотрел следующую повестку дня:

1. Политический отчёт Центрального Комитета КПРФ XIX съезду партии.
2. Отчёт Центральной Контрольно-ревизионной комиссии КПРФ ХІХ съезду партии.
3. Выборы членов и кандидатов в члены Центрального Комитета КПРФ.
4. Выборы членов Центральной Контрольно-ревизионной комиссии КПРФ.
5. О внесении изменений в Устав Политической партии «Коммунистическая партия Российской Федерации».

С докладом по первому вопросу выступил Г.А. Зюганов. Характеристика социально-экономической и политической ситуации в стране и мире была представлена в тесной связи с углублением кризиса капитализма. Названы ключевые проблемы и задачи КПРФ на современном этапе. Отмечена роль партии в решении вопросов национального развития, достижении стратегической безопасности, преодолении социально-экономического и демографического кризиса. Высказаны подходы к повышению жизненного уровня трудящихся, защите их прав, преодолению нищеты и бедности.

Особое внимание уделено вопросам укрепления идейно-теоретической основы КПРФ. Отмечена необходимость жёсткого и убедительного ответа на проявления антисоветизма и русофобии. Подчёркнуто, что кризисные явления в социально-экономической и духовной жизни страны требуют от коммунистов активизации пропаганды своей Программы Победы — программы борьбы за социализм.

С отчётом о деятельности Центральной Контрольно-ревизионной комиссии выступил её председатель Н.Н. Иванов.

Делегаты съезда приняли Постановление по Политическому отчёту Центрального Комитета и утвердили изменения в Устав КПРФ.

Приняты резолюции:

«О восстановлении полноты исторической справедливости в отношении Иосифа Виссарионовича Сталина»;

«Русофобия и антисоветизм — враги созидания, справедливости и будущности России»;

«Обновление власти через выборы — гарантия ответа страны на вызовы и угрозы»;

«Пенсионерам России — достойную жизнь!»;

«Молодёжи России — будущее великой страны!».

XIX съезд избрал новый состав Центрального Комитета и Центральной контрольно-ревизионной комиссии партии.

Информационное сообщение о работе I (июльского) Пленума ЦК КПРФ

5 июля 2025 года состоялся I Пленум Центрального Комитета КПРФ Пленум избрал Председателем Центрального Комитета КПРФ Г.А. Зюганова.

В качестве первых заместителей Председателя ЦК партии продолжат работу И.И. Мельников и Ю.В. Афонин.

Заместителями Председателя на новый срок избраны В.И. Кашин, Д.Г. Новиков, Л.И. Калашников.

В состав Президиума Центрального Комитета были избраны: С.Э. Аниховский, Н.В. Арефьев,Ю.В. Афонин, Н.И. Васильев, М.В. Дробот, Г.А. Зюганов,  А.Н. Ивачёв, Л.И. Калашников,Г.П. Камнев, В.И. Подводя итоги Пленума, с заключительным словом выступил Г.А. Зюганов. Председатель ЦК КПРФ призвал членов Центрального Комитета к слаженной и результативной работе, направленной на решение ответственных задач, поставленных Съездом КПРФ.

El 5 de julio de 2025 se celebró el XIX Congreso ordinario de informes y elecciones del partido Comunista de la Federación Rusa. Se resumieron los resultados del trabajo del partido durante cuatro años, se determinaron las tareas para el nuevo período de actividad.

Más de 500 delegados e invitados participaron en el Congreso. Entre ellos, representantes de un activo del partido y el Komsomol, participantes en una operación militar especial, diputados de todos los niveles, aliados y partidarios del PCFR.

El Congreso recibió numerosos saludos de los partidos comunistas y obreros hermanos

El Congreso del PCFR atrajo mucha atención de los medios de comunicación. Su trabajo fue cubierto por los canales de televisión federales. El canal de televisión del PCFR "Línea roja" transmitió en vivo desde la sesión plenaria.

El presidente de Rusia, Vladimir Putin, envió un saludo al XIX Congreso. Su mensaje refleja el papel creativo del PCFR en la vida del país, así como su contribución significativa a la actividad parlamentaria.

El Congreso consideró la siguiente agenda del día:

1. Informe político del Comité central del PCFR al XIX Congreso del partido.
2. Informe de la Comisión central de control y auditoría del PCFR al XIX Congreso del partido.
3. Elección de los miembros y candidatos del Comité central del PCFR.
4. Elección de los miembros de la Comisión central de Control y auditoría del PCFR.
5. Modificación de los estatutos del partido político "Partido Comunista de la Federación Rusa".
6. A.Zyuganov hizo una presentación sobre la primera cuestión . La caracterización de la situación socioeconómica y política en el país y el mundo se presentó en estrecha relación con la profundización de la crisis del capitalismo. Se mencionan los problemas y tareas clave del PCFR en la etapa actual. Se destacó el papel del partido en la solución de los problemas del desarrollo nacional, el logro de la seguridad estratégica, la superación de la crisis socioeconómica y demográfica. Se plantearon enfoques para mejorar el nivel de vida de los trabajadores, proteger sus derechos y superar la pobreza y la pobreza extrema.

Se presta especial atención al fortalecimiento de la base ideológica y teórica del PCFR. Se señaló la necesidad de una respuesta dura y convincente a las manifestaciones de antisovietismo y rusofobia. Se hizo hincapié en que los fenómenos de crisis en la vida social, económica y espiritual del país requieren que los comunistas intensifiquen la propaganda de su Programa de Victoria, el programa de lucha por el socialismo.

El presidente de la Comisión central de auditoría  N. N. Ivanov presentó un informe sobre sus actividades.

Los delegados del Congreso aceptaron Resolución sobre el informe político del Comité Central y aprobaron cambios en los estatutos del PCFR.

Aprobaron resoluciones:

"Sobre la restauración de la integridad de la justicia histórica en relación con Joseph Stalin";

"Rusofobia y antisovietismo: enemigos de la creación, la justicia y el futuro de Rusia";

"La renovación del poder a través de las elecciones es la garantía de la respuesta del país a los desafíos y amenazas";

"¡Una vida digna a los jubilados de Rusia!”;

"¡La juventud de Rusia es el futuro de un gran país!".

El XIX Congreso eligió una nueva composición del Comité Central y la Comisión central de control y auditoría del partido.

El 5 de julio de 2025 se celebró el I Pleno del Comité central del PCFR El pleno elige presidente Del Comité Central del PCFR G. A. Zyuganov.

Como primeros vicepresidentes del Comité central del partido continuarán trabajando I. I. Melnikov e Yu. V. Afonin.

Elegidos vicepresidentes para un nuevo mandato son V. I. Kashin, D. G. Novikov, L. I. Kalashnikov.
